Wont go back. Instead of getting what i wanted, I received the Wish List version. Spent 2 hours and almost $100 here and was spoken to so rudely. If he was at least nice about not knowing how to do ombre nails it wouldve been a different story. But no he was rude and refused to add a little polish to make it appear more ombre. I didnt even ask for FREE POLISH. I said Id gladly pay. And to top it all off he wasnt even on time to the appointment. The last picture is what I wanted and am actually going to another tech so she can fix it for me. Almost $100 and I would still rather pay more for someone to fix it than be unhappy with my nails for 2 weeks.

My first time at this salon, I have to say the lady really tried. She truly worked hard and attempting to make the best of whatever she was doing. I truly appreciated her work. However, I most likely will continue to go to my previous salon. Thank you so much!!Location is amazing, salon is a bit outdated. Wishing this salon the best of luck, they truly seem like hard working people and mean well. I would suggest cleaning it up a bit and taking better care of their work environment. Aesthetically it should do a bit better! Believe it or not it makes a difference. I suggest cleaning up and tidying up the place a bit. Thanks again for trying and working so hard! Great job, and a great price! My technician was very thorough, and put some real effort into making sure he got rid of all my callouses. Which was not an easy job. 😄 He also gave me such a nice hot stone massage -- which was included in the regular price. Very impressive! My feet looked beautiful by the time I was done. Ill definitely go back!

I have been coming here for years, I am very satisfied. Although yesterday, i was there for too long only for pedicure. The girl that did it was new. But its ok.

Love my set! Thankful they were able to see me despite it was so busy. Daniel did my nails perfectly and was extremely meticulous. Every time I go to Vegas, rio nails is going to be the place I go 😁😄😀

Service is ok but definitely lack professionalism. Had to call out one of their employee Jenny talking trash about their customer in Vietnamese not knowing I speak Vietnamese. The owner had to come in and apologized. As a paying customer no one should be treated like that. That employee needs to learn her lesson and if the owner was smart she needs to fire her ASAP!

I had a great experience! It took me three times to clearly ask for what I wanted (my fault not theirs) and they were patient with me and quoted me a fair price. My pedicure was awesome and looked great and they fit in some waxing before my full set nails. It was getting late- for them and me- and I was worried they were hurrying a little too much, but my nails came out great and I received tons of compliments on them. I’m not a person that wants to spend more time at the salon than necessary, so overall- good quality work, reasonable time, and a fair price. (They did take their time on the pedi, with the massaging, etc)

I recommend to go in the morning, it smells pretty strong of chemicals in the afternoon. The place is clean and they do a good job at a very reasonable price. Their motto is to be quick and inexpensive. No frills.

They are the best in Summerlin!! they take there time and do it right!! The gel polish literally last for 10-15 days perfectly, even with washing dishes and whatnot...my nails stay looking great!! Toes..I dont mind saying I have my fathers feet, but they make them look dainty :) :) :)

This place is terrible I wouldnt give it a single star if I had the option. They try to charge 5$ when you choose what length you want because theyre too long and its extra work. They overall just dont know what theyre doing. I went in with two other friends and they were very ruff with one them cutting her as they filed. My lady tried to tell me I couldnt have my nails shaped the way I asked, turning out uneven and crooked. I had smudged my nail before they dried and asked for them to fix it. The lady said no and tried to play it off as a joke. She went and sat down on the iPad as I looked for my color again. The lady said she put it on the shelf but still would not come up to help. One of us eventually went up to her to have her come help and she could not find the color she swears she put back. I am assuming she threw it out given I only got one coat because the bottle was empty, leaving my nails half ass where you could see right through them. I eventually just left seeing that they were not very concerned.

If I could I would give 0 starts I just came out crying out of this salon. I was trying to figure out what color I was going to do on my nails and the lady kicked me out for looking at my phone and the other guy blocked the door making a scene like I was not going to pay. It was humiliating!!!I’ve read real reviews here and it seems like the problem is that they don’t like doing fills because this all started because I was doing my fill and she was rushing me.Btw went to best nails that is super close to them and not only did they fix my nails and do the design I wanted they treated me amazingly, plus the ambiance is so much better, cleaner, the pedicure chairs are new and not old like at rio nails!!!!

I always get a pedicure here. They are always nice and the price is right. I will continue to come to Rio as long as I need my nails done

I am pregnant and I came here for the first time and when I got a pedicure, my feet started itching and would not stop at all. Their towel were not washed and the were yellow 🤮 I was forced to go to the doctor and found out that I got a horrible infection. Days later my nails stripped off. I was so mad. DEFINETLY NOT WORTH THE PRICE, AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT SHOULD CHECK THIS PLACE OUT, DON’T GO HERE.

I just got my nails done and i have to say that Im not happy. I thought that the staff was a bit rude. The woman who was doing my nails seemed to just order me around. Im sorry but Ive only had my nails done three times, so im a little bit unfamiliar with the process. She just kept ordering me around. She sent me over to the sink to wash my hands and they were out of soap and they didnt have any fresh towel/ paper towels out. Normally i just do my nails myself. I just wanted to treat myself, but i really regret it. They charged me $20 just to shape and polish my nails. They didnt ask me how i wanted them shaped and they didnt touch my cuticles. That was half the reason that i went in. I wanted them to get rid of some of the dry skin around my nails. They didnt even use Cuticle Oil and i have some smudges. Not to mention that, now that im home, i have to file down the sharp edges. She spent 25 minutes with me. I think that i would have been happier i she spent 45 min. PLEASE DONT GO HERE.
