Listen... David, John, Jimmy, and Mimi do GREAT nails. I always walk out with a great set, very well done. While this is so.... every single time that I go into this shop, I spend 3 hours there. I have never had to spend 3 hours in a nail salon. I get a fill-in or full set and a pedicure. It takes a full 3+ hours.... no less. They are INSANELY busy and if they were to get more techs or decrease the time spent there, Id for sure keep coming back, but I just cant do it. I come every 3 weeks, sometime between Thursday-Saturday. I always set an appointment for everything that I need, and still end up there 3+ hours. Great work, nice people, but the time spent there is CRAZY.

USA Nail Loganville, is the best nail shop around. They use great materials worth your money and have a variety of colors. The customer service is great. All of the nail techs there are very friendly but Mimi is the best! She takes her time on my nails. She makes sure i’m comfortable and that she does my nails to my liking. She will make you feel like you are her favorite client no matter who you are. I recommend USA NAILS to my friends and anyone reading.

My experience is always pleasant and relaxing when ever I come there. The only thing I didn’t like was you can only leave a cash tip, I didn’t have any cash in me so now I have to come back to the lady who serviced me To give her a tip because she deserves it, she did an excellent job on my feet. Her name is Nancy.

1st of all its sanitary!!! 2nd they provide excellent service and are really good at doing nails. They have some really talented nail techs and the pedicures are so relaxing. Definitely recommend this place.

I’ve been coming here since high schools days, moved away abs wow this is not the place it used to be! Sns lasts me around 4 weeks; 5-6 weeks stretch. I went in on Saturday with my sister & mom, took about an hours for the lady to finish my pedicure bc she was literally talking my feet? And David the guy that did my nails does not listen. I’ve been growing out my nails and he cut them off then told me he was charging me 5$ for taking off my nails… LOL WHAT?!? I got a design wasn’t the best but whoever… well 5 days later 3 nails have completely chipped. They were good now they are trash. Mimi was great but honestly money got to them and they don’t care. Also if you want to tio you have to go to their atm lol wut ?!? Anyways won’t ever be going back & they deserve no stars if possible.

Horrible! there is no point in making an appointment because they obviously dont honor it. I called a few days ahead to make an appointment with John it was at 5pm today. I got to the salon at 5 and after 10 minutes of waiting for him he told me he could not see me today because he had someone call at 4 p.m. today to ensure he was available. The person that called came with a friend who also wanted her nails done by John. So John asked me if I can come back at 7:30 p.m. although I made an appointment and the other person did not. I advised I live almost an hour away so that is not feasible and I would just find somewhere else to go. He asked me if I could just wait in person until at least 6:30 and he would try to squeeze me in at that point. I still advise that was not feasible. So he done went to ask the additional person that did not have an appointment if she could come back at 6:30 and she agreed. So he did my nails and rushed through the entire process. I asked for a specific design when I sat in his chair. He did not honor that design, I ask for coffin nails that were medium and length and gel polish. he proceeded to give me square nails until I reminded him that they were coughing nails and they were very long so I asked him if he can cut them down and he did a little so when I asked him to cut them down more so they would be medium in length he said are you sure you want to do that and still only cut a little bit more off. He started doing my design one finger looks great but the other and look like something my daughter would do so I asked him to take that one off and do it like he did the first one he told me he did not have time because the client was on her way back. So the manager came to do my design on my one other finger MD design looks nothing like the one John did so I asked her to take that one off as well. At this point I was fed up they completely disregarded the fact that I asked for a pedicure and reminded them three times while sitting in the chair so I ended up having a random employee just paint my toenails. So for a full set of acrylic nails, gel polish and one design on one finger, and to get my toenails painted and pretty much a waste of my time (2 hours) costed $70. I will never go back!! I called the store the day after to tell them Im not happy but a man answered saying manager wasnt there and wasnt coming back. He would not give me his name when I asked but told me to come back in that day. I advised I was heading out of town for Valentines day and wont return until Monday. He told me to just come in then to fix it but they will charge me. They shouldnt have looked like this to begin with. At the time of me leaving the shop I expressed I was unhappy and wont be returning but they just said okay they had other clients that didnt have appointments and have been waiting so they couldnt do anything.

This was my first and will be my only experience here. I walked in and immediately noticed that the chairs, tables, and floor was unsanitary. I proceeded to have the worst pedicure experience I’ve had so far. The lady doing my toes was too invested in the lady next to me to even glance down at my feet. She was slamming them up and down, barely rubbed my legs at all, and overall the cut and polish was also unsatisfactory. The towel she used on my legs had crust of something on it, and she did not even do the specific pedicure I asked for. I would not waste your time or money here.

They do a good job. Not worth the price or the wait. Not planning on coming back.

I have Ben coming to this location for awhile now, but this time maybe my last. Pedicure bowls not clean at all. There were toe nails & a dead bug in the bowl when I got there. I understand that they use bags to cover to bowls for each customer but at least clean the damn bowl out. Then I had a 12 noon appointment, the person I had my appointment with isn’t there & they didn’t tell me this until I had been there for waiting in the chair for 30mins. I won’t be returning.

This is the only nail salon I go to anymore! I started coming here about 8 or 9 months ago and each experience has been a breeze. The entire staff is friendly and talented. I have had my nails done by several of the techs and I have been beyond satisfied each time. I normally like my nails really sharp and I started just getting square nails at other salons because it seemed like no one could get the shape I wanted.. until I came here! I get compliments on my nails for weeks after getting them done. I really cant say enough good things about this place!!!!

I have been going to this place for the past ten years. Their customer service is trash now! The wait is over two hours and they not doing anything to improve it.I have given them chances after chances but the customer service just gets worse. I guess it’s due to them expanding but that shouldn’t be an excused to be rude & mistreat people and make them wait over two hours.

I think due to covid they are short staffed so they are rushing through people. MiMi did my nails and she rushed and they are awful they are already coming off. The powder is on my cuticle and it looks sloppy when I told her she said she saw nothing wrong. I would not recommend at all

My 2nd time there my nails came off free just 4 days I went back to get it done it took them an hour to finally come see me then they didn’t even finish my nail n the guy left to do somebody else’s nails and they had me there waiting for 30 more minutes they are way too expensive for such poor service

Had a bad experience with one of the younger technicians. She burned my natural nail by leaving the drill on one spot for too long. I saw her turn and look behind her while she was drilling! She nicked my skin with the drill several times, leaving my cuticles frayed. I was nervous and uncomfortable the whole time. I’m sure she’s a nice person but I don’t want her doing my nails again. There are some really great techs there but they are usually busy when I go. My nails look pretty but my cuticles didn’t get the necessary attention.

Been coming for a year and today was my last day. John explains that even though I paid $39 for service total I could not receive a stamp... The card said 1 stamp for visit of $20 or more.. I spend $200 a month in this place as a regular customer. He sacrifices a stamp for a loyal customer. Everyone else I did grow to actually love.💞 you all take care!

Made an appointment and was put in a chair but after 30 minutes they still hadnt started on my toes.

I been going here for years now and this past year has been horrible they rush on my nails all the time and it’s not even clean or good anymore they change prices all the time and one min it’s low the next it’s high they make up prices as you go too I’m looking for a new nail tech now smh

First I want to say the customer service is AWESOME. No complaints there. But I’m not pleased with my nails & toes. I got gel on my nails & toes & they just look messy. My nails are shaped mismatch, then the polish looks splotchy/see through in some places... if that makes sense? & polish all over my fingers & toes. Just messy all around. If I’m spending $65 I expect better quality.

John, Mimi, & Julie are my absolute favorites. Everyone here treats me amazingly. They get to know you & are great at what they do. They never disappoint. This is the BEST nail salon in town!

I had MiMi. She was really great and sweet. My brother had a pedicure and said I had the best massage. We both came out feet and hands looking on point. Theyre fast but careful to give the best nails and experience. 10/10

I’ve worked here in the past, and my reason of quitting was poor management and lack of a good customer experience. As far as customer service goes from the techs-it depends on who you get. I will always recommend Julie and Jeniffer if you are wanting a nice set of nails and to actually speak and be able to have a good experience. The owner does not give ANY regards to any customer unless you are wanting to pay LOTS of money and shes aware of this. It got to the point where she screwed over her employees by not letting them receive tips from cards and placing an ATM machine in the salon (which it is a great inconvenience due to extra fees just to take out a few dollars as a tip). There is NOOOO point of making an appointment most days. I know Julie and Jeniffer are usually on time to their appointments but the owner just tells them to do others as they walk in, completely disregarding other peoples appointments. The owner has absolutely no respect for anyones time. Also, this is more personalized to me, but just to prove that the owner only cares about money, not her employees not customers... upon hire, I was promised free sets of nails, which then turned into 50% off after I used my first free set, to whatever she felt I needed to pay. For a basic SNS set, medium length, I paid $30 (and this was after the 50% off). I had a friend call and ask for a price for the set and she was told $40. This place can be good at times, but 9/10 you are just money to them and not cared about at all.

Honest&true: they are very friendly. svc is good. I would recommend. The only downside is they are always always busy, even in the early morning. With them being so busy its not always a relaxing experience. Seems like service is becoming get you in and out and the next person in the chair

Came here the first time a guy did my nails he did amazing!! Came the second time an older lady did my nails she was trash. I got gel nails and they were piling off? Since when does gel nails pill off? Drove 45 minutes the next day to get them fixed had to wait 45 minutes. That’s how they treat customers after I spent 60.00 the day before. I will not be back to this place. Not to mention the next day one broke off and I had to go to another salon to get it fixed.

Although cdc guidelines meant. The pedicure I had was horrible. A “massage” was merely wiping lotion on legs for 10 min, Despite my encouragement to use more effort. The petition wax burnt my feet and My toes polish is uneven and not even to edge. I needed to re cut. What a waste of money

Jimmy is my nail guy and he is the best and the quickest. I will not go anywhere else. You have to always make a appointment to get him but I like the convenience of walking right in and being seen. John and Julie are also really good. Love this place!

Ok. I read reviews to ANY place before I go. USA Nails had good reviews, so I tried it. From the moment I walked in- I LOVED IT. The acknowledge you IMMEDIATELY and serve you quickly. I got TONY. Tony is a BLAST. Never a dull moment. He made the experience fun. He and the guy that sat behind him CONSTANTLY picked on each other. All of the customers were laughing. I think Tony missed his calling as a comedian and ended up in a nail salon just waiting for his ship to come in. I tipped Tony TWICE what I normally tip. Love this place! I have DEFINITELY found MY nail salon. No more looking around!!!

I waited for an hour and a half to get a fill in. The nails themselves were fine but the design was ugly and I was treated poorly. After two and a half hours I was just ready to leave so I went back the next day to fix the design and they were making jokes. I’ll never be back. Mimi is a terrible manager.

I love my nails! Ive been a few times and the first time the guy could not get the shape of my nails right. Could only do a square...dreadful! This time they for it together but I did have to have them fix it to get to this point. Never a shortage of workers so I came in and was seated immediately.

When i first got my nails done i thought they had turned out really good. Although less than 2 weeks later they had started to fall off. it’s currently the first day of week 3 and only 6 acrylic nails remain.but they did do a good job waxing my eyebrows and doing the art i requested on my nails.it was good service but i’m sorry to complain that these did not last as long as they should have, will not be returning, sorry 😬

I have been looking for a new nail place and I found it. They were very friendly the moment I entered. Everyone took a moment to say Hello! John did my manicure using SNS and Amanda did my pedicure and finished it with Cats Eye gel paint. Both look really great and best of all it didn’t hurt. I am really happy with the kindness, service and end result.

As nail salons go, this is one of the nicer ones. They have lots of chairs and staff so Ive never had to wait for a pedicure. They do a good job too and are thorough.

The people that work at this place are so rude! Customer no service. It doesnt matter if you make an appt. or not - they dont care if you wait forever. They make people feel uncomfortable. Last visit my nails & toes chipped within a week. I will find another nail shop to have my toes and nails done & feel relaxed and comfortable during the experience.

My technician is Dana. She does a great job! The staff are friendly and the SNS color variety is awesome!!

I love the nails but they were asking a lot about my personal life and didnt understand anything. They were asking a lot about my kid I adopted and she is losian. (I dont know how to spell it) and I told them and they said I was wrong. Like no. I know my own childs religion

Theyre not bad! Only reason for three stars is because I had gotten a regular manicure with regular polish and it cracked within the next day but I highly recommend acrylics and the more permanent polish. People are very friendly too !

Great spot. First time going there. They use new feet scrubs on each customer, which I give them an A+ for that. Not every salon does that.

Ive been going here since I was 15, Im now 28. I would save my lunch money everyday to go get my nails done with best friend Aubree every 2 weeks back in high school. I now live in Atlanta close to Midtown, but I still make the trek out to Loganville. Theres no experience out here that even comes close. Mimi is so amazing and very friendly, as are all of the staff.

Sorry that Ive just now discovered USA Nails. They do excellent work, pleasant attitudes where you want to be for a pleasant and relaxing experience. I will be back.

Jennifer is the best. I let her pick my color and she always picks the best colors for my nails and toes.

I would say maybe 3.5 stars not 4. I’ve made appointments only to get rushed through and a nail pop off within the first week of having them done. Another time I was here and three different customers came in complaining about their nails coming off within a few days after getting them done. They’re worried about quantity and not so much quality.

The shop changed owners, they are nice enough. But the work is shoddy, my nails had dips and Ridges they blew me off. I paid 92.00 for my daughter and my self. They did redo my nails but 2 days later and it took me as long as it when I went the first time. I m looking around for a place that will do it right the first.
