I love this nail salon. It’s so clean and the services they provide are awesome! The staff is super friendly. I never feel like I’m being talked about like at most other nail salons. If you’re looking for a new place in Loganville this is it!

Theyre customer service is horrendous!!! Im not from Georgia Im here visiting. So I called to get a price check on a set of coffin nails and toes painted french manicure. The lady asked if I needed it done that day and I told her no I was just doing a price check. She said good because were booked today and hung up in my face. I called back just in case it was an accident and no one answered. Giving them the benefit of the doubt I called 3 more times one of which I left a message about getting pricing info, and still no answer. Still giving them the benefit of the doubt I called later and now Im going straight to voice-mail. Im still going to voice-mail today 092521, I think they blocked me. If you cant answer a simple question about pricing how the heck do you conduct your business. Oh and I was referred to this place because again Im not from her. JUST HORRIBLE!!!!

New York Nails in Loganville is a great place to go if you are looking for professional staff and excellent service. I highly recommend.

I was very dissapointed by the quality of work. My fingernails were half painted. That means that the sides did not have any polish. I do not recommend here. I wrote this while still in the store.. she didnt seem to care as I already paid. I recorded the encounter of when I told her about the poor quality of work.

Nice people and comfortable environment but the work done to my nails was less that satisfactory. I went to this salon on a Sunday because my usual spot was closed. I got a fill in. 6 days later one of my nails popped right off while I was scratching my hesd. I also noticed another nail coming up as well. I decided to go back on Sunday (7 days after the fill) to have my nails repaired. She repaired the nail that popped off and I showed her where the other nail was coming up and she charged for both nails which I think I should have not been charged for both nails. Not to mention the color of the 2 repaired nails are not the same as the color I have and the shapes are noticeably different than the others( she did the reshaping with the fill) In my opinion she was very nice but her nail technique is not so good. I will not be returning to this shop ever again. Polish started to peel after 10 days. Its gel polish.

I love this place!! Been going here for the past several months and will never go anywhere else from now on. They always aim to please, when I cant find the color I want, they make it. If something isnt correct, they make it right. My SNS nails always look great and last 3-4 weeks.

I just moved to this area and I’ve tried a few different nail salons and I haven’t been impressed UNTIL I found this spot! I love their work. I love how friendly they are and they provide amazing service. Megan never disappoints me when she does my nail, she is always spot on. Also Kiet always provides the greatest pedicures ever! I have found my new favorite place!!!! They did an incredible job on myself, were super friendly and helpful! Best of all, we had someone with us who was diabetic so she can’t use certain products. The gentleman asked her with each item if this was okay, which NO ONE does!!!!! Definitely will be back!!!!

I had a manicure and my wife got a pedicure w/nail polish. Pleasant background sound effects, cup of hot tea or bottled water, and the vibrating massage chair while I waited for my wife. Nice way to spend an hour (please call to make an appointment). We have been here before and we will be back. Woohoo!

I went here to get my nails done for prom I was very worried because I have had bad experiences with other places before. but i WAS NOT disappointed. i think megan was my nail tech she was so gentle and did such an amazing job. i went in wanting a different nail design but megan suggested something else and i left so happy with my nails. definitely will go there again and again.

I love these guys! I have gotten my nails done here for a couple of months now, and dont plan on going anywhere else. I started with acrylic, which didnt work out because of my natural nails. The acrylic didnt want to stick. She took the time to explain to me what she thought the issue was, and recommend dip powder, which has been great! Its helped my nails be able to grow out healthier than ever.

I had the same nail technician for three years before I moved, so I’m very particular about my nails. New York Nails always does a great job & Megan is more than hospitable. First time getting nails done here. I havent got my nails done in years since 2000... so I wanted to try the newest thing. I couldnt decide between Gel or Sns.. Mei was very helpful and patient in helping me decide. I really appreciate her input in helping me decide on the Sns nails as I type a lot and the gel would come off quicker .. she did a wonderful job and I loved talking with her. All of the ladies were nice including Hannah and Meagan. I was the last one to leave but did not feel rushed even offered me donuts which I kindly declined as Im on my smae diet from 2008... hahahhahaa.... wonderful job ladies and great atmosphere... see ya next time

Finally found a nail salon that actually cares about its customers. The ladies here are so nice and friendly, and they took their time when doing my nails and toes; unlike the large salons where they rush to get you out of the door as quick as possible. My nails look amazing and I will definitely be coming back soon!

I love coming here for my girls day. We come every 3 weeks and it’s alway so pleasant. Megan and the other staff are amazing and so kind. And they can also be really fun. My nails always look great and last the entire 3 weeks.And sometimes they’ll even give you a push on the chair so you don’t have to get up 🤣

Came in on an afternoon yesterday and got a pedicure and manicure, the staff was amazing and provided excellent customer service. Prices were reasonable compared to other salons in the area. The only downside of my experience was that it seemed like the air conditioning had gone out and it was also a very hot day and there was a lot of portable air conditioning units running which was quite loud. Overall, I definitely recommend this place.

I have been going to New York Nails for several months, and they do an amazing job. My SNS nails always look great, lasts a long time, and I never have any problems. I also got a pedicure with a foot massager that is to die for! My mom, sisters and daughters all use them as well. They have all safety measures in place. The staff is very friendly, and their prices are great too. Im so glad I found a nail salon that is friendly and does great work!

I normally dont write reviews, but this place went beyond my expectations.I went here a week ago and my gel toes and nails are still looking brand new,, their pedicure is a tiny bit pricier than what you would get somewhere else, but its completely worth the price. Its a small place so theyll actually take time on doing your work, unlike larger places where they rush to get you out of the door immediatley. The woman who did my toes, (Cho, or Chow? I didnt catch the name) was wonderful and I highly recommend her and this place. Thank yall so much.

They also helped my wife choosing the color. We have not seen vibration machine anywhere before. Great experience. Cool drink is a plus.

I decided to try this salon out due to the wonderful reviews and I was not disappointed! I called and made an appointment to get SNS nails done. When I arrived I was greeted right away and shown where to sit. Karen did my nails and she did a wonderful job. She is such a sweet person. All the staff there were super nice and accommodating. Ive been going to this place ever since the new owners took over, every visit im provided with outstanding service from the extremely friendly nail techs who always provide a laugh along with a free drink. Prices are a tad higher than other nail salons but the quality of the work surely makes up for it. Keep up the good work ladies!

My first time going to this salon and I am so amazed! I had Megan and she was awesome I had an image in my head and she executed it exactly how I imagined I couldn’t be happier !!!

The salon tech was very sweet and carried on conversation with me. However, she did a TERRIBLE job. My nails weren’t even the slightest bit even AND they were lumpy. I got a basic full set and she continued to tell me that I needed gel or SNS because they will chip and ruin after a few days. I’ve gotten a basic full set for the last 15 years, there’s no reason they should chip and be destroyed after a week. My biggest problem was the fact that NONE and I mean NONE of my nails were even. If I’m going to pay for my nails to be done then I want good service. It seems like now a days there are very few nail salons that care. unfortunately this is one of them.

I started coming a few months ago and haven’t left since. The staff and service are both great! There might be a wait if they are busy but that’s because they truly do take their time with their customers. So maybe call ahead to make an appt if you’re crunched for time. I’ve never been dissatisfied with my nails here.

My nails came out perfect, I got stiletto acrylics with a glitter ombre and theyre wonderful, she checked with me every step of the way to make sure I was happy. on top of that the atmosphere was very relaxing. Ill definitely be back.

Arrived around 4 pm, not busy. I asked for a pedicure & asked how much it was. She tried to interest me in fragrances I said no.She did a good job and took her time, but hard for me to understand at times.Something was wrong, the manager called her back into the office when she returned I could tell she wasnt happy.Approached front desk, to pay, the lady there wasnt smiling nor did she seem to appreciate my business. I asked how much was the other services they offer and if had a price list? She just stated the price for my service & that was it.

I walked in and there were two technicians. One technician was conducting a pedicure and the other denied me service in regards to a full set of acrylic nails. She stated I have an appointment so I can’t do your nails ! I ask her are you denying me service and she said no! However she did and I felt as if it’s because I am BLACK! Shame on New York nails!!!! This happen around 12:20pm today!!!

This salon is wonderful. Very nice and reasonable prices. I took my four year old daughter to have her nails painted and they were great with her. Also, they use new supplies for each customer. Very clean establishment

They made me wait a hour and a half and I still didn’t get my nails done because they kept putting people in front of me instead of actually doing them. There were employees in the back goofing off instead of doing my nails. I would not go here if I were you.

I went in for a full set three weeks ago. My total was $28. I went back today to get a fill in and the manager tried to charge me $32. How is a fill in higher than a full set. This place is a rip off. Yeah they might have new management, but attitudes dont reflect good customer service. They have lost a loyal customer!!!!!

They usually do my gel polish good but today they did it so thin. I went there yesterday and I had to go back today but it looks bad after drying. I’ll look for a different nails place.

Just so everyone is aware......they cannot do any of the things shown in the google pictures....I’m not sure if they are stolen or very old or what. Also it took me two hours to get a fill because the technician was very very slow and confused so she kept starting everything over. The design I wanted she told me would be $70 with a fill....I told her that was fine as long as she used real crystals, she was unable to do the design so I said ok just paint them with glitter.....she took forever even trying to do that did a mediocre job at best and then charged me $40 when it was a fill with gel polish and that’s it. I will never ever ever return to this nail shop or even anything in the vicinity 😩

Came in today, Saturday, for a spa pedi and no one was there to do a pedi. One tech was doing nails no other techsthere. They have about 8 chairs bit was asked could I wait 40 minutes. Really, on a Saturday afternoon? Wont be back.
