I shipped my car and motorcycle from Honolulu with Pasha Hawaii. I tried contacting Road One several times over rhe phone to schedule the pick up, but no-one picked the phone. I went in person the first day that, according to Pasha Hawaiis web I could pick up my vehicle. The person there treated me with an attitude, telling me I had to wait to be called, and that without scheduled pick up there was nothing to do. I told her that, on the way in, had seen the motorcycle parked outside, but she said the car had not arrived. She told me I had to wait to be called. I told her that the next day (Saturday) I had to be on the road to New York and, please, could they call me as soon as the car came in.The phone call came in at 5:02 pm (they close at 5:00 pm). I asked if I could pick them up right then, but was told I had to wait until Monday! Again the attitude. The stay cost me over 700 dollars (hotels + uber + meals). I am sure the car did not come in at 5:00 pm. It must have arrived earlier, but they waited until closing time to call me.If I could give them 0 stars I would.On top of that I had to rearrange all hotel stops from San Diego to New York adding extra expenses.Thank you!

Very easy Shipping our truck to the Big Island. They did a quick job checking it in. Only bummer is they kept my drivers license. I returned later to retrieve.

Originally wanted car auction for a steal of a deal, only hiccup was that it did not come with any keys, as posted Within the description. The following day I go to receive the vehicle and hired a locksmith to manufacture a t which cost around $300. Since they do not allow a locksmith on to the property and they did not bring it out until youve paid for the vehicle oh, I was stuck in a tight spot. After paying for the vehicle and having it removed from the property I noticed that there is a key underneath the foot mat. Same he they said was not provided in the vehicle which I could not confirm until after purchasing. Yet they say since I purchased it they cannot reimburse me the cost that I had to submit for the key replacement. Bottom line they are not a reputable company that I would trust again

Scammers! Called to have a vehicle towed and overcharged me saying it took over an hour and a half to get the vehicle towed after it was picked up. The drop off location is no more than 20 minutes and absolutely no traffic! Do not use they will double your invoice and you have no choice but to pay or they will not drop the vehicle. Will be filing with the BBB. Said their supervisor would call back and have not received a call back. Absolutely robbers! Would have tipped their driver very generously as we also own our own service and gratuity is important to our staff. But thanks to the people doubling the bill therewent the drivers tip.Worst towing experience. What a joke of how this business is ran

Awful employees. Absolutely zero customer service skills. Upon arrival, a bearded man about 57 and overweight was extremely rude about where I parked, then directed me to the WRONG service menu. Once I went to said wrong window, the curly-haired hispanic woman directed me to the first service window, where there was NO ONE working. I notified this woman about the empty window and she proceeded to tell me someone would be there and continued on with her non-work related conversation. As if getting your vehicle towed isnt an already inconvenient service, dealing with incompetent employees at these types of places is extremely frustrating. With the amount of Americans out of their jobs currently, Id be happy to refer some people who would be HAPPY to have a job and ecstatic about treating customers with dignity and respect.

CAUTION! DO NOT HIRE!! The driver was the best part. He was quick and efficient. Terrible customer service otherwise. I was charged an extra 80$ AND that was BEFORE I signed the invoice. The dispatcher obviously had no patience to talk through the issue with me and later on the owner basically said he’ll reimburse me if I never call him again. We’ll see if I even get the overcharge back. They had no time to listen to the real situation and based their overcharge on 50 years experience. Too bad that doesn’t translate into better customer service. I probably would have been willing to pay the extra $$ had they been willing to listen and serve me well. DO NOT HIRE!!

Gave me only 24 hours to get vehicle out, hence after that pay $41 a day to store, no negotiating or working with. I was to $300.00 if not, choice to pay or turn over title. The staff very cold and greedy. The girl that escorted me to my vehicle could care less of having conversation or any empathy as I dragged my belongings out of the yard.I believe they price gouge and giving very little time to get vehicle is a ploy to discourage getting vehicle out, so you have to sign title over for profit. There system is about make it hard and sell vehicle. I did send message to city council no response! There should be a law against such mistrust and abuse against all towing companies. They should be capped just like renting caps against owners raising rent.

The folks were especially kind and helpful at Road 1 when my freinds car was towed to there lot. Most of the towing business Ive seen in my lifetime are cold to the customers. It was quite different here, the lady at their office was kind and understanding. By the time we left the lot she had us in stitches and in a good mood by the time we left.

Towed my truck because the registration was out due to the dmv not processing my change of address form none of which is their fault. However they towed it 5.5 miles and stored it for 1 hour while I went to the dmv to get things sorted it. Total time from tow until I picked it up was 1 hour 36min. Total bill was $366, so yeah when you aren’t talented enough to make a business that earns its revenue the honest way you’re left taking advantage of people who have no choice in the matter. I hope you guys stop dealing with the city it’s all bad for your business.

Storage container moving- I called Roadone to move a shipping container, a container that they delivered to the same location 4 years ago. Unfortunately, they sent a delicate flower instead of a driver! After 30 minutes of walking up and down the driveway, the driver determined that he was incapable of using reverse, or perhaps reverse wasnt functioning on his truck. After a call to his supervisor, he left. Which gave me my second bad opinion of the day, what kind of supervisor lets a driver make a bad decision like this AFTER they are ino a job for 4 hours and approximately 125.00 in fuel.. if they make these bad business decisions regularly they are going to have to raise rates on service calls and storage fees! They refused to even refer another company to me and I needed to move the container within 24 hours in order to close escrow on my fathers house, who recently passed. After an hour of phone work I discovered C&D Towing. The man who answered was smart enough to Google earth the pick up and drop off location, he immediately determined that backing up 300ft would not be a problem for his drivers. The truck and drivers that came were outstanding, they were nice and incredibly competent.. backed up the driveway in less than 10 minutes.If you need to move a container or be towed, and have no time for nonsense, call C&D Towing, theyll send equipment that works and drivers that know how to use it!

Dropped my car off here to be shipped to Hawaii. I arrived 20 minutes before my appointment time and they took my car right then. The check in process was super fast. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Hope they take good care of my car!

We called before we went there we told them we needed to get our wallet out of the car it was an accident when we arrived the girl behind the counter said we would have to pay her $50 to go in the car but we had no ID because the wallet was in the car so she checked only the front of the car said she couldnt find it came back he said too bad she was only looking in the front so she told us to come back next week which we havent had a chance to yet rude inconsiderate it said too bad horrible

I used them for their car shipping pick up through Pasha. Last time I picked up my car from the docks they gave me a coupon for a free car wash, they dont do that here. I brought it to them detailed and they cant give it back to me clean. Also, I was standing outside for about 15 minutes waiting for them to get my car. It took about 10 minutes for the guy to even leave the building. I had an appointment, so they shouldve had my keys and paperwork ready. That way when I got there they shouldve popped out and grabbed my car lickety split. Otherwise they were friendly and no damage to my car.

If using with Pasha shipping out of Hawaii, recommend using someone else. They do not talk to one another so as a result there is no communication on changes to arrival and ship dates. Everything online stated a specific drop off date and arrival date. After dropping off my car to ship on Friday, and everything still showing the anticipated arrival date, I checked in to see the status on Monday and was then told that I was supposed to drop it off several days earlier in order to make the boat that it is supposed to be on, which is still two days away. No one said a thing to me on Friday when I dropped it off. The people here said it’s all on Pasha, Pasha said they don’t notify customers of changes, which one wouldn’t know about because the information they provide online isn’t updated. So now as a result I’ll be out a couple of hundred dollars to make a last minute rental car reservation until my car arrives. Customer service on both ends are pretty clueless. I used a different company years ago to ship a vehicle, they were more hands on and better service.

The worst service I have ever had. In the beginning price was $120. When the driver came he gave me totally different price, which was $100 more. Dont hire them!!!

The shadiest company I’ve ever seen. They never showed up but still charged me. When I disputed the charge with my credit card company, they submitted a document with my forged signature. Pretty sure that’s criminal.

So I made a call from Orange county in Santa Ana .my dad he was stranded in Rancho Santa Fe Solana Beach CA on the freeway the 5 going down south at night pitch black with no help in sight ..he gave me a call for help to find a towing company near him so I did ..I called several towing truck companys but many failed me 😏...Until I got referred to this one Road One ...they didnt fail my dad helped arrived, they hooked him and took him to his destination 💪..road 1 is the beast in the west 🤙🔥🔥

This is the tow company that tows your car when you DONT want it towed. They work for SDPD. And, as you can see from the dropped Harley in the photo and the driver laughing about it, they have no respect for your property.
