I loved it and friendly also ANTHONY was amazing !! His skills are beyond what I’m use to seeing and technique was just awesome! I recommend anything tricky or difficult most Salons can’t do I recommend you going here and asking for ANTHONY. He knows what’s he’s doing and knowledgeable you won’t be disappointed! This is the best place in San Antonio to get pedicures. The spa options are endless, and they use hot stones. I love how the massages are timed to ensure value. Any time I have family visiting, I bring them here for pedicures because it’s such a treat.

Lisa just gave me a VIP pedicure today. She is great and very friendly. She has strong hands for massage too if you want strong pressure. She takes time on every steps. She made me feel extra special today. And this place is clean. I totally recommend her and will see her again!

I moved to Texas fairly recently and was in desperate need of a pedicure. I saw this place while driving home and decided to try it out. I was warmly greeted by Cathy. She made me feel so welcome and it was very appreciated. I explained exactly how I wanted the service to be done and also mentioned that I might as well get my eyebrows & armpits waxed. She did exactly what I asked. She was kind, attentive, and did her job very well. I will definitely be coming back and asking for her! (:

Texas Nail House is my go to nail shop. They always go above and beyond no matter how busy they are. The owners are the nicest people. My pedicures are always done by Cathy. She is always so sweet and always remembers just how I like everything right down to my drink and my color. She does an amazing job. She is the best. My dip is always done by Brian. He is awesome. He is fast and remembers just how I like my nails done each and every time. Neither one of them ever disappoint. I always feel refreshed when I leave. I never feel like Im just a number. Even when I forget to make my appointment they always fit me in and I love that kind of service. Ive been going here since the weekend they opened and I will continue to come here even if I moved to the other side of town. You always drive that extra mile for service that is top notch.

My go to place for pedicures! Hands down the best place for pedicures. They are very clean & professional. They take their time & always make sure you enjoy your time here. This salon is awful. This was my fourth and last visit. It’s actually pretty crazy that I went back 3 more times when I think about it, but my third visit gave me hope, the location is convenient, and the drinks are decent. 3 out of 4 times my nails sucked. The 3rd time, the tech did a decent job after taking direction, but she had the audacity to take away the 7 day insurance on my nails because I asked her to make them a little less thick/more natural looking. She gave me an ultimatum….Keep them thick or lose the insurance. I should have wrote a review after this experience. Not to mention, the nails were still of decent thickness when she was done.This time was my worst experience. I only came back because I planned on getting a gel overlay on my real nails and figured they couldn’t eff that up, but the guy told me my nails would break off and to get Dip powder (they like trying to upsell on DIP). I declined, but he made a good point, so I just asked for a refill. What a complete waste of my time and money. Not only are my nails different shapes and lengths, he was so rough, my nail bed was burning when he was drilling and starting to turn red. I have multiple cuts on my hands. Then to top it off he overcharged me. And then on top of that charged me 5 dollars for a length cut after the hack job he did. I complained about the cuts on my nails and the roughness to the front desk and nothing was done. Please save yourself the trauma and annoyance and go to a good nail spa. This ain’t it!! Plus they are expensive as hell. Especially for the mediocre skill set most of the nail technicians have.

This was my first time coming to this shop. They did a full set for me with extra designs and it was absolutely amazing. Super precise and took her time. My pedicure was very delicate and took her time as well. Prices were very affordable. I highly recommend this shop. Ill be back.

This is my third time and last time going to this salon! First off they are always unpunctual! Every single time they have made me wait, the other two times the nail techs were so good that made me forget about the wait( expect 30 minutes wait when you have an appointment) But this time…! I have never had my nails done for 70$ and get this cheap result bumpy polish, and the shape looks completely deformed! This is a new set and I asked for Oval! This is definitely not oval ! Not worth the money or the wait.

This salon was really nice about everything. We set up a four o’clock appointment but ended up running 20 minutes late due to being low on gas. We called ahead and they made sure we got to keep our appointment. The people doing our manny petty were gentle and professional. They were a little pushy about getting specific packages but I told them I just wanted to browse and they completely respected that. I definitely had a positive experience here and will be sure to come again!!!

Got a gift card from husband to pamper myself but I never expected to be such a wonderful experience. I wish I could stay in this place forever. Mimi treated me like a queen. She gave me the best pedicure care ever. I have a cosmetology license so I can do pedicures for others I’m extremely particular when it comes to pedicures and manicures but she exceeded my expectations. She has a wonderful personality and she cared for my comfort all the time. She made sure I was enjoying the service and I’m glad she did because it means she cares. I would totally recommend this place and specially Mimi. Ask for her when you come here don’t think about it. You will feel like me in heaven.

This used to be my go to nail place that I would recommend to all my friends. However my last experience there were several issues that I did not like.I had a dip manicure and the aromatic ginger botanical spa pedicure on my last visit (8/12/2021)The pedicurist (Lee) did a great job, and overall I was happy with the pedicure, and enjoying the experience. Then at one point, another employee (not sure of her name, she seemed to be a manager) approached him and seemed to be getting upset with him while gesturing towards me; I had the feeling she thought he was taking too long. The two began to argue in front of me. I didn’t understand their conversation (as it was in a language I am not familiar with) but I definitely couldn’t enjoy my service or relax. She seemed to finally realize I was there and gave me a big smile and walked away. To his credit, Lee continued my service as though it hadn’t happened, and I was satisfied with the result.When I moved on to my manicure service I felt that my technician (Anthony) was a bit rushed. I was happy with the shape of the nails, but not with the color. I selected a black-rainbow glitter dip polish. The glitter was applied uneven- there are patches on many of my nails where you can see straight through to my natural nail color. Additionally, he buffed out the glitter so it looks silver, not the multicolor rainbow I selected. I did not ask him to redo them as I had other appointments scheduled after my nail appointment and don’t have time to wait.Otherwise, I would have asked then.I had never been unsatisfied with an experience prior to this one… but I’m not sure if I will be returning and I do not believe the cost matched the experience of my last visit. Most of the employees are very nice, but from my experience and from reading the other reviews, quality seems to be hit or miss among the nail techs.

I came in here as a walk in to get my eyebrows waxed. Cathy provided the service and was extremely nice. My eyebrows came out exactly how I wanted them to. Highly recommend! Ill definitely be coming back to Cathy

I come here all the time to get my manicure and pedicure. They are all nice and you get drinks while you get your nails done. Super relaxing pedicure! When I recently went I had Andy for my pedicure, he was super nice and very detailed on making sure my nails came out good. I had Min I believe on my nails, he did my nails the exact way I wanted them and I even got a beautiful flower design (by a lady that I cant remember her name). Overall I always have a great experience with them!

I have been coming here for a while, my nails are always gorgeous after and everyone asks me where I got them done. They are very creative and literally leave my nails flawless. Whether you want something specific, a simple color or a very intricate design she will make it happen. They have so many colors and stickers and designs to choose from. I am in love with SNS Nails after coming here. The ambiance is so adorable too. Stations to get your pedicures is adorable, she also has a cute flower wall to post your nails.

They offer drinks and everyone is really nice. I usually go to another tech who is amazing but today I had to settle for someone else and these are the worst nails I’ve ever gotten.. I told her repeatedly to refile them she grinded my cuticles raw some are bleeding and hurt. My nails are thick and bumpy and color isn’t even just terrible.. going to another salon to get them fixed.

Great gel polish by the maanger. First time here and I was very impressed by the whole staffs friendliness and attentiveness. Complimentary drink was a plus. Very clean salon with a beautiful interior. I will definitely be returning.

I keep hoping to find a new nail and pedi home, but this definitely was not it. Service was kind, but polish was messy. Also with a pedi it says massage and although I spent $50, I did not receive a massage, just a hot towel and lotion. Nail shop appearance was nice as well. It is just difficult to give more stars with the overall experience.

This was my first time coming here (01/5/21) & I only came because of the great reviews. I was naturally skeptical due to having a bad experience with a nail salon before but I decided to give it another shot. I also brought my daughter with me to have mommy daughter time.The whole experience was great & Rin & the lady who did my daughters nails were amazing! (Apologies for not knowing her name) Now the reason I only gave 3 stars was cause I called to see if they could fix my daughters big toenail cause it wasnt dry completely when they put her shoe on & it smudged a little. I also called because on their website it said they strive to make you happy & if youre not to let them know & theyll correct it. I was told that since it was regular nail polish that I would have to pay $5 or more for the correction. Seriously?! I just spent a lot of money here & you cannot fix one nail the next day? Its not the amount of money to fix it, its the principle... Its not like I waited a few days to call or even asked to redo the whole foot, its 1 nail.I actually liked this place & was planning on this being the only place I came to when I thought of this stuff. Anyway, just wanted to let it be known in case anyone needs corrections on regular nail polish.Btw, if anyone from the salon replies to this, Ill fix it myself.

Texas Nails is a phenomenal place to get manicures and pedicures. My wife and I enjoyed a great session today. Always pleasant and kind here. They even allow you to bring in your own ice chest with beer! Channel, CiCi and Peter are great. Highly recommend them!

If I could give negative stars, I would!Went in on Tuesday, August 3rd to get a pedi with my boyfriend and my technician was awful and management was worse. Ive been going there for years and always get the same Milk and Honey pedicure. I was asked on 4 separate occasions, even halfway through my service that I should really upgrade. I declined all 4 times. Then she proceeded to ask me if I wanted to get my eyebrows waxed 3 times, declined all 3 times and after the 3rd decline she said, are you sure? You need it. 😳 after that comment I asked her not to speak to me any longer. Me and my bf were just sitting in awkwardness. It came time to do the hot stones and she placed on of them straight to the top of my foot, just laying it there, and it burned me. I immediately yelled and through it off. She insisted that I was just being sensitive. Mind you no one has ever just layer it on top of my foot, its always rubbed with oil. Management came over after I asked the lady to no longer touch me and said nothing to me. As I was getting up to leave my bf walked over to pay there was no apology, no anything from Management just an offer for 50% off.As I had been going there for years and never had an issue before yesterday, August 24th me and my bf went back. We checked in without issue and 5 minutes later the management approached us and stating Since we cant meet your expectations we will no longer be servicing you!MY ONLY EXPECTATION WAS TO NOT BE BURNED OR INSULTED! BUT I GUESS THAT WAS TOO MUCH TO ASK! ABSOLUTELY AWFUL MANAGEMENT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!*I originally took a picture but I no longer have it to post*

Excellent experience! Cathy was excellent, thorough, nice, super friendly and her leg/feet massages are to die for! The whole place is relaxing, they have many different services and options they offer. I never feel rushed and am always given great friendly customer service from everyone.

I tried to like this place but the last service I received was enough for me not to return. I can say my pictures below say it all. My nails were bumpy, multiple were thick-unshaped, the edges were awful, I was cut on multiple fingers and the nails were left dirty. He also cut my nails with the dip still on them, making the cuts uneven and forcing him to file them shorter than I requested. I complained before I left and the only thing the tech did was add more dip on the already thick nails and pretend to file around the nails. I called the next morning to complain again, I was told I could try to come in and have them fix it but if they had to do alot of work I would have to pay for a whole new set. What?? You couldnt get it right the first time, I complained, immediately, twice and now I have to pay to have you fix it? Then thats not a genuine guarantee. I will say I was pleased with my first tech, Brian, but this tech was just awful.

I figured I would try ombré never had done it. Some of my favorite nails I’ve had done and colors are awesome! Very friendly. 2nd time going and will continue going. Great atmosphere and you can get in pretty quick. Thanks!

I’ve been coming here for almost a year and I’m am ALWAYS satisfied with my nails! I only make appointments because I know how busy it can get and I want to make sure I can get in. But I’ve had a different person every time and EVERY time I leave happy with the quality of my service. Whether manicure or pedicure, the people who work here seriously know what they’re doing. Not only that, I can tell they take pride in it. I’m surprised at the bad reviews for this place. The front desk staff are so efficient and nice. Sometimes they even help the nail techs when they’re weeded. I completely love this place!

I have been going there for a few years now. I have been seeing Allan for about two years now and have always had a great experience. Lately the customer service with the staff has not been so amazing. They are either unable to find my account or they try to schedule me with different nail techs, not happening. It has taken me awhile to find a salon I like in this area, guess it’s time to consider other options.

Pedicure tech was great, he ended up doing my manicure because the manicure tech assigned to me didn’t want to do my regular mani. She was under the assumption I was getting a fill. Verify your receipt your charges match their posted prices. Make tech was great, probably not going back.

I really wanted to like this place!The service for my pedicure was great, three weeks later and my toes still look amazing.However neither one of the dip manicures I have had within the last 3 weeks have lasted longer than a week. Both times the nail tech I had for my dip manicures were rude and rushing. I dont really understand why because both times I had an appointment made prior to arriving. Within one week of my first dip manicure 5 of my nails completely lifted off and 3 cracked. On day 5/7 my second manicure has already chipped and cracked. Im not even a rough person to justify this. Every time I have had a dip manicure anywhere else it lasts well over 2 weeks.I wouldnt recommend dip manicures from here as now Ive paid over $90 for two separate services that dont even last but for a pedicure they do deliver quality service.

I drive 25 minutes to go here. I love this nail shop. Their best service is the pedicures that they offer. They actually take their time and do them right. They are really great with Acrylic nails and my coffin shape is always bomb. They also do very well with eyebrow waxing. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because they are sometimes out of the nail polish I choose, I was burned getting my eyebrows waxed, they charge extra to take off and get a nail fixed even when you are getting services with them and the drinks could be a lot better. I’ve been going here for 6 months and I love it so far. Just don’t go during busy times because the customer service changes and your party doesn’t get services completed at the same time even with an appointment. Busy hours long wait times,

The place is great, very nice people, professional workers, great complementary bar.. Everything is great. However, the place is way overpriced. Ive been here twice, I felt the first time it was too expensive, but I gave it another try, and even more disappointed the second time. I paid $73 for coffin shaped nails with sugar dip on two nails. The nails were done sloppy, two days later and Im still trying to clean up my cuticles from all the glue that was left in my fingers. I didnt even realize they charged me the price of long, coffin shaped nails, my nails are not long and they are definitely not coffin shaped. Very disappointed and I dont understand how a nail tech will let you walk away from their table knowing they didnt give a customer what they asked for. Yes I should have said something before I left, but I already dont like the time it takes to do my nails, I wasnt going to stay for them to be fixed, so I sucked it up and left knowing I will never go back again.

Thus was my 1st experience having a pedi. My nail tech was awesome. The place was clean and efficiently run. Highly recommend making an appointment. Ill definitely be coming back.

This place offer complimentary beverage ONLY those who want their nails done more than a basic pedicure, the others Dont even offer at all, also you are told it will take only 3O minutes, so the pedicure is done mediocre quickly and they push for adding other services, they keep asking during the service, What I disliked the most, they charged extra $5 to removed the old paint on your nails, I rather being told at front, than charge extra once I am already sitting down. The place is NEW so is clean, clients were quiet, and all you hear is the staff speaking their Corian, or vietnamese language, I felt bored, i wish they play some music and the staff should speak their language in a low tone. Because it seems they were criticizing About clients among themselves, I personally will Never go there again.

Got a gel mani and pedi and my tech did an incredible job! She gave me exactly what I asked for, helped me pick out the perfect color, and gave me beautiful crisp results.

Second time visiting and had a great experience just like the first visit. My nail technician today, Thomas, had moved there from a previous facility I recently stopped going to due to poor customer service and lack of enforcing mask wearing by patrons. He did an excellent job on my dip nails today. This facility is clean, welcoming and not obnoxiously loud like other salons. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing nail salon. I have been to many nail salons in Alamo Ranch and Texas nail house is by far my favorite.The salon itself is clean and the staff is extremely friendly. The ambiance of the salon is also so relaxing.Thomas is my go to guy. He is so knowledgeable about nail colors, design and he does an extremely amazing job. He also helps with any situation. I like to bite my nails so he makes sure my nails are strong.Danny, Tom, and Vanessa as also amazing but honestly you can’t go wrong with any technician.Also Gracie is the most amazing manager. She always has a smile on her face and is willing to accommodate everyone.If you want the best than make sure you go to Texas Nail House.

My daughter took me to here and they are the absolute best Cathy and Tom! They are hard workers but above all they are amazing at what they do! Such kind people and the quality is just great!! You will not be disappointed with Cathy and Tom!
