I’ve been going to Signature Nails for over 2 years now. Christina & Stanley have always done a great job. The rest of the people there are super nice as well. I’ve always felt comfortable! 😊

The lady and guy that did my nails are great and professional. But, the manager or whatever she calls herself is very rude and unprofessional. She needs to go to school and learn good customer service and how to talk to customers. She definitely lacks that managerial quality.

Signature nails, in my opinion, is the best nail salon in Monroe Georgia. They do an fantastic job on manicures and pedicures. Will continue going back!

What wonderful people. They went above and beyond what I expected. Brimfield Liquor didnt stock what I was looking for. Al made a special order to get me what I was looking for. Great job 👍👍👍

Whoever Christina is, very unprofessional. She was very argumentative and rude. First of all I asked the lady to redo some areas because ny nails looked clumpy and/or missing polish. She says “They look fine.They don’t need to be redone.” Secondly, I was told to pay another charge for removing my nail polish AFTER I had already paid for my pedicure. Christina was not even the one who did my nails, but was talking to her coworkers in a different language about my situation. I refused to pay the charge because my nails looked horrible and she was being very rude about the situation, especially talking about me while I was still there. When I confronted her about it, she stated “You’re ridiculous. I can talk about whoever I want in my language.”

Never have been treated so poorly in ANY business . I was told to go somewhere else because I “waisted her time “ because she wanted to do my cuticles after my powder and I said no mam. Please don’t support this horrible place . Also no one cleaned anything and no one wore a mask . That place is wicked aweful

NEVER go to this place . They are discriminatory and RUDE !!!! My family, friends and I have never had service this terrible. They barely speak with you when you walk in, they have limited selections. My nails didn’t last a week because of the poor quality . This is the absolute WORST NAIL SALON I have ever been to in Monroe . Don’t waste your time or money, especially people of COLOR! WORST SALON EVER . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️

Manager christina is very rude and unprofessional. I was getting my nails done by a different lady and there was a lot of miscommunication and I wasn’t going to proceed any further with getting my nails done. I told the lady very nicely thank you and I will pay for whatever she started to do(which was only glue on tips) and Christina made it an obligation to leave the pedicure she was doing to walk by and say “so you don’t know what you want” I told her you guys pointed me where to go to when choosing a color and it was not what I walked in and asked for. Christina then says across the room while servicing other people that I came in and asked for sns in which is a very bold lie. I’ve been getting my nails done the same way for 10 plus years and never in my life have I done sns or ever asked for it. She proceeds to say I wasted 30 min of the nails techs time then goes back laughing and smiling to the person feet she scrubbing. She is a very distasteful person and treats certain people way better. It’s early in the morning and I called and asked all the questions prior to coming and was opposite when I came in. If you are looking for the new and trending styles of nails and great work quality this is not the place to go, But then again they couldn’t do simple basic nails.

I made an appointment for 2:30 on a Friday, I called and made the appointment around 11 in the morning. I get to the salon and there are people waiting, since I made an appointment I am expecting to be ready to start when I arrive. It is 3:00 and nobody has taken me back or anything. I have work at 4, and planned to get them done with enough time. I am very unhappy with the customer service and I haven’t even began to get my nails done.

This was the worst experience ever. The owner was so rude, very unpleasant, terrible customer service. I do not recommend this nail salon at all, and will not be returning. They need new owners and new management.

This WAS my go to nail salon due to the hours. They close at 8:00pm. Well today I went for a pedicure before 7:00pm. Nobody was waiting and the girl asked me to come back tomorrow. Needless to say I will NOT be back. Bad customer service.

I went to go get a fill in and a pedicure with gel. They did a rushed hoping to close earlier than they normally do which is 8pm. I got there at 6:45. I did not get to enjoy my pedicure. My feet barely soaked. And she pulled healthy skin. She half scrubbed the dead skin off of my feet. The nail tech did not follow directions and then suggested I get my nails done a different way to cover her mistake. Then I was told I would have to pay more to get it the way I asked from the beginning! So I had to pay for something I did not request. She even unplugged the chair while it was on massaging me and didn’t say anything. So the rollers were stuck pressing against my back. I have paint bubbles and she did not use the base coat. I had a horrible experience. Tried to give nail salons in Monroe a chance. Never again!

I honestly dont know how to describe my experience! Referred by a friend, and I will NEVER got anywhere else. Im here right now, and Im so amazed that I just had to start a review!The lady that did my nails, I accidentally picked out a Gel color for my SNS nails, and she picked out the exact color I wanted in SNS. We chit-chatted a bit, she was very sweet, and gentle. I absolutely love my nails, and the color!Im getting a pedicure as I type this. Holy moly, BEST PEDICURE IVE EVER HAD, hands down, and all I got was the sugar scrub. He started hitting the bottom of my feet, but in an AMAZING, RELAXING WAY! The massage was wonderful, and relaxing! I just messed up my big toe because Im an idiot,he laughed and said it was okay, I still feel horrible. But he was reassuring that it was no big deal.They have gained a long time customer!!! This place is hands down the best salon I have been too. Everyone was wonderful, and sweet even the ones that werent working on my hands or feet.

Over priced, bad customer service and they dont do good a great job on nails. I paid $43 on a Friday to get a fill-in and by Sunday my nails had already grew back out doesnt make sense. I will never go back again.
