It is clean. The employees are helpful and informative.

I like how helpful the staff is. Also, the amount of machines is nice. I havent found anything negative about the Pekin location. Would definitely recommend!! A+++

With new 2nd shift assistant manager Katyrn( possibly misspelled) she brings confidence and great communication to this location. She knows all the other items they sell including Gatorade flavors I had no clue. On the Labor Day we visited to work out and the Location Manager was working which tells me of the loyalty and drive this Pekin Illinois team administers. Planet fitness is a great place to work out. They have really good membership deals and I love all the workers there! At the end of an intense workout theres a hydro massage!

Affordable and clean. They seem to be missing a squat rack, deadlift and bench press. 5 stars if they add those. They wont because that would cause lunking to occur. They do have this fancy stretching thing though where a bench press could go.

Wish they would go back to normal 24/7 hours due to my work schedule but always a pleasant environment.

I would love to be able to walk in the treadmill next to the person I was just in the car with when I arrived. Its hard to stay motivated when you have to be separated. And please go back to original hours soon!! Covid doesnt get worse later in the evening! ;)

Im usually here everyday so generally its great but the worker last night seemed very put off that I was asking for help and was very rude and short with me.

The best place to work out friendly and great vibes all around

I honestly love this gym, mainly because of the tanning but it is a really great gym. It is very affordable for everything that you can do. It is very clean and everyone is very friendly. I mainly try to come late at night just so it’s not crowded but I have come during the day before and it does get quite crowded. I absolutely love that it’s open 24 hours. I always recommend this place for anyone that tans, yes you do start out at a very low time but once you get past the low times you can stick with the full 12 minutes even if you don’t come for a long period of time. I haven’t been to the gym in months but I decided that I am going to start coming again and it feels great. I pay a little over $20 to be able to tan, use the equipment, the massage beds, which btw feel amazing. I don’t think I will ever go to another gym, or buy a tanning package anywhere else. I definitely would recommend planet fitness.

Planet fitness is a very nice very clean fitness center they have every type of machine and weights that you could possibly want they have tanning beds, stand up or lay down. They have massage chairs but all you have to do is sit down and it gives you a very nice massage. Its in a great location and lots of parking. They also have handicap accessible doors. All of the employees are very nice I really enjoy going there you get a really nice workout.

Im so happy to be back working out at planet fitness. I feel this contributes to my overall health and happiness regardless to what our dumb Governor says.

Im leaving planet fitness because there are a few men in there that intimate me who really should be in a different gym for their size. I did enjoy my time there but i must move on now.

This place is a nightmare to cancel from. Ive been trying to cancel for three months because I moved. I called them the first time. Was told to come in. Explained I moved so she said to email. Emailed. Still was charged another month. Called. Was told to send a letter. Sent a letter. Was charged again. Emailed and was given a very rude response when I explained my frustration. The response said to let them know when I can show them proof of a certified letter? Ugh. I will send a certified letter and hope that works but why is this so hard? Im just trying to cancel because I moved geesh! Isnt an email they responded to considered mail? This is ridiculous.

They make you wear a mask the entire time once you walk into the building no locker rooms no showers no drinking fountain and when I canceled my membership the manager would not refund my money I asked her if she couldn’t or just didn’t want to and she said I don’t want too very rudely would not recommend at all!

Clean! The staff is always wiping down the machines or dusting them. Lots of machines to choose from and easy-to-use. Its nice to end the visit with a chair massager, hydro bed or tanning for black card members.

Super friendly staff. A lot of different equipment and free weights. Have message chairs, tanning booths and more for premium membership. Nice and clean locker rooms and showers. Best of all, its very affordable.

Love the place, but not enough private dressing rooms

Ive noticed lately that some of the staff members are more rude than usual. I go tanning there after work and I was interrogated. I go every few days, it shows that on my account yet this kid stood there trying to decide how long he was going to let me tan when I do the full time every single time I go. Then he demanded that I show him my goggles (which I understand) then he gave me a hard time about my tanning lotion...that I bought at PF!!! If I didnt like working out there, I would have cancelled my membership right then and there. I go to PF to let off steam or relax, not to be treated like a menace.

This is the first gym that I actually got a membership for based on the simple fact that when I visited as a guest, I immediately felt comfortable and welcome. This place has a variety of equipment and is also very clean. Nice atmosphere with good vibes and no judgement.

I wanted to give it four stars but really have no reason to. Its avery lovely place to work out. It is never terribly busy when I am there. Sounds gimmicky until uw out there then realize the no judgment zone is really quite efficient in making it more comfortable for the people that arent gym junkies but also a great place for them with lots of machines, weights, stretching staions. Just an all around good gym with nice vibes, fun colors and clean equipment.
