The car and service were very good. HOWEVER, be advised that this car rental service is NOT in the main Las Vegas Auto Rental Building. The address listed is correct but it is very similar to the main building. This company is actually located across the street, but out of sight. If you have luggage you will need to catch their shuttle from the main building to their office. The shuttle ride is only a couple of minutes, but waiting for it seems longer in the sun. No luggage? Just walk over. But you need to know that at the airport you ride the main rent car shuttle over to the main building then stay outside and go to pickup #4 where their shuttle is located. To RETURN the car: go to the main rental car building and drop off your passengers and all luggage in front (if you have someone to watch it). Then return your car across the street and walk back over. Takes about five minutes, including the walk back. All of this is fine IF you know about it. We saved serious money, but looking for this place in the main building is a huge waste of time—and they would not answer their local phone number. We stumbled around the area with luggage and a golf bag unnecessarily. In short: know you’re in for TWO shuttle rides from the airport and you’ll be fine. Their prices were worth a little more work IF you know before you go.

Service was quick and easy no issues they gave me a 2021 suv was clean and everyone was professional. I was a little scared reading all of theses reviews I definitely will go back and rent again from them fast 💨 and easy service.

Worst car rental I have ever experience. Very poor customer service. Very nasty dirty cars. Didnt even bother to clean it at all. And no refunds or change. Worst service of all time. I had better service and cleaner car in costa Rica and mexico. Nasty nasty. Tire pressure is off as well and didnt fixed it. If you just want something to drive and you don’t care about the car this is the place. The car had over 50,000 miles, very dirty and the rear bumper was coming on off I had to laugh. The staff was friendly. And we had to walk back to the shuttle because they’re not open before 7. They are the Dollar Store of car rentals. But hey you stay classy NU Car.

We booked our car through Nu Car Rental solely due to the lower prices.  I wish so badly that I had read all of the reviews before doing this.  It  ended up costing me more than a higher quality and reputable rental company in the long run (not to mention a huge headache).  Our rental was for 3 days.  We picked up and dropped off on time and took good care of our car. Shortly after returning the vehicle, I was alerted to a $50 additional fee to my account due to excessive dirt.  Wow - I typically rent a car  7-10 times/year with various companies and have never been charged for returning a car in the condition that I did.  Ive attached the pictures they sent when I inquired to show just how much excessive dirt there was on the vehicle when I returned it.  Im a very disappointed customer and will not be returning to Nu Car Rental again. You really do get what you pay for.

Please be very careful with this car rental company. I specifically declined insurance, yet they knowingly presented an online contract with added insurance and passed to me a large charge in small print that they knew no one reads when they are in line. Keep in mind that I reserved the car without insurance as well. I would stick to the bigger brands even if their price is higher. You end up paying more with these smaller brands. This is written not out of anger but to help others.

Worst car rental dont even know how they are in business. They take your deposit over the phone on a debt card no problem at all, get to the counter to pick up the car they do not except debt cards at all. Was told Ill have to contact the company to get my deposit back. I believe you are the company that pulled the money out of my account to secure the car which in turn was the insurance for the car. I was not the only customer that this happened to today. STAY AWAY TOTAL SCAM COMPANY

Terrible. Worst company and experience renting a car in 35 years. Mind bogglingly awful. Booked my car 2 months ago. Waited in line for 2 hours for them to tell me they gave away my car because they could only hold it for 2 hours..and the time in line waiting on nonexistent customer service counted against my waiting time. They then tried 4 other excuses to not give me a vehicle. Suffice to say after another hour they gave me a car because I refused to be taken advantage of.THEN:::::::::after dropping the car off, I realized I had left a scarf on the dash after I cleaned the car. I called 10 MINUTES LATER from the airport to come back and retrieve it, BUT IT WAS ALREADY GONE.If I can find the time I’ll write a review every week on this thieving, scamming, predatory excuse for a company. So beware. They will tell you they don’t have vehicles ready even with a reservation, then they will make you pay more to get the vehicle. And they will immediately steal anything you leave in the vehicle when you return it and say it was never there.

I would not recommend this rental car company, no morals or common courtesy during pandemic. If you can look up my rental ID: 6640542264NU you will see they tell you when thing when you order about cancellations they change their policy.

I could not find this location despite spending quite a long period looking for it and using Google maps and satnav, not sure it actually exists any more?

This was the worst car rental ever hade very rude customer service and they try to charge me for kids seat that i never use if u rent from them check your invoice they are scammers

Worst car I have ever rented! The car I got have dings everywhere and was not washed. The interior was dirty, dusty dashboard, stain on the seats, and smelled like barf! The low rate lured me but ended up paying more because I was force to get an insurance liability. Do yourself a favor. Do not rent from this company!!!

Went quickly and smoothly, got a rental car at short notice without prior notice and were very satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely get a rental car there again. Regarding the prices, I can only say that it works almost like everyone else. So you get a full tank and you give it away again. Kilometers or miles are free as long as you stay within Nevada or the surrounding sights z. B. Grand Canyon visited Otherwise, each mile costs 20 cents.In other words, low prices, friendly staff, near the airport (behind Sixt) with pleasure again!
