I had a great time while I was there and it was a great experience but the aesthetician that I had her name was Tanya she was nice and did a good job
Very disappointed in this location. I have been a member since January, I think Ive been able to get in for 2 massages the entire time because their schedule is always booked. When I do have a scheduled massage they have texted me that my therapist is changing their schedule or went out of town so they can not do my session. No offer to reschedule. I text back, and no response. But I do get an email saying my appt has been cancelled. My boyfriend went in for his scheduled massage and was greeted with Your in the wrong place, I dont have any one on the schedule Good customer service would have said, Hi, how may I help you? He did not get communication that they cancelled his appointment. And then of course they have no openings so you have to wait a good 4 - 6 weeks to get back in. I would NEVER recommend this place, you can get better quality services and better communication almost anywhere else you go.
I’m glad I found this location as they’re really professional, great customer service and several good therapists, and a lovely relaxing environment. Glad I signed up for monthly sessions! Pam and Eve are the best therapists at this location (so far that ive tried!). When I call if nobody answers they call me back within 10 minutes which is great service Because I’m typically calling on way to another meeting, don’t like to wait on hold and it’s awesome to know they will return my call so quickly!I usually work with private practitioners, but when I returned here to Colorado nobody was available, all booked up and limited availability, and I really wanted my massage therapist assistance. So I chose to commit to the convenience with a monthly package at Massage Envy.This place was great!the other Massage Envy’s I have tried in California and Texas were very mechanical and cold and felt like you’re going into a gym locker room closet to get a massage.This location was the first massage envy that felt like a spa with a relaxing ambience and good therapists. A couple therapists did not work for me, But when you’re trying new folks anywhere you’re bound to have some misses.
Amazing! I just had my first facial here with Haleigh and it was the most relaxing hour of my life. The membership is soooo worth it. This location has awesome staff working at the front desk too. They are all kind and helpful. I also liked the ambiance of the place, definitely felt high end spa vibes. Is this what its like to be a celebrity? I think everyone should treat themselves to a facial. Im addicted already.
What an incredible Massage experience I just had at Massage Envy Superior!!! I was very nicely greeted by Stephanie in the front who gave me a nice tour of the facility. Then, was introduced to my Massage Therapist, Sherry Seerveld. She was very sweet, and after going in to the room and getting on the table, the BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE WAS ABOUT TO OCCUR!!! I signed up for the 2 Hour Massage which I am so happy I did. I have had many, many 1-hour massages in my life and have enjoyed them. But this 2-hour massage with Sherry was THE BEST!!!! I came in there for relaxation and to lift some stress and tension, and she did an excellent job on me!! She massaged me from head to toes, front and back, and it was so rejuvenating and wonderful. Sherry even massaged my scalp and face. My new nickname for Sherry is Magic Hands. I would highly recommend Massage Envy Superior and want to thank you, Sherry, for making my experience absolutely PERFECT!!! I will be coming back for sure!! :)
Can I give it less than 1 star? My partner gave me a coupon for Mothers Day from this place and I desperately needed a relaxing facial and body massage. So I couldnt wait to use it. It was the worst experience of my life as far as massages and facials go.Facial was done by one person and the body massage by another therapist. The facial was okay. Ive had better. But the body massage was the worst!! Not only did she hurry through the session (in retrospect, that was actually a good thing) her idea of a massage was using a heavy hand (leading to left shoulder injury - in spite of repeatedly requesting a lighter touch) while maintaining a constant monologue about her childrens birth and how she almost gave birth in the toilet! Thats NOT what I want to listen to when I go for a massage. Maybe if we were sitting in a park watching our children play that wouldve been okay; certainly Not in a place where I had nowhere to run to.
I originally had a bad experience with the customer service at this location, which prompted me to contact the general manager, Shannon Sledge. I was not planning on ever returning to this location due to my experience on my first visit, but Shannon turned things around. She was very apologetic and accommodating and made a commitment to better train her staff members. This is a new location so I understand that mistakes are difficult to avoid in the beginning phases and was very pleased that Shannon was more than willing to help fix the issue so that it does not happen to anyone else. I will be coming back to this location because I believe it is in very capable hands and I am confident improvements will be made.
Great people. Very good desk staff. All the therapists I have had have been terrific! Relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
I had a very bad experience at this location. I paid for an hour and a half massage and got the absolute WORST massage of my life. The therapist did not do my arms/hands or feet. What?! He had a terrible bed side manner and was abrupt and rough. It was shocking. I let the front desk know that my massage was awful and they seemed unconcerned and offered an insincere ‘sorry’ and went on with their day. I followed up by phone twice and requested that a manager or franchise owner call me back, which never happened. I have periodically had a “not great” massage but this was in another league. The fact that it was brought to their attention several times and remained unaddressed is unforgivable. Skip this location. I’ve had a much better and consistent experience at the Broomfield location. Well worth the drive to avoid a terrible experience. I don’t typically post a negative review without first giving the business an opportunity to address it. A company unwilling to take even a step towards responding to a customers poor experience, makes an investment in failure. No goodwill here whatsoever.
I bought a membership to encourage myself to get regular massage. I knew these guys wouldnt be great, but I never expected horrible. The first massage was terrible, but I figured I needed to try a few therapists. Second person was so-so. The third person only did my back 1/2!!! He was by far the best therapist, pressure-wise, but I had requested a Swedish massage with some extra time on my forearm. I showed him the stretch that the second therapist had taught me. He didnt do the stretch, plus spent the whole hour on only 1 side of my body. DONT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE!
I have had a lot of massages over the years but this was by far the worst massage I have ever had. To start off - I was burnt by the stones. I have had several other hot stone massages but I have never had an issue with the stones being too hot. Next - It was painful, pulling my hair and using too much pressure and moving briskly instead of gently. I took an advil as soon as I got to my car. Then to top it off I had to time my inhales to his so I wouldnt have to smell his lunch.The real kicker was when I went to check out and was told that it would be $49.00 when I was told over the phone that it would only be an extra $20.00. She admitted that they were doing a lot of training but still charged the full price. Being a member I have to say I am very disappointed!! It was a very expensive day that left me feeling far from relaxed.......
Cant get in when or the length of massage wanted, now the most recent is canceled the morning of a couple massage I have had planned for over a week with not a care just a do you want to reschedule if I would have canceled this late in the scheduled time I would have been charged. I dont know if all massage envys are this way but stay away from this one.
The massage was so-so, but the masseuse seemed seemed annoyed to be giving me a massage and on the suggestion card said I should request a different masseuse the next time. I didnt say anything the whole time except thank you. It was really strange.The esthetician was incredibly nice (the only reason for two stars), but I now have a rash on my chin. I have had facials at spas before and never had a reaction.Finally, it is not a relaxing experience when at the end you are pressured to buy their products and purchase a membership when all you want to do is go home and take a shower (like any other spa has). I would pay the extra $30 and go to a real spa.
