Worst Customer experience ever!!!! They were talking to each other the entire time I was there “getting a pedicure “ Not a good job by the way .. bad !bad ! Took almost an hour to get me out, And what’s worst they didn’t were masks properly. Someone got there before I left without a mask and started sneezing without covering his nose.... stating he was the husband’s owner, really?! Disgusting!!!

The worst place ever, gave me the hardest time over putting jewels on my nails. My nails were supposed to be stiletto but were all crooked none of the nails were the same shape lmao, bruhhh stay away!!!

I went in to get serviced, the lady told me 5:30 . I came back about 4:45 and waited. Tell acknowledged that I was there and waited until 6:00 pm to tell that they had an Appointment and asked me to come back tomorrow. Absolutely inconsiderate!!!

There is only 2 people I will allow to do my nails and pedicure. Vicki pedicure and the older guy that sits up front soon as you walk in to the left when you walk in. The only one sitting there next to atm machine. Those 2 and thats it. The rest are rude and unhappy with there jobs. Ive had my nails and toes messed up by others working there, Ive also got cut by one of the nail tech then he wants to argue with you he didnt do it until I showed him the blood. Eyebrows done by owner also but she tends to also be rude at times.

Absolutely the worst service ever I feel the women there are racist after waiting 50 minutes to get eyelashes done I was told I had to pay before I get the service. I had previously saw another client pay after the service while I was waiting and it was no problem, that client was Hispanic & I am black. The nail lady said it was to see if her machine was working. I replied you just did a transaction why wouldnt it work with my card, she then said she sometimes has problems with her connection which is understandable, but what strikes me as odd is that if thats a problem why would you not try everyones card, why was I the only one in the shop paying before my service was done. Why were all the other 6 ladies in the shop getting service done without having to pay 1st ? I felt singled out as I was the only black woman in the shop, then I said ok no problem, but if it is not done properly & I have glue all over my face I want a refund, because I dont want to pay for bad service if its not done right. I was told I couldnt have a refund if she messes up & that she didnt want to do my eyelashes after I questioned her. I am absolutely outraged, upset, & insulted the worst service ever

This place sucks! Regular pedi with french is $25 she never stated price in the beginning. She did a half ass job removing my gel coat an i had to tell her to redo it. Both ladies looked at em like it was fine. ChECK bathrooms ladies! If its dirty which is was...Walk away! #ontothenext

This place is filthy. The nail techs do not sterilize their equipment before using again. Very dangerous and unsanitary. I am reporting to State licensing!
