If I could give 0 stars I would!! Terrible service some of the nail techs seemed good, but the lady who did my nails was extremely rude. This was my worst nail experience ever! The lady tried to remove my dip but she did not know how to do so and continued to try to remove it and left part of my dip on so my nail was lumpy. She kept saying “whatever” to me not to mention, she didn’t even do the right color. She did not put on enough polish so it was still translucent. She also put someone else’s shoes on me. She never even scrubbed my feet! She drilled my hand multiple times, it hurt extremely bad. I asked to get a partial refund because I didn’t leave with what I asked for but they told me that was not possible and after telling them multiple times I am from out of state they tried giving me a $5 discount for next time, but I declined because I will not be returning and I do not see why they couldn’t have given it to me while I was there or just didn’t charge me for the removal of my dip. Another thing my friend waited so long with her feet in the extremely hot water that by the time she was finally getting started I was done. So disappointed, what a waste of money$$!!! My tech is an artist and perfectionist. The number of polishes and gel colours is almost overwhelming. Her designs are so fun. I left last week with gold leaf on my ring fingers, so fun!

Guy that did my manicure did horrible, didn’t even smooth them down very lumpy, wasn’t satisfied at all.

My fave nail place hands down, super clean, good location, friendly staff (and there is lots of staff working at all times) and quick waits. The service is best!!

My nails are pretty short so nail techs usually do my nails in under 30 mins without much care. Today, I got did nails and nail art and I feel like a princess. Will definitely come back!

Excellent service!!! The atmosphere is nice, calm, and peaceful as well. They were able to get my cousin & I in quickly and we had a very relaxing pedicure and manicure.

This is a great salon that is very clean, stylish. I came in after work without an appointment and didnt have to wait at all! Everyone was very friendly and made the experience the best.

My nails always done with perfection. I would give more stars if it was possible. Unlike many salons Ive been to they take their time with your nail ms as if it was an actual art. Highly recommend!

Overall I had a pretty good experience I had a very long pedicure followed by a acrylic set.... I really enjoyed the pedicure my toes looked amazing!!

They are done an awesome job on my manicure. Great shape, color and designs. All the staff were really nice and cheerful, the place was clean and inviting.

I would say that my favorite thing about my tech is that she has a vision for so many different ideas. She always has ideas that push me out my comfort zone, but at the same time keeps the integrity of my personal style.

Being new to the city, I was looking for a new nail salon. I read reviews on Yelp, and decided on Essence. Im so glad that I did! The staff is friendly, and personable. The services are professional and efficient. I enjoy going in to relax while getting my manicure and pedicure done. The salon is very clean, and the equipment is new and well maintained. The staff all take sanitation and protecting themselves and customers during COVID19. If youre looking for a great place to be pampered at, this is it!

Salon was really clean and nice atmosphere. The lady that did my pedicure was really nice. I got a coconut lime pedicure that was really refreshing. Will definitely be going there again!

Absolutely the worst place to go and get a full set!! In less then a week I had 4 nails pop of like press ons!! Then my nail tech had the audacity to tell me that my nails aren’t made for dip!!! I’ve been getting dipped nails for over a year and I’ve never had this problem!!!!

We love getting our pedicures here. The staff is awesome as long as they dont get super busy. When they get busy your pedicure gets worse and they will even end it early.

Went with my friend when they were slightly busy on a Thursday afternoon. Laziest massage I’ve ever had. Not very many options for colors. Didn’t pay attention to details so our nails look okay but I could’ve done a better job myself. Not to mention my friend asked her nail technician if they had done a second coat of polish. They said yes but she couldn’t hear them and she asked them again. They got mad and continued to berate my friend even after she said that she was sorry and she just couldn’t hear. They said “I forgive you but you just really need to respect me okay?” Service is not consistently kind. I do not suggest going here to get your nails done.

Squeezed a group of 3 ladies in for last minute pedicures on Tech’s graduation weekend. The 2 ladies and gentlemen who did our toes were all pretty nice and did a good job. The guy was not as friendly and a little hasty with my mom, but she still enjoyed the experience. Once home but getting ready to head out for dinner, I realized one of my toes must not have dried and the paint was smashed. I called and ask if I could have it fix the next day and they told me to drop by anytime. Despite being busy and prepared to wait my turn, they squeezed me in and ensured the paint patch looked good and dried the 2nd time around at no extra cost. Very satisfied and would recommend!

I can only give 2 stars based on my experience yesterday. Ive always enjoyed my appts but yesterday was a DIFFERENT story! I had an extremely rude technician. Unfortunately Paige RUINED my day and I woke up several times during the night going over in my head how rude she was!! I spoke to Emily, the manager about the situation and she was very apologetic and understanding!! I SO appreciated her handling the situation in a kind and professional manner. All that said I will NOT be back! Getting manis and pedis is a refreshing and pampering experience and I dont particularly want to be reminded of my unhappy experience!!!! Be aware that Paige will not make your day!!
