I just moved here and was in desperate need of a manicure 💅. I was referred to Lavish Nails and I am very grateful. My nails look great. It was clean and I was pleased when I left.

I had a great experience here, the staff was very friendly and welcoming. My nails looked amazing, I had a black acrylic gel manicure done and a black pedicure done as well that was absolutely extravagant. It was the top tier pedicure and I definitely suggest you to try it at least once or twice. I couldn’t have been happier and I will definitely be coming back.

Ok experience...sat waiting in chair a bit with chilly water . Nails look great but Id say for 10 -15 more dollars elsewhere I could get a more pampered feeling.So, this is good for a quick care result

I have been here five times in 3 years and I would love to actually become a regular however EVERY TIME I come here AND with an appointment, I’m always here 30 minutes to an hour after my appointment sometimes sitting in the pedi chair for that long before any one assist (I have been here 2:45 minutes one time for a pedi with no nail paint and nothing more.) And yes, sometimes it becomes so rushed because they are so behind you can tell they aren’t trying to do a good job. I leave having no feeling in my butt from sitting in the chairs so long. I won’t be coming back here as I have given it many opportunities and the wait has just killed it for me. Wish they could stick to your appointment time instead of just cramming as many people in as possible assuming even the people who have appointments have hours to wait to be seen.

I had a really bad experience here, unfortunately. I get a gel manicure, and the woman doing my nails cut 3 of my fingers and I was still bleeding when I left! She also did not finish my nail up to the cuticle line. I usually am used to paying $25 for a gel manicure and a $5 tip, but the gel manicure here was $35. I don’t mind paying the extra money for a job well-done, but I left with nails that look like they’ve been growing out for a week and a half, and they were profusely bleeding!

Cathy does excellent hot hard gel nails and pedicures. She really knows what shes doing. Shes fast and careful.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Asked for a gel pedicure (which they did a decent job on other than the technician stabbed my toe) and a manicure with a dip. I’ve never had a dip manicure and wanted to try it. I asked for an ombré but the technician was insistent that I only do an accent nail. It took the technician about an hour and 45 minutes to get the initial dip color on at which point she added the lighter color for the ombré effect on one finger. It having taken sooo long to get to this point, I decided an accent nail was more than fine since I did not want the there another hour. Once she finished with the final top coat the ombré was barely visible and all of my other nails had white flecks on them, when I pointed it out she said that was the color I selected . I told her the color I selected did not have white flecks or glitter on it. Then she tried to convince me it was only on one nail, it was on ALL the nails. She kept asking me what I wanted to do. I asked her what could we do? I didn’t want to be there another hour, we were pushing 2 hours on just my hands at this point! Finally she decided she was going to remove the top coat, I asked her to only do one hand to see if this even fixed the problem but instead she did both hands. She then re-did the top coat put some oil on my hands and stood up. I asked her if she was done and she said yes. I told her I asked for a manicure and she didn’t even clean my cuticles. She seemed surprised by this. Not sure why since I stated I wanted a manicure repeatedly. As I went to pay I told them that it was unacceptable the way they were leaving my nails. They didn’t offer to refund me my money all they said was they could clean up my nails since they left my hands full of purple and clear nail polish. I will NEVER go here again and would recommend you save not only your money and time by going some where else. If you look at the photos you can see all of the scratches left on my nails from the technician trying to file off the white dots, which are still present!

Worst experience that I have ever had... they didnt even warn me that it was this persons 2ND TIME EVER doing nails until the end!!!just wanted a fill that was a black to white gradient. During the process, I noticed that she was very rough and would move my hand around so much that it would mess up the paint. Then she kept having to file them back down because she kept messing up... and an hour and a half later she gave up and asked what else they can do. I chose a grey/black color.... then she paints it just solid black instead. My nails had so much extra polish underneath the nails and were dented and the shapes of the nails were a disaster...They didnt make me pay amd said to come back to get them fixed. The next day I call and the manager tells me that they will still be charging me for the service because they didnt the first time.FIRST OFF.... I would have gladly paid for the service the first time if they didnt DESTROY my nails. This place is terrible and I am going to a different place just to fix THEIR disaster.

Phillip is the best! Best if you make an appointment as it tends to be very busy. Im new to the area and tried several neighboring nail salons and this one is by far the best!

This business is not following the co vid 19 policy to keep people safe. It’s packed, no open door for ventilation. People were sneezing and such. Very dangerous practices just to keep money coming in.

I was one of their first customers when they opened 7 yrs ago. Trish is my girl. She will text me to remind me of my appt. Awesome technique. I always received compliments. This pic is 5 days after fill.

My daughter and I love everything about Lavish Nails! It is the cleanest salon Ive ever been to and everyone is so friendly.Their pedicure tubs are lined with plastic that is disposed of after each use, something Ive not seen at any other salon.Evelyn is my pedi and manicure girl, she does an amazing job and is so sweet. I thank friends for recommending Lavish Nails!

Went here on a recommendation and now I cant stop recommending it to others! So beyond pleased with the work that they do here for reasonable prices. Kathy is my go to girl, she listens to my nail concerns due to how thin they are and she takes the time to make them look perfect, AND she makes them last longer than any place Ive been to before. I would suggest making an appointment, business is always booming with them which is a great sign. They also do punch cards, one punch per service!

Very rushed, I think I waited longer than my actual manicure was. I going to ask for paraffin but decided against it because of the experience. I wasnt even asked what shape I wanted, gel, polish, nothing. She went right into hacking my nails and had to tell her to stop. Barely touched my cuticles, didnt clean underneath my nails, was a little aggressive with the filing and then wiped off my lotion with a paper towel!! Above anything else, I couldnt tell where she was grabbing the implements from. Im used to nail salons with sterile, individually wrapped implements that are open in front of you for each customer. Now I have to go home and fix them. Definitely not returning.

Wonderful! Came on a Saturday at noon with an appointment to see Bic. Super busy, but I was seated for my gel manicure and pedicure right away and relaxed in a foot soak for about 5 minutes while Bic finished with another customer. The place is clean and even though its busy, the customer service was excellent. Bic did a fantastic job and was fun to talk to. Definitely recommend, but make an appointment if you dont want to wait!

I have been going to lavish now salon for about 5 months now I usually see anybody because theyre all really good but I have been sticking with Phil who does my acrylics and my pedicures. He does an amazing job and gives a great massage. The salon a stylish very comfortable friendly customer oriented. I recommend to Phil.

Best nail salon in Centennial Hills. Trish is a great nail tech. My nails always look perfect. Shes been doing my nails for 4 yrs and Ive never had one lift or get fungus. Ask for Trish!

Im here visiting my daughter. I live in Atlanta and have had the same manicurist for 12 years and hes the best so Im always hesitant and disappointed when Im out of town and need a mani/pediatric. Not today. This salon is GREAT, they will exceed your expectations in every way.

Lavish nail Lounge is amazing my nail tech Ree gets 10 stars. My wait was 5 minutes without a appointment. The staff is friendly and nice. They charge extra to cut your cuticles, they charge extra for almost everything that should be included and a lot of other places do a great job, its not like you cant get the same thing somewhere else for a decent price. I understand you get what you pay for but charging $5 more for cuticle cutting just seems odd to me. I heard women complaining and getting charge extra for other stuff as well that at other salons are included in the services theyre paying for.

Worst experience. My nails hurt so bad due to him ripping them off and making them super super thin and exposing parts of my nail bed. Acrylic burned when put on over my damaged nails. In the end I had bubbles in all of the nails and I don’t like how they look. They’re uneven, so sore and was charged extra for coffin when I got square. Guy was clearly rushing and did not care that it was so painful. Would not recommend.

Ive been coming here for about 4-5 years now, before they were even Lavish. Ive sat with most of the techs there but Michael V. is my absolute favorite. I never have to check the shape & he can always pick the colors I want just by a picture, awesome salon.

Dont waste your time or money here. I scheduled an appointment 2 different times here and was told I still had to wait 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment on 2 different occasions now.

I went in to get a pedicure and full set. The nail polish was not done correctly you could see all the mistakes. Never going back again.

Got my nails done, finger nail polish didnt last. Already chipped and pealed. Its only been less than 24 hours. Dont plan on going back.

Service was good. The location needs better ventilation.

I came in without an appointment on a Friday they were really busy but they took me in, in less than 10 minutes. I had a mani pedi with gel done by Cynthia. She’s great in what she does, has a smile on her face and I totally recommend her and this place. Won’t get better service than here. RECOMMEND IT 100%

This salon is under new ownership and I have definitely seen the difference. Very professional, they take their time and are very clean with their tools. I always see, Val. Shes great and very patient. A little pricey but I firmly believe you get what you pay for.

Favorite salon hands down! The remodeling has created a beautiful atmosphere. Its so clean and the customer service is the best. The technicians are so friendly and attentive. I highly recommend Kathy. I got a hard gel manicure for a recent wedding and was getting compliments on it for months. Yes, thats how long the gels lasted. With a clear ombre you can just let it grow out and no one will ever be wiser! #protip ^-^

My girlfriend told me to get a pedicure because my toenails look like they have onychomycosis. I went to this place because she recommended it. To be honest, Ive never been into a nails salon before because Ive never had the need to. I was forced! But I actually had a good time! Their service was on point throughout my whole experience. The staff was really welcoming and it looked like they knew what they were doing. Of course I didnt know, but I trusted them. I even let them do a manicure as well lol In any case, if I ever ever have to do my toenails/fingernails again, this is the place to be! 10/10 WOULD GO BACK!

I would give them a ZERO if I was allowed!!!!!!! I had an appointment and waited over an hour with my feet in the water and they still didn’t come my parents had to get their feet out of the water and dry them off with a towel so they could leave after waiting so long even though we had an appointment!!! When they finally got to me she said she needed to skip parts of the pedicure in able to do me so she only polished my nails!!!! People walked in after me and left before I even got started!!!!!!! I heard bad reviews but thought it probably wouldn’t be that bad but it was!!! Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. Also she rushed so bad on my pedicure she left cuts on my toes.

Last 3 places I tried were duds. This is my new favorite and its super close to home. I cant wait to go back.

Just had my second visit to Haute Nails and Spa for a pedicure yesterday with my daughter. We had made an appointment and had prompt, great service with 2 very enjoyable technicians. My toes look great and I got a wonderful leg massage, as well.

I have been having my nails done for 15 years. I have never been treated like this.....With that beng said, Trisha the nail tech was rude and very rough when doing my nails . My nails when Trisha was done were so thick and looked like a 12 year old did them. I spoke to the Salon Manager, she refiled my nails to make them acceptable, but told me that Trisha was one of her best techs and there was nothing wrong with my nails, but filed them thinner for me. If there was nothing wrong with them she would not have to fix them. Bad service and bad attitude from Trisha, she made me feel like I was bothering her to pay her $33.00 to do my nails. Wont be back....

Cute little spot, like that fact it is close to home. First time there waited only about 15 minutes with my feet in the water. The lady who was doing my nails was good and I’m happy with how my mani and pedi came out but I was not happy about the price. I paid 75 for regular gel mani and pedi. I have never paid that and I’m the type of female that like to get the deluxe with hot stone, wax, and gel the whole shabang and usually pay 65 for that... 75 was very pricey in my opinion and will only go back if I NEED to. Service wasn’t worth 75

Went with a friend, and they let me talk loudly on the phone without kicking me out. Also, Monicas toes and Maria look great now. :-)

They are really unprofessional. I had an appt with someone who doesn’t do acrylic so they put me with someone else, ok fine totally understandable. I proceed to tell them I want a gel pedicure and fill so they agreed. During my pedicure I’m telling the lady how I want my nails. Dory then tells me she has a ( o’clock appointment so someone else will be doing my fill!! Totally confused as to how and why to be told yeah she has an appt and I’m not sure why that?!? I ask Dory, So did you not check for appts? Obviously not, she then tells me did you see the guy with the tattoos he will be doing your nails. I ask why because he’s next for service her response is yes and walked away.. like really how would you feel if you were on the receiving end.

Would give zero. No customer service. Waited for over an hour and watched people get sevred who cam in after me with no appointment

Went in for fill & repair on one nail. Lumps of acrylic on my nails due to uneven application, did horrible job shaping my repaired nail, & painted 3 coats of nail polish and the polish was still see thru. But on a positive note, the man doing my nails was nice & gentle.

That place is a horrible place the lady that was doing my toe nails was so rude, disrespectful, and didnt even do her job right. While she massaged me legs she hurt my leg and its all red and cut. Then when I told if she can redue just my toe nail very kindly and she got super mad. It only took her like 2 minutes just to fix it and kept on complaining and she was talking bad about me in Chinese and while she was doing it she slammed my foot aggresively. While that was happening a guy did my moms finger nails and he didnt even do anything to them you can literally tell they didnt do anything and she did her toes as well and while he put on her shoes on he ruined the toe nail and didnt care. That was the worst experience Ive ever had there. They just lost 2 people.
