Went in for dip nails, and because of the reviews I was super excited. My nails are horrible. The guy who did my nails did not speak to me except for when he said “almost done” he kept getting up and walking to the back and helping other clients while just leaving me without an explanation. Overall experience was just awful. The shape of my nails are absolutely horrendous especially my middle finger it flares out it’s horrible would not recommend this place to anyone.

I love her she dose my eyes 👀 and I got my feet done THERE the guy did good 😊

The Great Reviews are Legit!Ive wasted my time in other nail salons since Ive moved here. I made an appointment and was impressed to be called by name upon arrival, and taken to a chair waiting for me. Van was lovely and gentle with me. I used to think you had to deal with rough technicians to get an appropriate result. Im absolutely thrilled!

I absolutely love my nails Mr. Ken was very kind and actually very gentle! I know it’s a weird term, but most places leave my nails hurting from cutting or filing too low! I will be returning for my next setOh and their margaritas are so great lol!Good atmosphere, good drinks and great nails!

Love this place! Thao did an amazing job. Very welcoming. I had a pedi and a full set. She explained everything to me including prices up front. Very meticulous and will definitely be going back. I was super excited they have the glow in the dark powder!

I just recently started getting my nails done again, I used to be a loyal customer for KC nails but their quality had deteriorated the last few times I went. Ive been shopping around for a new nail place ever since & have tried princess nails, although nice ppl my nails there last abt a week and a half on top of having to wait at least an hr to get them done. Now I wouldnt mind a wait but never in my life have nails not lasted abt 2-3 weeks at least. I decided Id try the nail place in the mall across the pretzel place bc it was most convenient at the time but those nails were even worse! I paid 65 for coffin shaped nail, no type of designs or anything & those ended up lasting 1 week before they started lifting & by 1.5 weeks one nail broke in half! I was pretty discouraged considering I paid so much when I paid 10 less at the other place for better nails. Anyway I tried pretty nails for another attempt at coffin shaped nails, I wanted some bling on them since I was getting them done for the Midland concert. Let me just say, yes there was a bit of a wait however Ill take the wait and quality for nails. Thao ended up doing my nails, she was very very nice, talkative & offered me a beverage while catering to the type of nails I wanted. I have never had such a great experience at a nail salon as I did at pretty nails. Im going on two weeks and no sign of the nails breaking or the rhinestones that I asked for.havent come off yet either. Im really impressed with this establishment and will be coming back in a few weeks to get them done again and yes the price was reasonable especially since I wanted rhinestones on two full nails & coffin shaped! If you want quality nails this is the place for them!

What a great job is done by Tao and her Mom. My wife and i are always treated the best when we visit each month. These two are the best pedicurist ever and ready to help always.

Just had the WORST experience at this spa. The water was cold and smelled like mold. The guy doing my nails was rude and was actually making fun of me with his co-worker doing the ladys nails next to me. He could not get me out of the spa quick enough and then had the audacity to ask for a tip. I will NEVER go back!

Not my choice of nail salon. Got my nails done there and i always do the powder for my nails. I always go to the mall to get them done but this place was by where i live so thought Id give them a try. My nails always last about 4 weeks before i have to do them again but it was a waste cause they only lasted a week. Wont b bk. Nice people though just not good quality for me.

Gina did a great job! Shes very detail oriented and nice. Definitely recommend this place, it is under new management and renovated.

Horrible costumer service! the older lady that did my nails was one of the worst employees Ive ever seen! She was so rude to me and yelled at me to hurry before I even sat down for her to do the. Didnt ask any questions about how Id like my nails done. She was making rude comments about how I wasnt going to tip her before she even finished my nails. The worst part is that my nail is STILL bleeding! She completely filed my cuticle off. I also have spots of bleeding on two other fingers! Will never go back!!

DONT I REPEAT DONT COME HERE!!!! Tang is so rude, and his wife is rude too. One will tell you a price then they will speak their language and change the price. When you go to get a refill it still looks grown out! & they nails wont last 2 weeks! Bad customer service and the older lady is so freaking rude. If you want to get you nails done at an AMAZING PLACE go to nails 2000! Theyre nicer and cheaper!!

They did great on my nails made an appnt and they were ready when i got there. Got diamonds on my nails and the feel off the same day thats the only negative but hopefully they will fix it othert then that great place!

Never spend ur money here, its disgusting,they talk about u I dont know Vietnamese but I can tell . I sat there in that still water waiting to get a pedicure for 30 min water was cold he never ever bothered to ck the temp. never turned on the spa for the soothing warm moving waer. chair didnt massage the only thing that worked was under my rear end. finally I asked if anyone was going to do my pedicure finally a taller skinny guy came over not to friendly didn;t seem to care if he as there at all, he took so long I had already been there hour and half,i ask him to go ahead and polish my toes,he was rude and I will never go back.
