This was the best rental car company i have ever went to. was in and out of that place less than 25 min. The car was nice and clean for my family and i we went to California it drove so smooth and the AC was perfect thank you AAA car rental for a great car.

When i got brought out to the car it was so clean in side and out side of the car. AC and the radio was perfect i took my family to California and had an amazing time. Had series radio didnt have any problems with the car thank you so much AAA car rentals.

Unfortunately, everything about this company is built on deception. Lies and deception. The cost of a new passenger car on the site was $ 76. And they said the same on the phone. when I arrived for the car. Price changed by $ 139. The cars on offer are new and clean. This is not so (The car was given to me in poor technical condition. When you go, everything cracks and it seems that it will fall apart on the road. The interior of the car is dirty. Since I came on a business trip, and my time went according to plan. I did not have time to go looking other car I do not recommend this company to anyone Bad, Expensive, Deceptive and old bad cars.

What a great place the worker Yolanda and Austin are amazing help and very nice. The car we rented out was perfect it was clean and worked really well. I hope people start taking care of your cars inside and out because this one was amazing and i got my deposit back right away the lady told me the deposit will come back 24-48 hours and it came back 24 hours. i work in customer service and people only get bad reviews when they dont get things back but this place was the best.

Idk how this place has 4 stars. Scam ethics. After re- renting car over and over for a week, the day I was ready to return it I was forced to return at a certain time or face a full day charge plus $50 late fee. The plan, as it had been, was to pay another day, over the phone, and keep the car versus paying a day plus late fee and turn it in at same time. Well Boss Lady told us after the second call that she needed to call us back. Never heard from her after hour and a half so we proceeded to take car back as we only needed a hour over deadline. We got there and office was open but empty. She saw us coming and went in back room. Her assistant came out to do her dirty work by charging us late fee. After we explained and complained he retreated to back of office and came back to say she would be calling us?? She called and had no memory, ear or care for what we discussed and the fact we had been waiting for her to call us back for a sure deadline. 99% of our payments were over phone so she knew we were consistent and NEVER LATE. Had she called us back and said you have X amount of time, we would have paid another day if time didnt permit us to keep it AND avoid ANY FEES. We paid well over $800 for a week and that wasnt enough for Boss Lady, she wanted more money at any cost, even losing a customer and risking a bad review was not worth being professional. Discrepancy about fuel due to contradicting paperwork was an issue as well. Nice at first, nasty and deceitful once youre in that contract. Consumer beware!! P.S. Economy cars are not even worth the rental.

SCAMMy boyfriend and I went to this place after landing in Las Vegas on a small weekend trip. We never been to Vegas and just needed something to get us around so this seemed like a good option. Renting the car was easy. We paid the rental and the receptionist there also asked my boyfriend to send a security deposit to her cash app and that shed return it once we dropped off the rental. Now the car that she gave us( Grey Chrysler) inside was dirty. The outside had all types of scratches that she accounted for and the gas was on E. She told us to return it the way we got it and we even filled the gas up to the 5th tick on the meter. Well above E. Thought we were good. Well we came and dropped the car off the next day on Sunday and she said shed return the deposit when they reopened on Monday. Well guess what Monday came and they werent answering the phone. When she did answer She said she wasnt returning the deposit. She started making all these excuses saying the car was dirty and we didnt return it on time... How are you to track whether it was returned on time if yall are closed?... All these excuses were made just so the receptionist could keep the extra money she asked for through cash app. SO no, I dont recommend this place. If they ask you to send a security deposit through cash app dont listen to them. Theyll scam you. On top of that they yell and cuss when you start asking questions. Bad service. Poor character. Lol on top of that my boyfriend is black and so was the lady that helped us. He trusted in her more than most and she turned out to be a really ugly person. Good luck!

This place is great, I has been running around trying to find a car rental place so that I could continue with my plans for my better half, but then I came across this place and the two people I met were so nice and down to earth I think it was Yolonda and I can’t remember the guy name but he was very nice that helped me as well. Rented a nice Chevy Malibu with a cash deposit, it is easy process and no return ticket needed. Yolanda was helpful and worked with me on the price, they have a whole bunch of cars and SUVs for all different price ranges. Bottom line, they will have you on the road.

Very nice and helpful people. They worked with me when Hyundai completely dishonored their warranty on my new car and I was left without in for over 2 months. The staff at AAA are real people and understand lifes ups and downs and they went above and beyond to assist me. Please do not rent with this company. After being given a vehicle that didn’t have working rearview mirrors, not working airbags, and a broken dashboard, they refused to give me my money back. They give me a more expensive car that I had to pay more money for and when I return the car in perfect condition they tell me that I went over my mile limit, which I have pictures of before and after. I figured they would try and pull something like this. Please heed my warning and do not go with this company for your next rental. I’ll be looking into legal options after losing over $600 for a 2 day rental.

This is what i got for $80.00 a day. The air didn’t work and it shook when you pushed on the gas. The check engine light was on. They refused to give me my money back.

Im under 25 and apparently that means places wont rent to me even tho I have my license since I was 17. But anyway aaa rented to me with my own insurance and an affordable under age driver fee. I did use my prepaid debit card and everyone was so nice to me. The car was super cute and smelled good. I would recommend to any one younger and responsible looking for a rental.

I was in Vegas for business this past weekend, and EVERY car rental place was sold out. I ended up finding this place in hopes they would have something. I was assured they had a vehicle available. As soon as I arrived the vehicle was clean and waiting for me. The process was quick and easy I paid with my debit card, and the vehicle was nice, clean, and affordable. Overall a great experience, will defiantly be renting from them again.

This place seems legit and I understand very pricey given the fact that they accept cash and debit card. But the girl working the front is pushy and rude. I had to leave stating it was too expensive. But the cold unwelcoming attitude from their front office person was unacceptable. I rather spend double with friendly Uber/Lyft drivers.

Awful. Dont go there. They quote you one price and charge you another. I have a $30 descrepency that no exclamation given. Ill probably never get it back. Im also starting to worry about my deposit that has not been credited back to my credit card (its been 8 business days, so I hope it will be soon). This place is shady. Online says 69 for full size vehicle. You get there and they say theres only a few cars left and the only available small vehicle is 129 a day. Bait and switch.

I would just like to say this place is awesome. Ive been renting with them for a while now. They let me extend as needed which is real helpful. They also accept any form of payment. The selection of cars is nice and reliable for the price point. Recommend to any one looking for a quick rental.

Stay away, our friends were told lower prices when in reality they probably never had that car. Proceeds to charge us 600$ for a car that just came out of a demo derby. Gave us a diff one and looked like the trunk was hit on the side couldnt open. Lady running was acting smug. Go to hertz/enterprise/etc. They dont clean or fix these cars.

I came here looking for a rental because my car was in the shop. I had no idea what I was doing, but Lina and Logan made everything so quick and painless. I was in and out to my rental in 15 mins. The car was decent for the price I paid, they stayed in my price range and really cared about helping an old woman like myself. My deposit was reasonable and the best part FULLY REFUNDABLE. Thank goodness for AAA car rentals for making a horrible experience a whole lot easier! Thank you guys so much.

I stumbled across AAA car rentals, and they were able to get me in a cost efficient, reliable vehicle, in less then 10 mins. The process was quick and easy! This place is the worst over priced bad car horrible customer service car rental place I ever been to rented a 2013 Hyundai Elantra for for 5 days with a $200 deposit that they are now trying to keep the car was beat up had lights on that wouldn’t turn off stains on the seats that looked like the imaginable I turned the car the guy insured me everything was okay in my deposit will be refunded back to my card here it is a week in half later I called in the lady tells me that someone else was driving the car when I told her i was the only driver she called me a liar in said they charged me a $100 for a second driver that not on any paper in that I didn’t not tell them to do that then she goes on to say they are taking the other $100 for damages they feel I put on the car that was already on the car in which they waiting until I called to tell me this once I told the lady I will be having my bank get the deposit back she then treated to file a claim with my insurance Channel 13 news should be looking into these scammer that call there self a car rental place when all there cars are beat up they need to be shut down so many customer having the same problem

Booked an awesome trip for me and my little sister to fly into Vegas and drive to Los Angeles for a couple days, and the absolute most important part of being able to make this treck was completely ruined by these guys!!! I called a week in advance to book a cash car rental for three days from this company and when I arrived at noon on the day of my reservation they informed me they had no available cars for me for atleast four hours and would call me as soon as they did. (9 hours later still no call) I’m now sitting in a busted down Vegas hotel with my little sister completely stranded🥳🥳 Thanks a ton AAA you guys are 🗑

I could rate this 0 stars if I could. We came from Wisconsin in a party of 20 for a wedding. We got to Nevada and needed to find a quick rental and a lot of the other places were sold out. Came across AAA, they had one car available, a worn down, dented red Hyundai with ashes in the inside already and sticky stuff on the door (smh)The store manager, Lena told us she would switch the car out for a SUV as soon as a couple hours and she would even bring it to the Airbnb we all rented. The next day I called and asked again about switching the car for an SUV. At this point the car wouldn’t start correctly and would jump when it starts or just not start at all. The more my boyfriend drove this car the more we realized what was all wrong with it.I CALLED ALL WEEK.. SATURDAY THRU THURSDAY. Tuesday I called and acted like I hadn’t already rented a car and wanted to rent a SUV. They said yeah! we have an SUV ready. I told them I had rented and PAID FOR an SUV almost a week ago then they had another excuse.. the SUV that’s availableNeeds an oil change. Smh And Wednesday/ Thursday they didn’t answer whatsoever.We went Thursday to return the car and as were talking to some new worker, I call the store to see why they haven’t been answering my calls and myNumbers saved under “wants to switch to SUV” YES!!! I DID!!! A WEEK AGO!!! We relied on having 4 trucks / SUVS because of how many people we had visiting. I tell this lady we just want to return the car and on everything I love this woman had the nerve to say she saw someone else driving the car so we couldn’t get the deposit back. Long story short don’t trust LENA don’t go thru this company. Im beyond upset we spent 1000$ on a rental we could barely use

Best rates in town, even when Hertz was sold out. I had limited amount of money and they actually worked with me. The process was simple, no credit check (phew). I dont have a credit card, because cash is girls best friend. haha

My Mercedes broke down and these guys just rented me a car with cash. Nice Ford Focus with a backup camera, no questions or problems. All cash. Great service, Lina really worked with my situation and insurance.

Unless youre preference is no hubcaps, seats with cigarette burns, vibrations from the transmission and excessive cabin noise this place is not for you! It was the worst car rental experience ever! They charge a $300 dollar deposit and their daily rates are no better than reputable car rental brands. The car we rented was barely road worthy. Perfect for a drug deal, but dont put your family in it or get on the highway. I should have looked at the car first before I signed the mountains of excessive paperwork. Stay away from this outfit unless your a drug dealer! If I could give less than 1 star I would.

Lina is a horrible person. She was upset because my daughter left a review about her horrible customer service and she refused to give me back my cash deposit. Don’t rent a car here. Please go to Ark Rental or Express rental their prices are fair and their cars are great. I’ve made a report with the DMV compliance Department due to the fraud committed by Lina.

So who knew that American rental car companies doesn’t accept cash? SMH We tried all the big companies and no avail. We found AAA Car Rentals on google and they accept cash and even a Ukrainian debit card. Fast service, no questions asked. This saved our trip and they even matched the price enterprise was giving us. They saved our trip because Ubers get expensive especially if you are going to all the sights.
