This place WAS and I mean WAS a great place. That is until it became the new Mexican border. If you are Hispanic than stay away from this place. He hates you and every1 like you. Just ask around what he did to that lady whom was all by heraelf

Their professionalism and lack of respect for only CERTAIN paying customers is disgusting. And their lack of accountability when answering to their unprofessionalism is even more bothersome. As a person of color, I would not recommend or waste one penny.

This place has been my second home for the past 2 years. If your looking for a place with a great community this is the place for you I have met great friends and made life long relationships going here and cannot recommend this place more.Also affordable and lot of variety in machines unlike most gyms in Hendersonville

This gym is probably one of the most organized and cleanest gyms Ive been too. The weights are always where you expect them to be. The staff and members are also extremely nice and welcoming.

Disgusting behavior from this establishment. I saw the video, and how this establishment keeps making weak excuses to justify their actions. Just say your ignorance got the best of you. Next time please rethink very well on your actions because they will always have consequences. God bless your heart!

The owner tried to explain how the ladies, from whom she took the speaker from, we’re the ones in the wrong. That there were 30 people and 8 paid. I saw the video, no where near that amount. Also, how does one let them access the pool without verifying who has paid. Owner is trying to back track and has no evidence of the paying guests doing anything wrong.

I was startled to hear about it, incredibly disappointing. Shockingly disappointed, especially by the fact that the owner (whose generally always on premises) couldn’t own to the fact that this happened; instead gaslit and deflected. I don’t pretend to know everything that happened but instead of trying to accommodate or be understanding the owner(s) doubled down irresponsibly. Now it appears they’re on a vengeance tour because they tried to put the kabosh on one of the Zumba class, let’s hear this pretext.

It’s cool I didn’t sign up but definitely very friendly and helpful during my trail I died lol so I’ll come back when I can handle a bit more.

Can you share your side of the story about taking a speaker from a group of people who were at the pool? Some of the video provided shows them being very courteous?

2nd time going there, I go at night. All the equipment i use is well maintained, and they also have cleaning supplies out so you can wipe the equipment off after use! Good atmosphere to get healthy in!

I wanted to play some corridos tumbados. But I decided not to dint want to be kick out but then u remember about this song el Américano. Since it says American I though i will be ok and not kit out But they still kick me outBad very bad service

I felt like they couldn’t be bothered to help me and I didn’t feel they met a standard level of cleanliness in common areas like bath/changing rooms. Slimy floors.

The owner yelled at me because I was exercising in a wet back way they then proceeded to beat me. 0/10 dont ever come here.

After seeing how they treat Hispanic members of the community I am disgusted and ashamed that they even exist. They kicked out a family of Latino women after disconnecting their music without so much as an explanation, then they called the cops. Plus their website is trash. DO NOT COME HERE.

They asked me if I spoke Spanish And I replied si and they kicked me in the pool and called me a bean

Been with Flex since they first opened on Four seasons and I will never switch. Great people, and great owners! I recommend everyone I can who is looking for a good place to fulfill any fitness goals.

I love this gym Ive been a member for about five years since they were at their old building I loved their new building theres lots of space even at their busiest times you still got quite a bit of room Ive gone to several other gyms just to try them out and I definitely dont feel like any of them give the same kind of atmosphere that this place does The husband and wife that own it are extremely nice people they even have an outdoor swimming pool that Ive taken my daughter to thats a lot of fun shes enjoyed it they also offer tanning beds which I dont use but I know a lot of people do theres a good amount of a cardio equipment plus lots of free weights they have a designated lifting spot I just really enjoy this gym I really think this is a good gym at a reasonable price

I’d been stuck at a Planet Fitness for a minute, recently moved and very happy to find a gym closer to my house. Got my first workout in today, and I’m extremely happy Flex is just 3 minutes away. I’ve worked out at every gym in Western NC and Upstate SC, I haven’t seen this kind of equipment, space, or gym culture since I visited the Gold’s in Venice Beach!

I love this place! Great prices for a 24 hour gym. The facility is very clean and well maintained, and the owners are just awesome! They are more than willing to answer your questions and show you the correct usage of the machines. There is also a evening cardio class that I LOVE!!!!!Great Place to go and wonderful people no doubt.

Plenty of equipment, sadly just cant afford the extra money for a gym membership anymore. Owners are great people and so are the clientele.

RESPONSE TO GYMS RESPONSE: Please try calling your gyms number and letting it go to voicemail. I literally just tried it and got the message that the voicemail is full.DOES ANYONE EVEN WORK HERE??? I have called this gym several times throughout the day (between the hours of 8am - 5pm) over multiple week days and NO ONE EVER PICKS UP THE PHONE!!!! The worse part is that their voicemail is full so you cant even leave a message! This is no way to run a business.
