This was my first time going to this shop. Terry did my pedicure. She was so sweet and gentle. The lady (forgot to ask her name) who did my nails very fast and professional. I got a fill in and they look perfect! Can’t wait to come back! Definitely want them both to service me again!

It was great if you get there before the rush. Team was very nice. Just before my service was finished the rush began. You could feel the anxiety and need to get everyone serviced. I would return but only at opening.

I went a couple of days and I wouldn’t tell ANYONE I know to come here. The nails look like I went and got press on nails at Walmart. The lady who did mine measured it wrong. But on the bright side they have a male working the front counter with GREAT customer service.The other thing is it was lumpy and uneven. In the picture my pointer finger was going down. And she didn’t cut my real nail short enough. Just little stuff that added to be a big problem.

Clean, organized, & Covid-friendly place to get your nails done! Easy to find parking. Temperature checks at the door. Hands must be washed upon entry. There are glass partitions between the spa chairs & manicure chairs so your experience is a lot more comfortable. I highly recommended Jennifer for all your needs!

This is my 3rd time and last time at this shop. The shop is clean, but the quality of service needs improvement. Got my gel French Polish done Saturday before Easter and by Wednesday after Easter 4 of my gel French Polish were gone. I did not do anything different from what I have done when I got it done at my regular shop. I was in a hurry and this shop is close to my house. Their gel polish does not last. The technician took no more than 20 minutes to do it. Rushed work yielded poor quality.

My mom and I went and it was pretty good. My mother got a manipedi and said it was very nice, her and the 2 workers were chatting away and laughing. The lady who did my nails was on the quieter side (thats fine though since I dont like to converse much) but she was very professional, made sure I got the exact nail length and colors I wanted. The place was very clean too.

I’ve been a loyal customer to this merchant for more than 15 years. Until this most recent visit. I was extremely disappointed and they attempted to charge me for a redo of my horrible nails that were peeling in just 2 days after having them done. The owners son was beyond rude once I wouldn’t allow him to double charge me. He said that I’m not welcomed back and I made it clear that I wouldn’t EVER come back for their piss poor service. They’re services have quickly started to decline over recent years. My money will be better spent elsewhere with an emphasis on excellent nail and customer services. I would advise anyone that’s contemplating on going to this nail salon, to run in another direction. I’m sharing my horrific experience with everyone, to ensure that no one else is ever treated as badly as I was treated. The owner’s son is only interested in taking your money with no concerns regarding the services that are being provided. I’ll give them a couple of more years before they’ll be out of business.Karlita

I tried this salon for the first time because it is very near to my house and would be super convenient for me if I could switch to a closer salon. Never again.I asked if they could do an acrylic full-set with 2 tone polish and a simple cloud design I found on instagram. The technician told me that she couldnt do the design because they didnt have those stickers. Now, I may not be a cosmetologist, but I know that the design I showed her had been done with a dotting tool and a small brush, so it came off as an excuse to me. Whatever, I had a backup plan, and asked for a simple pink/white fade.Mistake #1: the woman who worked on my nails disregarded the length I wanted and would not listen when I asked her to make them longer. She told me that since my nail beds are naturally long, she couldnt make them too long otherwise they would break eaisly.#1 not only was she incorrect, as a longer nail bed has a stronger tension point when building up acrylic nails, which I know because longer nails last quite long for me, but#2 thats too bad because its not what I asked for. (the nails arent even the same length)Mistake #2: She rushed through the acrylic application and did a bad, uneven job. Instead of focusing on one finger at a time, she had a free for all, moving down the line of my fingers without smoothing out the previous step. Obviously this wasnt working, as she filed off several nails to redo them at least 3 times, even filing way too far on one nail and leaving it bruised and sore. I told her to take her time (I shouldve walked out) and she slowed down and fixed the nails in question.Overall, I hate myself for not just leaving when I started to sense that she didnt know what she was doing, and as a result my nails are way too short, uneven, and I was charged way too much for bad quality work.

I went to get my nails done on Saturday April 14th. When walking into the nail salon is very inviting and clean. However the service leaves much to be desired. For a pedicure and an SNS full set I was there for 2 hours. The most upsetting part is I still had to come back and get my entire right-hand redone because the technician did such a terrible job. Less than 1 week later my nails look terrible. The matte top coat has come off of a few of my nails. My right thumb nail is completely broken. Needless to say this will be the last time I ever go to the salon to waste any more money. Be mindful of your hard-earned money that youre spending and choose somewhere else.

Very clean! They do temp checks and require you to wash your hands as you enter. Chi Chi did my pedicure! She was very thorough with removing all the old polish and dead skin. I got the Deluxe Pedi and she gave a great massage with the exfoliator and the lotion. the hot towels were the PERFECT temp! she had me in and out in under an hour. definitely going back, thank you!

Went to get a pedicure and gel nails. The technician who did my pedicure was pretty good, but the lady that did my gel nails was beyond unprofessional. She did not greet me, lifted the side table of the pedicure chair knocking my arm slightly off the arm rest without saying sorry, excuse me, nothing. At this point I was like OMG!! Then she proceeds to sling the nail color chart at me, I was like whoa. She started doing my nails, didnt ask if I wanted them cut down as my real nails are all different lengths. She didnt ask what shape I wanted, nothing. Hold on, its more...she massaged my hands, then abruptly turned and walked away leaving lotion all over my hands. The tech doing my pedicure yelled something to her in their native language and she came back with a dry towel. I cant make this stuff up!!! But wait, after all that I agreed to let her do my eyebrows....she CHOPPED them!!! Shame on me for that one. NEVER EVER going back!!!!

My wife got her nails there and I have never since her so disappointed, her nails didn’t came out all that good, they treated horrible.... and double charge her. Don’t recommend at all. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Today was my first time visiting this nail salon and I’ve lived in loganville for 3 years. After my first visit I think I’ve finally found my nail salon home. Chi Chi was ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL. She took her time with my pedicure and I am beyond pleased with the service I received today. She took her time and am I completely SATISFIED. I am just so happy, I found my person and my salon for my nail care needs. :)

This nail salon is The Best!!! I have been going to this salon for 20+ years!! Tam is the owner and provides the best customer service. He wants his customers to be happy when they leave. After providing to notch SNS nails Tina took time to go to school to learn about Micro Blading. She does exceptional work. I had no eyebrows and now they like my k so natural. For my pedicures Rose is the Best!!! She takes her time and makes you feel relaxed. I always recommend these 2 ladies!! I love them and this salon

Never Again!Came here after a neighbor recommend (Young Tina) to get my nails done here.I was her first appointment, no hello how are you. Just, what you want today.I told her, my neighbor (so and so) highly recommended you, she replied, looking rather puzzled, who ? I repeated, the name and still nothing. At this point, I just asked for a french manicure SNS.Tina barely looked at me, or spoke to me. Did my nails, so rushed, she cut me twice near my cuticles, and didn’t even apologize when I pulled my hand away. The only reason I didn’t complain was all in all the nails looked good. I paid and left $5 as tip.Two weeks later make appointmentwith (Tina) for Saturday September 26 2020 at 11am, I arrive Tina is working on someone else nails (no big deal) a gentleman directs me to sit in another chair in front of him, he saids, hello, what you doing today. I tell him I need a refill, but would also like to do something different. I show him a picture from google images, I ask him are you able to do this pastel ombré rainbow look. Very confidently he assures me he can do it. He starts the refill process, as he’s finishing the refill, and will start the ombre color effect, he asks for my phone to see the picture again of what I want done. He walks away with my phone to ask Tina, then starts looking through all the salons colors, he grabs this pink and that blue, places them in front of me, and saids, which color ? I’m like I don’t know, I’m not the professional nail technicianHe’s like this pink or this pink? I’m thinking I don’t know! I don’t do nails for a living, I don’t know how to do ombre rainbow pastels or anything involving nails. He starts with what he thinks is right color, after three nails (not looking great) Tina shows up and finishes last two nails out of five. Tina, tries to explain to me that the look I requested is not ombre, but 3D nails and very difficult. When she’s done with the five nails, I stop her before she proceeds any further, and calmly tell her sorry, but these nails look nothing like the pic I showed him. It looked like my 4 year old colored my nails with a highlighter. I told her to please remove, what had been done. The gentleman heard me, and started talking in a loud voice to me saying, You not happy, its your fault I asked you what color! It takes long time to do the look you wanted! I replied, but you didn’t do the look I wanted, it looked really messed up is what it looked. Plus its only 5 fingers, not 10 it hadn’t taken that long!He said, you have to pay extra for time it take to remove, I replied, I’m paying only for the refill, because you weren’t able to do my nails the way I requested even after you said you knew how to do ombre rainbow pastels.At this point, Tina tells me to just pick a regular polish color, as she’s painting my nails I notice the nail polish is looking really thick like Elmers glue consistency, and not covering correctly.She applies three coats, of color then another much older lady switches seats with Tina, places a top coat, and tells me to place hand in front of fan 10 min.After 10 min as I reach in my purse to pay, the nail polish starts to smudge, I sign my receipt, and leave 0.00 for tip. She immediately, takes my receipt to the gentleman, and I see her pointing to the 0.00 tip, and they start laughing. I say excuse me to both of them, (they didn’t even wait for me to leave before speaking badly of customer) gentleman starts to approach me, I tell him oh you think your zero tip is funny, well take a look at my nails, its not funny your salon uses garbage old nail polish, look at my nails! I waited the 10 min drying time with fan and look how smudged up they look! He tried, to say something, I told him please don’t bother I will not be returning ever!By the time, I got home which is 1 mile from salon, my thumb nail chipped off 😐So rude, and such unprofessional staff.Maybe their nice to their regulars who are top paying long timers. (Like my neighbor) but if your a new face forget it.

I’ve been going here for years and recently went to a new place with a friend. After about 2 months of going to the other store I had many problems... I came back to Pro Top Nails & Spa today and saw lots of new girls. Tina did my nails better than I expected with designs and all ♥️ Love this salon and love Ms. Tina

💯 Debbie is my new favorite nail technician. Going forward I will call ahead to schedule with her. She did an amazing job on my pedicure. She took her time to ensure I enjoyed my pedicure and that my nails looked beautiful. Vu the shop manager, is AWESOME. Ive never been to a shop that is managed so well. He as well as all of his technicians are courteous and extremely professional. They also use disposable liners for each client which is a huge PLUS and something I look for in every nail salon I visit. Its about a 20 minute drive from my home; I pass several that are closer, but for the type of customer service I feel I deserve and pay for along with beautiful nails, I wont mind a few extra miles.

This is my first time ever coming to this nail shop and I’ve been to many shops but this is one out of the two of my favorites. Everyone was very welcoming, had positive vibes and listened to all my request. And on top of that the place is clean and very eye catching. It wasn’t over crowded and the wait time was a jiffy. The service is fast and efficient. I just wish they would work on their pedicures. It seems the foot massage is now minimal and it used to be the best part. Im on my feet all day long so when I am ready for a pedicure I want the massage to ease the tired out.

Young Tina and Amy did an amazing job! I requested an Hombre SNS natural nail and a Pearl Pedicure. The end result of both was beautiful. Not many nail shops/technicians can pull off a beautiful hombre nail but Young Tina can (and Tam also; I started with him and he’s great as well).Amy did the most amazing pedicure. Today if I could give this business zero stars I would. A total disgrace i don’t even know where to begin. The front desk help hastily used a vulgar tone with my 13 year old daughter when she didn’t like the color of her pedicure. He’s a grown man and made her feel intimidated and embarrassed which hurt me to the core. As her parent I addressed him and his response after apologizing was, I felt like i was being accused!!!!!! I couldn’t believe my ears and proceeded to let him know how he made her feel and whet I would do if he ever used that tone with my child again. He’s well over 21 and no business talking to my daughter that way. Highly disgusted so please be careful bringing your children there to be serviced. Watch them closely and make sure the work on their nails is being done properly. I also had a 1:00pm appointment with a nail technician named Tina, which had impeccable service on my first visit to the location. Apparently there are more than 1 nails techs named Tina and I was told i scheduled with the wrong one. I waited an hour or more for someone to do my nails and no one addressed me to let me know what the issue was until I asked how much longer it would be before someone serviced me. Finally around 2:30 pm Kim was able to help me, she did a great job on my nails but she’s a little rough. I will say this to say the least your front desk helper needs to be fired and I will not send a single soul to your establishment ever again. This is one of a million nail shops in Georgia and This one experience drove away a very loyal customer with my connections and even more love to help people. As far as I’m concerned you failed miserably with your customer service training and fire your front desk help!!!!!!

Today was an awesome day! I stopped in Pro Top Nail & Spa to get my toes done for my Birthday. I ended up in the chair of a beautiful young woman named Terry. Terry was an absolute pleasure! She took my ragged and worn feet and transformed them into beautiful feet! Terry was so patient and kind.....and she made what is normally a bit embarrassing for me (my feet were in bad shape) and turned it into the most relaxing and pleasant experience! I hope Terry knows how wonderful she really is.... because I know!

Hours of operation are not accurate. I was declined service as the store associates were walking out as I was was walking up at 740p Please make sure to always respect your business hours. They won’t receive my business in the future.If you are unable to service a client in a timely fashion that’s on you and not me as a client. Closing time doesn’t reflect an associate’s time to leave. That’s business 101!! We clients don’t know what time your employees leave thus the reason for hours of operation not employee schedule. Thank you for your unprofessional and silly response.

Poor poor quality if they think yu arent worth good money!! I waited 2 hour with a appointment made just for walk ins to be started and done before me I spent 100 dollars to have messed up nails and eyebrows I could have done at home better!!

On the way home from a quick stop at Kroger, I decided at the last minute to stop for a mani/pedi but remembered I had bought a container of ice cream. I started not to go in, but because my nails were in bad shape, I took the ice cream in anyway. The gentleman who greeted me was very friendly, and after showing me to my chair, he put my ice cream in their freezer. This is my third time going to Pro Top, and just as before, the two technicians were very friendly, efficient, and did a wonderful job!

I’ve been coming to this place for 9 years but today I’ve received service that was THE WORST EVER. I was charged for something that I did not get. I specifically asked the “nail tech” if she could design my nails exactly like a picture. She stated “yes. no problem exactly like the picture” but FAILED MISERABLY.She was the worst nail tech. She then tried to act as if it was ok.Ladies please don’t waste your money at this place!!! Try Walmart or any other place but not this one.... I am disappointed but I will NOT return.

Stopped by for a SNS manicure and a pedicure. The lady did a great job and she was so sweet! Literally took her time to get my cuticles and everything. Management was great and checked with me to make sure I was doing okay. Very kid friendly environment too with cute pedicure station for kids. This is my new go to spot!

It was run more professionally than any nail salon Ive found yet! Very clean and efficient. That was definitely a plus, as when I walked in, they knew I had an appointment and called me by name! A+ management!! Then I received one of the best jobs on my nails by Tam. I cant thank him enough!! He addressed concerns that other salons had missed, but in addition offered solutions!! He paid attention to the smallest details that mean so much to a client, like making sure my cuticles were done properly, making sure my nails were symmetrical and all the same length, and making sure all steps and procedures were carried out properly. From the start, I could tell he knew what he was doing and I was in good hands!! When I asked, he said hed been doing nails for 30 years, and believe me, it showed! His technique and attention to detail were flawless!! I highly recommend this nail salon! After searching for some time, they have earned my confidence and seal of approval, something that, I readily admit, is not an easy task!! They have their act together. I didnt see one client that looked unhappy. I paid attention, and they greeted most customers by name as if they were old time family friends. Id give more stars if I could!!!! Loved the salon, loved the management, and loved the job Tam did on my nails!!! Ill be back for sure!!!!!

I have had a hard time finding a good nail place in/near Loganville that does SNS (Ive tried them all). I stubbled upon this place 3 months ago and was so impressed with Kim that I wont go anywhere else. She does such a wonderful job! Detailed in everything she does and I appreciate that so much. My service here has always been top notch. Highly recommend. Thank you Kim! Looking forward to seeing you again soon.

I go here all the time do get my eyebrows waxed and I love Terri she is so pleasant and she cares about her customers she loves to actually talk to her customers and always love to connect with them and she always try to encourage you to do better in your life.
