This is the only nail salon that I go to. Mia is the girl that I always ask for because she can do the most intricate nail designs that I bring to her and my nails look amazing for weeks. I try to get in for a full every 2 weeks but with the pandemic and the summer it doesn’t always happen. My nails are at about 5 weeks now and although long and grown out I’m still getting compliments. They look like they did the day I got them done just grown out. I brought my daughters 6 and 8 to get their nails painted for their birthdays last time and my 8 year old had picked out a design that I wasn’t sure would fit on her nail because they are so tiny but they made it work. It wasn’t the exact design because it wouldn’t fit but what was done was even cuter and I was shocked at how well they turned out. It cannot be easy to do such detailed work on such tiny nails. I love how accommodating they were especially since I had only made an appt for me but brought the girls with when my daughter reminded me that I had told her she could get them done. Please call before making a review if you aren’t happy because I know that they do their best to make everyone happy and will fix mistakes. Of all of the places I’ve been this one is truly the best.

What a great find! Everyone was so friendly and my nail technician was wonderful! I love the extra little design on my big toes.

Mia is absolutely fantastic! She is perfect and her work is amazing! She tries so hard to help me get the nails I want and she was very kind and patient with me. I am definitely coming here forever! I’ve been going here for about a year. I’m a Minnesota transplant. They have so many colors and are SUCH good quality. I was in a car accident a week ago where my hands took the full blow of the airbag. Fractured both hands but my nails are still thriving! The doc got a laugh out of it lol

I had such an amazing experience here. I got the deluxe pedicure with gel and it was soooo worth it. The lady who did my pedicure had the cutest personality and really made sure my pedicure was special. I also did the basic manicure with gel and I love how it turned out. She really took her time with my cuticles and even fixed my broken natural nail!

The best place I ever been or seen, they respect there customers and value who they are and the environment is relaxing clean and I have had my daughters go there when they lived in Utah. I have never had bad service in the three yrs I have been going and my mom has been going 9yrs and I never heard her once complain her self. They can make and do about any design you like. I know they have done it for me. Yes I love the stones just fyi they stayed on never had a problem. I work in medical field so the gloves are not so kind but they are good at what they do my nails always looked good still.

Came here for a pedicure while I was waiting to check into my hotel. It was a short walk with no wait time upon arrival, and they were experiencing steady business! They let me leave my luggage inside, which was a blessing. Their color choices were seemingly endless and I appreciated the variety. I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience, and I wish I had more time before my vacation was over, because I would be returning for a manicure as well! I would definitely recommend. Thank you!

I gave this establishment 3 stars because they were very friendly and reasonably priced. The young man that did my pedicure really seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He literally soaked my feet- rubbed lotion on my calves and started painting my toenails. I had to keep asking for certain basic things, such as callous removal/smoothing. He did no cuticle or dead skin (around the nail) removal. Although he was accommodating and didn’t seem bothered by my requesting he do certain things, I don’t feel like I should have to tell someone what to do to receive good service. When all was said and done I paid for a pedicure that looked no different than if I had just painted my toenails at home. Normally after a pedicure, your feet feel and look fresh and soft and clean. I was not happy with the end result

I loved coming here. I came in for a walk in appointment and they got me in quickly and kept me well informed while I was waiting! While I was getting my nails done by Trin, she made me feel like my time was valued and really kept me entertained, while making me feel like I was important. My friends and I had pedicure appointments and arrived on time. they did ave our chairs prepped andready for us. there was a group of walk ins that arrived close to the same time. the pedicurists began my pedicure first and my friends a few minutes after. oddly we were finished around the same time. the pedicures were rushed and they did not provide all of the services listed for the deluxe pedicure. it seems they rushed to get the next group of people in. any hint toward a massage was minimal and they completely skipped the stone massage all together. will not use this business again. my pedicure should not be cut short or be lower quality because they have walk ins waiting

T at perfect nails did an amazing job.. I finally found a place to do my nails the way I like them. Plus she didnt RIP off my real nails while taking off my Acrylic nails.. I will definitely recommend this shop to anyone who wants their nails done right.. Very friendly service and dont hurry and rush you in and out.. they make sure you actually like them before you leave.. IM NEVER GOING ANYWHERE ELSE EVER AGAIN!! Mia is amazing!!! I have had acrylics for 15 years and no one does them the particular shape and length I want. Salons never have the colors or can do the designs I show them. Mia nails it!! I show Mia a picture and it comes out exactly like I want it too. Mia hands down the best technician I have ever been too.

I really liked this place. I thought I finally found a great nail place until today! I walked in and waited and they’ve done 3D nail designs before and then I show them what I wanted done and they say they can’t do it… I get that they work certain hours but then why make an appointment for 6 Alcock if you’re just going to turn someone away… I was mind blown I always have they guy or the cute girl do my nails and they tried to put me with this other lady that I already new can’t do the more complex nails not trying to be rude.. but I do spend good money on my nails every time I go there so wow.. I’m very very frustrated and upset!

I liked it but the guy that did my nails didnt do the best job and first of all he was supposed to use a nude color but didnt and second of all they were supposed to be shorter

They told me to come in and theyd fit me in. I went and a girl started filing my nails. After one hand she asked what I wanted done. I told her. Her response was someone else will have to do that. I dont have time. She got up and walked off leaving one hand with three unfiled nails. Then they told me theyd do the pedicure first. I went and stuck my feet in the water. When I explained I was allergic to latex the woman response was, well, then were not doing it. and she just walked away. I got up and left. Dont waste your time or money on this place.

I love this place! I saw Lori today and I have never been more relaxed. It was such an indulgence and I feel beautiful. My mom and I love to have spa day here for mani-pedis. Trin is also amazing. The art is beautiful, and everyone is so kind and pampering. They also give incredible massages!!! Wow!

I loved this place came here all the time to get my nails done. I walked in 45min before they closed for only a fill, and they refused to help me. Sucks that they couldn’t help a reoccurring customer. They don’t value customer service I will never come here again. Awful the way they treated me.

The lady that did my nails today (Child high pitch voice), I repeated on the phone and in the shop, I wanted a full set acrylic. Not a full set gel. I’ve never gotten gel or never been to this shop before. While she was doing my nails, I thought they do it differently. At the end, I got charged with a full set gel. Again, she plays it off saying I told you the price, which she didn’t. Don’t play me lady. I’m not coming back for thus BS. And of course, your respond is to defend your workers. She told you her side of story and this is my review. I never talked to you in a mean way on the phone but expressed my frustration. by the way, be less sensitive would go a long way.

I loved my nails at first but then noticed my thumb was slanting to the right and not straight also after only having them on 7 days ive already had 2 of my nails lift i hadto go out and buy nail glue to glue it back on because when i showed her one of the nails had lifted she tried telling me that its my fault that it lifted and that i was not being careful lol but in reality it lifted because she clearly did not put eneough glue under them

So I’ve gone here many times I’m leaving a bad review because I’ve been trying to contact them to get my nails done for a while now then they just blocked me, so unprofessional and sad ! Oh well lost a great customer and gained one more bad review !! I tipped very well, I am very kind, and I really enjoyed going here but they’re not professional at all!! Very rude, don’t do very good work unless it’s one certain person ( I’m not mentioning any names ) but other than that this place would have been and continued to be my go to, but all that happened and on top of it they charged a ridiculous amount for sloppy work!

When I found Perfect Nails online, they were just a close to home salon that had an appointment available; they will now be my go to place! I was suffering from a head injury so I couldnt even clip my own nails; the wonderful woman who helped me was so caring, kind, and EXTREMELY patient with me! I am also impressed with their current COVID screening process! They are so amazing! Thank you for helping me during my difficult time! I will be returning for sure!

I have been going here for 2 years & I love it! They always have great service & treat me and my daughter great every time. Only 1 time I had troubles with my polish chipping and they happily fixed it free of charge. I highly recommend them and the prices are great !

The place was nice they were nice with my kid but the gentlemen that works there does not do a good job at all he is slow his paint job was not good at all... Yeah I picked a glitter polish but he didnt even cover the whole nail you can see spots off my nail soaring through... I will not go back..

Me and my sisters went here to get Pedicures the day before our brothers wedding on a recommendation from the bride-to-be. Their experience was fine but the lady doing my pedicure ripped out the side of my cuticle when she cut my nails. If the edges didnt break free after she cut them she tore them out. It is now 4 days after my pedicure and I have an ingrown toe nail and and 2 sore nailbeds. I am in pain with a job that keeps me on my feet.

Super nice ladies was hard to get in there now I just make an appointment first time was 8 years ago off and on since then will always go there now.not sure what kind of butterfly that is but the experience makes it worth it

Got my nails filled and repainted & two days later the gel polish came all off. I did nothing out of the ordinary. Same thing with my nail it started to get a big air bubble and is all off now . Rest are just fine . So sad because usually they do a great job . The lady was just so rushed . She was trying to work an a late appointment and me at the same time and I paid the price.

I am giving this place 2 stars. Let me explain, I got my nails done a month ago.After just a day a few were coming off. I went in and they did fix them for free. They were really nice I will definitely admit that and I am glad I did not have to pay for them to get fixed. However, 6 days later now there were two more coming off again. I did not go back to get them fixed again. I figured, unless all these nails are taken off and redone, I will have another two coming off in a few days again. These nails did not even make it a week before they starting coming off. I loved how they turned out but it is a shame that they do not last at all. I also paid a lot for them. So it did upset me that I paid so much for nails did not last. I have gotten the exact same nails done for $30-$35 before ( I never change the style, just the color I choose). Here it was basically double. I got them done with a lady named Mia. Really nice girl... but unfortunately the nails were overpriced and short lasting..I am giving this place two stars because I would recommend them for their kind customer service, but definitely not for nails...

The ladies at this establishment are very sweet and really good with their nail art. I came in with a reference picture and she was willing to work with me with what I wanted. Very quick and efficient with their work.
