Scheduled for an 11am appointment, an employee showed up only to be locked out with 5 other clients including myself arrived for our 11am appointments. The employee didn’t have a key and said the manager is always late and apologized to us. Two of the 5 employees left then myself and the two older ladies who were handicapped left as well. After 18 minutes we felt our time wasn’t valued, nor that we were not important enough for the manager to arrive on time. What’s worse is that she obviously doesn’t trust her employee enough to give her a key to prep the office for when she is late.I called and left a message at the shop and received a return call. Scheduled an appointment for 1pm, which completely threw my day off.I give the staff 5 stars, the manager 1 star for although she attempted to accommodate me, she did so by doing my nails personally...but Shouldn’t Have! My acrylics were great, but she misled me when asked if she works the cuticles prior to putting on the nails. She used the mechanical tool when I specifically asked if she performs manicure styles cuticle repair. This manager should stay in the office for she cannot polish nails if Jesus Christ held the brush for her. She is not a nail tech. My pedicure was not as expected either. They use dark green towels which obviously were new for they left residue on my feet and hands. You could see the exfoliation was not quality work. I was pressed for time and had to leave to dress for a wedding. I did have time to do my nails which everyone loved.There were several interruptions, and I was there for two hours and an hour and a half was spent on my nails. I know licenses techs who are relocating to Las Vegas and would have referred them to her since the shop is understaffed, but they are military and would most likely turn around at the door once they view the work there. Overpriced don’t bother!

This has been the most astounding experience of my life going to a nail shop!! The vibe, the staff, the conversation, their energies, it was all wonderful and resonating.You could chat it up with women youve never known like youre best friends and I love that, all without being nosey or w/e. The services are worth the price, and they arent expensive at all, especially when paying for what youre getting. It was a top notch, next level experience. God bless every one of them working there, and every one who enters and leaves and more confident woman. Its amazing, Id give them 5 million stars if I could! A sensational experience like no other.

Was not exactly thrilled about the shape of my nails does anybody know what nailshop Ricky is at?

It says that their shop closes at 9p ok. I try to come for a quick toe polish change at 925p & they say they take their last person at 745p ok cool but personally I feel like your shop should then close at 8p, not 9pm and your publicly listed and take walk ins at that! I just don’t like places like this at all. I even planned on paying extra and tipping goor just for a toe polish change right quick but it’s ok somebody else will get this money tonight & I will never be back or recommend

I came here and got my nails done by a man named Tong. He did a PERFECT JOB !!! The last place I went to didn’t do my nails good at all so I came here in hopes to find a better nail tech and I did !!! He took his time and made sure my shape was perfect and kept asking to make sure I was comfortable with his work and I appreciate that. I never write reviews but I felt the need to write one because he deserved it ! Great job Tong!! Definitely recommend him. I will be back for a fill (:

The worst nail shop I have ever been too. In a matter of 4 days I had to go in to get 6 nails fixed that broke from me picking up my son or scratching my leg. My pedicure was even done poorly. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I spent $90 and got the worst full set and pedicure I have ever seen.

The owner, Tony was amazing. Ive been going to his salon for about 2 years now. Ive always felt like he really cared about his customers. I went in today to get my nails done for my wedding and I was so happy that he was the one to help me. He really did a great job and Im very happy with my wedding nails. Would 100% recommend.

Loved this place. It was my first time coming here. I didnt have to wait long, they assisted me right away. Also they gave me a hand massage after the guy was done (I didnt get his name). I dont get my nails done often so Im not sure if they do this everywhere but it was really nice. Im definitely going to come back.

I went here today around 5pm there’s was only one person before me. I came in and wrote down my name in the list, as soon as I sat down one of the guy asked me what I was getting done? I told him I wanted to take off my acrylic nails and just wanted to paint my regular nails (since I have orientation tomorrow) the guy interrupted me and said can’t do it! I said what why??? He said can’t do it to much work?? At this point I’m confused why he couldn’t do it? I’m sorry but I’m paying for that “extra work” you’re about to do anyways and I always tip good! I mean I would of understand if it was packed and there was couple people before me. My sister came here twice as well and had bad service. I don’t recommend this place at all! Bad service never coming there again!!! 👎🏼

I hate trying a new place but this one is closer to home. I read the negative reviews after I was already in the chair. I am satisfied with my pedicure. The staff was okay and greeted me. The guy (checkei) was gentle on my feet and didn’t rush. He didn’t make conversation, but I prefer it that way. Over all I am very happy with my pedicure. Will return.

Ive been a customer of this shop for a couple of years. Started out with Tiffany as my manicurist, but then she got so busy doing other things that she pawned e off on every new employee who came in the shop. Most of them dont speak English or understand it; they rush through pedicures and take forever to do fills. When I complained, I then started going to Tony, husband of Tiffany. He is awesome, takes his time to do your nails, does what you ask him to do and it doesnt take him all day. Now hes gone back to Vietnam and she had another newbee do my pedicure and fills. He did a decent job with my feet except that for 2 days after, I couldnt wear shoes as he dug to deep. Then doing my fills, it took him 2 hours and he put 5 coats of gel polish on my nails. The first night of having them done, 2 of my nails came completely off in my sleep. Within less than a week, at different times, they all fell off due to many coats of gel polish.Im tired of having to pay and beg for good service so I will not be returning to this shop.BUYER BEWARE!!!

I arrived at exactly 9:40 as they’re open at 9:30 and they seemed to have no staff and rejected my business as they said they take their appointments first. However on their sign it says walk-ins available. So if you plan to go here make sure to make a appointment or they will reject you and tell you they don’t know when they can take you in. Ridiculous!

Spent $212 and they Messed up badly on my toes and my sisters acrylic nails, when we told them they basically ignored us and dismissed the fact that we werent satisfied

I will never ever go back! & I just moved to the area, I was looking for a go to place.I had plans on french manicure, pedicure & eyebrows and immediately decided to just get a pedicure and ONLY because Id been putting it off too long..I walked in and got no greeting at all. The woman finished her conversation with other staff, pulled out her phone, checked a few apps and then looked up at me. So I said hi Im here for a pedicure and she said k and lead me to a chair.She didnt raise the arm rest up for me so I climbed in and she sat their on her phone while the water ran.The chair was all the way back so I had to figure out how to fix it and get comfortable, she didnt even hand me the remote I had to find it.Throughout the pedicure she tapped me to signal when she wanted me to raise my legs or when she wanted me to put my feet back in the water.She rushed through the pedicure and when she was done she grabbed her phone back out. It was like a 15 min pedicure TOPS & this is from the time the water started.& Literally the only time she spoke to me was to ask do you want gel do you want your nails too do you want your eyebrows? & She spoke very clear English when asking so I dont believe its an issue of not understanding english.She couldve made some money and got a nice tip as well as a returning customer but I suppose her phone was more important. I now understand why I was the ONLY customer.

Came her the day before my wedding and got my feet done because the other nail shops that I had been too were rush jobs, did my feet in about 15-20mins and I was P.Oed about that. I read the reviews for her and decided hey why not? Got here and was the only person there and DAVID sat me down and spent over an hour doing my feet. Great job, I will be returning on the regular just for him and they use hot stones, which I always try to find nail shops that uses them.

Worst place ever I would not recommend this place they dont even use real gel for nails its some cheap nail polish. I asked for gel because supposably it should last longer and the same day it started bubbling and peeling of my nail I went back the same day and they fixed it and redid my nails and the same thing happened again I called then and the told me to come back on Tuesday I did and they did them again but the lady was so rude and had the nerve to charge me for fixing what was not done right the first time and the same thing happened again I asked to change the color maybe it was that nail polish I have been going to them for a year and that has never happened to me before the lady refused she told me that what did I think that if I wanted to change color I had to pay more i asked for my money back because i was unsatisfied and they also refused they sure lost a good customer

I would like to say, I am NOT the type of person to leave a bad review. First off, the man who did my pedicure was superficial, unprofessional, ignorant, and down right rude. He was either the owner or co-owner. He kept commenting on womens bodies; why are American women so fat.., I like fit women..., do you workout, etc. I do workout, and I am in great shape, which he felt the need to mention.He also kept going on about how bad his staff is. SERIOUSLY? He went on about how they are all too sensitive, didnt know what they were doing, were uncommitted, etc.When he was finally done, he told me to sit under that device that dries your nails AND LEFT ME! Didnt tell me how long to sit there, didnt ask if I wanted to pay first, didnt even look up from the video he was watching on his phone.Needless to say, I am never going back to this place and would never recommend this place.

I have gone 3 time to this place. And all time time my nail fall off in less then 2 weeks and the polish on my nail come off in 2 days and have to return to get them refinish. Going to a new place to expensive to keep having to keep coming back to pay $80 for my nail to get Dipped.

I went in for a fill and gel polish, ended up paying 45!!I usually pay 40 for a full set with gel polish.The nail service was rushed, I was told it was a 15 minute wait upon walking in and waited almost 40 minutes before being helped.I was disappointed with the price when the pricing that is posted says 40 for a FULL SET & GEL POLISH.After I asked the lady about the price she said the mood changing polish was extra. But I still do not know why I was charged 45 for my mediocre service. Very unsatisfied 😐

David did my pedi. He was gentle doing my pedi . The spa its clean . They use disposable covers for the pedi which its more safety . The enviroment its quite and relaxing .

TIFFANY is the WORST nail tech. She owns the shop and does not know how to treat loyal customers who have been coming to her salon since it damn near opened!! I have never ever had a issue before coming to her salon i have tried a few nail techs there never had a issue. She did my nails and in 3 days i had 4 nails that did not fall off . I just had her fix them Tuesday today is Thursday and 2 popped off AGAIN . DO NOT LET TIFFANY DO YOUR NAILS . Any other nail tech there is good just not her . She is disrespectful and obviously does not know how to treat customers. She wouldnt even give me a full store credit back i paid $35 cash for a fill and gel polish she gave me $20! Seriously ? I NEVER complained before going there nevwe had a issue and because i bring a issue up thats how a customer is treated. No thank you ! Sorry to her coworkers who have to fix her mess ups thats not how it should be at all.

I got my pedicure here it was expensive but well done.Buy when I got a manicure done the following week my nail polished cracked the next day and on top of that, they charged my debit card twice for the service by accident of course but who needs that hassal from the bank!!

Horrible...... Ive gone here 4 times and each time was due to it being so close to where I live and the others in the area being busy. But no matter how busy other shops are or desperate I am I will not be going back to this place. The 1st time I went there a older very quite man did my full set. He did a horrible job. I had to go back the next day because my nails had begun to lift. So the younger guy Tony fixed them for me and told me to go to him next time. He said that they were going to fire the original guy that did them because too many people were coming in and complaining.The 3rd time I went there Tony did my feet and the lady that owns the place did my hands. She seemed like she was in the worst mood ever and was clearly pissed off at Tony. Which is her ex. Tony is funny but verrrryyy inappropriate and unprofessional. He talked so bad about her and other ppl. He does a decent job on nails if you can get past his sense of humor.The 4th and last time I went there I was so uncomfortable and felt like I was more of a bother than anything. The owner had did my feet and a younger new girl had did my nails. They both seem like they were in very bad mood. Especially the younger one. She was extremely rough and had me twisting my arm because she did my nails while I was getting a pedicure. And instead of her switching sides of the chair to do my other hand she just had me twist my arm. The both did a mediocre job. I wanted a matte top coat and they tried to say that they were going to charge me extra $5 for my nails and $5 for my toes. So I said nevermind Ill just use my own top coat. Then they proceeded to tell me that it was still be an extra charge because they werent charging for the product they were charging for the labor which made absolutely no sense because they arent doing any extra labor a top coat is a top coat rather its Matt or shiny and requires no extra labor.

Well my experience wasnt as pleasant has the reviews Ive read. The lady at the front table has a attitude problem. I tell her what i want she gives me what she thinks I should have.

I HATED IT, my experience was terrible, i asked for a pedicure the water was cold then the older man that attended me was chomping on his gum the entire time and acted very jittery, he made me feel rushed and i was unconvincing him, he never asked me what i wanted done to my nails and automatically started pointing clear coat & got upset when i told him i wanted a french tip . then charged me an extra $5 for it and started to half ass them, him being in the nail industry should very well see my toes touch and should have placed tissue between them and he didnt there for when i got home my nail polish was on each toe and i am very upset ! i will not be returning to this salon ! >_

First of all I went in the shop to get my nails done they were rude and I felt uncomfortable being there every time I tried speak the guy who was doing my nails would put his hand up as to tell me to stop talking at that point I just really was ready to go and he did a horrible job on my nails as well waste of 75 dollars but my eyebrows look good though
