Sigh, the staff is really friendly but the work is inconsistent. This was two hours after I left the salon. They did handle my complaint appropriately and despite this being the salon I would always go to, I will not be returning.Update: it’s been four hours since my nails were done and my manicure is coming off too. Still wet underneath. 🙃🙃🙃

Excellent nail salon with really friendly people working hard. Went in to get my nails and feet done for my birthday, they took great care of me and made sure my Mani pedi was impeccable before I left. I returned a few days later because I broke a nail and they fixed it for me free of charge. Will always come back.

The staff were very friendly and the place is very clean but After only 2 weeks my acrylics popped off so easily like they were press on nails. I felt the services were over priced I paid almost $200 for acrylics, simple gel pedicure (no message or lotion) and my daughter just got her nails painted. Very unhappy that my acrylics just popped off, I’ve never had this happen before 😞

I got a dip manicure. It came out really beautiful and I love the shape. The nail tech did not introduce herself so I cant credit the work. We also lost pigment on a couple of the nails on the sides a little bit but overall they look really beautiful!

Had the best experience with Cat! I havent had my nails done this well since I lived in Los Angeles. Ive been to several nail spots that were okay but it never was a well rounded experience.The environment in this place was tranquil. I loved the massage chairs as they actually managed to massage my entire back. My pedicure was wonderful. I loved that my nail tech, Cat, did both my pedicure and full set. She was so delightful, gentle, and super sweet. My nails and toes came out beautifully!I will definitely be back! Thank you Cat!!! 🥰😁

Me and my 15 year old daughter went to get a pedicure a man that did my daughters pedicure was rude yanked on her feet and made rude comments when he asked her who I was to her. The lady that did my pedicure would yank and sigh if i moved my feet and gave me nasty looks. I didnt know there was a $10 charge for callous remover on top of a regular pedicure. The front desk girl is rude would walk away in the middle of what I was saying to her. If u can handle the attitude go for it but because if u bring ur child with you because u may get attitude and dirty looks

By far, the best experience this Las Vegas native has ever has at a nail salon. My husband had a straight manicure and a Pearl(?) Pedicurerom Vanessa and it was worth every penny! I had an aromatherapy pedicure from Leena and it was absolutely HEAVEN! Called an hour ahead and had no wait on a Saturday! Beautiful surroundings and such a friendly happy staff! Great experience and would highly recommend!!!

I felt like she was very rushed and made me very nervous. She clipped my skin 3 times and had to use the drop (antibiotic or stop bleeding?). I couldnt feel my pedicure when she was done cuz it was wet, but when I came home, it was not smooth. She only applied one coat when others apply 2 coat. Time doesnt really matter, but she only took less than an hour and a half to take my gel on my hand, manicure and French on pedicure! I wish she was quick and good but unfortunately NOT! However, I love atmosphere of the salon and the services. I will go back but not to a same person.

I am glad I found this place, although its a bit if distance of travel for me, I had a great first experience,staff was AWESOME, Maya did my pedicure although there was a bit of miscommunication it was well solved. Timmy did my full set and Tracy was AMAZING, she had everything under control the place was running so smoothly. I enjoy the atmosphere, the music was relaxing the chairs were so comfortable I felt relaxed and thats EXACTLY how I want to feel when I go into a nail salon, no toddlers running around, no loud obnoxious people, just RELAXATION, I will be going back.

Its true they do a wonderful job but how can you charge me 75 dollars and refuse to fix a crooked nail. After using a filer on the nail she kept saying it was fine. I just left refusing to prolong an argument which clearly was going nowhere. I wont be going back. I recommend to check for accuracy before paying. I dont recommend this place.

I have come here 2 times and both times my nails did not last more than a week. In four days five my nails chipped! I did not do any housework . After a week, the nails were removed and when I called to fix them, their personnel said they did not have time, so I am not really satisfied with their work.

My fiance plays baseball so we spend a majority of the year traveling which means getting my nails done is always a toss up. Im also VERY picky about my nails as Ive had acrylics with gel for about 9 years now and the place I go to during the off season when were home sets my nail standards high. So let me just say, if my nails withstand the test of time (I got them filled 2 days ago), then this is hands down THE BEST (!!) place I have ever been to outside of South Carolina! Really loved this place. The Pearl Pedicure was amazing. Vanessa was able to book me and my friend an appointment last minute with no issues. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and my nails came out great. The salon itself was also very clean with a great atmosphere and they took sanitary measures very seriously in light of Covid-19 restrictions which I appreciated. Defintely recommend!

I did my nails but in 4-5 days they chipped and their staff did not make appointment to fix my nails and now after 10 days 5 of my nails are removed

Lin is the best nail tech! She is so friendly and kind and remembers my name and what I like. They are always very friendly and follow all Covid protocols. Everybody’s temperature is taken masks are worn in hands are washed.

My fiancé called ahead and asked for the price of what she wanted and the guy on the phone said $35. When she got there she told Tracy she wanted acrylic nails and she apparently gave her gel instead. When it came time to pay she charged her $65. When she told her the guy on the phone told her $35 she told her oh well he misunderstood you. On top of all that, they didn’t give her an option for a personalized tip, it was either 20% or 30% tip. So, she walked out of there paying $78 dollars for a set of nails she was told would only cost her $35. Also, they have no prices listed anywhere. Ridiculous. She will not be coming back and we will be warning everyone we know of the scam at this place. The one nice thing I will say is that she did a very nice job on the nails but we were not expecting to pay almost $80 on nails. Poor customer service.

Very caring and protective of their customers and staff due to covid - 19. They do health checks at the front of the door as in temperature checks and make you wash your hands fantastic. They have substantial standards very nice and impressive. I love the view when you walk in very spacious, very colorful, friendly staff, clean, tidiness, variety of nail polish and lots of decorations to choose from for your nails. The nail technician Kissandra took her time with me because I had an accident to where I broke my nail on the garage door and she reassured me that she would not make it painful and she was right. She was great. I had an appointment at one pm and I work at three pm luckily Im five minutes away from my job. Service was wonderful and fast. Will definitely be back and reccomend anyone and everybody I know because how great it really was. I was treated so kindly and attentively I felt welcomed like a guest not just as a customer only. Awesome customer-service service for sure.

Jennifer is meticulous in her work. I was so relaxed during my pedicure, I was afraid I was going to start snoring lol. My dip powder is perfectly sculpted. I highly recommend this shop for you relaxation during you mani/pedi.

I have been many nail salons in Las Vegas but none of them makes me really happy, but since I found MD nail spa I love love them. Cat and Katie did imagine job. People here are so friendly. Nice and fresh aroma, winter with lavender, summer with grapefruit or lemongrass. Very clean and professional staff. They open till 11pm. Yeah...

I dont live in the area, but wanted to take my sister in law and mom to get Mani/ pedis. They each got gel, and it turned out beautifully. I cant get color due to my job, so you would think mine would be great as well, but the lady didnt really take her time and the owner, had to do some touch ups for me. So overall had a good experience.

After previewing photos of the salon, I took the suggestion and called at 9:23am to schedule an appointment. This salon is conveniently located next to the Suncoast Hotel. Easy to find location! The salon is beautiful and has an upgraded, relaxing ambiance. The check in is EASY and there are 19 pedicure chairs. And this chair, btw, is getting out all of thw long-drive knots from my back! I probably sat for an extra 10 minutes just leaning into the massager. This will be my Go To spot next time were at Suncoast.

I highly recommend this place. Came here last night to get my nails done for my birthday. For one it was raining very hard and the young man saw that I got wet in the rain and told me to take the jacket off and he put a hot pad over my shoulders. He also brought me water. Emily was my nail tech and she did a wonderful job. They were so patient with me because unfortunately I had my five month old baby who was a little fussy due to boredom. So another nail tech, Katie, and another woman whos name I didnt get, took turns playing with him and keeping him occupied so I could get my nails done in peace. Once we were finished Emily gave me a toy for my baby and she was so sweet. Lastly, the other woman whos name I didnt get walked me to my car and helped me by opening the door for me because my hands were full. Great service and great people all the way around

I love this nail salon, I have been here 2 time and I already booked an appointment for later this week. My nails have never been healthy or strong before. I am a nail biter and I have always had trouble with biting my nails and since I have come here I havent bitten my nails in almost 2 months! I have been asked so many times if my nails are acrylic and they are not! All natural and I love it. No complaints here. A big shout out to Katie my go to nail tech for keeping my nails healthy!Okay, here is an update on what happened today during my appointment. First off I call to confirm that my appointment and I was told that they were trying to reach me all day to tell me that my nail tech needs to push back my appointments which wasn’t a big deal. I had made an appointment for myself and my cousin. I was told that my nail tech wasn’t in so I told told them it was okay I’ll go with someone else. No big deal. Upon arriving the receptionist guy told us we were late when I was told my appointments were pushed back to 6pm. We then waited another 25 minutes to start. I ended up getting a hot stone pedi with gel and my nail tech took what felt like forever. My cousin started 10 minutes after me and she was still done faster than me. She finishes the pedi and we move to her table and takes out the dip and instead of doing both hands at the same time like normal she did my entire right hand first and then my left hand. By the time she got to my left hand my cousin was already done. She finished an hour after my cousin was and she got dip nails as well. My right hand came out lumpy so she kept drilling. My nails are so sore from all the drilling. They did offer 10% off but they didn’t apply it to my bill after I reminded them a couple of times. I will be calling you guys in the morning and to speak to the manager. My nails shouldn’t be sore. This in no reflects the work that my cousin got on her nails because they came out beautiful thanks to KATIE.

Great experience here. Had the deluxe pedicure and finally was not disappointed after three fails at three different places. Got more than my money’s worth and will definitely be back 💯The massage chair was actually pretty good. Usually I don’t care for them as they just wiggle you around a bit. I stopped in last minute for a pedicure and Lin was my technician. She was so nice and did such a beautiful job! I loved her so much that I came back for a gel fill on my nails a few days later, when my regular girl at another salon couldn’t get me in. My nails are absolutely stunning and perfect!! I will gladly recommend her to anyone and I will definitely be back to see her ❤️

Very relaxing spa environment. The staff is very welcoming and caters to all your needs. From checking in until the end of services I feel pampered. I loved this place before the pandemic. I’ve tried them twice since they’ve reopened and I’m not sure if there’s a new owner or they changed procedures but now it is horrible. Both times, two different technicians and both times were bad. The first time there was something wrong with the dip powder so instead of letting me choose a different color, she put two layers of the bad dip followed by two layers of gel on my nails which made them look horrible and ruined my natural nails. The second time was two weeks later and my nails were still suffering from the last time so they were shorter than normal and of course I had to hear about 25 times how short they were as if I didn’t already know and then the dip job was horrible this round too. I won’t be back and don’t encourage anyone else to go either.

My favorite thing about the salon is the ambient lighting, and semi private pedicure stalls separated by curtains. It is very relaxing and their foot and neck massages are top-notch. So much in fact, I always fall asleep in their oversize cozy chairs! They also use disposable-lining foot baths, which is an absolute personal must when seeking out a spa pedicure. The salon offers Nails And Hair Services. The staff is Absolutely fabulous. They offered me bottled water, hot tea, etc. Time and rushing was Not the priority. What was important was that they did a thorough job and I was very grateful as I needed extra work after waiting far too long to get a Pedicure! The place is Gorgeous inside! Its between Target and Ross at Boca Park.

I came here over a week ago after work and had a great experience with Katie! She was very attentive to my requests for my gel manicure and got my nails exactly right- they still look good today (I am not gentle on my nails in my day to day life at all!!) I am back today to get a pedicure, and I am pleased to see that they use disposable liners in their foot tubs. I won’t be anywhere else in town for my nails. This place is amazing, and the hours are so convenient to work around my crazy work schedule!

Thanks to Tai, Lin and Lina for making my elderly parents experience there so wonderful. Tai was very patient and helpful on the phone. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Upon arrival they use a non-contact thermometer to take each person’s temperature. Everyone is required to wear a mask inside. My father received a pedicure from Lin. He is diabetic, so she was gentle and careful with his feet. My mother received a mani/pedi from Lina. She had some minor pain from ingrown toenails, but Lina removed them gently. She is happy with the results. They will definitely be back.

Exceptionally friendly staff. Lena (perhaps spelled incorrectly) was absolutely amazing, helpful but not pushy, friendly but not prying. The salon sells quality services, and the upgrades are worth every penny. It is absolutely a safe, friendly, and calming atmosphere. I should have been coming here for years.

As of 2/3/19 they changed owners. The shop on Durango. I dont know if they changed the Hulpuai store but dont bother going to one on Durango. There is one tech from previous owner who always says they are busy.Even when I make an appointment. I guess I am not her type of customer.

I have been to a lot of nail salons in Las Vegas. Finally, I found the perfect nail salon which is MD nail salon. They have great customer service. They take there time doing your nails and they’re very attentive on how you want your nails done. I highly recommend this place!
