I visited Solar Nails for the first time on 08/30/2021. I really enjoyed my experience! I was on the hunt for a new nail salon close to me and this was one of the places with the highest stars. I thought they opened at 9:30 from google so I got there a little early & planned on waiting in my car for the 10-15 minutes and the door said they actually opened at 9 which was great for me. I went in and there was only one other person inside. I was greeted right away and asked what I wanted to get done. I waited not even 2 minutes for the tech to come and start my pedicure, they were just opening so I had no issue waiting. My pedicure was awesome! Lynn I believe her name was also started on my nails while I was getting my pedicure. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she recreated it. I have gotten so many compliments on my nails! I was asked several times during my pedicure and while getting my nails done if everything was okay and if I liked it, which I liked because most places don’t ask and then you could potentially end up paying for something you don’t like but can’t really revert. I’m used to paying between 90-150 for my nails and toes for what I get done so the price was reasonable. I only gave it 4 stars because it was my first time going and I would like to go again and see how my experience is. Might stick to the early mornings lol when it’s not crowded and I can get in and out!

First time trying a new nail salon after I moved and I love Michael’s work. He’s so talented and my nails are identical to the picture I showed him after only seeing it once before we started.

First time here and definitely will not be my last! Both of the ladies were so sweet. The lady(LYNN) who did my nails was so gentle and the absolute kindest and she is so talented. I’m obsessed with my nails!

This place was so refreshing. I got my birthday nails here. Lynn did what I wanted perfectly. The host was so gracious, he made sure everything was going good, really attentive - even held the door as I left the nail shop and asked how my experience was. Emmy - I think thats her name- was so patient when I wasnt sure about the toe color. Super cute lady. I can see why they have so many reviews.

I cannot recommend this place enough!!! I have gotten the dip powder and the gel manicure (pictured below) and I LOVE it. The attention to detail and the patience and attentiveness to your every need all gives this place a 10/5 in my book. Also, I love how they care about preserving your natural nails (whether youre doing dip powder, acrylic, or gel) whereas many other places I have gone to drill like crazy and leave my nail beds so damaged. Here, my nails feel so healthy and I am obsessed!

I went to Solar Nails for Michael, but Nancy ended up doing my nails and she is TOP NOTCH. I loved everything about the experience. I went with my mother who is disabled and the whole staff was so kind. They take great care to get your nails done just the way you like them. Im definitely going back!

I went here yesterday to get my nails done and I really like them. Everyone here was nice and the person who did my nails wasn’t rough. She did my nails exactly like the picture I showed. I would come again and definitely recommend people try this nail salon.

I had a great experience here. My mom and I went here three weeks ago for the first time. Amy did my toes. She was super sweet and did a great job. Michael did my fingers. He was very particular that they were done to my satisfaction and he even continued to re-evaluate them a couple times after he was done. I felt pampered the entire time I was there. The staff was so personable, I felt like family, which is something I cant say has happened to me before at other salons. Additionally, I have gotten so many compliments on my nails. My finger nails started chipping about 3 weeks after getting them done, so they lasted a long time too. My mom got her nails done by Linh. She is AMAZING at what she does. My mom has never been so impressed with her nails before. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I had such a wonderful experience. I remember when the salon opened but never visited for a service until this month, Jun 2021. Shame on me! Michael was absolutely excellent. I asked a number of questions about nail care and he answered every question with patience. My manicure and pedicure were done carefully and neatly. I was very pleased and Im excited to return because Ive finally found a place! Thank you.

I was visiting Loganville from Florida, This was my first time here, after riding up and down Athens Hay looking for a nail salon. I decided to pick this one. Lynn was my nail tech. Absolutely the best. She was very nice, kind, friendly and compassionate. She took her time and did my nails to absolute perfection. I will return and Hope Lynn is still here. Thank you Lynn

Been looking for a new nail salon and I think I might have found a new place. Overall, had a great experience with Lynn or Lyn (not sure of the spelling). She was very knowledgeable, and gentle when it came to my nails (sns/gel) set. Amy did my pedicure and she was amazing as well. I did wait for a while, but everyone was so nice and apologetic about having me wait for so long. I will definitely return to this salon again.

Lynn did an excellent job on my nails. They were poorly shaped. She took a lot of time building up my nails and shaping them properly. Once she got done, they were truly beautiful! I will definitely be back!! Thanks so much, Lynn!!

Michael was very meticulous and made sure that he addressed any concerns I had. I think they are very efficient with time yet they also take their time with your nails. I’ve really been looking for a nail salon that can replicate a picture pretty accurately. I read the reviews and decided to try this place. My nail tech’s name is Lyn! She did such an awesome job!! I asked for a flower on my big toe and was happy to know and see she could free hand it. She also did an awesome job replicating the picture I asked for and even helped me pick the color. One thing I really loved is that the same person does you hand and feet. It made it easier to tip in my opinion. I will absolutely return!

Today was my first visit here as I just moved to the area and need to find a new spot. Im very happy with my fingers (nice, neutral color in SNS on my natural nails) but not happy with my toes. After more than 10 minutes drying, I got up to leave and thought everything was kosher bc my toes looked good. But when I got in the car, I realized they must have really caked on the toe polish bc I looked down and noticed that they had smeared! If it werent for the fact that I had already been there for 2 hrs, Id have gone back in to have them fix it.I really like my nails so Ill give them another shot. Part of me thinks bc the tech didnt realize or forgot that I was getting a pedi, he started speeding up. It ended up being less than I expected so thats another reason why Im gonna give them another shot.

They took they’re time and so sweet. I really recommend Michael.

The service was amazing. I got SNS powder on my nails and Gel on my toes and the service came out absolutely beautiful. They were extremely polite and professional. This is definitely my new mail spot moving forward. And they gave me a complimentary perfume because it was my first time. 5 stars

Like others, I have been on the hunt for a salon who can offer creativity and talent. I visited Solar as a walk-in and was immediately welcomed, attended to and heard. I had a really nice pedicure, while my old SNS was removed. I was able to move to a table for my new design. Michaels passion, creativity and talent can be seen and felt immediately. I adored the time and care he took to give me a quality service and design. We had great conversation, he was kind to answer all my questions regarding his craft as well. I will happily invest my time with him to receive such incredible work. I think it is safe to say that my search is over.

Spent like a 100 bucks just for my nails to break not even 2 weeks after.. my nails usually last a month and some. And the process took twice as long and the guy followed me to my car twice. It was creepy.

The guy that did my nails was rushing so he could get to other customers. I’ve had this set for less than a week and it already looks old and janky. When i called to ask them to fix my nails they refused & told me they would do better next time. There will be no next time though, because i’m NEVER going back. I don’t like how they treat customers.

I recently moved to this area so this was my first visit at this salon. The salon was very clean and the employees there were all very nice. Lee did an amazing job on my pedicure, and Amy did such a great job with waxing my eyebrows. They took their time and made sure that I left happy. I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this salon to others.

I seen google reviews on this salon and figured I would give them a try. My youngest daughter wanted a pedicure for her 10th birthday so we came here. We did come in last minute no appointment. Amy, & 2 other ladies took us. No question. Got pedicures for all 3 of us. Work was not rush. My massage was great. I was happy to just relax for one and be pampered. The birthday girl was very happy with hers as well. My oldest is already planning her next pedi with this salon. Prices are very reasonable. Next time I will try a pedi with hot stone and the paraffin. They also gave my birthday girl a gift. It was also nice to see this salon regular clients come in. It shows that they have a good rapport. It’s been a very long time since I have gone into a salon because I feel rush. I got to relax and be pampered and at solar nails I got that.

SOOOOO NICE, I LOVE THEM. My cousin Justin Shields recommended that I went. They are the nicest family owned nail salon open in Snellville. I was having a bad day and was hesitant to go, but as soon as I walked in I was greeted warmly. I got a pedicure and the polish was amazing. Faith did my toes and she was so funny and charming. Overall the environment was great and everyone talked to everyone. 100000/10 would recommend. I will most definitely be returning !!!!!!!!!!
