Came here for the first time today. I have used Sport Clips in other states so I know what caliber should be expected, I get a high and tight. This isnt an easy cut to do. Other Sport Clips have done a good job with this. Today I met Cassandra, and I think I met the ninja of the high and tight, Holy cow! She was AMAZING! I thought all this time I was getting it done right, but after she did it, I realized I wasnt. She was quick, professional, personable, and I will only have her do my haircuts in the future. Thank you Cassandra for being amazing at what you do!

Their online check in really sucks. Employees there will bump you off the list before you reach the top. Can only check in 30 minuets before you get there even if its over an hour wait which doesnt make sense. The haircut experience itself will really depend on who you get. The experience will range from great to mediocre. I really should get names to recommend

I went there today and got a great short haircut. only complaint, after the shampoo there was further cutting and voila hair all over again. haircut was awesome and she did a great job hm but she let hair drop onto face, where majority babrbers dont let happen.. dunno maybe she didnt like me being indian

I asked for a taper and to get it blended up but to leave the top alone. The lady didn’t even cut to the length I wanted. I asked for a 0 on the sides and back and for it to get blended up and she only did the back, she didn’t touch the sides of my hair almost at all and had to have another barber come check it for her. I was so annoyed that I just left and said it was good so I didn’t have to sit there any longer and let the “barber” try to figure out how to actually cut hair. The lady that came to help said “it must be hard because his hair is curly.” You are a barber you should know how to cut hair whether it is curly or straight. Never going back there again.

Melissa at Pocatello Sport Clips was impeccable with her service. She was attentive, experienced and gave one of the best MVPs ever. She also made available the various products for customers and their different uses.

The haircuts aren’t horrible but the check in process is. The last four times I have used the online check in, I have arrived at the recommended arrival time and proceeded to type my phone number in the kiosk as directed by one of the staff members. Last night after waiting for an additional 45 minutes past the recommended arrival time and watching two people who were below me on the list for the same stylist get their haircut, I was ready to go home. Luckily I was the only customer left in the place at that point and one of the staff asked who I was. I politely told them my name and was met with a chuckle and “oh, yeah, that check in thing doesn’t work and I was about to take you off the list because it said you weren’t in store yet”. This is the third time I’ve heard that the check in thing doesn’t work. If you are the owners of sport clips and you are reading this, fix the problem please. The online check in is a great theoretical idea but it needs help right now. Sadly, I will not be waiting for 40 minutes before arriving to sport clips only to wait another 45 to hear that “the check in thing is broken”. Otties barbershop, pro barbers, and mustache and curl in Pocatello, try them out before wasting your time at sport clips.

They took very good care of my nephew being blind a haircut can be hard but the ladies were very patient and calm with him. Get the works it is well worth the small price.waiting room was clean as was the restroom and it was busy but our wait was short.

Haircut was terrible. Not even and still have patches of long hair. For $19 Id rather pay a cosmetologist that needs it and does good work.

Overall Staff is friendly and give great haircuts. Speed leaves alot to be desired. My big gripe was the fact that one associate who Im assuming was the Manager or franchise owner had to look at every haircut before the stylist could finish..Talk about Micro management to the max. If yall want to lose customers thats a good way to do it.It does nothing for your business except slow down production and show that you dont trust your people to do quality work.Paralysis through analysis!!!

I was here from out of town and needed a haircut. My usual is whatever sports clips location is close because I always get a better haircut there than anywhere else. But this visit was different than the 100 haircuts I’ve had before.My stylist was BECKY, and she was incredible! She did an amazing job, and I couldn’t be happier. The thing I loved the most was her attention to detail. She caught things that so many others never mentioned. Threw out ideas and products that worked incredibly on my hair!10/10 would recommend. Very reasonable with price, especially with the extra services. It is $18 for a hair cut, and $23 for the extra service (MVP)Compared to most prices that other hair places charge, this is very reasonable for their services.Youve definitely gained a regular after what I experienced today! 🙂

I always had a hard time getting my hair style just right. I had looked awkward a large portion of my life. This salon was the first place that had someone that helped me learn to style my hair to actually look good. Im very happy with them. They are worth the price.

Such a great place to get your haircut! Easy check-in process and quick turn around times! Always go for the MVP or higher!! Hot Towel, Scalp Massage, and neck massage! They are great with kids as well! Definitely download their app or check-in online before you even get there it makes the process that much easier!

Jennifer does not listen. She doesnt care who you are. She will tell you about all the product that she wants to sell you even though you obviously dont want to listen. She is very violent and uses the clippers way too hard on your scalp. When she asks how your haircut is and you critique she tells you she did that for a reason... She tells and presents rather than listening and doing a quality job. Also does not enunciate well. I gave her a really good tip because I felt bad for her.There was another stylist next to her that was very nice to a little boy and his son being very sweet until they left and then she started talking poorly about howannoying the kid was and how she almost lost her patience and vented on her new client who wasgetting into the chair who just smiled uncomfortably. Very unprofessional behavior in front of other clients.I wrote a more detailed conversion of my experience in their internal tell us how we did survey. The survey was pushed upon greatly by my stylist Jennifer. Im more than happy to share my feedback.

The stylists were all very friendly and polite and that’s why I’m giving 3 stars. My haircut is actually really cute BUT it’s about 5 inches shorter then the picture I showed my stylist. I was also charged double because it took her longer then 20 minutes to cut it. I believe a haircut is a haircut and should only be one price. It’s not my fault if it take the stylist longer then their allotted time to cut it. I do appreciate the gal that cut my hair tho. She was very friendly. I just wish it looked like the LONG Aline I showed her that I wanted.

I got the worst haircut ever. The women who cut my hair thought she was finished after 10 minutes. I have an undercut which is bot the hardest haircut and she failed totally. On top the length on mair hair is uneven and also the sides are not the same length. I told her to fix it, but she did it worse. I had to cut my hair by myself afterwards.I can’t understand the good reviews, I’ve never got such a bad haircut!

The Ladies at the Pocatello Sports Clips were amazing! I brought my 14 year old grandson there to get a scalp massage when I got my regular VIP haircut. Tyler lost all his hair in February after undergoing chemotherapy for childhood cancer. Your staff shampooed our scalps and Tyler couldn’t stop grinning. They respectfully massaged him and made him feel ilke a King! Thank you!

My favorite stylist moved to Sports Clips so I did too and I am happy with the move. The pace is more relaxed, not a hurry up and get in and out as fast as you can pace. I felt like she was able to take her time with my cut and not feel hurried as she was at the old place. The other people are super nice and welcoming as well. I would definitely recommend this place for either sex. It isnt just a mans shop.

Sports Clips Haircuts is amazing! I told my dresser what I wanted and she delivered! The team was very knowledgable and caring. I loved how they kept double checking if that is what I wanted or if my hair needed to be shorter or longer in certain spots. They made my hair the way I wanted it, not the way they thought was cool. I took my two boys to sport clips. They are 2 and 4. The 2 year-old has never had a professional haircut before and his stylist did an amazing job helping him feel comfortable and his hair looks great! The four year-old had gotten a bad haircut from another salon and his stylist was able to fix it and he looked great too. Very pleased!

First time to Sport Clips.Alex introduced herself and helped walk me thru the computer login process which was, by itself, simple enough. She then proceeded to seat me at her station and discuss the type of haircut i wanted. Alex was very personable, gave me a great haircut and told me as it was my first time, i would get VIP treatment which i fully recommend as it included hot towels on the face while in a massage chair and a scalp massage during the shampoo process.Overall it greatly exceeded my expectations of the haircuts i had been accustomed to elsewhere and Sport Clips is where i will have my haircut in the future. I will probably request Alex each time as she no doubt made the experience that much better.

Good hair cuts nothing to complain there. friendly hairdressers. They upsale too much to the point where it feels like youre at a car dealership. The price is also raised a couple dollars every year. when i firat started going to sports clips hair cuts were 14 and now they are 18. Sad to see. They know what i want done to my hair and they do a good jib so i stay loyal

Great overall experience. However when I first got there I didnt notice the check-in kiosks at the counter. I stood there waiting to be help while two employees were counting bottles of hair care products glancing at me from time to time. I was getting irritated because they wouldnt help me and almost left when I noticed the kiosk. May want to have your employees take a few minutes to acknowledge customers especially if they look confused 😕 or stupid like I did.

This place has a fairly friendly staff, which got them that second star. That said, the quality of the cut was less than mediocre: mediocrity that they seem to be proud of since they charge what seems to be an unreasonable amount with no happy ending offered

The service was very friendly and helpful. My son is in a wheelchair and it didn’t even phase them with making the accommodations needed. We were in and out quick and the stylist was fantastic!

10 out of 10 would definitely recommend, I took my son and myself in yesterday and Danielle did a perfect job on us both and thats saying something because Im rather particular about my hair. I will definitely be going here from now on.

I have never spent 17$ on a hair cut. But I did the day I got my hair cut. And I dont regret it at all. And I will be coming back. I am a very picky person about my hair. But the lady that did my hair was amazing I believe her name was shennana or something like that. I will be back thank you so much.

I called on my way to see if I could get my hair cut before they closed at 7pm. I was told yes. This was at 6:50pm. Walked in at 6:56pm. I was a immediately told they were closed. I said I had just called and was told I could get it done. She said no and to leave.I understand I called last min. But the rudeness is unacceptable.

Staff are always friendly, which is a huge plus for me! What I dont care for is the turnover rate of employees. There seems to always be someone new and Im just never sure how my hair cut will turn out. Ive never had a bad experience though and they are good about having other staff double check the new stylists work.

It was really really busy when we went in. The staff was friendly but definitely under pressure since there were so many people waiting. They did a really great job with both of my sons hair. My three year old was being a little uncooperative but she was very very patient with him.

I love love this location! Danielle was kick butt. She totally knew her stuff and was excellent explaining the product. I moved her recently and the sport clips I went to in Twin Falls was always on point and pocatello exceeded my expectations!

Busy place but a very short wait time. Leigha was a great and happy stylist. She was professional and knowledgeable and, with me being extremely particular about how my hair is cut, she did a great job.Side note... I was a little apprehensive to get my haircut there when the first style I see on an employee was (what looked like) a self-done faux-hawk with attached rat tail... technically a mullet and definitely best left to the WalMart caliber stylists.
