The worst pedicure I’ve ever got. The lady did nothing to my cuticles or heels. I had to have her repaint my toes because she missed all the sides of the nail. Lack of experience, skill, and personality. Also I think they reuse the bags that goes over the pedi bowl because it was wet when they put it on gross!

I love this place, I don’t think I will go anywhere else! Very nice people and professional!

Got my nails done here and they were breaking off within days because the nail tech man didnt put the tips on good enough. They were breaking like crazy. Never coming here again!! They are also rude here. My mom and sisters have stopped coming here too. I literally picked up a towel and my nail snapped off. Horrible.

I went here to get mine and my daughters nails done. I scheduled an appointment because I have a busy schedule. I was waiting for half an hour and still we werent taken care of there was 3 people in the pedi chair and only 1 person doing pedis. There were 2 people doing acrylics and had barely started because they were barely gluing the nails. I asked how long it would take and he said 10 min, well that turned I to 30. Very unprofessional for them to take more people than they can handle. Never going back!

If you want nail different shapes and sizes this is the shop. Gel polish thick and clumpy had to asked to remove polish. And go somewhere else to finish pedicure.

The lady who attended me was very gentle and precise with her work. The place was clean with a calm vibe and good customer service

Disappointed to say the least.She calls me to reschedule 30 minutes before my appointment, I call back reschedule at 1:30 no problem.Then I get there at 1:30 she sits me down talking about how to thick my nails are which is fine I choose to do mine at another place besides their establishment, I just needed a soak off.She starts doing the pedi an told me the prices went up to 40$ when it was literally $32 a few weeks ago which i normally pay 37 for adding on callus remover. She says oh well it’s only 3$ bucks which it’s not it’s 8$ an that’s not even including callus but I m there so I m like whatever! She didn’t listen to any of my requests an rushed the whole time an towards the end another one of her appointments came in which now I know why she was rushing. She left her sitting for 10 mins just to finish me she shouldn’t of rescheduled me for a time she knew she couldn’t complete the job or rescheduled the other lady . I come to the salon to relax, waste of time an money.

The lady that did my nails was very nice. She did my nails just how I wanted them. There was a couple of bubbles with the nail polish put they still look great!

This place has new owners they are not doing a good job and they are over charging prices High prices low quality and for a pedicure.

I love this place 😍 ...they make you feel welcome and they do their job right, the place is clean and very comfortable. The pedicure is very relaxing ..it includes stone massage with hot towels! I recommend 🙂

They make up their prices. I get the same thing every time. Yet Every time I go on there it’s a different price. I gave up and went down the street and I’m glad I did.

I have officially given up hope on getting my nails done in Las Vegas. This shop charged me 75 dollars for my nails and toes. And reassured me that the dip powder that was used was stronger than the chemical powder they normally use. And it hasnt even been a week and my time and money was wasted. My polish chipped and my nails broke off. What a RIP off..

This is my go-to nail salon. It’s so bright and clean inside. All the technicians are so friendly. I normally come every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure and every 6 weeks for a gel pedi. It normally runs me around $80 or so for both. I love that they do a hot rock massage on your legs when you get a pedi and have the hot towels. That is my favorite part.

I went here today for the first time. I was helped by Tina great customer service. Prices were very reasonable. Tina held a conversation with me while she did my nails so there was no awkward silence. My daughter was helped by Jennifer she said she was great and did her nails the shape she wanted. I will definitely go back.

Every one here is always professional, Kevin did my nails and he did a great job! Never disappointed by this nail salon.

Long is the best nail tech I have ever had. We have come to the point where I can walk in, sit down at his station, and not even tell him how I want my nails. He does his thing and they come out amazing every single time. He never makes me wait when I have an appointment and he always makes time when I need my nails done.He really does show his love for doing nails and he deserves every tip he gets! The thought of him quitting gives me anxiety lol. Thank you Long!

Made an appointment 3 weeks in advance to a fill for my birthday . Arrived at my appointment time at 3pm and Monica was starting nails on someone else.. I didnt have time to wait so I left. Nothing more disappointing than wanting to get your nails done and taking all the steps to make sure I was in and out to be treated this way.. wont be going back here.. go somewhere they will value their loyal customers and their time..

Ignorant people. I walked in there once they looked super busy. One lady asked what i wanted and i said a pedicure then she looked at the time and said can u come back tomorrow honey? I just looked at them and walked out. Lazy nails techs seemed rushed like they didnt want any more customers and just wanted to finish early on a Sunday Evening.Their services are expensive go to designers Nails they do a better service and much more friendly people unlike theses rude nail techs!

Its clean and all but when me and my mom came to remove her nails and they made her fingers bleed. We are never coming here becayse of this. Over all at the end they messed up her nails twice, I dont recommend this place for you men and female.

I recently switched to this place because it was closer to my house and open later on Sundays. My first time it was great. I just went a few weeks ago and I was charged $80 for a fill and a gel pedicure with one acrylic tip. Furthermore, they started lifting after 1 week. I take great care of my nails and pay more so that I dont have to go every other week since I use the solar powder but they have all since lifted at less than 4 weeks. I now have nails coming off left and right not to mention the fungus that has grown because of the moisture underneath. I HAVE NEVER HAD FUNGUS UNDER MY NAILS EVEN AFTER HAVING THEM ON FOR 4 WEEKS!!! I will never be going back there and frankly I feel like I was cheated out of almost $100 after tip.

Always have a great experience with Helen, but today was withe the owner and she did a horrible job. I feel like now I have to go somewhere else to get my nails fixed after a bad job. Its so bad I am in tears. Re-thinking about ever coming back as much as I love Helen just upset that my nails look like crap😭

VERY RUDE AND VERY DISRESPECTFUL STAFF!!!!!It also doesnt help that they are under staffed!Ive been to this salon several times because it is down the street from where I live. Ive given them several chances and everytime I seem to get my nails done here it always seems to be something I didnt like about either the experience or the nails themselves.Now either my nails arent the shape I wanted (which is coffin, I always do this shape) or the experience is painful. I always feel like im being rushed because I come an hour before closing (usually right after I get out from work at 5pm). One of the times I got my nails done one employee even questioned why I always come in an hour before closing to which I told her is the soonest I could come to get my nails done. I felt like that wasnt really their place to ask but thats besides the point.Ive also have paid to get my lashes done here (WHICH IS A TERRIBLE IDEA, AND HIGHLY RECCOMMEND YOU DO NOT GET YOUR LASHES DONE HERE!!!) They clearly do not know what theyre doing when it comes to Lash extensions. Again Ive been here several times so they have several times of experimenting on me! The first time I got my lashes done that informed me they would at least last 2 weeks before needing a fill and instructed me on how to properly take care of them. I did everything I was told and they lasted 3 days before I had to come back and Pay again to get my lashes done. The second time I got them done they lasted but two employees had to work on my lashes because the first girl needed help (Very unprofessional). And the third time I got them done the girl rushed and was constantly stabbing me with the tweezers and had to RIPE my eyelids apart at the end because she got glue EVERYWHERE! Im grateful I didnt get any infections or anything like that. But the experience was VERY PAINFUL!Today (May 15, 2019) I decided to book an appointment to get my nails filled like I do every 2-3 weeks. I set my appointment at 6 and arrived 5 minutes before 6. Only to have to wait 15 mins to be seen! A customer that was drying told me I may have to wait longer because her daughter wasnt even seen yet. Once I was seen I was beyond tired of this place and wanted to get my nails done at a different salon and only wanted a take off. Which I was informed would be $10, Ive been here before and got a take off for only $5. She then followed to laugh in my face and speak a different language to another employee and then explained to me that because I wasnt getting my nails filled there that it would be an additional $5. I think this is very unprofessional and will NEVER return to this place of business ever again.

I love this place more then any nail place in Las Vegas Monica is the best in this nail place but Unfortunately I will never be going back to this place ever again she did me so dirty I got a basic coffin no gel no polish full set and my eyebrows waxed wich is a total of $29 she charged me 39$ but Im the type to keep quiet and and nor argue money is not the problem for me at all... All my family goes here and I think thats highly disrespectful and just rude I am so sad more then anything I loved this place so much and all my family loves it but I personally just for that will never go here again !!

I use to come here and honestly I loved how they did my nails up until my last experience. A couple weeks ago I was getting ready to leave out the country for a big trip I had planned so I decided to get a mani/pedi. I came in about an hour before closing because that was the only time I was able to and didnt see a problem with it since they were still open. Before they started to do my nails I asked the owner how much it would cost for a mani + pedi with gel on both. She told me $50 and I said that was fine. One of the male workers did my toes while one of the ladys did my manicure. I thought that was strange since no one else was in the shop and they were rushing. They definitely rushed on my nails because not even a day later my fingers chipped and I had got gel on my nails! How in the hell did my paint chip if I purchased gel? The only reason I get gel is to keep my polish on point and so it wont chip. But thats not even the worst part. In the end of them doing a crappy job the guy tried to charge me $80 for just a mani/pedi with gel! I know Im young but Ive been getting my nails done for and while and Im not stupid. I look really young for my age so Im assuming the guy tried to see if he could intimidate me and get extra money. I was shocked and told him no and that his manager said 50 when I asked before she left. He looked uneasy and called the owner (the lady I spoke with in the beginning) and she said she meant 65! I was so pissed off I couldnt believe it. I was looking at the board where they have their prices and clearly all of it added up to 50 and hell no I wasnt going to include a tip for the crappy service I got. It was horrible. I ended going back the next day so they can fixed my ugly, chipped nails. The worst part about it all was that my nails all chipped off before I can even fly out the country and I got them done 2 days before I left, even after going back a 2nd time. I use to love this place but after that horrible experience I will never be back again! And to anyone who comes here on a regular basis make sure they arent charging you extra because they will!

HORRIBLE !! I went in yesterday for a full set and came out with nails that looked a week outgrown ! The polish is peeling off I’m so unhappy with the money I spent here, Came here befor, This time the lady seemed like she didn’t care . And I was pretty much the only one there at the time ! Sloppy work . Won’t be coming back .

The first photo is exactly what I wanted but coffin style, I made sure the lady approved the design before sitting down, she said yes I can do it, then when it was time do design she said I don’t do design so I said ok do V design she said ok but the design wasn’t coming out good at all so I was like you know what just color the whole nail!!! After so many times she tried to do V design for so long, so mad at her service!! Waste of $65 dollars!!! Don’t go here if you want to be disappointed unless it’s a different person!!!!
