They did an amazing job! Wanted forth of July nails and they say that design was too easy so did something more complicated. The price was cheaper than I expected! It was so much nicer than I expected so Im super happy about it!

I came here on Monday. I personally left ( his name was Kevin that did my service and he was also the one who checked me out at the register) a 20% tip on my ticket. The service he provided was just mediocre…but I still left him 20%. However, now that the charge has posted to my account- I see it posted for $7 more than I had left. So after I signed and walked out the door I suspect it was changed and entered for more. This is Unacceptable and Wrong. Stay away from here or check your accounts after.

I asked if they had different types of pedicures I was told no but I look around and other ppl was getting different ones also I did callus removal and they are still there and she cut my toenails so short and shaped them funny and barely put any gel polish on im so upset but I did not want to make a scene I WILL NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK THERE! Im so embarrassed my toes look horrible now I have to go fix them..

Got a gel manicure and pedicure. 3 days later the polish on my nails was lifting. I went back to have them redone. Sandy just filed and went over the top surface. Today, three days later I went back since my nail polish is lifting again. The manager told me that I would have to pay this time. I most definitely will not!! And I most definitely WILL NOT return or recommend

Wonderful place but I want be going back to them. Got a weird vibe when I was there today getting a manicure cause I was coughing a lot. I have asthma and allergies and I coughed more than usual. Dont think the workers or clients that was there liked that so I will have to find a new nail salon and this place is amazing. I messed my nails up cause I didnt feel comfortable staying till they dried.

Kim just gave me the BEST pedicure EVER! Vince and Sophia are the best for nails and I wouldn’t go anywhere else because I’m loyal to them. A++

They have remodeled and it is so pretty and chill. My fingers and toes came out perfect and I didnt have to wait. I went straight to a chair because they are staffed and have a lot of stations. The best!

I have been going to this nail salon for quite some time now, and my sisters and I love our visit each time. Recently, I was attended by two of the employees named Kim and Song. They were ANGELS! I was absolutely in love with their overall personalities and how they did my SNS and pedicure. I would recommend this salon to everyone.

At first I was happy with my gel manicure. The lady was quick but appeared thorough. She even fixed a nail that I didn’t know had an issue. However, this is the first time in my life of getting gel manicures that I have ever had it fail in 4 days and then again on another nail at 7 days. Mine always last over 2 weeks minimum and usually at least 3 even 4 weeks and I get them redone due to growing out. If there is a problem it’ll be a small chip because I’m not careful and do a lot of home improvement on my house. I’ll definitely continue to go to my regular place, Asie Nails in Snellville. I only went here because my regular place is closed on Mondays and that’s the time I could do it that week.

Just horrible, they don’t take their time with your nails at all, it’s always in a rush, they keep looking around who’s coming in, so that they can seat them while not even being completely done with you, you almost feel as if your are in their way and definitely not welcome and if you are getting a basic manicure and not one of those fancy expensive one they look down on you … this was my basic manicure that was 15$ that was done on Sunday ( today is Monday ) horrible !! Would NOT recommend this place at all !!!

Went there today with my son who treated me to a pedicure.. my normal nail person was booked. I was pleasantly surprised at how gentle she was with me. I have problem get and she knew just what to do. Thanks Kim for taking extra special good care of me!

Every time I go, I have a rude experience. They are always trying to hurry me out. So they can get more money. They do not care about their customers just their money. I do like some of the nail technicians, however myself and many close friends of mine have been nicked repeatedly from their tools. And many have had infections with their pedicures or manicures. They are not sanitary. Maybe I will return one day, as of right now. I won’t return.

DO NOT USE DEE FOR A PEDICURE. I went in today at 38 weeks pregnant, miserable and swollen all I wanted was a good pedicure and massage. I chose the basic one with callus remover and added 10 minutes of massage for an additional $10. She began by not getting any of the skin off my feet, not getting any ingrown toe nails and then proceeded to start the massage by rubbing my calves ONLY. She didn’t touch my feet once. Then 6 minutes in she takes her gloves off and gets ready to paint my toenails. I said, well that wasn’t 10 minutes but okay. She rolls her eyes at me and starts rubbing my calves again. Worst pedicure and worst massage I have EVER had. You would think the technicians would want to cater to you especially this far pregnant. Totally disappointed and will never visit this salon again.

The girl who did my pedicure Rose didnt even cut my toe nails. She looks all around to see what is going on in the Spa. I accidentally broke a bottle of polish because I spilled water in my purse. The charged me $7.00 for the polish & Im a regular customer

Came here the day before mu college graduation and requested a coffin shaped matte black nail. I showed pictures of what I wanted also and was told that was something the shop could do. Unfortunately, that was a lie. Mid-was thru the set I noticed the nails were sloppy and pointed it out to the nail tech. He said he could fix the problem but as he continued the nail work didnt improve. Whats really disheartening is the next day on the morning of my graduation two of the nails had fallen off which led my to having to remove them before my ceremony and I didnt have time to attend another shop

Extremely disappointed with the service. I got my nails done on Tuesday April 20th and by Thursday April 22nd two of my nails snapped off for no reason. I cannot get them fixed due to being out of town. I got them done for my birthday and so they would look nice on my vacation. I have been going to this place for years but recently the service has gotten worse. I am upset and dissatisfied with what has happened with my nails.

45 min later and Im leaving with my nails not done because I have dinner plans and cannot wait any longer. 2 people are drying that came in after me and mine havent even been started. Idk why I keep coming back here because its something horrible every time.

I went so happy inside and went out almost crying. I enjoyed my gel mani/pedi. Even though it was crowded I was helped pretty quickly. The only thing I didnt enjoy was getting my manicure done in the pedicure chair. I understand it saves time and space but its uncomfortable. The manicure turned out nice but some nails werent painted all the way on the sides and I feel like its because of the awkward angle I was sitting. Happy with my experience overall.

Got my eyebrows done today. Wanted them naturally shaped just wanted them tinted more . Lady did not listen to me at all. They look terrible! I will definitely not be going back there.

Absolute worst place to trust with your nails. My family has had numerous issues here as well as the locals. The cops told one of the customers that they come here often for bad service. The cops said that! Wow... they got about 15 comments on Facebook, negative ones against the business, within 20 minutes and counting. Services are suppose to be a good. The odds are less than half the time you go. The customer service is always horrific. I wouldn’t recommend any women wanting to take care of themselves to come here! Please be aware. Call the health department, the police, everyone possible if you visit here. I’ve already called the health department I believe they got a warning.

Got eyelash extensions. Not only placed wrong and uncomfortably, but came off within half a week even after avoiding get my face wet. When they came off they pulled my real eyelashes. I’ve always been know for my really long thick curly eyelashes and now they’re thin and barely there. Do not recommend.

My daughter and her friend went to this nail shop for the very first time on 6/23. She’s always particular about her nails and the cost so she’s pretty good about asking all the necessary questions. She was given a price of $25 for her nails. Her friend was given a price of $45 for shorter nails so her friend questioned the price difference. The associates then went back and changed the price of my daughters nails to $45 just for Acrylic powder dip. She said they argued her down and started making a mockery in their language and laughing.If you decide to go to this nail salon, please make sure you record them on your initial price because it seems they are known to change their prices.

Went in to have a nail repaired and the attitude I received from Amber was uncalled for.... from the moment I sat down, throughout the entire 20 (maybe) min it took for her to repair the nail. Highly disappointed especially with the amount of money I spend in the business.

I’ve been coming here for years but this time was not so great, April did my acrylics and she was rude to me about the design I wanted and told me she couldn’t do it. I wanted coffin nails she gave me round and then didn’t even file a couple of my nails. It was almost like she was rushing to get through with me it was very unprofessional.

The worst manicure I’ve ever gotten in my life. The paint lines were awful and so was the service. Manager didn’t care when she noticed I was unhappy.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had come in for a pedicure with family from around here. I should have just waited until I got back to Ohio. Pedicure started off okay, gave me the wrong color after countless times of saying that wasn’t the right one. And the gel came off within 2 hours after I left. And there was still dry skin on my feet. Went back the next day only to be told I had to have the name of the person who did it to have it fixed. Then paid an additional $20 to have it fixed and the right color. So in all I paid more than $70 for a jacked up pedicure.

I bought two gift cards and paid for tip also. Then i ended up not giving one and used it myself. When i told them that tip is in the card. They said no it was only the price of the service. I had the receipt and told them I paid for tip. They said no i gave 10 dollars to the business not the service. So I let him know why would i give you guys money for nothing? He told me that it was a miscommunication on my part. I told him my part I dont work here. And i left i dont like ot here and they cut your so called hang nails so short you leave in pain. I wish i could give negative stars.

Read the reviews after my sister had booked us appointments for mani pedi and should have passed but didnt want to miss on the sister spa day. Started off with my technician leaving the sanding tool in place to long and causing a burn. The second time she did it, I asked her to not use it again. The pedicure I paid for was far from the quick simple one I was given. When she did my nails, once again with the dremel she doesnt know how to use, she caused more burns and made my nails super thin.2 days after 3 nails have split

Okay just got to wear a mask the entire time your there 😠 my nails are ok but still have polish Im peeling off on my skin under my nails. Felt like they must have been in a hurry to leave. Other than that it was okay

The lady doing my manicure didnt seem to care about what she was doing, she was so busy looking around. She pulled on my cuticles and jabbed with the cuticle sick. My 9 year old granddaughter would have done a better polish job. The lady doing my pedicure used my foot for leverage every time she got up. Not going back.

I came here to try a new spot, its the worst nail place ever!!!! They left my nails super bumpy.. The nail polish is all over the place they did a hurendous job!! Never again!!

I love this place. The receptionist is so nice and friendly, she does a great job. I am usually very satisfied. I get S&S nails. I have had some of the ladies do my nails and they were flawless. No bumps or grooves and the polish is evenly coated. Vince is horrible, thats why I did not give them a 5 star. He did my S&S and I had dips and groves that could be seen and felt on my nails. He does not smoothe your nails evenly and he rushes the job. I tried him 3 different times just to make sure he was not having an off day, but the results were the same. I am not sure if he can do other manicures but stay away from him if you want S&S. I heard another lady tell her manicurist that she had to see Vince when he was out and she did not like the job he did. He is not worth the money.

Tried coming in with and without an appt and it has got real frustrating waiting over an hour to get nails done and watch other people come in behind you and get waited on before you as walk-ins every time. Decline seems to be related to person in charge of seating people. Most of the nail techs are great - but they need a person who can actually keep up with people in a reasonable way!

I chose to go here because the previous group of employees were respectful enough to attempt to speak English and accommodate customers wishes. Now, the new bunch is rude and pretend not to speak English when you ask them a question or make a request. Apparently, you are not supposed to tell them to paint the corners of your nails that they left bare. You are not supposed to ask them to cut the cuticle or hang nail that they forgot or ignored. And definitely dont squirm when they cut your cuticle or toenail too short and it begins to bleed. Also, dont go over the 20 seconds that they give you to choose a color...even when the color that you chose from their selection is not available. Dont ask them to try more than two similar colors...to ascertain the correct shade...you will get the worse attitude.Funny how a certain race can try 5 or 6 colors without attitude, but another race will get attitude after 3 tries. Hmmmmm. In the days of Google Translate, it is no longer smart to speak negatively about a customer in Vietnamese.This is a dont complain, shut up and give us your money business. If you dare to complain you will be spoken about to others in Vietnamese and treated unkindly. .but your money is welcome here. Ive seen it too many times and will never return. You have choices of facilities. Go where you are respected.

I’ve had my nails for 4 days and you can already see the separation between my nail and cuticle. They did a terrible job on my daughters pedicure and charged me for a full manicure when I told them to only paint her nails. And they charged and extra $5 for my nail shape even though they only say they charge extra for coffin shaped nails. My nails are too thin and I’m pretty sure the girl with the fake blonde hair does that intentionally. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

When they close at 8:00 we walked in and then they say that they are closed when there are so many other people there. I was so furious.I definitely recommend you to go to alpha nails.We got there and they took us and it was 8. They weren’t rude and they all had a positive attitude

Mixed reviews...My BFF and I went to treat ourselves to nails.. The nail technician I had was a doll. Super sweet, professional, she was able to answer questions I had AND she did a fantastic job on my nails...Now lets talk about Vu....Lord have mercy this guy was having a rough day! He was rude! Had a snobby attitude, he was unprofessional and when my friend had a question about her nail... His attitude got so bad she had to request a different technician.Everyone has bad days, but you work in the service industry dont take your bad day out on your customers.AND like half of their licenses were expired before 2016!!!!

My daughter & I arrived today (Friday 08/02) at about 5:30pm. After working all week we were looking to relax, chat and get our nails done at our “go-to” nail salon. We were greeted by the fairly friendly young girl at the front desk, as always. Once we were sat in our chairs and got settled in our techs came over to get started on our nails. I was chatting with my daughter with both hands folded in my lap when my technician asked for my hand. I raised my left hand across my body and the technician grabbed it and yanked my arm towards her. I calmly told her “easy now...you just yanked my arm hand!” She replied “well well well” or some smart-mouthed comment to that nature. I said “ma’am I’m just telling you that you pulled my arm.” My daughter and I are frequent customers and come in to relax. I told her that I forgive her and knew she was in a hurry to move on to another customer but she has to remember people come to relax and she should always provide the best service to each paying customer. She began to mock me saying “you want me to ask for your hand like this” ?!?!?! She reached for my hand again and I told her not to touch me again. I asked her if she was the owner since she was the only one wearing the “Rolex”. She refused to tell me who she was nor who the manager was. My daughter is 6 months pregnant with twins so I didn’t want to press the issue and get her upset. Another technician came over to do my nails (my pedicure was almost done or I would of left?) and talked to the other cowards that continued to worked but often glanced over at us as if WE had caused an issue. I paid $168 for my services and left. NOBODY ever apologized once for the crazy experience that we had. I will never, ever walk into that place again. BUYER BEWARE! Customers mean nothing to these people.

This has been my go to nail place for a while, but like all places you have your good techs and the not so good techs. Everyone is very nice and I have never had any problems with this establishment. They do their best to give you great service.

I had a horrible experience today with my friend. We wanted to have a nice experience and it was the worst pedicure of my life. I have been coming here for years. When I asked for them to fix my nails they were extremely rude and told me not to come back. I wont be back and I hope they go out of business soon!

The lady who did my mom’s name, her name was Helen. She did a terrible job. She asked my mom if she wanted her toe nails clipped and my mom said no. She proceeded to clip them anyway. My mom’s toes were different shapes. When we tried to complain to the owner, i think her name is Linda. We explained that Helen cut my mom’s toes too short, Helen lied and said she didn’t cut it but we watched her cut her toes. Linda was basically calling my mom a liar and told her to leave after she got her toes painted. I’m so sick of these nails salons. They’re all the same and they treat you like garbage when you have a small issue.

I recently moved here and needed to find a new nail salon. Vincent, the owner, was very professional and attentive to everyone in the salon. All staff members were talkative and kind. I tried the nail dipping for the first time and they turned out great!.vince is very knowledgeable about nails,come to him!!!

Avoid this “nail” salon if you have real fingernails (not acrylic, etc.), unless you want to be declawed. It’s a shame too because the spa is modern and clean and the pedicure was above average. Two techs attempted to shape my fingernails and neither seemed concerned or apologized when they failed. Quite honestly, my nails looked better before I went in. Thanks for the $10 learning lesson.

This nail salon is by far the best one I’ve been to, and I’ve been to A LOT. They’re clean, fast and friendly, but most importantly my nails look amazing. I got a #4 green tea pedicure and my feet were gross before, even though I just had a pedicure somewhere else 2 weeks ago. I also got my current SNS taken off which were cracked in half and one had completely come off, but my new set look perfect. The first question Vu asked me when he saw my nails before he started was “where did you get these nails done?” He did my SNS so well he barely had to sand them down to finish them and they look so nice. I have a friend who goes here every 2 weeks and I occasionally go with her, somehow I always forget just how amazing this salon is. I’m sad I’m moving away and won’t be able to go here more often.

Worst nail shop experience ever.. if I could give it no starts I would.. front desk girl was rude, nail tech (April) was rude and nonchalant and didnt care when she hurt me while trying to take off a nail. Then when I asked her to clean up under the nail better she got an attitude and still didnt do a good job. When I expressed my dislike in the job she didnt care to fix it. I have never seen the under my nail look so horrible I dont even have word. My nail under the fake is uneven and not smooth. Some of the edges are lifting and she didnt care to file that off. Also my nails are all different lengths. Would not visit this place again. The only reason I went is because it was 5 stars on google. The more I write a review the more upset I get.

Ive been going to this location for 6 years but after today will not be returning due to the manager which is the brother of the owner getting upset because i didnt want to deal with him because of his abrasive attitude got my feet done ask to get to my nails done he gets loud and say that I thought you didnt want them done and i then said i dont want to deal with you he then instructs me to get out and called the police on me

Very professional receptionist. Huge color selection. Nice atmosphere. As for the pedicure technician, you might have to go through a fee before you can find one that takes pride in what they do. My pedicure was rushed. Took about 15 minutes. I had to stop the lady in the middle of polishing my toes because it looked so sloppy and the corners was not getting done. She had the nerve to get an attitude. If she only new I tip well. I only tried this place out since the lady I have been going to for seven years moved. Be selective when going here.
