Guys!!! Please Stop what you’re doing and READ!!! The owner of this location name is Clyde I want to thank him soooo very much for his EXCEPTIONAL customer service!!! What a horrible day I had at the pickup location at Sahara but when I arrived at his location his was swift to action, even giving me complementary days because of some bad customer service I had(DONT RENT FROM EAST SAHARA HLE) at a different location. Clyde is the absolute man! If you need car rental services I HIGHLY suggest going to the Rancho location in Vegas.
If I could give less than this I would. Amazing how customer service just no longer exists.. booked a car within an hour went to pickup and was told we dont have that car.. you can pay to upgrade if you want. First I was told its not my problem by the supposed manager.. then bianca the regional manager told me also it wasnt there problem.. after more rude conversation a oh well I was going to offer you a ride to my location to pick up a car if that was a solution all along why did we wait until its escalated to give the rude offer?! What a joke and clearly having any sort of status or tenure renting with hertz doesnt matter. Save your time and go elsewhere
This location is phenomenal! They have great customer service. I cant say enough good things about Kalani and Clyde. Went above and beyond to help me in a tight situation with my car. Special thanks to Greg who was there from another location that helped me with the car!
I call over and over, they pick up and hang up. They don’t even try. I prepaid everything already and they don’t even answer so we can confirm if they have a car for us because yesterday they didn’t. Whoever is on schedule Friday 17, 2021. Hertz please Fire them.Submitting formal complaint as well.
- Staff was rude- Asked to speak to the manager since the desk staff was unable to resolve my issue. I called him twice on his cell, but he never called back, only texted.- Car was dirty- Staff initially refused to come out and do a pre-rental inspection of the vehicle before I drove off. Which just seemed fishy- I usually go with Enterprise, which is what I will do from now on
Just finished renting from there and returned my rental. Fro. Start to finish pretty simple and easy. Staff helpful and nice. I really had no issues. Im happy ace didnt have any cars forcing me to find my new favorite rental car place.
When I walked in, I was already frustrated and worried about if I was going to be able to get in a car after calling around everywhere on a Saturday because my insurance set me up for a hertz that was closed on Saturday. Clyde helped me first and he was really nice and polite. Then Bianca, the assistant manager was the one to get all of my paper work together and she was very polite, professional and funny at the same time. People like them make a frustration situation become the complete opposite! Thank you.
Bianca and staff are awesome. They are professional and patient. The cars are quality and are clean and smell good. I will definitely use them for my car rental needs.
No stars👎. I was in a car accident and insurance company referred us here. Had their car for 2 days and they charged us for 3 plus insurance company already cut them a check. Trying to double dip into customers pockets..No good. Had to go through 3 different people before they could figure out their own mistake and offer us our mo e back. Hows that for service!

Will never use hertz again its like the dont want to rent theit cars they dont listen and want to do things the long way .you better bring your entire lifs history with u and a blood sample.they are rude and if your on vacation just plan on a whole dsy renting the car .this place blows 3950 rancho,las vegas nevada doesnt even deserve a star
Yolanda is the rudest person I’ve ever met. Both times I dealt with her she didn’t get out of her chair. She made me pass the keys to her twice that were 5 inches from her because she didn’t want to reach. She also made me go to the car and right down my own mileage and gas. Unbelievable! When you walk in the door she stares at you and doesn’t say a word! Management needs to fix this!!!
The staff was friendly, helpful, and treated me with respect. They offered me a great rate on a nice vehicle.

This location is charging me for a car that I didnt have! They rented out a car to me in which the tires were so bad it was unsafe to drive. The vehicles are suppose to be thoroughly inspected before being rented out to people and someone obviously wasnt doing their job. I had the car one day and then had to return it the next morning due to the tires being so bad it was starting to lose air. Had the vehicle towed (by the company provided through calling the number in which the car was rented from) from my house and confirmed the location in which the car was being returned. I did everything that I was suppose to do on my end to returning this car but am still being charged for a whole week. And nobody seems to know how to resolve this problem. Seems like a scam that they rent out cars that are UNSAFE TO DRIVE and expect you to pay for them and their mistakes and miscommunication with the tow company that is provided by them. Been out of work for over a month now due to these charges not being fixed and everyone I have spoke to is unknowledgable or just doesnt want to help with this issue. Do not rent from this company!!!
The worst service ever... so i picked up my car 2 days ago covered through my insurance. I drive a truck nothing comparable to my truck they give me a Lincoln car i take it. Next day when I look at the tries they are balled 0 tread i take it back. Yolanda same rude woman as before says they have Ford Explorer outside for a ford customers and apparently they have priority over it and will rent it to me. When i was promised that the second a bigger vehicle came in Id get a call. The rudest women ever.

Dont ever rent the car from them. They will tell you do not have to clean the car so they can charge you $400.00. Poor service and they will rip you off every way they can. Plus the car was a little bit dirty..

Horrible customer service. We rent a car thrue priceline and when we arrive to the office with the confirmation number the lady at customer service desk told me that we have to pay an additional $150 charge to upgrate because they dont have the car we already rent available! So, we lost time. Money because we paid $30 uber to come here and also we lost the reservation to our destination. I used to rent with enterprise and I never had this problem. If they dont have the car they up grade not additional charge for the customer. Never ever rent with hertz .
