AVOID this place for any price!!! People wait for hours for a shuttle and then hours in a line. Stuff is super slow and not helpful. I have plenty of time to write a long negative review, while standing in a line. The pavilion itself is horrible, I would think in a place like this people keep stolen cars; and the location is perfect to hide from everyone. I didn’t see my car yet, so fingers crossed.

I am not sure where these other people went to but it wasnt Economy rent a car.Great experience throughout! Price was ideal, infact I felt I was robbing them. I had a few questions prior to collection which were answered and the collection process was slick. I made a last minute change, which they had to make a call to accommodate, from arriving to driving off was about 30 minutes. 5 minutes lined up, 15 trying to sort my change out and paying etc, 10 inspecting the car and loading it.The lady behind the counter could have told me very simply my request wasnt possible or I would have to re-book so I went in expecting to negotiate but this wasnt necessary. she disappeared and came back and said it wasnt a problem but just had to change the paperwork. The car was immaculate and brand new with less than 400 miles on the clock. dropping it off was even simpler.I will certainly make these guys first choice in future for my hire car and recommend to others.

Be careful booking with this place. They do not allow extensions or change of dates and times but will charge you for the full amount. The car selection will drastically change and no one will help solve your problems. Even within minutes of booking. Stick with hertz, enterprise, and dollar. They are legitimate rental companies helping drivers.

I addressed the discrepancy and he said it doesnt matter if I prepaid he went ahead and charged my credit card an extra 316.74 he said l would have to contact the company l booked with to get my money, also claimed there was an extra 200 to drop in California which is false, lve been renting back and forth from Nevada to California and never have l been charged a fee. They were terrible! They charge a $500 deposit which is crazy. I dont use credit cards so this was going to be charged on my debit card and wouldnt be released for 5 to 10 days after dropping off the vehicle. They would not take a credit card over the phone either. I was also traveling with my 3 year old and it took over 4 hours. Luckily I had my mother in law who drove there to provide a credit card. Then not even a month after my trip I got a collection notice for $211 to replace a tire. I literally drove there and someone did an overview of the car and everything was fine. They scam people so I would recommend spending a little extra at a credible location.

The car i left in needed to be serviced and after waiting 2 hours i completely missed the sticker at the top left hand corner of the windshield that was could only be seen from the inside neither I or the gentlemen who helped me to clean the inside of the car before I left saw it. But the gentlemen who helped me to process the rental was very nice and helpful even when I got to L.A. was very nice and helpful the second car that I had had no issues.

TLDR: Rude agents, shady location, lied to us about their policy, then stole our money! If I could rate zero stars, I would. I dont say this lightly; this is the first negative review of a business Ive had to leave!I shouldve known to stay away from this company before my trip even started. I had to call in to extend my reservation a few weeks before my trip, and the guy on the phone was short-tempered, impatient, and extremely rude. He even hung up on me when I tried to ask him a question! It took me a week to even want to try calling back. Then, day of travel we leave the airport via shuttle and get to the car rental building and their counter isnt even there! A large white van came to pick us up, instead of the shuttle buses that every other company had. Also suspicious. The driver explained to us that their lot was behind the Fox Rental lot, and it looked very suspicious! He drove us past rows of wrecked and totaled cars, also not good. Someone else on here posted pictures of the building and offices; look how shady it was! At that point, I didnt want to do business with them, but I was already there so I figured it wouldnt be too bad. I was WRONG!At the rental counter, the lady I worked with told us that there was a 3 hour grace period and that our car was due at 11am, so as long as we got back by 2pm we wouldnt be charged extra. I heard her say this and my husband heard her say this. We told her to add an extra day to our reservation because we werent sure if we would make it back in time or not; she said this amount would be taken out of our $500 deposit. When we came back (a day early), we got there at 1pm. All of a sudden, the grace period is only 1 hour and we were late so they charged us an extra day! I asked to speak to a manager and they brought me to this guy who said the real manager was at lunch. I didnt have time to wait (and I think they were hoping we would just leave). I called back later that day to speak with the manager. She said that their agents are trained with the 1 hour grace period, and I spoke to the same agent that we picked up with and she also claimed that she never said anything about a 3 hour grace period. We went back and forth for a while, and then all of a sudden they said they record every conversation at the counter and that they would review the recordings and call me back with the results. Of course, they were lying and of course they never called back. So I got charged an extra day on top of all the ridiculous fees.Bottom line: stay away, these people are crooks and their entire business is shady! Sometimes cheap aint as cheap as it seems. ZERO STARS. Will never use this company again.

Same experience as others had already experienced.I should’ve had read these reviews before booking with this rental place.I ended up paying double of what I was originally quoted online, on bunch of fees.It gets better, if you are a local you get a higher deposit fee charge, you need two utility bills and proof of car insurance. None of these requirements are required for tourists, only locals.I declined auto insurance but as previous reviewers I accidentally initialed “yes” to getting insurance on their questionnaire. Front desk didn’t even bothered to explain what these questions were.At least car looks decent, but it doesn’t have tags. Just a piece of paper on the windshield.Cheaper doesn’t always equal to less. It ended up coming out to be the same as enterprise. At least at enterprise I get way better customer service.Don’t recommend this place.

You think you are getting a deal when in reality, the sales people add things to your account you don’t need! We rented a car for 2 days while staying on the strip in Las Vegas. Even after giving proof of insurance which would have covered our rental, our sales representative insisted we had to have THEIR insurance (add $50). When we went to pay, the rental price was now at $189. WAY higher than the original $69. I asked what else was added and he had put another $40 on for gas and blew it off but saying “just bring the car back empty then.” We didn’t even use an eighth of a tank! Economy policy is to charge per gallon if you don’t fill the tank. Either way, we were charged for the full tank in advance. These guys are crooks! Don’t even get me started on the 2 hours it took to get through all the shuttles when they advertise being on the airport campus. Use literally ANY OTHER company in Vegas, these guys are terrible.

I figured that since the other side was operating not a problem. However the next night we are sitting at a light and the right sliding passenger door suddenly opens up which is where my grand child was sitting in the car seat. This post is a little delayed. I rented the car last March. I had a great experience with this company. I knew I had to take another shuttle from the car rental terminal so it wasn’t a surprise. I was panicking if someone was going to show up but to my delight the shuttle was there in about 15 mins. As long as I had car insurance at home I was good to go (at least it was during my experience). Car was new and clean. Return process was quick and painless. I would use them again.

Had no complaints besides getting there takes two shuttles but I wasnt in a rush.Arrival: take shuttle to general car rental location and then economy specific shuttle (about ten min away, goes not stop really so about every 20 min)Location : Location looks like a wear house and I waited about 45 min from start to finish (3 people at the counter and about 8 people ahead of me, reasonable amount of time. After I was done there wasnt really a line, I guess I came at the busy period.Service :Kevin helped me (which he was great). Each contract you sign and designed for you- printed out(so double check the accept or decline options when you sign. Its not a yes or no spot, but instead it prints out what you tell the staff, but staff can make mistakes) got a 2018 car good contion. No complaints there.Drop off: drop off was little confusing for me but just look for the big sign and someone will come out to help you. Took me like 5 minutes to be done. Its more of the affordable car rental place which is off airport. So I would expect lines if you are going during busy periods.

I would highly discourage anyone from renting from this company. First, we waited approximately an hour and a half to get our car. Upon getting it, it had not been cleaned - there was a melted cookie stuck to the inside of one of the cup holders, something had spilled on the dash, one of the tires was missing about 10 pounds of pressure, it had not been wiped down or vacuumed, and the passenger seat controls did not work. Upon returning the vehicle, the shuttle, despite them advertising that it ran every 10- 15 minutes, was running about 30-45 minutes. We nearly missed our flight. Please, spend the extra money to go with a more reputable company.

The only reason I added an additional star is the fact that the car was new and clean. The negatives: they’re not located at the airport and the will try to scam you by adding unexplained fees. First off I was told to return the car on empty(that’s a first) because for me to fill up elsewhere would be more expensive and they’ll only charge me $2.63 per gallon. That’s a lie.I had booked through Expedia for $89 and when the clerk gave me the contract the bill was $151 plus an additional $200 deposit because I used debit card. Huh! That’s another first for me, I was bothered by the additional cost. Before I left with the car I went back in to question the clerk about the additional fee. I told her that I had been given a price of $89.so why was I being charged $151. She acted confused like she didn’t know what the charge was. Yeah right! I then told her I want the price I was given online. She told me this $61 was the estimated gas fee. I told her I would bring the car back with full tank and asked her to take this off my bill. She refunded me $61 and gave me refund receipt and this receipt showed me that they had charged me $7.99 per gallon for gas, not $2.63 that they told me they’d charge me if I returned tank on empty.. I only used half a tank of gas and it only cost me $21 to fill up. They would have made an additional $41 off me if I hadn’t questioned them. They have scammed others the same way and gotten away with it. Not me! I work to hard for my money not to question them. If it doesn’t feel right question it... it’s a scam. Beware. Thank God they refunded my $200 back. I thought they would try and keep this somehow.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!Youll have to take two shuttles from the airport just to get there. Then, youll find that theyre extremely disorganized and unprofessional. It took FOREVER to get a car at pickup. Took about an hour and everyone in line was very irritated. They try and make you feel like you have to get their insurance so be aware of that. Most people have rental insurance in their regular car insurance so its not necessary to get the rental companys insurance. Just tell them you dont want it when they ask.I will say that both of the shuttle drivers were very nice and professional. Other than that, this place is awful.

I was charged 590$ (200 of which is a deposit that allegedly will come back, hasn’t yet) when Priceline said it would be $210.... no added insurance, no explanation for why it cost more. Just a bunch of shady fees added. The vehicle had NO front or rear license plate. There was a small paper in the front window with some sort of 30 day permit to make this legal, but needless to say, I was a nervous wreck the whole week driving around with no plates. An invitation to be pulled over, really.Picking up the car took me 2 hours. You have to take a shuttle bus from the airport to the car rental center, then a small shuttle van to the Economy car rental place. Confusing, and there was no way I would have known this without asking an airport employee. The line at the center was long and the building not air conditioned.Positives: Return process was easy, and the shuttle van drivers were nice and informative. But overall... DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Overall terrible experience - try anywhere but here. After declining insurance online when I booked the car I was asked at the counter when picking the car up if Id like insurance which I also declined. The clerk then highlights all the areas she told me to initial/sign showing I agree to the rental terms. So after declining insurance twice, I thought I was simply signing and initialing the terms I advised the clerk I wanted. However, it turns out (which is my fault for not reading the fine print) that I initialed agreeing to insurance! Since this was the case, why didnt the clerk mention to me that I was purchasing insurance when I just clarified two seconds ago I didnt want it? It was extremely shady and I feel undermined. Then when I returned the car realizing Im being charged insurance I asked to see where I signed. The manager then takes me in the back (presumably knowing Ill cause scene) to show me where I signed. I described how I declined insurance twice and only signed where it was highlighted by the clerk at the front desk because I was instructed to do so. The manager goes on to explain they have to highlight those areas to emphasize the importance of what youre supposed to be initialing you agree to. Overall I feel duped by this company and its employees. I was going to rent a car through them again if they were willing to work with me on this issue but the manager only offered two days free rental and honestly thats not enough for me. I paid an extra $350 for insurance that I declined, twice. I’m not writing a negative review in spite of a bad trip, the trip was great and full of adventure. I’m writing this review with hopes of making other possible customers aware of pricing differences and expectations. To simplify things I’ll just make a pros and cons list.Pros:- The vehicle ran great, no issues (A/C was cold).- Car was clean and had no odors.Cons:- An advertised $11/day for 2 days quickly turned into $200+ grand total (I am under 25 years of age but that only increased the price $25 a day).- Car did not have a license plate on it. I was not made aware of this when I picked up the vehicle and they put a 30 day temporary tag on the front windshield. This became an issue because getting PULLED OVER became a consistent occurrence. THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT PUT THEIR CUSTOMERS IN THIS SITUATION.... it is unprofessional. When asked about this they said “The PD units should know that we have 30-day temporary tags, I don’t know why they pull people over”.... cops cannot see the front windshield so I would hope they would do their job and pull someone over for not having proper tags.- Lastly, they will try their best to decrease your pick up time to “reduce the overall cost” but what they don’t do is decrease the overall price for the literal hour you spend in a stinky and congested room waiting to get your car.If the owner is seeing this, which I hope he/she is. I want you to know that you have a failing business model. Nobody in their right mind would return to your business, to do business. You should value your customers and be upfront with cost. Don’t put them in a situation where they are being pulled over for not having a tag on the vehicle.

I will never, ever rent from this Ace/Economy car rental again. Stood in 3 different lines for over an hour just to rent a car. When I did get a car the inside of car was dirty. Will stay with Hertz. Never again... Trying to save a few dollars but pay more with this company. Bad experience. One more thing, make sure if you rent online pay in advance for your rental. If you wait to pay when you get to the counter, they charged additional fees which could be substantial.

DO NOT RENT A CAR FROM HERE!We arrived around 10:30pm to pick up our SUV. They attempted to double our price after we had already paid in full. First, because they wanted us to use a credit card (not debit). Then, when we worked that out, they kept finding issue after issue with our insurance. I swear they were making stuff up on the spot. While we are trying to call Progressive and get our policy changed to their liking, Economy starts telling us that they close at midnight and we are out of time - well just have to pay double. Progressives rep told us, I have never in my career with Progressive had a rental car company ask for all this. She couldnt make sense of it either. Weve rented countless vehicles and never experienced these issues. After 10 calls to Progressive and about 2 hours of trying to jump through their hoops, we still lost and had to pay their higher rate. While we dealt with this fiasco, we watched other customers who faced other issues and were so frustrated they gave up and left.Do yourself a favor: pay a few dollars more per day to rent from a reputable business. This place is a scam. If my experience doesnt prove it, their other google reviews do.

Horrible. From airport there is a shuttle to take you to the rental cars. Fine! From where the real rental cars are you have to get in the back of some guys mini van and travel to some back alley sketchy building. Here you wait in line for hours to get horrible service by con artists that keep upping the bottom dollar. Save your selves. Avoid this place with all you might.

If I could give this business 0/5 stars, I would. Absolutely horrendous customer service. Please disregard this review if youre a fan of hidden fees and brazen scamming. We had booked an SUV through Economy a few weeks prior to our trip, printed out our confirmation email, and were left happy with this. Note that nowhere on this confirmation sheet we had printed noted any additional fees or charges, and this vehicle would be ready for our arrival. When we arrived after our flight to Vegas, we wait in a long winded line to the two open registers. Its a long wait, around 25mins to finally get to the front of the line, but with papers in hand we were sure this wouldnt take long. It was then at the counter, the young man working there presented us with a slew of hidden fees.$11/day for having two drivers, even though both had extended car insurance that was better than what they were offering. On top of this, there was a sudden $25/day insurance fee he said we needed, economy brand insurance. Boyfriends parents explained their insurance was better and they didnt need this insurance on-top of theirs. Now, this is currently an additional $252 they wanted to throw on us, on top of an already slightly above mediocre deal for an alright SUV.When explaining to the young man they had better extended car insurance than what economy was offering, he had began to interject himself very rudely, cutting the parents off when they spoke calmly to him. Boyfriends father spoke over him when this happened, to continue his sentence, when the kid backed away from the till and decided to decline us service all together because he was yelled at. He wiped his hands clean of it, asking us to leave while reiterating it was company policy that if he was yelled at he could refuse service. Not only had he baited my boyfriends father into talking over him, but the couple at the counter over said we had done nothing of the sort and it wasnt fair. Now we were left standing outside the Economy center with all our luggage, no car, and we could not get our $100 deposit we placed back. The couple from the counter over apologized that Economy had done this to us, claiming they had been scammed with hidden fees as well, claiming because they had chosen to order their car online with their debit (they had no credit), there was an addition $11/day fee for using debit! What company operates like this?Outside there was a wait for cars, impatient travellers hanging around for their cars to be brought over. Not one person outside this lot was happy, theyd all been bullied into buying out on these hidden fees, and because Economy is not in the rent a car center (two shuttles away), most people are forced to accept this scam because theyre tired and trapped on this lonely secluded lot, (there was a long wait for the shuttle that can take you back to the rent a car center, further isolating you from other options.)It seemed as though they were running out of cars/were too busy to bother with the rest of the customers, so they allowed their workers to bait people into breaking rules so they could deny service. Theres a reason Economy has a long list of 1 star reviews, none of which differ from this.We ended up waiting for the shuttle back to the rent a car center, showing up with only our Economy confirmation papers, and within minutes were given a better deal for a better car. Dont shell out to this scam of a company, the rent a car center has a wider selection of companies that were a delight to work with!

If I could give a zero I would! Same as other customers...charged double; verbally declined insurance but was told to initial the collision damage waiver section, however, this does not waive the coverage as the term ‘waive’ means. It’s actually an agreement to purchase in fine print. The first time I called to dispute the double charge the employee automatically stated “it’s in the contract” without even asking my name to check the contract I signed. They know exactly what they are doing to deceive customers. I’m calling back today with my contract in hand! DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!

Horrible service, pushy rude employees. Be AWARE: you have to take the car rental center shuttle from the airport and then wait outside for another shuttle to take you to their facility just a couple of miles away. HOWEVER, the shuttle is a rare sight, I had to walk to another car rental place both coming in and leaving just to get a ride to the airport. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE, maybe they will go out of business. They threaten to sue you if you dont take the extra insurance and then charge twice as much as the agreed upon rates. Just a big rip-off.

Gave it 1 star because I had to. This place is the absolute worst! I declined their add on car insurance 3 times and they still charged me for it, said I had to have theirs. I walked out and asked for a manager who promptly removed it without saying a word. The guy at the front desk was a lot more interested in trying to up-sell me things and cracking jokes than actually listening to what I was saying. My car rental ended up costing 3 times more than what i paid for when i left the first time. And now i have a double charge on my cards. I have my pre-paid charge from Expedia and a full charge from them. Seriously the worst experience i have ever had with a car rental place.. steer clear!

This company discriminates against Las Vegas residents. If you are a local and want to rent a car, have all your paperwork on hand. They dont tell you on the website, but they require your car insurance declaration and two utility bills every time you want to rent. Tourists are not required to do this. They want to discourage local residents from using this service. They told us that people are using the cars as Uber/Lyft services. This gives them the right to discriminate and treat residents as common criminals. Better to spend your money on a company that values you as a customer and not insult you. This is the America we live in now.

This place is not part of the Airport car rental plaza. They shuttle to their facility from the car rental plaza but the shuttle doesnt run a round the clock. This caused an issue when my flight left before they opened. I could drop the car off with them but they told me I would have to uber to the airport. The car was dirty and damaged. I had to find the vehicle in the parking lot them bring it to their building for inspection prior to leaving with it. The processing time was a little long for the amount of people waiting in line to check out.

Felt like Circa 1985 - you really get what you pay for. Know what you’re getting before going in. I waited 40 mins to get my car and there were only 4 people in front of me. It literally took 10 to 15 minutes per customer to get their car rented. Sure it was a great deal, but at what cost? 2 shuttles to get there and they have limited hours, so if your flight arrives late.... it wasn’t all bad however, the gentleman who helped me actually had a really good attitude, his name was Al. And I got a very nice vehicle at a minor increase in cost. Not the worst experience I’ve ever had, but lower your expectations upon arrival.

Youre better off paying a bit more and renting a car from a company inside the airport. Doesnt worth the hassle and all the work and wait they put you thru. If you pre-paid, expect to pay the double if you want the car you rent as they will push insurances and other stuff on you. Plus, employees are not particularly nice or friendly, making you feel uncomfortable. Also, the car had no plates as other people mentioned, although it had more than 20k miles on it. Their office is small and depressing. Definitely the low point of the trip.

ZERO STAR! Booking with Expedia and didn’t concern with which rental. Put reservation in my name to drive my elderly mother to a special occasion in California. She is almost 83 and doesn’t drive. She was paying because she wanted someone to drive her because she doesn’t like to fly at her age. Entered her name and information for payment. When I called about paperwork needed they informed me If she was paying the reservation couldn’t be in my name. I called Expedia and they attempted to resolve this issue for me and said Economy staff was rude and snappy. The manager also attempted.. They do not accept debit and I own zero credit cards. There deposit is high at 500.00 as well.. We attempted to have reservation match payment name without success, we attempted to pay extra for additional driver for myself without success. ZERO changes and NO refund or cancel. I realized she doesn’t drive so only has the credit card and I’d so impossible to rent to her and then they had an age restriction as well. But they will take her money under someone else name!! We were both going to be present and I have insurance and driver’s license and debit. She has id and credit... They shouldn’t charge her if the reservation isn’t in her name and she is too old to rent to and we called IMMEDIATELY after reservation. Same hour!! They would not allow me to drive and her to pay as an exception or refund her money since there unwilling to assist in anyway!!!! I complained to federal trade and better business and I’m entering a million bad reviews to go with the million others. This is not how you treat customers. I will dispute with the bank and I know I’m protected against thieves like them but it’s sick there allowed to be in business and Expedia should not represent them.

This was an awful experience and VERY frustrating! Very LONG wait in lines just to be told you were in the wrong line and would need to go to a completely different building (which, by the way, was outside the building and across a big lot, around a corner-you get the picture). It was inconvenient, especially for those of us with limitations walking, especially in the heat. When we FINALLY got our vehicle it had not been thoroughly cleaned and there was actually weed (as in pot) particles, etc. left behind by the previous occupants. Upon returning the car, the employee was less than professional and there was a big deal regarding the fuel, etc. and our contract. Do NOT use this company if you dont have to. TLDR: You have to take 2 shuttles to get to this place. It looks run down. The staff is rude and incompetent. They overcharged me after Id pre-paid. And then over charged my card incorrectly. Had to call 3 times for a refund. Will NEVER rent with this company again in Vegas or anywhere else.I booked a reservation with this company via Expedia. I pre-paid for insurance on the vehicle and for the vehicle itself. The only thing I should have paid for at the counter was $80 for my additional driver. When we got to Vegas we took a shuttle to the car rental depot for the airport. We couldnt find this company. We tried calling them but they didnt pick up their phone. We finally found out that we had to take a 2and shuttle to get to their offsite office. The building looked like a run down car repair shop complete with junkers and crashed cars outside. When I went to pick it up the guy at the counter (who had no idea what he was doing with that computer) told me my total was OVER $500. I told him that Id pre-paid for everything but the additional driver. He immediately says: No you didnt. He refused to believe me until I pulled up my online receipt on my phone. Then he finally went and got someone else. She came over and told him he was wrong and gives me my new total. OVER $300. I told them NO that Id prepaid for everything but $80. She then tells me (leaning over the counter as if shes sharing some big secret): I could get in trouble for telling you this, but when you book online the insurance they sell you isnt what you need. You should book directly with us. Thats why the price is more now that youre here.I told her I didnt care and that it was false advertising and I refused to pay that for my rental. So my husband says for them to just refund the rental and well go somewhere else. They tell us they cant do that. So Im stuck. We were getting married the next day and had to have a car. So we agree to the $350 price tag. We get everything and then head outside to pick up the car. While were in line were talking about how awful this company is and how we will NEVER rent from them again. The guy whos about to give us the car keys steps in and says hell take care of it. He walks away and then comes back to tell us to go back to the counter. We do. His version of taking care of it was to have them cancel ALL insurance on the car. In the end I got rid of a portion of the insurance signed new paperwork and left. The rental was now a little over $150. Days later I see that they still charged me $350. I had to call 3 times to get a refund. They were supposed to send new paperwork and a new receipt via email. I never got it so I called a 4th time only to find out they hadnt used my email address from Expedia theyd put in a dummy email address. Having a rental car from this company was awful and stressful and we were so ready to be rid of it and them, that we dropped it off early and spent 5 hours in the airport before our flight home. I will NEVER rent from them again. Ill stick to the major companies from now on.

I would give a ZERO if that were an option and still allow me to give this scathing review...DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!! Complete scam. Took over 2 hours to rent the car. The daily rate is 4 times what they advertise. They lied during the rental car process, telling me we would have a brand new car...it WASNT a new car and it smelled of POT in the car. They said they would charge only $2.70 per gallon if I didnt fill the car before return. What they dont say is that there is a minimum $25 for 1/2 tank, and its $50 if you need just over 1/2 tank. Again, bait and switch. Not sure how attorney general doesnt shut down this scam of a company. I feel bad for some employees, but most need A LOT of training in customer service. My flight was delayed 2 hours and it was going to be close to when the place was closing at midnight so I called which ironically was the only time I got anyone to pick up the phone. The lady said for me just to pick up the rental the next day. After a cab ride the night before and an uber back, I arrived first thing the next morning. The guy at the counter claimed there were no economy cars like the one I ordered. I ended up having to pay almost $300 instead of $212. They either gave my car away or didnt have it in the first place. He tore up the original agreement so I ended up paying more for a vehicle I got the day after. Then he tried tacking on fuel. Everytime he tried to tack on a charge his English would magically be rough yet spoke fluent English when he wasnt. This is classic bait and switch and is probably illegal. I also stood next to two ladies who had to drive back because the check engine light was on and the car was doing all kinds of weird things.
