I walked in without an appointment and they worked me in quickly. Claudia gave me a great French manicure and everyone was friendly and professional! I highly recommend JC Nails!

Worst nail experience of my life. First I went in on Saturday and had them done. The mans hand that did them was so shaky I knew they werent going to look right. It felt like my hand was vibrating the whole time. The man did a terrible job. It was like he just slapped acrylic gel on and called it a day. Flash to 2 days later and two of my nails came off from lifting and two more started to lift. So I went back considering I spent 50 dollars plus tip on these. The lady that fixed them was so rude. You could tell she wasnt happy about having to fix them. She asked me if I knew how to do nails. She told me maybe I should learn to do my own nails since Im picky. Wow!!! I think anyone would be upset if two nails came off after 2 days!! She supposedly fixed them but they still dont look great. They not only dont know how to do nails here but theyre very rude. Stay away from this place. Waste of time & money!

This place did a great job with my nails. It’s clean, plenty of parking, nice staff, good ventilation, and typical prices.

I went here and got my nails done and they put them all crooked. Very disappointed. She never asked what shape I wanted she starting citing them to do coffin shape. My friend got a French tip done that you can see her previous nail underneath and not even at the same length. I do NOT recommend going here, just DONT waste your time and money here!!

I never usually take the time to leave a review unless I had outstanding service (or a horrible experience). I have to say that I received the absolute best pedicure of my life yesterday. I have probably been to 60+ nail salons since I was a teenager and have never experienced such a relaxing pedicure with an incredible massage.Keep in mind that this location charges the typical pedicure fees of any salon but what you get is beyond comparison. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Great price and good service. I came in as a walk in on a Saturday morning and they got me right in. My toes feel and look fabulous! I just wish they did the lotion/hot towel treatment that other nail salons do that make your feet extra smooth and moisturized.

This is a very nice and clean salon. Owner Holly was polite and funny. Sabrina did my nails and my pedicure and did a good job. They were COVID-19 ready and kept their professionalism. I highly recommend this nail salon. I even bought a gift card for a family member.

I never leave reviews but I’m so mad. I got my nails done less than a week ago and I’m somehow getting 2 repairs. Within two days they started peeling off. The lady was very nice but I have never experience such terrible nails.

Holly has been doing my eyebrows for 5 years now and I won’t let anyone else do them. I’ve had several pedicures and manicures from here too. The service has always been great and the salon is very clean.

This is the best place in the St Matts area, hands down. I’ve been coming here for years getting pedicures and have never had a bad experience. When I’ve tried other spots in the area I regretted it. Everyone on staff is wonderful, Holly and Love are amazing. Great people, great service.

My husband and I were walk-ins from leaving another salon that couldnt take us. Holly was as welcoming as anyone could be. She did a wonderful job with my nails and my husband was very pleased with his manicure from one of the other girls! She made me smile during a very difficult time and I told her I would give her 5 stars without hesitation! Will definitely be returning!

Whether youre a newbie or a pro, go here! I went for my first pedicure along with my girlfriend who goes here all the time. TBH I was nervous since my feet were in pretty rough shape since I am a runner. But the staff was super nice and made it a great experience. My feet feel much better and my gf said her manicure/pedicure was great, too. Ill be back!

New to Kentucky. I went to a nail place somewhere else they were nice but i did not like the style of the nails. I went online and researched nail salons. I came aross this one read the reviews. There was one negative review but the rest were amazing so i decided to ignore that one negative comment and boy am i glad i did! Holly was amazing went out of her way to fix my nails. She did an amazing job. Cozy atmosphere....friendly staff.....professional.....patient.....funny.....and great pricing! I will be going back! I would recommend to everyone who is in the market for a new salon.

The only place I will go! I moved from Lexington last year and had gone to several places here in Louisville but once Love did my nails, I won’t let anyone else do them! He’s the best! The salon is clean and well decorated...try it out :) you won’t be disappointed

The staff is amazing and get to know their clients. I have been there multiple times since I moved to the area and they remember who I am and details I have told them on past visits. Its very relieving to be new to an area and find a place that you feel comfortable and have a sense of familiarity. Regrettably I will be moving at the end of the year, and I really dont know to find another location because I love they location so much.

Awful.When I entered, there was no one ahead of me. One of the ladies had me sit down and placed my hands to set in a solution for over 45 min. Since I have been getting manicures for a few years now, I am fully aware, there is no need for setting nails in solution for over 45 min. In the meantime, two other women entered and had full manicures from start to finish before anyone returned to begin my manicure. I will not come again. The stalinist did not cover the whole base of my nails. It looked as though growth from about a week had already occurred. The shape was not consistent from one finger to the next. There were bubbles in the last top coat. Overall, terrible waste of time. Lack of quality. Worst nail salon I have discovered to date in Louisville

Holly did my nails yesterday. She’s been doing the dip sns technique for a log time now and my nails look absolutely beautiful. Everywhere else I have gone has done an awful job with the dip powder so I am very happy to have finally found someone that can do it right!!

Good place to get nails done and/or a pedicure. My nails have always looked amazing after leaving here, toes too! A bit expensive but well done.Ive revised this review because Im seriously questioning their cleanliness. My toenails look like I have a fungus and are terrible. Ive never had this problem and this is the last place that touched them. After I took the polish off my nail bed is cloudy looking. Its awful. I dont think Ill ever go back.

My girlfriend and I just went here to get our nails done for a wedding tomorrow. Her nails looked lovely, but I had a dip done and my nails look absolutely horrible. Im going to have them redone somewhere else and will never go back.

I wanted to love this place. I’ve been shopping for a home for my nails and I had read the reviews and was unhappy with the last salon I had went to because they told me they could do something they could not do and didn’t tell me until half way through the process that they could not do it, so I came here. So when I came here, I wanted a simple dip with some sparkles, but the lady doing my manicure, which in itself did not look good and my nails felt very thin when she was finished, insisted that I needed gel. Within two days, my nail chipped and broke. I should not have let her talk me into that. I’m off to the next salon to find me a new home for my nails. Thanks for trying. #nothardtoplease

There Almost the best nail salon that Ive ever been to, and Ive never had my nails to be put on so thin and natural looking and after a month theyve still not broken off, this is one nail salon that I would recommend anyone and everyone to go to,😍👍👍

They was very nice accomidating and wouldn’t mind getting my nails done here again, but I would not recommend bringing my hold back. I am stationed here but where I’ve been at in the past if I asked for them not to cut cuticles on my child they would abide by my wishes. I asked the first time when I walked in, I asked a second time when she attmepted on her first toe and she told me she wasn’t and don’t worry. She tried again, so I asked the guy that was doing mines what is she doing now. He stated that she was just cutting her cuticles. So I had to state again that I do not want them to do that at all. And as the guy told her no she did it again and I had to put my hand over my daughters feet for her to stop. That mad me very angry. I have the say so for my daughter. No one else and the fact that they did not abide by my wishes for MY daughter left a very bad taste in my mouth.

I went up there friday a week ago and the guy almost took my skin off he was in such a hurry to get finished to leave right at 7. Sent my daughter up there tonight and she asked for a pedicure at 6:30. They clipped her nails and painted them. Rushed her out the door and didnt even let her sit under the dryer. We will NEVER do business with this place again. Rude and very unprofessiona .

They get to know you and remember you and they do exceptional work for a competitive reasonable price. I sing their praises whenever I can!

Christine Dhanjal gives the best perm in the city. Im constantly being asked if my hair is naturally curly. Nope. Straight as a board. The pedicures are also awesome and should be experienced by everyone, male, female, etc. Clean, comfortable, friendly atmosphere without the overly made-up staff (looking at you Sephora) that makes you feel like a troll.

DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE! Terrible Service. I got me nails dipped here and the dipping chipped on over half my nails after 2 days - which never happens. Dipping typically lasts 3 weeks on my nails. Company falsely claimed that the chipping was the result of my nails and refused to issue refund or appropriately fix the problem. Dont go here unless you want poor service and a bad nail job. I wish I could give this place 0 stars.

Worse service, and nails that i ever had, i went there today in the afternoon looking for black nails with matte effect. That never happened. They send my home with the nail apparently dry. But of course they were closing the store and i guess they just want to go home or whatever the thing its that my total for me and my mom was $80 dollars and know what i have its the ugliest hands everrrr.
