They were great. I called for an appointment and was pleasantly surprised that they could get me right in. They were very friendly and the pedicure and manicure work great! I will definitely be back.

I went here for the first time today and they were so quick but did an AWESOME job! I got acrylics and gel polish and they turned out perfectly! I got the coffin shape and it isnt bulky and tapers perfectly and the ends are filed nice and perfectly straight!

I love this place! I got my nails done a couple of moths ago and they looked amazing!! I asked for an Ombre mix with blue and white they looked fantastic! No other nail salone has done my nails better than they have. I would recommend this place.

Read and heard nothing but great reviews, so decided to give them a try. Everyone was right!! They are great, friendly, on the least expensive side. She wanted to make sure I was happy and that made me happy! Most places ask you to pay half way through, which before gel polish it took nails so long to dry that was some what understandable, but now I feel like they simply do it to see if youre gonna tip or not. Not here, I even asked if she wanted me to pay before she startef painting them and she said no later, and it was the absolute last thing she did! True customer service at its finest, that I havent seen in such a long time. VERY HAPPY GUEST here!!

I have not had my nails done in probably 20 years and Helen very patiently talked me through all of the options and shapes and I am in love with my nails. I will definitely be going back. The shop is very clean and has excellent standards during this pandemic. I highly recommend!!!

Jade Nails does a great job! I like that they have a wide variety of powder dip colors. Making appointments is easy, just call ahead! The nail techs at Jade are super friendly and make sure you are happy with your nail shape/cut. It is also affordable! I’m happy I found them!

My mom and two little sisters (ages 5&6) all had a wonderful manicure experience. They did a wonderful job with the little ones and were very kind and patient. My mom and I both got gel and are very pleased with how they look. Would definitely recommend and go back!

Poor communication I called made an Appointment was asked what time i want. I said 11:30 Hellen said noon to only arrive to be told go elsewhere she is busy next hour😳 umm excuse me i drove 35 min to your establishments and gave my phone number you should of reached out. Lack of empathy and communication.

I had a great experience here! The nail tech was super nice and they fit me in on Sunday near closing time, so that I really appreciated. She did everything I asked for and they educated me on all of my options and the prices since it was my first time ever getting my nails done. Also very tidy and Covid-19 friendly!

My brother and I get manis and pedis here regularly. My brother had never had any type of nail service prior to coming here. He was a little self conscious the first time, but the employees here are awesome and now my brother enjoys going (which says a lot because he is a dude and a shy dude at that). My manicures last a really long time (like until my nails grow out basically) and are always done perfectly. I’m kind of picky about my nails, but I never have any complaints. Tommy and Helen are super nice and make sure to do their best work every time. The value here is also excellent and there are a TONNN of colors and designs to choose from. I won’t get my nails done anywhere else!

This place is hands down the best place in the Louisville area. I have had not one bad experience here and my nails look gorgeous every time I walk out of there. The owner is very personable and very thorough on the job she does on your nails. I highly recommend this place!

Wonderful service and great attention to detail! They went above and beyond to accommodate my daughter and I. First nail salon that would actually do gel nails on my daughter— she’s in heaven!! Every other place has refused stating her nails are too short- not Jade nails. They were patient, kind, and very professional.Highly recommend.Though I live out of town- I tend to come back in a week or so for a pedicure with my daughter!

I took my sisters to this salon over the weekend, and we had a great experience! The salon was clean and nicely decorated, and Helen did a great job with our spa pedicures. She was pleasent, efficient, and our nails look great! I will definitly be back.
