John was unfriendly and a little rude.. Learn some customer service skills. Everything else was fine.

Dont rent from this location EVER! It seems their front desk people take extended lunch breaks. I made a reservation for 10:30am. It wasnt until almost 12noon that someone returned to the counter to assist me.It would benefit the Orleans Casino to have this company removed from their establishment. Terrible customer service!! I was told by the lady at front desk to call customer service to figure out why my license was flagged...but isnt that your job? Their customer service phone number isnt even a working number. Its linked to the front counter girls cell phone--she forwards all calls to voice mail or simply hangs up. I took my business elsewhere and got a car with no hassle.

Slight delay with the car being ready. I did complain and they let me return the car with an empty tank for free. Otherwise, great car and great service. Id recommend them. Make sure to personally inspect all rental cars and fill out the form before taking the vehicle.

This a joke of a rental car place. This guy Greg behind the counter has no concept of customer service. I called to confirm that a car was available and magically when I came to pick it up it had still not arrived. The guy was making jokes about it to a security guard. Clearly they have no concept of time or being considerate of others time. Worst customer service Ive ever had with a terrible csr.

Please tell people you are located inside the orleans casino!! The gps does not had a hard time finding place without signage..

We reserve online, fast and friendly service. Rent every month from Advantage and we know them by name. Great job! Never any issues.

Website screwed up my reservations with the car was being picked up somewhere nowhere near where I am or where I asked for it to be picked up. The representative from advantage has told me that Im out of luck because I had pre paid the order and it didnt matter that the website had messed it up. Spend $10 more and get your car from a reputable dealer

Worst experience of my life. First off ignore the posted hours - they take 1+ hour long breaks in the middle of the day without letting you know until you get there. The customer service when you call, simply says oops we shouldnt do that but just wait - for an hour. Horrible service and even worse customer relations. I will not be using any Advantage again because of this experience and they were go to rental car agency ever since I used them in Florida.

Started off as a 69.14 one day rental that turned into $160 and my final bill came in at $259.54. straight up con artist, keep ur receitez. f u fatty.
