I am man who enjoys getting full sets of nails. This was only my second visit and I will not be back. The people that work there are friendly, but as far as actual skills I find to be very very questionable. The first photo is what I wanted and believe me; I understand the time, cost and at times difficulty level of doing ombré nails but I was 100% willing to pay. I even made an appointment. Upon arriving to the salon I was told it was not possible for them to do this to my nails specifically. The second photo are my actual nails. They did not clean underneath my nails (as I have had done at other salons and by the last technician I saw at this location). I have asked multiple nail technicians what there thoughts were and I have come to 2 conclusions1) they were unwilling to get me what I wanted because I am a man and assumed I wouldnt pay for the cost (mind you I was told out right no. No discussion of cost or process)2) the people at this salon do not have the ability to do what I want and if this was the case I shouldve have been told so because I would have happily went someone where else.I wont even mention the weak pedicure I got and how the technician DID NOT use enough polish. I basically paid $35 dollars for them to soak my feet and water and put nail polish in my toes. No scrubbing. No massage. And I watched other people getting pedicures and they were doing much for for the women in the store than me. And Its not super visible in photos, but she put a white base under the lime green and it is still very obvious that there is white underneath. If I had the money I would be going somewhere else to get them done TODAY (and I just got all of this done not less that 24 hours ago). I just feel like I threw $75 dollars in the garbage. Especially because I got these nails to honor a lost friend as her favorite color was green this is just NOT GIVING.

Horrible!!! Do not go to this place, the technician did a horrible job, and gets unreasonable if you don’t like her work. She does what she wants to do, and not what I requested from the very beginning. I asked for medium nails, as I’m a business owner here and I can’t have long nails. I thought she was going to cut the nails so they weren’t so long she continued on and decided to dip, and she didn’t seem to know how to do a dip powder she seemed very confused. Then when I asked her to please make the medium she told me they’re not gonna look good like that so I’m doing it this way. She immediately raised her voice and started saying how she was halfway done, would not let me speak she kept talking over me and raising her voice and yelling, at me. Very unprofessional this place is awful! I told her to please calm down I’m trying to explain myself and you are yelling at me and cutting me off. She then decided to leave me halfway done, until someone else could take me, not busy there and everyone was preoccupied, and decided to let me walk around with half nails done and the other half unfinished. I will be reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau

This was the first time going to Just Nsils and spa. There were 3 of us, we had an appointment.There were no issues, they were prepared for us when we arrived. Staff was nice. Prices were good, and the service was great. At my usual place, I would end up with some sort of cut from them getting a little to close to the fresh flesh. My lady did such a wonderful job, my feet feel so fresh with no cuts.They offered each of us bottles of water.We will be going back.Dont forget to get you frequent visitors card. After 10 visits you can get $10 off.Thank you for a wonderful pedicure.

I called looking for someone who would accommodate my daughter and I for a Mani/Pedi asap. They got us in an hour after I called.We had a 15 month old baby with us. She started to get fussy half way through our visit. Ann(servicing me) & Nat(servicing my daughter) totally made us feel comfortable and worked on our nails while we also tended to the baby. They didnt rush us and they both kept a great attitude.We are definitely satisfied with the outcome and they service throughout our visit was fun and awesome. We will definitely be returning to Just Nails.Plus they are conveniently located by our home

The girl who previously worked on me refused thesecond time indicating my deformity was toodifficult for her..the male manager had to take over. They did not know I couldunderstand much of what they were saying. They were rude, insulting, & arrogant. He did a terrible job so quickly that several cracked and broke within a few days. And he charged me more than previously. I would have slapped him and abruptly leftif I wasnt leaving the next day to fly back east.

Most relaxing spa pedicure I have ever had. I mentioned a less than satisfactory experience on my last visit so they reached out and definitely made up for it.

I want to be completely honest on this review since this was my first time going. Upon making the appointment over the phone it was last minute I made it the day of and they took me in. The man on the phone was super patient and nice and understanding of what I wanted to do. When going in it was easy to find, very inviting, clean and everyone was very polite. When you go in you have to wash your hands, they give you a tray of colors to pick out and then they take you shortly after. Now...about the nails; I had gotten a fill of acrylic on stiletto nails and a nail fix. The process was very clean easy and quick but upon finishing the nails I noticed that they felt kind of bumpy and not very smooth but you can hardly see it. The broken nail I got fixed kind of lifts up and looks off from my other nails but again you can hardly tell. My nails overall look very beautiful. The color is amazing, The process was amazing, and the price was very much in reach. Do not let this discourage you from trying out this place I was being honest and would definitely recommend going here. I will definitely be back again for there services.

The technician are good no mess on my nails or behind my nails. They are fast and very easy to talk to. The request you to wash your hands before they start. I also say after every customer they spray and disinfect the station were the customers sits.

The young lady that did my feet was nice. they were neat. satisfied. would absolutely go back.

The gentleman was nice but I have had better gel pedicures.

I am not sure who my specialist was, but he was amazing. He was very welcoming, friendly, and professional. I will be returning in the future.

From the second we walked in the door, my husband and I were immediately greeted by Tom the Store Manager, and assisted. He offered us something to drink and showed me nail colors. I was getting a full set done. I was originally going to get an acrylic set but upon seeing their brochure I noticed they had the new powder dip style. Tom explained the difference between the two and I was sold. He prepped my nails and then Lee came and took over. She was more experienced with the powder style, which is totally fine by me. She told me about the product and how its better and lighter on your natural nail. I appreciate the fact that she explained what she was doing since I had not tried the powder style yet. She was gentle with the drill around my cuticles, which makes me very nervous from bad past experiences at other nail shops. Her station and tools were clean and the salon was very clean as well. They had relaxing music playing. Overall I really enjoyed my experience and the price was fair. She did an AMAZING job on my nails. They are all even and filed the same on both hands and they really do look more natural than acrylics. Thank you Tom and Lee for your great service. Ill definitely be returning regularly.

Just nails has exceeded my expectations by a lot!! I was soo pleased to have the nail tech Holly help me out on Sunday. She had great attention to detail and was very professional with me the entire time. I will definitely be back as regular. Been on a constant search for a good nail tech and i finally found her 👏🏽😁 I recommend!!

Was here for the first time and went in for a walk-in. Did not know how busy they got but they were very accommodating and always acknowledged for waiting. Very clean and relaxing environment. They give excellent service and make sure everyone is well taken care of. Would definitely come back and bring my boyfriend here too!

Needed a go to in Las Vegas when I visit. Let me say Hannah was amazing!!!! Very attentive and my nails have never looked so good. I have bad allergies to acrylic and have done hard gel for years. She suggested I try Dip and OMG my nails have never looked as good and no allergic reactions. I can’t wait to come back on my next visit!! Thanks Hannah!!!!!

I came here to get my nails done for an interview. Hanna did an amazing job and even pointed out a new style that I didnt even know existed. It was easy to make a same day appointment and it was a relaxing environment as well. I havent had my nails done in years and I was nervous to pick a good place to go. My nails are awesome quality and have a beautiful design! I will definitely be coming here again!

I followed LEE from another salon because he is one of the best nail technicians Ive ever had (in over 20+ years)! Not only is his work outstanding, but his overall friendliness and happy attitude make it a joy to go to my appointments. In addition, while being quick and efficient, he is careful and gentle so its always an enjoyable experience. Thankfully, the salon is also wonderful, clean and friendly, as well. I HIGHLY recommend visiting LEE at Just Nails for a fulfilling experience you will go back for again and again.

Just Nails is a great place for men and women to have manicures and pedicures. Ive known Hannah for over ten years and have always received excellent service. Her salon is clean and comfortable and her staff is attentive and very professional.

Owners and staff are very nice and pleasant. Been going there for awhile. Only once, had issue with the way my nails were done and they went over and beyond to correct it. Great customer service!

Not good at all, my nail tech filed my nails like nothing Ive ever seen. All of my nails are completely misshaped, and the polish is low quality and was applied way to thin. Nail tech next to mine was refilling the gelish bottles from a larger unknown substance with a medicine dropper. Appears as if they treat their regulars well, but if youre a tourist, they try to do a quick job to get you out.

My nails look like the bubble trend. The appointment ran late. I asked to be sat next to the person I set my appointment with and that didnt happen, though I called 3 days in advance. Its a no from me.

It took me 3 years to find my new favorite nail salon since moving from LA.I called this morning for a last minute appt and Ana did my pedicure.They get in there with all the right tools and really give your feet some TLC!

Worse place ever!!!! I had 3 people work on my nails today to repair the damage that each one did. I spent 2 hrs there & they had the nerve to still charge me. They made my nails way to narrow instead of straight down. Made them so thin they will be broke in a day. The 3rd person was finished but NEVER smoothed them down. Their all rough & lumpy. One person can always make a mistake, but NOT 3 people in the day.

The owners and my nail technician Sandy are professionals and do excellent work.

Please be cautious...My friend went there and the shop used bad chemicals removing acrylic. She still is healing from the bad infection from Just Nails &Spa. The owner is on vacation my friend has documents to prove it was cause by their chemicals just be cautious.
