I’m new to the area and was looking for a new nail salon. The first time I went I received a manicure and pedicure with Gel polish. It lasted for three weeks. On my next trip, I went with gel nails and a manicure. The nail stylist was very professional and I was very pleased with my nails. No nipping or cuts. I have found my new nail place. Van and Holly are the two I have used for pedicures and they are fantastic.

I like a unique nail shape & Tiffany does a amazing 🤩 job. I’ve gotten so many compliments! My mom got her mani/pedi done today✅ the ladies there hooked her up with nice freestyle type nails she hasn’t stopped talking about the color lol..So shout out to Alpha Nails‼️If you’re in town come here the ambiance is one of my fav parts about this place. 💕

I have been using Alpha Nails for 18+ years. I am very dedicated to Tiffany and all I have to do is sit down and she knows exactly what to do. Always satisfied. My pedicure today was worth every penny! Thank you for always making your clients feel special!

Upon leaving the shop, I showed the owner my nails and he began to explain that when you get a frosted color it shows all the bumps in your nail. Well until today, I dont have any bumps like this in my nails. I have been coming to this shop for over 2 years and lately I have been getting some crapy nail jobs. Well this was it! Im done! I thought the owner was a man of integrity but I guess I was wrong. I know this shop has a big customer base but one bad review can certainly lighten the load. Being a person of color, Asian and all, it may help to treat your customer of color with the same common courtesy and nice small talk as you do with your other customers. Money spends the same no matter what color/ race puts it in your hand and today you lost my dollars.....it didnt seem to bother you much.....Nail shops come a time a dozen.Sandra

Crystal is the best!!!! I have unique taste for SNS Ombre nails and she is a true artist, they turn out perfect every time. She takes her time and listens to what you envision. Everyone there is so kind and takes exceptional care of each costumer. Paul has created a great team.

The technician was named Crystal and I will be returning for her to do my nails and eyebrows again. Im extremely picky with my nails and eyebrows so for me to be so happy is amazing. I recently started having services done here and also my daughter. Everyone has been so friendly and kind. I’ve been enjoying the “me” time and even began pedicures as well. My SNS last for weeks and gel pedicures even longer. I look forward to my time here.

This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail Salon, They treat African Americans different from others and they are EXTREMELY RUDE. Cut up my toes and said they didn’t care! My feet shouldn’t be so tough! My people have Tough skin! REALLY? 9 months pregnant and My feet are swollen! I want my money BACK!

Went to get my gel manicure redone since it had grown out and decided to get my eyebrows done as well. Eyebrows look fine. My nails are a complete mess. Smudged paint, gel/paint not going all the way to the sides, can see the lines of the old gel, nails not squared like I asked, my skin is torn up pretty good too. On top of that the technician put the tools she used on me back in the little one time use baggie and put that back in her personal supply bag. Yuck! I have pictures but I can’t figure out how to post them.

I really like Alpha nails because I never have to wait to get in. Their prices are reasonable and much better than other salons in the area. Some employees are better than others, so once in awhile I’m a little annoyed with the service. I keep coming back though because of the price and it’s so easy to get in. Yesterday I had a great experience. The lady did a great job on my nails.

Great on nails, but not Soo hot on a pedicure. I will return to my old shop across town for that service.

The owner/first chair man is extremely rude. Did not greet me, simply said “it’s a long wait!” I asked how long and he says “A LONG WAIT!” It’s 5:30 and they close at 8pm I would’ve been fine w waiting. But he was so nasty and dismissive. Would NOT RECOMMEND

The service was fantastic and Huong was so sweet. She made sure to give me an extra long foot massage and I needed it! Good service and very clean place to have nails done.

Came in and was seated. Owner mentioned they were short staffed which is cool. When I was finally attended to the service was nice until a regular came in which needed my persons immediate attention which I was even cool with. The issue is the nail polish not lasting beyong 24 hours. When she painted my nails as soon as she was done owner wanted me out of the seat before my nails had to dry which she still had a final coat to go. She then told me right after applying I could go my nails would be fine. I decided to wait a bit because I knew that wasnt the case. By the time I got home my big toe was already messed up. After my morning shower the next day half the paint on my nails came odlff. Being charged $35 then having to use their ATM because they only accept cash for tips and cant simply put it on the same card they charged you is an issue for me. Will certainly not be going here again. Ill stick to the one by the Publix.

My daughter and I usually see Nina and Crystal. Nina is sweet as can be and always knows exactly how I like my nails done. Have not been disappointed thus far! Crystal is so patient and gentle with my nine year old who adores them both. Highly recommend Alpha Nails. Ive also had great experiences with Tammy.

This place does the most amazing job!!! I travel to them from almost an hour away to get my SNS done. I have tried other places, and will not be going anywhere else for my nails again. I will definitely be there every 2 weeks!!!

I wish i could put a picture but this place gave me a really bad nail fungus. I soaked off my nails in acetone because i was having a lot of discomfort on my ring finger nail. Well when they came off, my nail look completely deformed and was greenish yellow. Im really disappointed w/ this place and i will never go back.

I enjoy coming to this nail salon every two weeks for Refill acrylic gel nail/polish change (I hope I worded that right). I’m seated almost immediately after checking in which is always nice! My nails are beautiful and what I expect to look like when finished every time!!! I’m very particular on how I want them as well..., short, squared, and polished at upper tip. I will continue to get my nails done here every time. Thank you Alpha Nail for continuing to make my nails beautiful!!

Tom does a phenomenal job every single time I visit. I never use anyone else. Absolutely love him and the service he provides. Won’t go anywhere else.

Caution... my wife went here and noticed that in this spot they treat African Americans differently. They told EVERY black person to wash their hands before service, but did not request the same of any white person. They also only wore gloves when providing service to black people, and treated the black customers with lesser engagement and friendliness. They do good work, as far as nails, but its the treatment issue.

The staff was friendly and professional. Got us seated right away. Took their time and did a good job. Messed my big toe up right after I got up, but she fixed it right up and was very nice about it. I have visited other salons, but always end up back at alpha.

When I first went to Alpha Nail Day Spa in Loganville was around Thanksgiving 2020 . I first heard of them from my sister who lives near by.I’ve been struggling to find a nail spa that meet my needs. I can say without any hesitation, that Crystal is the finest nail tech I have had so far. Not only is she skilled, but she is also one of the nicest people you will ever come across.When I came for the first time, I didn’t know what I wanted and was very indecisive. When Crystal introduced herself and I told her my concern, she had an idea and she brought it to life .I traveled 45min just to come Crystal again lol . & look what she did 🥰🥰🥰& yes that’s how long my nails lasted 3 1/2 weeks !!Crystal takes the time to access your needs and concerns, and then skillfully goes to work. I had acrylic removed and SNS applied. It took longer than I expected and I needed to pick up my daughter from school so I left and came back to finish up. Amanda was very kind and understanding. She was very sweet to my 4 year old that sat and watched in the chair beside me.

These people are crooks! Stay away. They messed my nails up twice and would not refund my money. This place is seriously a joke. The owner kept saying if I wanted a refund they had to take my nail polish off, I can’t get something for free. Nothing is free I have a terrible nail job I wouldn’t walk around like this is you paid me.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Their COVID 19 practices were completely unprofessional. My bf and I made an appoint to go. Over the phone he didn’t tell us we needed masks but thankfully we had them. He seated us and the. Started taking our temperatures. (Um can you ask first or at least give me heads up). My temp was right at 99 which is actually normal if they needed anything but he felt it was high. So he kept coming back like every 20 seconds. My temperature was fluctuating. Probably because he was causing anxiety and embarrassing me. Mind you me and my bf have been together during this whole stay at home order. He wouldn’t serve me but still wanted to do my bf. Um no. He just embarrassed me big time and I am not sick. I get there should be precautions but there is a right and wrong way and that was the WRONG way. I’m new to the area and spend a lot at nail salons. Needless to say they lost our business.

I have never gone and been unsatisfied with them or their service. I do wish they would not require wearing a mask BUT I would definitely recommend 👌

I’m not one to leave a bad review, but I just received the worst manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nails looks okay from a distance, but up close they looks very messy. Not to mention it was the most PAINFUL manicure I’ve ever gotten, which might have something to do with the fact that the guy doing them got distracted and looked away from my nails every ten seconds. I give it two stars because it seems to be clean and organized.

I have come to this place on and off for around 2 or 3 years. I had such a hard time with some of the techs in this place because some are not patient or don’t understand what I needed. I have very sensitive skin and legs. I can’t have hard massage on my legs and I tend to bleed very easily. Finally I got to find two people that really do a great job on me. Mimi does my nails and sissy does my pedicure and I am very happy with them.

Great staff, friendly and really take time when they do the nails. Really loved the experience! Alpha nails is the best, and would recommend them to everyone.
