Quick, fast, and reasonable rates.My group of 5 rented a car for two days. We reserved online an hour before walking in.At the desk, we were in and out within 6 minutes.Price was 200 for 2 days with the basic coverage.We even got a free upgrade on vehicle which was great.The help at the front was very professional and nice as well, Im surprised some of the other reviews are so poor.

If zero stars were possible I’d give them a zero. We had a car booked and when we arrived to pick up the car we were told we were on a waiting list and wouldn’t be able to get a car. An email, phone call, Anything would have been appreciated to let us know this would happen before hand. Since we Didn’t have any notice of this it cost us $30 in cab fares and a wasted day on our trip.

Jokers who let u order online, and when you come to pick up they tell you they are sold out. Good job hertz, no wonder your about to go out of buisness.

Probably the worst experience I have had in Vegas. They dont have the car you booked. They took over an hour to get a similar car. I recommend to never book from them. There so many options in the same place surely all rental places cant be this bad.

We rented a car to pick up at 10am and no clerk showed up for 30 minutes. We were 10 minutes late, but really. We called corporate they said they would text them, but no help.

Rude answers, such that we should cancel bookings ourselves. if there is a confirmation mail, how can a store couldnt provide a car? Ive seen other stores running out of cars which says no cars available at the time of booking itself, very bad experience. I had spent my own money on taxi to reach this place.

The process is relatively fast. They have those kiosk where you can video chat with a customer service. The car is clean and ready to go.During drop-off, I left my phone mount on the windshield, but the guy who inspected the car took it off and returned it to me.

Everything was fast and smooth. Definitely one of my best experiences with any car rental service.
