Worst Service! They look horrible and lady got upset because I didn’t want gel !

Coming off a 4 day camping trip after weeks of gardening. I needed this pampering!!! And wasn’t disappointed! Great foot massage and hand massage by both girls (although I don’t know their names), price was very reasonable. We’ll done ladies!😁

Expensive, just for the feet/mani is like $68-69 dollars like what the heck.they do a good job it’s just the prices isn’t okay. But understanding when moving to another state you gotta spend more sometimes

This place was just not it the pricing is very high for very low quality. Went to get a pedicure basically 20 dollars just to paint my nails they didn’t wear gloves for me. It’s very hard to communicate with the people who work there they either are doing something or can’t understand very inconvenient. They charge three extra dollars if you want to paint your nails 2 colors. Didn’t get acrylics because they were very pricey you get charge for anything extra that you want. I would go somewhere else next time.

I’ve been to a ton of nail salons... this is def not the best. Decor is lovely. But nail tech grazed my skin with the drill three times, including a cut on thumb (which stings when soaked in acetone)And then had to be asked several times and specified for an even mani... I walked in with decent nails why would I want to walk out with nails all sorts of different lengths??? And then the dip powder color they gave me was not even close to the picture. Waste of time and moneyThey shaped my nails and applied the dip powder. I paid and going elsewhere to get it done right

Told me a certain time, came back & they still weren’t prepared. Thanks for wasting my time.

1st trip: My sister took me here when I first moved to Vegas in July and they were amazing.My daughter got a mani/pedi with glow in the dark nails. They were done beautifully but peeled off the very next day, (90 bucks for an experience was a little too steep for me) so next time she will just get regular polish.I got a gel mani/pedi and it was done with precision and care. I almost always go with plain black nails and they were awesome. Toes still had gel on them running into September. (Forgot about self care no judgment)I also got my eyebrows waxed and I have not had them done so perfectly since I was 17! Just hands down the best!2nd trip: I forgot where this place was and just settled for another establishment until I could get ahold of my sister, biggest mistake I have ever made for my nails! After going to a different nail place I had to call Fancy Nails so they could fix my full set less than 6 days later.Not only did Yen fix the terrible job but she was gentle and meticulous, my nails have never looked so good!I will be going to see Yen from now until she retires!Please be advised there will be a wait(even with an appointment, walk ins happen) but its a small price to pay for wonderful service, reasonable prices and amazing nails!Bring a book and get ready to be pampered! Allow 2 hours in your schedule and you should be fine!I will be a customer for life! Thank you Yen!!!

Nice service we got there at the right time when I was getting my nails done they started getting busy, I asked for coffin nails but I got more of a square shape but I still love it. I would recommend to come here but it depends on what you want.

Go to creative nails on fort Apache they have great prices and they do great work Fancy nails was the worst experience Ive ever had I left crying the price is definitely do not match the work they are overpriced and their work is terrible

I had called and made an appointment three days before I wanted to get my nails done. When I got there(on time) I had to wait more than an hour. When I asked how long it would take, I was told 15 minutes max. Not only was this extremely unprofessional but also very inconsiderate.

She rushed me through signing in woth my mother and told us to wait outside she would call, she calles my mom in and she finished and I was sent in to pick a color the lady who rushed me ( i believe the boss/owner?) Asked me if I need anything and i said yes the pedicure I signed in for ahe told me again to wait outside...she finally came outside to see if I signed in and i said yea a hour and a half ago and she closed the door and said youll be next..so rude. No customer service skills, after e encounters and ahe still didnt realize im a customer. Dont waste your time or money.

It was amazing. I went to get refilled on my nails and they did them just the way I like them. The customer service was really great and they was able to fit me in the same day that I called. And I will be going back again.

Was my daughter birthday so I went with her to do the pedicure,the spa have to be for relaxing but they was so hurry that 20 there done and kicked out outside because the covid,I paid $85 for 20 let me tell you,IF YOU ARE SO SCARED CLOSE YOUR BUSSINESS,IM NOT RECOMMENDED THIS PLACE!!!

Now you have to make an appointment Wich I understand but they dont honer it. I made my appointment for 1pm, I still had to wait an hour and you have to wait outside. With this heat its a no no! Makes no sense that you have to make an appointment an still have to wait an hour.

Love the clean environment and large TVs. But the only nail tech that is good and charges decent prices is the owner Johnny. he is THE best Ive ever had in my life. I will only see him. he never gets an attitude like others do and he does my nails exactly like I ask. but he is rarely available and has unpredictable schedule .

Call from 3 p.m. to ask for an appointment at 6 p.m. and when I arrive they send me to wait outside when I make an appointment at 6 p.m. and Ive been waiting for more than 30 minutes

Every time I come to this place I set an an appointment and still have to wait an hour or Longer... Both times I set an appointmentI was set to wait and people they knew came in and got seated right away... no matter appointment or not theyre regulars get favoritism. Both times asked for simple designs and they couldnt be done (the Aquarius symbol which is two squiggly lines) after waiting over an hour for the 1 person in the salon that can do disigns...

The only reason why I am giving this a salon a 5 star is because​ of one person and one person only. His name is KENNY he no longer works there sadly but if you are a client of his and cant seem to find him, he works now at Eden Nail and Spa! Its at​ 3900 Paradise Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89169!! I was very happy to receive​ a call from him. He does a great job in his work, very friendly and does the most amazing job on your nails.

I’ve been to this nail salon many times and I never write reviews but I felt like they deserve another good one. They always greet you once you walk in and they are extremely friendly. It does get busy sometimes but they try their best to be quick while also doing a amazing job on your nails. Their prices aren’t too high and they have many different colors and designs to choose from. Highly recommend them and I will keep coming here as a regular costumer! :)

I have been here three times. The first time was great I had Kenny which was recommended by a friend and emphasized I never go to anyone else there.. second time I went to Kenny and couldnt decide the exact shape of my nails..he snapped and said why did you make me do that theyre exactly how they were before..this time I went back and got a pedicure and nails done by another man there..nothing matches except the damn nail color after I had him file many nails to correct shapes. Very frustrating and once he was done they still dont match with one another. One thumb is squared and the other is barely rounded. And the pedicure woman cut hangnails and then pulled them back. And continued after I stated it hurt. They still sting a couple hours later. I will never go back and I will never recommend this place again. I am beyond annoyed. Especially after spending 90$

I asked for an ombré nail set and I didn’t get that and it was $75. All my friends were telling me that it wasn’t worth $75. It wasn’t even an ombré look and i had a crooked nail. Not worth it, it’s too expensive.

Came here for the first time for a fill & gel polish. The girl who did my nails is named Bunny, she is very nice & friendly. I really recommend her, she makes you feel welcomed & comfortable. Over all she did a great job on my nails. Only paid$33 for a fill & gel. Definitely sticking with her for now on.

This is my favorite nails salon. They got professional and friendly technicians here. The most impressive thing here for me is that they have talent artist technicians. I love their designs, every single of them. I came here today and got a full set with pink color and design. The artist technician gave me a beautiful design look like back and white music notes rain, each nail has a different texture. I really loved it and now I feel so confident to show up my nails everywhere I go.

I love this place! I will only go here to do my eye lashes, acrylic sets, and pedicures! The best place ever!

Walked in for just a wax, they said it would an hour? For a wax? Most places push a wax, but I was nice and waited, when it was an hour I asked and the lady in the front right rudely said, 15 more minutes. We have people in front of you! I told her, I already have been waiting an hour!? And she didnt say anything. While I was waiting 2 employees left? They couldnt get me in?

Really love doing nails here. They got a huge collection of designs and I tried many of them. There are some technicians like real artists here, they can make some fabulous designs that no one else can make it. The design and color are also very strong, they can stay pretty for a long time.

I went to fancy nails on 10/22/19 and I normal let Jonny or his wife do my nails he do very good 👍I came in he was not I I ask the sister to do my nails she said yes I came @ 6 I waited a hour for her went to Dottys to kill time .I come back she tell me I can’t get my nails done there going home .I went and lost A $100.00 and still did not get my nails done 😩that not good business at all I very disappointed in fancy nails and that’s not how business is done

The last one by Yen, couldnt pick out my 2 tones. Cut my nails too short an have 2 cuts on my right thumb. So much in a hurry. Inconsistent. Dawn looked at my nails and said you need to show this to Jennifer. If you saw them, you would be mad. Cant even explain my left nails.wanted a two tone and knew she couldnt do it. Cut my right thumb twice. Yes have pics, only you to do my my nails. Looking for my place. Prices also change in a minute. She tried to do to do to due more than she could handle. I came in today for a for a fill in I was the only one sitting there then two other people came in and he took those people before me, after I waited for 30 minutes for him to get done with his customer and go outside and take a break. Ive been a loyal customer and always tipped. I will never return and take my business somewhere else.

Need to learn to do a pedicure and full set. I have been here several times, because its close to my house and the men do a lot better job than these women( with the exception of Jennifer). Time to find another place. I went to restroom after getting my pedi and there wasnt any soap!!

I didnt like that for everything that I asked the lady to do she would tell me the price. Everything is 5 dollars more or 10 dollars more. I dont like greedy places that charges for every little thing. Okay! I have come back there and I noticed that my nail polish does not last more then three days. I think their nail polishes are old, cause it is not the first time that they didnt last more then 3 days. Is is too bad, I liked the last lady I was with. I cant keep paying 60 dollars in nails that wont last - then after 3 days you have to pay more money to have it fixed. Oh and also, none of them know how to get ingrown nails off. I kept asking, but she couldnt understand me, so I end up doing it myself, right there. Can you believe that? Really disappointed .

Everytime I come here there customer service is great and my pedicure is the best ived been to other places and there pedicures arent as good as these guys and my nails are always on point no matter the design or length. I highly recomend them.

Recently got my nails done and it was horrible payed a good amount for uneven nails, the lady was so rough my fingers went completely numb. She was filing them down so hard the pain was unbearable. Never again!!!!

I usually have no issues here and am a regular customer. However my last experience was terrible and my toe was ridiculously infected with puss and blood after my pedicures. I was on a treatment of antibiotics for 3 days and they refused to give me a refund after i politely asked for it.

I came here to do my fullset. The place was so nice. They have many workers so I didnt have to wait for a long time. I got my fullset with french tips. It came out so pretty, and the nails stylist did it quick but very professional. This was the first time here and I satisfied with their service. I will come back next time.

Worst place to get your nails done! Went in for a full set The owner Jennifer did a horrible job my nails are uneven, some nails are longer than the other my nails are not filed properly completely rough around the edges and they are super thick! She even had a attitude the whole time while doing my nails and was very rude! Dont make the mistake I made by going here save yourself the time and money and find a better place!

I have been going to this location to get my nails done for the past two years. Generally speaking, I am always pleased with the job that is done and my gel nails (with powder over my natural nail) lasts a month, sometimes I can push it until the next payday, so about 6 weeks.Pros:-A ton of nail designs, colors, polish types. Yes, some of the polishes are a bit more than what is posted but I have never had a problem with not being told up front the polish Im choosing is more.-Clean, tidy place.-Excluding one person, everyone does good quality work and, although I dont think Im the pickiest person, I hardly ever walk out of there disappointed.Cons--upcharges for nail shapes. I had asked about getting my nails shaped into the stiletto shape. Like I said before, Im not a picky nail person so maybe I dont understand the work that goes into them, but an additional 20-30 for that shape is crazy.-the girl who (currently) works at chair 9. The three times I have been disappointed with my nails I was seated with her. She is very sweet but this last time I got my nails done, all the gel polish peeled off my nails after a week week, two of my nails broke within the first couple of days and two others are so horribly misshapen that a male coworker asked what happened to my nail. He thought I had cut it with scissors. I really feel she needs to be retrained or not do nails, she may do great with pedis.-you can call and make an appointment but that doesnt mean you actually have one. I have witnessed, more than once, a person answer the phone and set up an appt. with a customer but never write down the info so the other person knows they have an appt. the next day.-long wait times- its a generally busy place and if its a slower time of the day, they only have a few people working. Be prepared to spend an hour and half there, a few times, I have been taken right away but generally speaking you will be waiting about 20 minutes before you get seated.

Never again! From service from staff (RUD) to nail rush work (UN EVEN NAILS, CUT MY CUTTICLES FEW TIMES), unhappy with my experience, there are just better and nicer professionals nail spots.

Every single toenail is cut uneven... I would think after comming here for 2 years someone would care to fix it.... But NO!!! Dont care about your loyalty they just want your hard earned money. Im so tired of the bad and cocky attitude in this place. Im so angry i allowed myself to continue to spend money here for so long
