I’m very happy with the staff, I have used most of the stylists and have to say they are all excellent. Best value in the area for my needs, beard trims and high fades keep me coming back. Love the check in from the application and the place is always clean. They are busy but that’s a sign of good business practices, everyone must love it too.

Our stylist, Kita, was wonderful. All I had to go on for my sons haircut was a picture and she nailed it perfectly.

Talented barbers. Clean shop. Definitely a place to go if you want to pamper yourself and its appointment only so call ahead.

I had to go to this location because the line at the sports clips I am frequent to was too long. Lets be honest. The place was nice but the lady who did my hair didnt talk much and I was a bit socially awkward. I accidentally left my jacket there when I went on Saturday and I immediately went into panic mode as I found out I left it on Sunday. So after church we went to see if they had it and sure enough they did. I was hoping they didnt throw it away or sell it to charity. But it was hanging neatly at the front desk. I want to thank the staff for keeping my jacket the day I was there.

Another great visit. I have four young hyper boys and they always take great care of us here!

I was not satisfied with the haircut that I was given. Lady made me look like Ferb from Phineas and Ferb. Now I wouldnt mind it if she wasnt going back and forth checking it people in constantly during my cut. Even she wasnt sure about how it turned out, when she asked me if I liked it, she hesitated. Not only was this the most expensive Barber Ive been to, but the worst experience Ive had dealing with the barber. I always give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but I was unsatisfied. Im never coming here again.

So I checked in online and it said I was next in line and had an estimated wait of 5 minutes. I arrived in that 5 minutes and checked in when I arrived and it again said I had a 5 minute wait time but I was now 3rd in line with 9 people in the waiting area. I waited and waited and still after 40 minutes I left after 5 people went back before me and I was absolutely furious! They went right around me even though I checked in online and waited in my vehicle as I was instructed until 5 minutes before my time but upon arrival the waiting area was full. So where are the rules being followed and observed for those of us that do what is required? This was ridiculous and I will probably never go back as I was treated rudely when I asked how much longer. This location has lost my business for sure!

First time visit. I am extremely pleased with the service. Kiana listened to my concerns and surpassed my expectations. Will certainly be returning when the time comes!

A wonderful experience as always

Ive taken one of my sons here twice. Both times he was seen by Kita. She does a great job and so friendly!

Store does not honor wait times on their app. Last week I came to get my haircut. I checked the app and selected the stylist I wanted and was told it was a 29-minute wait so I leave my apartment since I live 15 minutes away and 3 minutes after I left I was notified that my stylist was ready 26 minutes early. I get to the store and it ends up being another 30-minute wait before I can get my haircut. Today same thing happened. I select the stylus I wanted for my son and the app said it was a 26-minute wait so I leave my apartment and again 2 minutes after I left my apartment it says the stylist is ready. So I get there and of course its a 23-minute wait after I check in again on the computer. So I go out and sit in my truck for 15 minutes and then come back inside and my stylist is just finishing somebodys haircut and starts on somebody elses and its another 21-minute wait before I can get my sons haircut. The stylist does good work but I will never come back to this location again for the amount of money you pay you should not be treated this way.

One of the worst Experience I have ever had when I went to go get a hair cut. It was the lady in the left corner right of the bat I could tell she was annoyed then she took of hair where I didn’t want hair off my hair cut was unpleasant and very Disappointing I will not recommend anybody here

Corinne did a great job. I have been going to the Sport Clips Pasadena location for a years. I tried out a few other places, Lus Barbershop, Caesars Barbershop, and Roosters, even some Sport Clips locations other than the Pasadena location, but none of those places gave the kind of service that I have experienced at Sports Clips Pasadena. There is usually a bit of a wait but the great service and great haircut is worth it.

There were 4 stylists there when I arrived. one person ahead of me, he was signed in for next available, I signed in for a certain stylist. My stylist finished the customer she was working on, and instead of me she took the next available. In the meantime 4 guys came in and signed in for next available, and three of them ended up getting in before me. A really terrible system. I am totally done with Sport Clip, going to go to someplace more professional!

I love coming here with Kita. She’s always attentive and positive even when she’s had a long, busy day.

Tina and Elizabeth take their time cutting my hair and always friendly. Some stylist dont want to be there and they let you know it.

Made an appointment for a stylist and waited almost an hour. All the other stylist were looking at the waiting list and never mentioned the stylist wasn’t there that day until I went to the front and asked after the long wait. When asked why they never informed me, one said she didn’t know if I had checked in, even though it shows I been checked in.

I got a great haircut from Kita! I received 1st class treatment there today and wish I had tipped more! Ill be back in a couple of weeks.

I have been going to this sport clips for about 6 years now, never had a bad cut or a bad experience. My son and I go on a regular basis and the experience is always pleasant and welcoming! You get what you paid for. Uneven fade, no shape and rushed haircut. I could’ve done it better if I did it myself. I’m glad my hair grows fast. Guess I’ll be walking around with a “My Mom cuts my hair to save some money” haircut for a week.

Best Haircut Experience - I travel daily & it is very hard to find good hairstylist around the USA. Today was one of The Best experiences I think I have ever had. Basic haircut is $18. Typical wait is about 10-20 min. Recommend going when they open. Staff is friendly. No wifi but numerous TVs set to ESPN. They offer hair wash and shampoo if interested.

They don’t honor the time they give you in the app. 2 out of the last 3 times ive gone ive scheduled through the app and 2 of those times when its my turn to have my haircut. The lady i had i gave her a picture of what i want cuz i know not every where can cut black people hair ( i dunno why) so i wanted a simple TEMPLE Taper FADE and line up ... no hair cut . $18 cool.. right so i ask you know how to do a Taper fade she says yes .. i show her dont worry about my beard just do the temple and back and give me a line up please .. she said ok she was finished in literally 5 min Im like nah so she forgets to fade the right side Im like un can u fix this .. she thinks she does but i said u know what forget it, just to 1. not make it worst and 2. keep me calm ... i get home and its worst then i thought the back is an uneven fade .. and my right side is bald not faded and left is a super light fade but not good .. Im going back tomorrow to ask for someone else to fix it who can fix the back at least. staying away from her tho .. she the second chair on the left with glasses she one of the older ladies

I got my hair ruined, I felt like I was in one of those very cheap hair salons where they only know how to do basic haircuts. Even though I showed the lady a picture of the haircut she totally ruined it, Ive been to hair salons that charge less and have a passion with customers and hairstyling. The manager or whoever she was,was rude as I heard another stylist ask about some cupon thing and she responded very rudely. Been to waaay better hair salons and never coming back again.
