I usually come here with no problems but today the place was filthy. I understand they are busy but they wanted me to sit in a chair that clearly was just used by another client and visibly dirty. Lotion, salt crystals, water and dirt all over the chair and foot basin. told them the chair was dirty and they looked at me rude. One of the employees half wiped it with a towel and no disinfectant. When I asked if they could spray it down with a disinfectant before I used it they looked at me crazy like I was being unreasonable or rude. Another employee came to put a liner in without disinfectant or wiping the dirt and salt crystals out from previous pedicure done on another client. They were nasty and very rude. I wasn’t even trying to be disrespectful when I asked if it could be cleaned. We are living in a pandemic and even if we weren’t it was just nasty and poor hygiene practice. Place was dirty and pictures don’t do it justice.

Absolutely love this place!! The people are friendly and they produce such a friendly environment! It’s not just a nail tech and a customer, you are treated like family!! They are super organized and efficient!! The ladies that do the nail art are phenomenal. I always get asked where I get my nails done and o recommend this business to all my friends and co workers

My mom and I have been going to this salon for over a year now and she truly loves it. They pamper her to the max. As far as I have been going to them for over 5 years now. Absolutely amazing experience! My daughter got her nails done today and the gentleman was amazing!! He took his time and made her nails perfect! We are so pleased, and we will make this our permanent nail spot. Every other place in Loganville is terrible. They rush and could care less, they want you in and out. This place has the friendliest staff. I literally watched them cater to an elderly couple. I am so thankful to have found a great salon to get my nails done in Loganville, finally! 🙃

This was my third time at this location. My first time was pretty good. Not spectacular but decent enough to return. Apparently my decent experience was an anomaly. My second experience I hoped was a fluke. However, I went back today for my third and final time. I arrived at 11am and did not leave until 3:45. I have never spent 4 hours at a nail salon for basic service. Not only was it a terrible experience but then I was told “I arrived too late”, which was supposed to explain why it took so long?!? What exactly does that mean? I did not have an appointment. The salon opened at 10am. But because I walked in an hour after they opened its my fault it took forever to get my nails done and a pedicure?! And to top it off the price absolutely did not match the work done. I am appalled and extremely dissatisfied. And very insulted. I would never go back to this establishment and I will be sure to let anyone who wants to come here know not to waste their time or money.

I went to this location for around two years. The work was always nice. The customer service is horrible!! Well I had enough after telling me I needed to go pull money out of the bank atm down the road. (Yes they demanded that I go out of my way use my card at an atm pay fees to get money out and drive back to the salon to tip!! It’s your responsibility as a business to make sure your workers can get tipped by adding it on.

I had the best pedicure ever! My tech really took her time with me. It included hot waxs and hot stones. She also soaked my feet several time. I know she spent 45 minutes or more on my pedicure. She did a great time massaging my legs also. It only cost 45.00 it was so worth it. My feet feel brand new! It was my first time going here!

A new place I tried as walked-in. Ladies were welcoming and came to greet. Once I mentioned I needed a pedicure, one of the ladies quickly get to work and get things ready. I picked my color and within a few minutes she was working on me. I definitely will visit again. Thank you ladies.

This was our first time here and I am very picky about where I get my nails done because I have been cut a lot of times. Creative nails is wonderful. My daughter and I came and neither one of us got cut. Our nails are very beautiful and the pedicure was so relaxing and good. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you very much. We will be back.

Had my first experience with American Nail and Spa Loganville today, which was much needed after having my old full set (which I clipped off) on for almost a month. I got a gel manicure with fairy dust done by Lena, which turned out so cute! Lena was also friendly and we chatted throughout the process. My hands feel lighter, and no longer gross. The salon was also very clean with great decor, not dingy at all. From todays highly satisfactory experience, this salon has officially become my go to when I am in Loganville!

My favorite new nail salon that my friend recommended. A small location but its perfectly sized as its all about your nails here. Each of the technicians are amazing skilled, they accomplish the most complex nail designs with ease. The best parts about this salon is that everyone is friendly, up front about pricing, and their polishes dont damage your nails. My nails havent chipped or broken since I started coming here once a month because the color lasts so long!

Second time in and I love it, they always try to accommodate you if you walk in, or will schedule an appointment as soon as possible (I suggest call ahead), dont mind the waiting when Ive had to cause the final product is worth it!! The staff is really great too. Very happy customer!

Great nail salon! Very friendly staff, great work. I did eyebrows and then came back and did gel manicure and pedicure. I have small hands/nails and it never fails, I get cut. Well not this time. Its usually also a struggle to get them to shape my nails correctly but that was done perfectly too. I didn’t have to say a word. I had three different technicians and all three did an excellent job. I’ll definitely be returning.

Everytime I check out price is different. I used a coupon today the total was really high. They dont speak well enough english to explain. I payed it but will think twice e before coming back. I know I got over charged. Beware

Ive finally found my favorite nail salon. I booked my appointment with Lena for a fill, and she did an amazing job! She treated me like I was an old friend, and made the whole experience so enjoyable. She really took the time to make my nails look perfect, and they look so natural. All the reviews were true. This is the place you want to get your nails done. Their technique, cleanliness and all around attitude are amazing. Lena greeted me, very sweet. Lena started on my pedicure, she truly did a great job. I have very problematic nails and she made them look amazing. She then proceeded to my gel manicure and she blew me away. She was amazing as you can see in the picture its truly perfection. She was very quick and thorough. I will definitely be returning and making it my go to nail place. Dont worry if you dont get Lena, I truly believe she has done a great job training them and teaching them all the same technique she uses. You will be satisfied no matter who you go with.

Im so impressed! Lena, who gets their nails done regularly knows how hard it is to find a nail shop that has a great atmosphere, talented technicians, and leaves you with a feeling of satisfaction instead of that you wasted your time and money. This is my absolute favorite place to get my nails done. Service is always great, can usually get a same day appointment. Yes, I know, youre thinking- thats the point of gel. They also have a lot of colors to choose from although I usually go for the boring white, black, taupe or maroon. If I could give more stars I would.

The new owner has changed the look completely from the nails. Its not only cleaner and more inviting now, but it has the look of an upscale spa. They even have a slushy machine to help you cool off while you have your nails done. There are a large variety of both polish and gel colors to choose from and they add in little extras, like a hot stone massage included with their basic pedicure. Everyone working there is friendly and my nails always look fantastic (& Im really picky with how my acrylics look). I always have a good experience here.

My nails stay strong and rarely break unless I go 2 months without being able to go in for another visit! Lena does my nails every time I go and she is the best! It is useless to make an appointment, Until recently I was a regular customer. When I started using their coupon, although I would be on time if someone else came in minutes before me they would tell me Im late and it would be 25 minutes. I was even early once and they had started on someone else and told me it would be 45 minutes and if I could come back. I did that once. BUT NEVER AGAIN. it seems they grab the first money that comes in the door. Never again, there are too many other nail salons around.

Seriously the worst nails I have ever gotten. Took 2 hours and I asked for an ombré (which I know is a more difficult thing to accomplish) and the line are super crisp and not blended well at all. WILL NEVER BE BACK.

Went with the family got us all seated quickly. I have been to places before where being a guy I do not get the attention that I would like, this was not the case. The massage was get I got her stones and organic treatment. I finished first as I was only getting my feet done but I was allowed to continue to sit in the chair and enjoy the massage. Definitely will be back. Prices are good as well, look at the menu of services as they offer $5 off there til 3 packages. So you can upgrade from a classic to the next service for merely $2 so why not.

CROOKS. DO NOT USE. I went last month and I just got my credit card statement where it shows they ADDED tip to what I had left. An extra $50!!! NOT OK. Im just glad I had saved my receipt from the visit so I could report the fraud to my credit card company. I had been coming here once a month because I liked the people that worked there but I will never go back.

This place is horrible. I walked in to get a quick color change on my toes. After I told them what I wanted someone else (a white lady) walked in after me to get a pedicure and was welcomed and was seated immediately. I sat down and waited for a while and no one said still said anything so I had to leave and find another nail shop.

By far the worst service Ever ! Techs are very rude and not warm and fuzzy . To say the least I felt like walking out but I received a gift certificate for Mothers Day and had to use it . I work in the hospitality industry and know what good service is and reconize it immediately. After all the rudeness I even left a generous tip although they didnt deserve it . I will never frequent this place again . I encourage management to invest in some customer service training for the staff.

I read all of the reviews and almost did not go there. However I had a coupon and went anyways. I had a pedicure and got my nails done and I was very picky about my nails and a bit of a pain in the butt. The woman who did my nails spent extra time to work on them until they were just right and was still very nice. She did a great job, I would definitely go here again.

First thing I have to say about this review is that you have to go see Lena!Im still new at wearing acrylic nails. I started wearing them back in November and each time I went to either get a refill or new set, I had to go find a new place because everywhere I had them done, my nails turned out bad.Im so glad that I found AMERICAN NAILS, especially Lena ! She really knows how to take care of his clients, explains everything that he does and why he does it, and overall really good at his job!I just came back for my first refill (Lena made my first full set) and she completed my refill very nicely. I will definitely return to this place for all my future refills!Side note: this place gets pretty packed (because they are so good)! So do make an appointment before heading over!

I have been here a few times. No visit is ever wonderful, but I never am disappointment with my nails so I go back occasionally while in town. No one is really friendly but I usually can get past that. Today I went in to get a full set and SNS. The woman (I wish I had gotten her name) didn’t greet me and was very rude from the start. She asked what shape and length and began. She proceeded to cut my own nails, which I asked her to stop. She argued with me and told me I needed to cut them so they would grow back evenly. I understood what she was saying, but they are MY nails and I didn’t want cut. Plain and simple. After she put on the tips, I had to ask a few times for her to make them shorter. Once she shaped the first hand, they weren’t what I asked for so I very calmly and nicely requested her to fix them. She was huffing and puffing the entire time. She was also speaking her language about me to several of her co workers. Normally that doesn’t bother me either but today it was extremely apparent she was talking about me right in my face. Several employees would come over and peek and my nails then go back to their work after responding to whatever she said. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. After I asked her to shape them how I originally asked, she then proceeded to close all her things and start packing up her tools without a word to me. I had to ask what was going on. She then said something along the lines of I’m not doing your nails. I would have understood if I was actually rude or a hard customer but I wasn’t. I was nice from beginning to the end. I work in healthcare and with people all day. I know how to treat people with respect. So...At this point, I had been there over an hour, my nails weren’t even close to be finished, I had been insulted and I was over it. A different lady came over to finish them but I declined. I offered to pay for the work that had been done and I decided to leave. The manager Lena was extremely kind to me and tried to get me to stay, but at that point I didn’t want to. I will go somewhere else to have my nails finished and will not be back here. Even though they do descent work, the attitudes of the employees ruin it. It’s not worth going back.

Now I have never had such a horrible experience at a nail salon and I am not one to complain because I work in customer services, but Leelee is HORRIBLE!!!! My nails were so messed up I had to get them soaked off because they were that awful. She started throwing her nail equipment around, talking poorly RIGHT in front of me, and stormed off when another technician said she would take care of me, so so so unprofessional!!! Don’t be a nail tech if you can’t do NAILS!!!!

Made the mistake of frequenting this salon last evening. Went with my daughter for fill-ins and pedicure. I have SNS and asked about the coupon that is on the website and they said they would honor. What they dont tell you is any extra charges and give some ridiculous reason for said charges. I was completely disgusted with the entire place. Cheap bate and switch tactics for the establishment. Do not be fooled by any coupons as I should have realized. It definitely lends to their work and products if there are coupons or discounts offered. Although it is in close proximity to my home, I shall not ever go back. I do feel sorry for the workers, they did do a good job. The sneaky and dirty business practices of the owner/manager are the reason I will not be back. Word of advise to the owner/managers, like the previous writer said, speak English to your English speaking customers and your credibility may improve.

While I cannot speak for all the people that work there, I can state emphatically that Anna (Pedi technician), Lee (SNS technician) and Nancy (one of the owners) ALWAYS, ALWAYS, ALWAYS provide EXCELLENT service which is why I keep going back again and again and again. Today, I stopped by because I broke one of nails while doing yard work. Nancy welcomed me in, got me all taken care of and charged me nothing ... absolutely NOTHING.. in fact, all she asked for was a HUG which I GLADLY gave to her!!! So, please, let me re-state again .. I LOVE this salon, I LOVE the people and I LOVE the service!!! 5++ Stars!!!

Ok, I would really love to give 5 stars. Let me tell you why...I always get a shellac mani and regular pedi. They always do a great job on cleaning my cuticles. My pedi usually can last sooo long. Like a month long and still look pretty decent. My shellac mani last OVER two weeks, yall. Ask for Lena. She does a great job on the mani. My polish doesnt lift on corners until after the two week mark and by then I know its time to come off anyway.The prices here are so competitive. You really cant go wrong.The only down side is that they are always super busy. Either you have to wait for someone to do your feet or youre waiting for someone to do your hands. I recently went to them tight on time. We called ahead to make sure that we could get out at a specific time too. But, of course, it didnt happen. We were late and the polish wasnt dry on our toes. I had to come back the next morning to get it fixed. When I did get it fixed, the lady forgot to put a top coat on...no big deal but still...would have been nice to finish what you started

Visited this Salon because of a coupon in a neighborhood flyer. One of the young ladies at this location is very rude and condescending. The young lady who did my feet extra nice but didnt do a super great job. I asked for a square shaped and I can promise you that each one of my toenails is a different shape. They also try to nickel-and-dime you by not doing certain Services unless you pay extra for them. I have never been in a nail salon where they didnt do a foot scrub if I didnt pay for extra product... will not be back there again.

This is a horrible nail salon. I spoke to a nice lady but her husband did my nails. I purchased a full set and in less thanfour days, of my original visit I had 4 nails to come off and the rest of the nails were very loose. I called and spoke with them and they agreed to fix them. I returned back to the salon in 5 days after I originally had my nails done and they charged me to repair their very bad work. I will never go back again.

Every time I go here, they’re always telling me I have to get SNS and that for some reason I can not get gel. They are always trying to get more money out of you. I know young teens don’t know how to tip but damn . Not all teens are the same. They treat me soo bad last time and she even grab my hands roughly. All the ladies saw how she was treating me and would laugh and make comments about me. Never coming back.

She made my eyebrows so uneven. I hadn’t gotten them done in months! I just asked for her to keep them thick and clean them up. I walked out and realized one was noticeably longer than the other. Save yourself the trip for eyebrows.

This was my first visit to this salon. And last. I dont really know how these people got the great reviews that they are getting. Too much to describe but I will be going somewhere else. I did get snooty attitude from two of the girls. I was actually treated worse here than most of the nail salons I had visited in this area. And as we all know theyre not real keen customer service, how can you be when you dont speak English to your clients. I think I was spoken to in English maybe twice from the time I walked in the door. And thats OK if theyre smiling but no one was doing that either. Needless to say the color I ended up with I do not like because I did not get a chance to look at the colors, after sitting for 30 minutes waiting for them. I will never return. Bad experience. Real bad for the money. Spend your money elsewhere

American nail and spa is near my job. My coworkers walked in here after work. No appt. We got service and they really know how to do my nails like l love it.

Horrible customer service and skills. I went in for SNS, pedicure, and eyebrow threading. I grew my eyebrows out for over a month only to have them butchered by the lady. Not only did she ruin my eyebrows, she burped in my face while doing my brows, and kept interrupting to do things for other customers. Needless to say, I left and did not get all the services I wanted too. I actually found them in the Gwinnett coupon book and I know now you get what you pay for 🙄 and I didn’t even use the coupon. I will NEVER be back and I still ended up going back to the usual nail place. 🙄🙄🙄🙄😩😩😩 waste of my time, gas, and eyebrows 🤬

Understaffed. Inconsiderate. 2 hour SNS fill time on a Friday at 1:30... ridiculous. Not to mentioned the rushed job I received. I will NOT return.

$42 I paid for nails that I wanted square round and ended up being oval and I asked for medium length and I left with no length at all and then plus my pinky felt like it was on fire 🔥.

I have yet to find a shop in Georgia that does amazing acrylic nails, so I decided to try this shop to see if Id have any luck. I told the lady who greeted me that I wanted my nails to LAST, and she said they had a two week guarantee on acrylics and if I upgraded to the dip powder type nails (an extra $10) that it could last up to a month with proper care. They were so nice and friendly, and my nails came out alright. The guy who did them may have been a little distracted because a day later I held my hand level to my eyes and realized three of my nails had a weird indent in the middle (they werent smooth and even like the rest). Those nails didnt even last me the two weeks. I went back upset and they did give me a gift card for the full amount. I will be going back there today to use the gift card, and hopefully I will get someone else to do my nails in there and they will be quality and last for at least two weeks, and that way I can change my rating. But if not then, I would definitely recommend trying another shop before wasting money here.

People are great and its VERY clean. They make sure you get what you pay for.

I have been pampering my feet and nails for over 25 years and this was the worst.........nail establishment I have been to in my life. First of all, the water for my pedicure was ice cold and shed just ran the water. When asked to have hot water she did not drain some of the water out, she dipped the water out with a pitcher..which she used to to do the same with my girlfriends water. Thank God I knew/came with my friend because the unsanitary practice sent me through the roof. She saw nothing wrong with what she did. She than ran hot water into both of our pedicure tubs as if she did us a favor. They were trying to not change the peficure liner in the tub. With what they charge why the heck were they being so dorn cheap trying to save a feaking .50 liner. Really!! Now, Im new to the area but this place is beyond ridiculous with their massive extra charges for basic things that typically come with a pedicure. Highway robbery..I dont mind paying for quality, but this was far beneath quality and this place is getting the butter from the duck. Sorry..my years of experience with this process will not allow me to be sucker again. First and last time here. Thanks to those that posted a review. I should have read the reviews prior to coming and I wouldnt have been so...disappointed. Will read reviews from this point on especially, being new to the area.😝😖
