Ive been nothing but happy going here. This is my fourth visit, and it was even better than the last. Got employees know you, and we listen to what you want. I also like the fact that if you see something that needs to be corrected, they do it and not wait for me. I love their color choices, the professionalism, and the cleanliness of the salon. I am staying.

The staff was nice, but my nails were horrible. They were too long, even when I asked them to make them shorter they didnt really listen. They kept trying to pick my colors for me as well, which I thought was super odd, considering I showed them exactly what I wanted. I ended up going with simple red. They are smudged, you can see brush marks and paint bubbles. They are uneven, to say the least, my left thumbnail is completely crooked. I was able to fix them myself to hold off until my next appt, but I will never go back to this place. **The picture isnt even as bad as they are in person.**

I take my Dad there for a pedicure, every other month for last couple of years. They treat him like a king.

Got an acrylic full set on Friday 07/19/19. Some man did them and I did not catch his name. He trimmed down one of my nails so far that it started bleeding. These nails are crooked, slanted, thin and completely uneven. One of the nails acrylic is shedding off. ITS ONLY BEEN 6 days SMH. Absolutely horrific. They were supposed to be french ombre and they are basically yellow with random pink and white colors. I am so embarrassed. In their defense, the woman did a great job on my deluxe spa pedicure! However, my total was $95 and I kick myself for wasting this money :(

Good. Accommodating. Been twice. First time was wonderful, on time service, quick, pleasant atmosphere with good music. Massage chairs were fun! Pediacures are the best here in my opinion. 2nd time we came was slow. Had an 11am appointment. Arrived about 5 to 10 mins late will admit that, but they had a walk in I think and was told to come back in 20 mins. Went to walmart. Came back at 11:40 and both of their appointments were still there. Waited an additional 20 mins. Its now 12:40 and the walk in is still here and I have not even started... she is complaining about her nails and they are trying to get her finished but it seems like they took on too much. I understand the need for more business but they kind of disrespected our time. Basically an 11am appontment is now being stated at 1pm. A 2 hour wait is unacceptable. Thankfully my mother loves them and she is a repeat customer so they are taking care of her and will take care of me. But then the 12:30 appointment showed up and he told him he will get to him at 1:00pm. I can see that they are rushing but it is understandable. I would suggest that they call ahead about possible wait times. That would help greatly. I only get 1 off day a week and have a lot of things I like to try to get done. In other words I lost 3 hours of my time today... but my nails look wonderfu! So I am happy with the quality of their work but wish they had a better time management. Or it could be that this lady that got there before us is just too demanding. I could tell she was disappointed in her nails and they had to fix the issue. Who knows? At least they took care of us. I probably will hesitate to go back on my off day since I missed out on some chores today. They are very good at cleaning the toes and gentle. I appreciate the work!

I dropped my car off to have new brakes put on and took an Uber to the Walmart near this shop to kill some time. When it was time for me to go back to my car, there were no Uber, Lyft, or even taxis available. So I wandered over to this shop to get a pedicure while I waited for my husband to get off work and come get me. They were very slow, so walk in was not an issue and they welcomed me right in. Made me feel comfortable and staff was very friendly. They did a great job on my toes and were very accommodating. Good prices too. Id gladly go back.

My friend and her 2 girls went to get our nails done and there was only 2 people working. And everyones nails beside mine had come off when in a 2-3 days after getting them done.

I will never go back here again. Apparently they want to pick out your nail polish color. I chose a bright red but they did not use the color I chose. When I asked about getting the color changed I had to pay more money. NEVER AGAIN. I will never recommend this place.

The couple that own Beverly Hills Nails are very friendly and always remember me, no matter how long it has been since Ive been in to have my nails done. My daughter has special needs and they are always VERY patient with her...she actually falls asleep when they massage her legs! The shop is clean and, although there are sometimes quite a few people there, everyone is always taken care of in a timely manner. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

They are friendly, fast and give great nail color suggestions.

WORST NAIL SALON IVE BEEN TO!!! I came inside to see how long of a wait it would be and how much for a full set he tells me $25 also he told me to sit down he will be with me next (I waited 30-35 mins...) after he had started doing my nails I asked how much again to be sure he tells me $30 I let it slide bc he had already started. He rushed doing my nails finaished in less than 35 mins, cut 4 of my fingers making them bleed, and made my nails so thin that 4 nails broke the SAME DAY on top of that and he told me I couldn’t leave not even 4 mins after he painted my nails (I did not get gel poslish either) waste of money and painful don’t go here !!!😡

The nails where don’t wrong as well the over charge and added charges of thing we didn’t even get and lied about the prices. Even when a nother customer vouched for us Saying that taking off the nails was free of charge.
