First visit to this salon, waited an hour to get someone who doesn’t know how to properly clip your nails!!!! Had to leave without getting my services!! Cut my nail so short it started to bleed and yet she still was trying to shape it blood on the file and all!!

Im in town on vacation from NJ and my nail tech was on vacation herself. I have rode pass this place several times and decided to get a pedicure EVEN though I know it will not be as good as my person. WELL to my surprise Holly was amazing, very nice and patient with my Indecisive self lol. My feet is great! Everytime I come in town I will definitely visit Holly!

I went on a Tuesday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy. I got a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The establishment is clean and the staff was friendly. There is also plenty of parking. They have a wide selection of colors and each color was available in gel, SNS, and regular polish. I liked this because it can hard to match colors.I had to wait for about 15 minutes before my service was started. I had two people working on me and thought this would be a time saver but it was not. The woman who did my pedicure was extremely slow, and I was in the nail salon for nearly 2 hours! The pedicure was quality but I was not happy with how long it took. The man who did my manicure did a pretty good job, however there are a few flaws I noticed when I got home.I’m not sure if I would go back, although the location is very convenient for me. If I did i would most likely request another technician. Also, i thought the price was comparable to the area. I believe i paid 25 for the pedicure and 30 for the manicure, before tip.

I made a random stop here to get my nails done and I left a FOREVER customer. I showed Tommy a picture from the web of what I wanted and he delivered above and beyond my desires. I was extremely satisfied. The experience was great! ☺️

Ive been here a few times now and they have been very courteous and professional. I come in as a walk in and its normally busy but Im always seen within 10 mins. My nails come out great and one time that I needed my polish redone do to my tight shoes rubbing my polish on my toes, they repolished at no charge.

Don’t pay with cash app Or Venmo. without any proof I was told my last visits payment didn’t go through! Stating I had come in but by all my accounts- length of nails etc I had not. I felt Bullied into paying for last visit. I will Not be returning to this place. Very disappointed in myself For not taking a better stand. I had used cash app last 5 visits and now accused of Venmo no payment. Yikes

I was told that we would have a wait of 30 minutes, but have been here over an hour! This was just to get my moms nails cut, not a pedicure, just toenails cut. People came in after we did that were seen before her. This will be the last time we use this place. Not very professional.

My daughter and I have been pretty regular here and love the owners and staff. The owners and staff are talented and very welcoming. Youre treated like family. We moved 5 miles away and tried another salon where there wasnt as much attention to detail. Were sticking with gallery nail and salon. They are well worth the drive.

I’ve been living in loganville for about two years now. When I first moved here I visited the nail salon across from gallery nail, which I loved but my favorite guy needed up leaving. I went to nail gallery and have never looked back. I love the owners. Now I only let Tommy do my acrylics and Ellie do my SNS. They are amazing nail techs. Hannah is amazing at pedicures... she really takes her time. I refuse to go anywhere else! It’s always clean and they are always nice

I went to this place for the first time a month ago. Even though I had an appointment that I showed up on time for, I still waited over an hour to get started. They apologized and the gentleman did my SNS nails better than Id ever had them done. So I made an appointment to bring my mom in the next day for a pedicure. The next day we arrived on time for our appointments. My mom started on time and, again, i had to wait at least 30 mins past the appoinment time to even get started. I got gel polish and everything was done well. I called yesterday to make an appointment to get my sns nails removed and to get a gel manicure. I usually do sns but wanted just gel this time so that I could grow my nails put a little before going back to sns. I was told no appointment was needed. I walked in and was seen right away. The whole process was over in 20 minutes. The skin around my circle had been torn and several spots had bled. My nails were filed horribly. Seven nails were noticeably uneven- one side much taller than the other. The polish was streaky and looked like I had let a child paint my nails. I am not very picky about my nails at all. Ive never been one to complain or ask anyone to redo something. Slight imperfections are just that and im not going to make someone redo something for minor details. Im just not that type. But yesterday I left having over paid (this place charges more for services than any other place nearby) and with my nails looking awful. I did not want to ask them to redo because several of my fingers were sore, cut up, or bleeding and I didnt want to have to soak them in acetone to remove the color to redo. I am now sitting at home attempting to soak my nails in hot water to slowly and tediously peel the gel off. It just looks horrible and childish. Unfortunatly, I will not be going back here.

Such a gem! How did I not know about this wonderful place! As someone that due to my jobmust have the full Mani/Pedi treatment I have found a new I will not go anyplace else.

I’ve been going here for quite some time and I always have a great experience. Everyone is so friendly and gentle with my hands and feet. I let anyone do my nails bc no one ever disappointed me. Then I discovered Ellie 😳 She basically is the only person at any shop that I have went to that does it exactly right and exactly how I pictured it in my brain EVERY SINGLE TIME! I think she’s my spirit animal or something 😂 Now I only let her do my nails.

I have been coming to this salon for 2 years and every two weeks like clockwork the staff was always punctual and friendly... well apparently my money is no longer accepted here as I went in today for my routine fill in and pedicure and wasnt even greeted so I proceeded to get my polish color picked and sat down and waited... a whole 15 minutes and nothing. So I politely put my polish back and removed myself. Never again will they get my money.

The best place to get your manicure. Ive used them exclusively for my nails. Due to me feeling awkward as a US Army Soldier getting my nails cut, they always make me comfortable and not out of place. Great Owners are a Husband and wife team. Tell them Earl told you to stop in.

The only reason I gave two stars is because I liked the nice lady that provided the service. So I decided to get my eyebrows done and they looked pretty good. However, when I went to pay for the service the guy who took my payment was absolutely rude. He was huffing and grunting, snatched my card then slammed it on the counter after he took my money!! I feel it was unnecessary since I wasn’t rude to anyone, I was finished in a reasonable time and I gave the lady who did my eyebrows a pretty nice tip so I’m confused. I have my theories and if they are correct then he does not need to run a business! I feel like customer service is everything especially if you own the place!!

Just moved to Loganville and have been to Gallery Nail and Spa twice for pedicures. Very happy to have found this salon. Very friendly, clean, nice atmosphere.

I WONT BE RETURNING. I have been going to this nail salon for two years just to find that my 2 favorite nail techs Lily and Mimi are gone😯. The new owner has gotten rid of most of the old techs, apparently because she didnt like that customers were requesting them. First she got rid of Lilys mom (who was awesome by the way and the previous owner) and now Lily and Mimi. I mean, you are new, you have to build your clientele just as they did. Customers like myself stick to good beauticians and nail techs when we find them because they are hard to find. Now I have to start all over and find a new nail tech in my area and it definitely will not be with this salon. I refuse to support this new owner. Its your business and you do what you want however, not with me as a customer.

The customer service is great and they are very nice and makes you feel comfortable and very easy to talk to them. The lady that does my nails is amazing her name is loan and shes amazing at doing nails! If you want to get your nails done go to nail gallery!

Stop in today with the Papi for two pedicures and a manicure. Theres nothing special. The massage chairs were weak (one broken). The extra massage we paid for wasnt worth it. Manicure really straight forward though they do this unusual zip lock bag thing. Sugar scrub not worth the extra. And they cant trying to up sale to gel. I couldnt figure out why until the end. They dont have nail dryers. Spent a lot of time waiting to air dry.

I stopped by today due to not having enough time to make it to my regular nail shop, and I had also received a coupon from a local magazine. My pedicure was not good at all. My polish was put on way too thick. It is still wet under the top coat, and that was hours ago. There is clear polish on the sides of my feet. She put my lotion on but wiped it off with a warm towel afterwards, leaving my feet dry when I walked out the door. Also, my cuticles are a bit sore because she picked at them too much. The massage of my lotion and sugar scrub wasnt good either. I noticed early on that the technician didnt seem experienced enough as it was taking way too long to complete my pedicure, and the other technician had completed pedicures for two other customers within the time. Also I didnt like the fact that I wasnt offered the option for new supplies to be used as other nail shops I attend offer this for pedicures. Due to time constraints, I chose not to make a fuss and went ahead and paid, but I definitely will not be returning.

Very good job! My boyfriend and I went on during one of our breaks at college and we had pedicures done and I go a full set of gel. Amazing service and they actually talked to me in English! It was wonderful and an overall great time! Coming back soon!

I used to go here last year, I came back to try it out again cause they were always great and I guess they have new owners because it was AWFUL, I was moved 3 times within 20 minutes of waiting!The lady who did my nails was horrible she was rushing and annoyed the whole time and kept turning and looking at the clock! My cuticles were bleeding and burning and my nails came out crooked! When I went to check out the lady threw the keyboard at me to fill out my information! To top it off I was getting my nails done cause we were going Dres shopping for my wedding thankfully I could hide my nails behind my dress but really just aggravating experience. Just really not customer oriented they care more about money and going home...I will not go back and you should be weary going here

I went here for the first time ever worst experience ever I would not go back they was not precise when it came down to telling me the prices which caused me to over spend money that I did not have to spend they didn’t hold conversation like most places do overall I am just not pleased the nail work was great but not for what they charged me I was better off Going to someone else I don’t even feel they deserve one star but I can’t take the star away. #MyAdviceWouldBeToGoElsewhere

I have been wearing acrylics for years. Unhappy with service at my local shops, I stopped in here on a whim. Holly did the BEST JOB EVER on my nails. I also had a pedicure. Very personable. They actually carry on a conversation with you here. Will be my go to nail shop from now on!

My husband and I have visited this salon on a number of occasions. This last time will be our last. The lady doing my pedicure kept subtley falling asleep. She made a complete mess. To top it off she sliced my big toe. It was bleeding and she just kept on. Took her about 20 minutes just to apply polish. I am not one to complain. But I had to bring it to someones attention. I told the lady at the register what happened. She looked at my toe (that was still bleeding) and said to just apply some Neosporin when I get home. That was it. I paid full price and left. I am just hoping my toe doesnt get infected. Horribly disappointing.

I went here to get a pedi 6 days ago to pamper myself since this was the first time I was able to get a pedi since my pregnacy and delivery of my baby 2 months ago. Very short staffed. One lady filled up the foot tub but when she turned on the jets the water was shooting up out the top getting me and my clothes wet. I then asked if she was doing my feet she said someone else would do it bc they had too many people out on “vacation” so she was only doing nails. An older lady came over who could not understand what I was saying as she spoke little english sat down to do my pedi. She took almost 3 hours to finish my pedi. I kept telling her to hurry 3 times as I had another appt that I almost missed. She didn’t seem like she knew how to use the tools to remove the gel polish I had on my toes. She didn’t cut or file my nails well and she kept getting the top coat gel polish on my skin as she was polishing my toes. She added oil and lotion to my legs and feet so I thought she was done but then she said she still needed to put a hot towel on my legs. Usually other places wrap the hot towel on your legs before they put on the lotion and oil. It defeated the purpose for her to do it the way she did bc she just wiped off what she had just put on my legs and feet. This was not a great experience and I would not recommend this place to get a pedicure.

I always get gel polish with no problem. I noticed new ownership but was willing to give it a try... on the first day my french gel polish was coming off and turning BROWN! I went back in and they did it and said it didnt set right thats why it turned brown. Four days later it turned brown again. They did try to correct the mistake but Im not going to keep going back until they get it right. This didnt happy with Lily and her mom there. Anyone know where they went, Ill drive.

Horrible experience. I got SNS tips they are fat and I asked for round tips I don’t know what she did and my nails are all lip sided. I got pedicure also you cut my toe nails and they all lop sided she didn’t put enough nail polish on myNails. And to put the icing on the cake they charged me one price but when I looked at my transactions online they took a extra 10 bucks. I am a very unsatisfied customer will I go back no. They really don’t need a star from. But I’ll give it to them for their time.

Friendly staff & every one does a pretty good job.

My daughter has gone there four times and will not be going back. The one time a guy added $10 to her bill. And today another guy (he has a neck tattoo) would not listen to her when she told him she only wanted glitter on her ring fingers. She ended up with glitter on all ten nails even though she kept telling him she didnt want it on all her nails. He just kept saying it would look good. When I took her back up there he argued with me, and walked away. A lady did fix them, but only after being rude.

Im very disappointed. They have always been relatively decent however this last visit has forced me to rethink coming back. Its been 4 days since they cut my finger so deep that Im still in agony. She also scrubbed it several times despite the pain and bleeding it was caused. The only compensation they offered was Im sorry and charged me FULL PRICE. They keep deleting my comment, I guess the truth hurts. Beware, your visit can go either way.. but dont expect them to show compassion, they just want your money.
