I think this place was perfect for me. I never experienced any of the things some are complaining about. I’ve been coming here 2 years. I think those complaining simply had a one time experience and I don’t think the girl laughed if she did cut your toes, that’s just embellishing. I never showed up at a barber with 5 people and expected everyone to have service all at the same time, is a bit unrealistic, but I did have brides maid nail done at the same time but I paid higher price for the accommodations. The pandemic is hard on everyone, and business are trying prevent the spread of Covid, we should keep that in mind. I wonder who judges cleanliness your not an inspector and these girls maintain proper state protocol concerning cleanliness.

Ive been coming exclusively to Venus Nails for the past two years and have only experienced friendly, pleasant visits! Whenever I visit Jennifer (for fills/mani/full sets) I receive compliments daily! Her attention to detail and precision are exquisite! Every technician is courteous, professional and kind...as well, the salon is immaculate and follows strict safety and sanitization standards. Thank You Venus Nails!!

I had an 11am appointment! Didn’t happen! Then the woman was in a rush and cut my toe, I wish I could post a picture because my toe looks awful and it’s still bleeding! When I complained she laughed! I didn’t find anything funny about this visit! I will not go back!

Every time I come here I leave satisfied! I’m very picky about my nails but Jennifer is amazing, I didn’t have one thing I did not like. Reasonable prices and good atmosphere! Only place I will go to from now on.

I always receive the best treatment when I come here and I love the way they perform their pedicures, plus they have complementary hot stone massage with my deluxe pedicure. Venus is the place to come for your pampering needs!

This is by far the best place in town to get your nails done. Very professional and nice staff. I always recommend them to all my friends.

The wait wasnt bad, they took me right away. Thats where the good experience tapered off COMPLETELY for a regular polish manicure. I was attended by 2 technicians- the first 1 could not cut my nails the same size, or even shape. Some were square, some were round. I let it blow over as I hoped it wouldnt be very noticeable after polishing. The 2nd technician in charge of polish & additional designs was attending me and another customer simultaneously. I had zero issue with this, neither of us rushed her, but she acted so stressed & so pressured, she had to remove all the polish and start over on a design she messed up. Her vibes made me feel kind of sorry for this employee. Perhaps the management is mistreating the staff. Either way, the quality of her designs was poor, & the materials as well: Ive been getting polish manicures for years, and they typically last 5 -7 days before chipping, 7-11 days if you clear coat them at home occasionally. These chipped the next day. I give 2 stars for efforts, but cannot ever return.

I thought I was going to a leafgel educator, that used leafgel and that wasnt the case at all. I guess I didnt do enough research. Its a good salon if your just doing basic gel, then yeah I guess so. But im use to professional, Unremarkable, talented work and this wasnt it. I even asked her was she Chinese because its different, she said yes. I got there and shes Vietnamese. That doesnt bother me, what bothered me is I asked for a reason, and you lied. Anyway. Its a NO for me.

Okay so, if you put the decent pricing aside... This place wasnt as clean as it should be during a pandemic. Second of all, they were making rude remarks. Third of all, they werent being good at their nail work. Coffin acrylics looking terrible with the shapes being bad and the tops not being flat. I recommend to spend a little more and get good work done. The images on line aren the actual work you leave with.

First time here. Interior is amazing, very spa like. Theirs coffee and water when you enter as well. I received a gel pedicure and had a bad powder set I had received elsewhere revised. The pedicure I chose was one of three and was the cheapest on the list at 30$. (With gel 45). They took over an hour on shaping/ massaging/ pampering. You could tell they value what they do. All the other women were regulars. Tammy reshaped my fingernails perfectly. Definitely found my new nail place. :)

Three of us had a manicure. All three were disappointed. I sat for 45 minutes waiting with foil on my nails to remove polish. The owner kept taking new clients though one of the nail technicians left. My granddaughters shellac manicure peeled off after only 3 days. Her nail technician was very rude and never said a word to her.Two of my nails had polish missing on edges when I left. No hand massage at the end, though it cost $35. One of us also had a pedicure. Her technician was very friendly and did a good job. Unfortunately I cannot recommend this salon.

Very friendly and fast service. I got a regular gel and its been over two weeks and the polish has not even started lifting yet! I would recommend coming here.

Ive been going to Venus Nails for over 10 years. My nails are always beautiful, also important to me is all the equipment is clean. You wont catch any disease on your hands or feet with this shop. They know the modern looks, and have skilled technicians. We highly recommend the owner Niki and her family to help serve you.

My first time here. i loved the service. the guy who did my nail; i think his name was tony, was very good and took his time to imperfect it. recommend it 100%

Love this crew! Great service, always. When Im there Ive heard a few customers say they dont want Tony to do their nails because they dont want a male. I will tell you they are missing out! Hes great - as are all the nail techs here.

Honestly the worst nails i’ve ever gotten. not as clean as they should be during this time and my nails are very uneven and bumpy. when i went back to get them fixed, she didn’t even really try and was rushing. definitely don’t recommend for long nails AT ALL.

Terrible salon I’ll never be back! They rushed my nails, even turned the lights out as I was drying because they were ready to go home. Couldn’t do my nails properly and when I politely asked for a refund they refused. They argued with me in front of other customers!! They screamed and yelled at me although I was nothing but polite and just wanted my nails done elsewhere. They refused to give my money back unless they clipped my nails off right there even though I had just gotten a full set!! How awful would that have felt!! I asked them to soak them off and issue a refund and after a few minutes they finally agreed. But while soaking them off the owner continued to argue with me even though it was settled! I was beyond uncomfortable. There’s absolutely nothing wrong with asking for your money back for a service you are not satisfied with.

I was travelling on vacation and made an appointment for a mani/pedi. Despite having an appointment, no one was ready to take care of me. I sat with chemicals soaking on my nails for over 45 minutes. The owner tried to blame her previous customer and would hardly take responsibility. She was very pushy about upgrading to a dipped mani and did a poor job overall. Oh, and dont expect a good massage with your pedicure. Despite being there for 2 1/2 hours i was only given a $3 discount. HORRIBLE service, would not recommend to anyone.

I love this nail salon. I am greeted & taken care of promptly. I moved on this side of town a year ago and this is my place. The staff is friendly & kind every time I go in. 💜

I honestly dont understand any of the bad reviews. I have been to a lot of nail salons in Las Vegas but when I found Venus Nails over 7 years ago I knew I never needed to go anywhere else again. They are so kind and really take an interest in their clients. I always get gel nails and regular pedicures and my nails stay on until they grow out or I go in to soak them off. All my friends (that go to other salons) have gels that chip or peel off after about 1.5 weeks. Venus nails has a loyal client base for a reason! Great service and beautiful work!!

Worst salon I’ve been too tbh the lady is very nice but rushes and can not do long nails, coffin nails look like balerina and are so uneven and bubbly I had to ask for the file to fix them but still couldn’t make it look nice enough . Don’t recommend at all if your getting long nails

They accommodate you in every way possible and Nikki gives the BEST manicure....I never have trouble getting an appontment and parking is easy. Ladies, you will never have to worry about getting an up to date look .....just sit back and enjoy.

This was the worst place I’ve ever gone to Jennifer is one of the most disgusting nail techs I have ever come into contact with I do not recommend this shop at all.

If you are having a bad day dont go there, because it will get worst. They have very bad customer service and they dont know what they are doing... The owner is very argumentative and rude. I did not like my nails at all and I told them I didnt like my nails and they didnt accommodate me at all. I wouldnt go back...

This people are rude the woman are so unprofessional they didnt get along and made sure everyone was aware of it. The lady that did my nails was this white lady that did such a bad job she did NOTHING I asked of her. I was so pissed . NEVER AGAIN!
