Here is what my nails look like after less than a week…. this is actually amazing how cheap and poor quality these are. i would have been better off with glue on nails from walmart.

Went in to get a nail fixed that had chipped off after a week 🙄 Amy serviced me at first. We realized the color was off and did not match my other nails. Amy got frustrated and immediately had an attitude. She handed me off to Cindy who originally did my nails a week ago and we found a color that worked. Meanwhile Amy is running her disrespectful lips in her language. All in all Cindy was super nice and took care of me. I don’t recommend Amy she’s disrespectful and has a smart mouth. Get rid of her sheesh.

Overall awful experience. Context: I live in Lexington (where I generally get my nails done) and commute to Louisville for work everyday. I have an upcoming trip and thought it would be much easier to get my nails done in Louisville, during lunch, so that I would have time later today to finish packing, etc. I went in to All Pro Nails to get SNS, which I love and have been getting for two years. A friend of mine gets shellac there and referred me to Kelly, with whom I made the appointment. First process to SNS: remove/soak off the old polish. It was different but kind of cool. Second process: length and rough shape. This is where it went downhill quickly. I cut the first one to show the woman how long I wanted them; she cut and shaped the rest. They were uneven, to the point that I could really feel it with my thumb and when my nails were tip-down in the table. I mentioned it and she disagreed. This led to me moving my hands around and physically showing her. She still disagreed so we went round and round for a minute or so. She then got frustrated, said she would put tips on the short ones, said something to the woman at the front, and said that Michael would finish my nails. I was confused and asked why she wasn’t going to finish; she said that she didn’t understand what I wanted bc they were all the same. The front desk woman then came over to ask what was wrong and I explained that I just wanted them to be even; Kelly started speaking quickly to her (I couldn’t understand and it’s awful to feel like they are talking about you); and the woman said that Michael would finish bc Kelly wasn’t feeling well - she told me to move to the table in the far side. I looked at my watch and it had already been 45 minutes. I had to leave.Overall the issue could have been easily resolved... it’s not the end of the world and should be an easy fix! It’s the way that it was handled that was terrible. So I wasted my lunch and now have an appointment at my usual place in Lexington.

Told me I wouldnt be charged for the full in bc its only been a week since I had the last fill in. Charged me 30 dollars for this . They still look horrible ! Will never come here again.

Michael at All Pro Nails did an INCREDIBLE job at my ombré dip nails for my gender reveal! I am soooo impressed and he was so sweet to talk to! Will definitely be coming back again! I’ve been for a pedicure once before as well and they have great prices for long leg massages. It was a great experience both times. Thank you so much for excelling at what you guys do! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

These people are very talented, kind and gifted. I have been going here for over 5 years and am always pleased. Best to call ahead for an appointment but usually can get in quickly. ALL the staff are great!

First experience was amazing but it has steadily gone down hill each time I go back. They rush, sometimes they are too rough and it hurts and depending on who does your nails they will chip or break within a week. I would have recommended this place initially but they clearly don’t care much about existing clients

Beware!! The salon is Filthy. When you sit down to get your nails done, all the filings and dust from all the prior customers is all over the work space where you put your hands. They brush your nails off with with the same brush they use to dust off the work space! Its disgusting! They never change towels between customers, nor do they sanitize their implements. I caught fungus there, and another person I spoke to told me they did, too. The owner does not care, she has an attitude no matter what you have to say. They have cheapened their services in so many ways, from using top products to now cheap cheap watered down polish and gels, that is thinned out with paint thinner!! Every week they have different people working there, so you can never rely on one person to do the same job each week.Rarely have I ever gotten a good quality acrylic mani there. They apply it unevenly, and brandish your hands with their drills recklessly. Ive gotten cut numerous times, and they just grab your hand back after pulling away in pain. They apply base coat to only half the nail, and then the color (applied unevenly) so far away from cuticle, that it looks like your nails have grown out and are ready for a new manicure!They used to do 2 layers of top coat and now only 1. They using the cheapest brand acrylic, and lifts after a week. Last but not least, like most Vietnamese nail chop shops, they speak their native language and laugh amongst each other making customers feel very uncomfortable. Its just plain rude.I personally think the board of health needs to investigate this salon. It just doesnt seem right that they do not take a stronger stance on salons like this.

All Pro Nails is one of the worst nail places I have ever been to in regard to customer service. Today, I had an appointment scheduled for 11:30am with Kelly. When I got in they asked me who I was seeing and what time my appointment was and I told them. They asked me to have a seat and that Kelly would be with me shortly.I waited for Kelly until 11:50am. More time than I should have given her. Afterwards, I walked out and called them to let them know that I had an appointment and that I did not appreciate the long wait. I told them that Kelly chose to see someone else over me. In that 20 minute wait there was absolutely no reassurance that Kelly was almost finished with the customer and that she would see me soon.What is the point of making appointments if they pick and choose who they want to see? You mine as well be a walk-in. The nail tech, Kelly, ending up seeing another woman over me who also had an 11:30am appointment. But, that womans appointment was with someone else. They asked me to come back while I was on the phone with them and apologized profusely. But, then they had the nerve to say that I only waited 5 minutes. I asked them how is that so when Ive been here since before 11:30am? I got there early as a courtesy for their time. How rude!When I came back another nail tech pretended to be Kelly because Kelly was nowhere near finished with the customer she was working on. She pointed to Kelly and said her name was Cindy or Sidney. However, what they failed to realize is I came to Kelly just a couple of weeks ago so I know exactly what she looks like. I take customer service very seriously especially in an establishment where I am spending my hard earned money. I am completely disgusted at how I was treated today.Please consider this before making an appointment with this place of business. Go to a nail place that respects their customers and their customers time. I would never get my nails done here again.

Excellent salon - they do a great job! Love the massaging chairs for pedicures. Many types of nail care offered. Very convenient location with free parking!

Im truly shocked at all of the negative reviews here. Ive been coming to this salon for about 10 years. Ive always thought highly of everyone who works here. Michael is simply wonderful. We have kids who are close in age, he always asks how theyre doing. I usually get pedicures but will on occasion get a manicure. Ive always found the salon clean, the towels fresh, and the equipment autoclaved or soaking in disinfectant. The pedicure bowls now use a disposable plastic liner to keep everything clean. I try to go as soon as the door opens, this place gets busy pretty fast. Obviously, its a good place, the long waiting is proof.

My pedicures and manicures are always perfect. Great massages, cuticles are cut, and nails shaped. Sometimes, I request for no massages, because I will save $5.00 that day. I have a fast-paced, public life style that requires high maintenance. This salon always does the trick for me. Affordable, fast, and high quality.

Ive been coming here about a year. I like that they keep a box of my tools to use everytime I come into the salon. I do think the salon needs a thorough cleaning and new paint. However it is close to where I live and they are open on Sundays. My dipped nails look good and they last up to 4 weeks.

Pain pain and more pain. The salon is pretty but the experience was not! I have a burn sore on my fingertip and multiple other places where my skin was broken. The nails look decent but not the standard Im used to. The staff wasnt that friendly either. I couldnt wait for it to be over.If you like torture this is your place! Six months later and my nails are just starting to return to normal. My experience was extremely painful and unfriendly and six months later my nails are still recovering from the hack job and the nail fungus I received after going here. I say stay away at all costs.

The service you get depends on the person who does your nails. There is a gentleman who works there regularly..stay away from him at all cost. He rushes, nics your skin and does a overall poor job. I stopped goingoing because it seemed like he was the only there to do pedis and gels. I also dont think they use the correct acrylic. I had a horrible reaction and my Dr. stated that it was because they use a cheap dental acrylic and a border that is not salon grade (its cheaper to buy and illegal to use on nails). They also use paint thinner ( yes wall paint thinner) to thin there polishes. They cut corners all the way around. Stay away! Pay extra and go to a good salon.

Absolutely horrible for so many reasons. First of all I will start off by saying we went there as a bridal group the bride and us 3 bridesmaids we all got 4 different people. that worked on the bride didnt listen the bride said she didnt want her legs massage during the pedicure and she continued to anyway also the manicure that she got chipped Within 45 minutes of leaving the place. One of the other Bridesmaids hers chipped as well within 3 hours of leaving the place. And mine chipped the next day and no we did not just get regular polish we all got the hard gel kind that is supposed to last longer. I also broke my nail the morning we went to get our nails done and explain this to the lady that did my nails and when she would do the clean-up on the edge of my nails she dug her nails into my wound where I broke my nail and it still hurts.

I drive from glenmary to this salon. They are GREAT

Terrible experience every time. The only reason I went was because I had a gift card. The guy nicked my toe really bad and I was bleeding all over.....when he finally noticed he had the nerve to say it was my fault! The paint job was awful....it was uneven and there were spots that needed another coat so bad that my natural nail was still showing through. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
