I had a great experience this afternoon at Bliss Nail Spa. The salon was super clean, they opened the tools in front of me and overall had a lovely visit. I wouldnt hesitate going back again. Ill call ahead next time for an appointment. Theyre busy, but I see why!

Great service. We went during a slower time, but a friend forgot her mask, and they provided a disposable one, instead of turning us away. Offered us drinks. Would come back. Would give 5 stars, but their massage chairs need to be reappolstered.

Every technician is so gentle and talented! Some salon technicians file my skin away along with the nail, but Ive never had that happen here. Im always happy with the shape and finish of my nails. Prices are also very affordable!

The first time I went for a dip manicure it was just bad… left hand was shorter than the right hand and the girl did it so chunky. But the reviews are great so I went in for a 2nd time thinking I just got a bad manicurist… I told them exactly what I wanted, had photos for reference… but again, the right hand was longer than the left, so I pointed it out and she “fixed” it but made the right nails totally off balance, pointed to the left, not even!! So frustrating. I’m never going back.

Thought I liked this place second time here but turns out they charge for every little thing and dont tell you until your paying! $58 for dip no special shape, no special color, easy service. Its too ridiculous. I was told its because of cut down and take off. Other salons would charge much less. Id say. Go elsewhere unless you want to spend extra for same service

LORD THE REVIEWS DIDNT LIE! This was probably the best pedicure I’ve ever had. Me and my boyfriend came in for a quick classic pedicure and got the MOST! They did not skimp on that massage at the end either, I felt like I was gunna fall asleep I was so relaxed. We will be returning for one of the fancier pedicures soon! They have all kinds of salts, scrubs, herbs and oils we cannot wait :)

I just had the best pedicure experience of my life here, and the manicure service was also excellent! The foot/leg massage was incredible. Tons of colors to choose from (maybe too many) and the pedicure options were really cool - they have a pedicure bar where you can choose lots of custom lotions and scents, etc. I just chose the $40 one, one level up from the basic for the extra massage, and it was well worth it! I also LOVE that they did the mani pedi at the same time - I hate spending hours at a nail salon to do one, then the other. My nails looks incredible, I feel relaxed, and overall really enjoyed my experience! Bonus: in and out within an hour on a Saturday morning! I’ll never go to another salon in the area as long as the service is this good!

Good friendly service, pedicure was great. NexGen manicure left some color on skin (was told it would wash off, but had to scrub off at home) and also had to do filing for rough edges at home. Had tips added and nail length not consistent across nails but not noticable. Manicure looks good overall

Best nail salon Ive been to (and Ive been to a lot all over the US). Ive gone to Bliss every month since I moved to Dallas for gorgeous nails and a relaxing atmosphere. Treat yourself!

My wife was a client there for more than a year. But today was the worst experience ever. We arrived to her appointment 4min late and they had already canceled the appointment. It’s so sad and poor customer service. That we are the clients that are paying for a service and we don’t have grace for arriving 4min late when they have told us that they have a grace period of 10min. So sad that this is the way they treat a client. Never coming back.

Staff is nice and professional but quality of the nails isn’t great. I’ve been two times but each time I’m not a fan of the end result and the nails don’t last longer than a few days. I don’t think I would return to this place.

I came in to get a pedicure and i got the bliss pedicure...my technician we Nina and she was amazing! It was LITERALLY the best pedicure I have ever gotten! Thank you Nina! It was 58 dollars BUT well worth every penny! I will be going back! Amazing experience!!!

Dallas lakewood Bliss nailsI come this salon once a month, I went into the salon and got a full set days ago. I spent 75$ with no designs on my nails and was told that I could come back if anything breaks within 10days. I Just walked in and the lady at the front says she will have to charge me.Don’t go to this salon, they are too over priced for the quality of the nails not to last a couple days. Try out paint Nail bar in Dallas way better

First time here! Wow, so clean, comfortable and best pedicure I have had in a long time! My mom went with me and she uses a walker and they were so accommodating!

I’ve been here several times but this last experience was terrible. My entire gel manicure was off within a week. Totally understand that things happen but they wouldn’t even fix the manicure or issue a partial refund. Awful customer service. Definitely won’t be returning. City Nail right down the street has better customer service, super friendly, and cheaper!

I was so disappointed the first time I used their service. It was a guy who dip my dip powder nails and it fell off in like 2 weeks. 2nd time I was very impressed. Annie did my nails the 3nd time and did an amazing job. Thank you . Its been over a month and my nails look great. Ill be back soon.

Worst customer service Ive had at a nail salon, ever. Went in for a simple gel manicure. Waited for 30 mins after they sat me, picked a color etc and saw other people who came in after getting serviced before me. I got up and told them to cross my name of their list and walked out. Terrible.

How is it possible for a nail salon to mess up the most basic mani/pedi? I got a regular mani/pedi done here and the manicure was poorly done. Its been less than a day and there are already bubbles. Im really disappointed given how much I spent for the most basic of mani/pedis. Will be looking for another salon to go to.

Just moved to Texas so I needed a permanent nail tech while Im here. I sent an appointment request and the manager immediately contacted me to set an appointment.When I came in I was immediately greeted by the nice staff. Lucy was my nail tech. She was great and was very fast.Unlike some nail salons in the area, they are very affordable. Cheaper than what I normally pay. They gave a huge range of colors. Will be returning soon.

This was the worst pedicure and waxing experience for myself and 2 others!!! My family and I will never go back here or recommend this place to anyone. The ”manager” and waxing tech were both so rude and didnt listed after we repeated our complaints multiple times. My wife requested to speak with the owner and was told that she was not allowed to speak to the owner. According to multiple employees the Manager was really the ”owner. DO NOT GO TO THIS HORRIBLE NAIL ” LOUNGE”!!!! You will leave here disappointed and miserable!!!.

My boyfriend and I went here earlier, and this is the best nail salon I’ve been to so far in the Dallas area. They offer you drinks. They pay attention closely when painting your toes or nails. I would recommend, and I’ll definitely be back soon.

I 10/10 recommend!!! They don’t have many reviews but it’s because they’re new. My guy’s name was Huge; he did an AMAZING job! He made sure that i was comfortable and that the warm towels and water were just right. Everyone is very friendly and make an effort to ensure you get the best service. Definitely a bang for your buck and totally worth it!

If you are unfortunate enough to have ingrown toenails I highly recommend Bliss! I have horrible ingrown toenails that hurt like crazy if I do not get regular pedicures and Bliss does an amazing job at removing them. I’ve gone to other places and the pedicures are quite painful but everyone at Bliss is able to remove them very well without causing any pain which is amazing. Beyond that the place is nice and clean and relaxing and the customer service is great. Would recommend to anyone.

I needed a place to get my nails done while in town. Both times the service was excellent. They dont waste time by having you do one service than another. They got my old dip nails off and new ones on while I was having my pedicure. The leg massage is the best and the products smell amazing.

Great service. Love the color selection. My manicures and pedicures last 2-3 weeks. They also have a 10 day policy on gel nails. If they break, they will fix for free.

I have loved this salon since it opened but today I went for the first time since the covid19 shelter in place 8 weeks for me.I call scheduled an appointment and was told I would need to wear a mask which is fine.However after entering being asked to wear gloves to select polish, washing my hands and taking my seat, I looked around. Everyone in the salon was wearing a mask including me.One lone young woman getting her nails done was sitting with her mask under her chin. I got up and addressed her from 6 feet and asked her to please put her mask on and keep it on until she left. I pointed out that she was the only person in the room not wearing her mask and could she please show others the respect we were showing her. She said thank you and continued to keep her mask on her chin.At this point I collected my purse went to the desk and told them if they were not going to enforce the mask policy they set I would be leaving. No one said a word. I would like to point out that there is no point in making people wear gloves to select a glass bottle of nail polish if youre not going to enforce the mask policy. The virus comes from the respiratory system (lungs/nose/mouth).One person with out a mask is seeding the entire ventilation system (air-conditioning) which will then expose anyone breathing without a mask for any period of time in the salon.So if the owner doesnt mind losing business and risking another closure because someone with covid19 was in their salon not to mention wasting money on gloves then this is not the salon I thought it was and me and my family will not be back.

I had a great experience here this last Friday so many different colors to choose from it took me time to decide, they give awesome pedicures and foot massages and are very sanitary. They also have a variety of drink options to choose from alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The staff is sweet and polite!

The service and atmosphere was great but I had to revise this review due to the quality of nails I had done. I got nexgen which I have had done previously by other salons that usually lasts 4-6 weeks. This is the 1st time my nails only lasted a week and I paid 40 plus a tip, highly disappointed😞

I had my nails done by Fugo and he is a nail artist! 5 stars!!! I felt extremely comfortable with him and he really listened to what I wanted. I have my dream nails and have found my new person. Someone else did my toes and they looked great after the pedicure! But I had to rescrub my feet myself, all the dead skin and calluses were still there. I didnt notice until after I got home so I wasnt able to ask him to go over them again.

My nails are at completely uneven lengths my ring finger nail is insanely longer than my middle. A bunch of hidden charges when you get a fill. If you ask for pricing differences they will not be told to you. Design costs will not be told to you. All the way down to the shape and length of your nail being five dollars a piece even if you come in with your nail shape during a fill. Absolutely rude. Had me finish putting oil on my own nails and took another guest before they were done with my nails and tried to make me feel stupid because they didn’t communicate pricing when I literally asked. Nice studio, I just wouldn’t be surprised if your nails fall apart in less than a week and you pay $100 for a fill.Update: only gave me a $20 refund for what I would consider the worst salon/nail experience of my life for the cost of the polish despite the fact the entire experience was awful, they apologized which was cool except for the part where when I told the woman I didn’t want a gift card she tried to tell me I was never overcharged randomly and prices were just never communicated to me when I flat out asked, which doesn’t make a difference in my opinion considering the nails are trashed less than a week later. Also admitted to reading my email yet never responded to it.

Will not give you a partial refund after completely trashing your nails and overcharging you. Had to see someone to fix my nails less than a week after coming here. They also won’t respond to any emails so don’t bother trying to contact them directly with concerns to resolve conflict.

Amazing staff! Came with my sister about a month ago. We were skeptical about going since it was brand new. Weren’t disappointed though. Huge did an amazing job with my sisters pedicure. Came a week after with some friends and Lucy did my pedicure. Everyone is very friendly and patient. Truly worth the money. Brought my niece in today for her mani and pedi. Romeo has also done my older sister’s nails and did any amazing job too. Can’t recommend this place enough to my friends.

You will NOT be disappointed in this nail salon! From the moment I walked in until all of my services were completed, I felt like I was important! All the staff was so friendly, and all dressed very trendy. The salon is nicely decorated and smells and looks very clean! I was offered a drink from their bar that includes water, sodas, champagne, wine, etc. and a warm neck pillow. The options for nail and dip color are endless, so many options! Nathan (the owner) did my dip manicure and it was easily the best one I’ve ever had! I feel like other salons only care about the dip part, he actually manicured my nails and cleaned around them after. He is also a veteran that served in the Marines so I loved supporting this salon. Hugh (not sure if I’m spelling that correctly) did my manicure and it was also top notch! I moved from a salon in the uptown area, and the prices are very affordable in this salon. I was expecting to pay a pretty penny in the Lakewood area, and I was delightfully surprised when they told me I only owed $83 for a dip mani and the middle level pedi. When I left I was offered a Christmas goodie bag of candy, which just shows that they are killing the customer service game! 💪🏽 I will definitely be back!!
