The best salon in Alpharetta! I usually make an appointment and theyre always timely and my nails look great. I get SNS and they have tons of colors to pick from. Also, all of the technicians are currently wearing masks which I really appreciate since we are sitting across from each other for about an hour. All of the technicians are very kind!

I couldn’t say enough good things about this place! Great service showed the tech a inspo picture and she did even better!! Prices are reasonable and I feel taken care of the entire time. Will be returning!

The BEST place to get your nails done. I have not been able to find a nail salon in the area that is quality work and not outrageous pricing. They were so sweet and very professional! My new nail spot!

Never answers the phone. When I just walk in they can’t service me. The only thing I ever see different when I walk in this place my second time is my color of my skin. I feel they do not want to service Black people. Beware!

This is my go to place to get my nails done. Very well maintained. Must take the appointment prior. They have wide range of colors available. I feel the price is big high. The price varies from shape size and the art. 5$ extra for coffin nails.

I brought my daughter in for mani and pedi the gentleman told me to sit at pedicure station and left me there for 30 mins. My daughter had a set of tips and SNS nails BEFORE he even acknowledged me still sitting there. When I complained he told me I didn’t tell him we were together and to wait or not get a pedicure. This is my second and LAST time visiting here. This place is dirty and staff is rude. Don’t waste your money go elsewhere.

I went here for s&s dip power and it was a nice clean place with friendly people. Everyone was very nice. By the end my nails were terrible, shaped terribly. They look like I have acrylic. I would not recommend this place for S&S . I’m very disappointed never returning.

Had a 10:30 appt but had to wait 30 min for someone to attend to me. a week later my gel manicure is already peeling. Pariffin treatment was literally 5 min . Beautiful salon but quality of manicure sucks and literally wasted all my money never going again

I absolutely love this place! I recommend the hot chai tea!I have gone through so many nail places before and from the time of my first visit here 3 years ago I still come here! Every time my nails have been perfect and on the rare occasion of an issue they always resolve it at no extra charge. Theyre accommodating and when I have called ahead about arriving shortly before closing they have still taken me and Ive had great service! SNS, acrylic (though I dont get the acrylic), regular, fine art, and they recently started offering gel-like regular polish for $5 (no UV light, I think its miracle gel but I could be wrong).This place tens to be pretty ahead of the regular mail spas with trends and treatments. I recommend their Posh Pedicure as well - hot stones and parading wash treatment aside from a scrub and shoulder massage. They also have organic options as well.

After a botched job at another salon I decided to give this one a try. From the amazing customer service at the front desk to the five star job Stephanie did on my nails, I will be a regular customer and recommend this salon to anyone in the Alpharetta area.

I usually go to another place to get my nails done but they have gone downhill so was referred to this nail salon. It did not disappoint! I saw Tina and she was gentle, kind and importantly did a great job. Really pleased with her service and will be returning!!

Staff was very friendly and very accommodating to out group. One of the cleanest nail spas we’ve been to in some time. My pedicure started about 12 mins after the other the people in my group did, the kicker is mine ended before everyone’s!!!

I went to POSH to get a manicure and a pedicure with a friend as part of my belated birthday celebration. I NEVER get my nails done, because they grow strong and long on their own. When I got to POSH I was very indecisive about what I wanted, but the employees were super patient with me. I decided I was going to get ombre stiletto acrylics (a 1st for me). The process was fairly long, but it was so worth it! My nails look incredible and I have received sooo many compliments. Im going on two weeks and theyre still shiny and beautiful 😍Also important to add that when getting my pedicure I opted for regular nail polish, the next night I noticed my toe nails were chipped. I called up to the store and they told me to come in and they would fix it immediately, and were super apologetic (although it certainly wasnt their fault!)I am super happy with establishment and will continue to go to them whenever I decide to splurge on myself 😁!

My daughter and I had an awesome experience on our first visit. Tina did my pedicure and it was the best massage ever! Definitely recommend this salon!

Love this nail salon! Very clean, very friendly. The ambiance is great! They offer a drink (soda, water, etc) with your service. Ive been coming here regularly since they opened. The owner/receptionist is very nice. They take their time when doing your pedicure. They dont rush through the massage or anything. Their prices are good for the pedicure (tiered depending on your desires). I havent had my nails done from here. Good selection of nail colors

I very much enjoyed my time there. This is 100% the best nail salon I have ever been to. Everybody there was very professional and I very much appreciate their work. It was also very clean and I will definitely be coming back . You should definitely come here 👍🏼👍🏼

My nails are not the right shape. Had to have them reshaped 3 times and still are not right. I asked for them to be more narrow and they are wider then wide. Some of them are not even coffin shape. One is half oval and half coffin. It was a fill so there was already a coffin shape base and they are no where close to what I wanted. And the lady doing them stabbed me with one of tools on the drill and made me bleed and didn’t even acknowledge that fact that I was bleeding. Definitely not worth the 47 dollars. I won’t be coming back here again.

AMAZING! I can not speak more highly of this salon. I have been getting manicures and pedicures for over 15 years and this is by far the best place I have ever been. They truly care about the customer and their pedicures are heavenly. It is well worth it to do the Signature Pedicure, it comes with a back and shoulder massage! 5 Stars to POSH!

Loved this place. I travel for work so Ive had these services literally everywhere. This is at the top of my list. Their massage was more than I expected, the pedicure was amazing & my nails look great! They take their time and deliver a great service. Ill be back every time Im in town!!

Fabulous spa for sns and pedicures. I’ve had multiple manicurists and my SNS always lasts (3 weeks!) no lifting or chipping. My nails look natural (they are my nails...). Hot stone massage during your pedicure is a must have. You will be so well taken care of and relaxed. Owner is warm and very professional. Is kind to his staff, which is not the case at some other local salons.

I LOVE this place. The woman, I believe her name was Emily?, was incredible with my nails. She put so much effort and attention to making sure they were even, filed neatly, and looked how I wanted. She was so sweet and talkative, and just an overall joy to have spent my time with. She even added white glitter to my nails because I wanted a certain look that they didnt have a premade color for. Will definitely be back and suggest it to others!I posted a picture. I got the SNS 79 with white glitter!

I have been going here for about a year and absolutely love getting my nails done here! Jackie and Leeann are amazing and always take the best care of me! They have an incredibly extensive SNS collection so I can always find something new! Also the staff is always so welcoming and sweet and Mike the manager is always so nice and helpful!

I’ve tried many nail places and although this is a 30min drive for me I would not change it for any other. The prices are reasonable the attention and service is amazing. The salon is clean and smells fresh, never like chemicals. I never feel like I’m being “talked about” my nails always look amazing. There is even a rewards account which will give you a discount after certain amount of points. Big plus for me is their chai tea!

Ive been going to Posh for a little over 8 months and I am so happy I found this place. They have excellent customer service. Ive been getting acrylic nails for so long until I was educated at Posh about the benefits of sns healthy nails. Its the best switch I made. My nails are now healthier than I have seen them in years! I also love getting pedicures and I always leave feeling great every time. The technicians and staff are so friendly and caring and I always feel welcome here. This is by far the cleanliest salon I have been to and I have been to many around the area. I highly recommended! I will see you guys in a few weeks!

Hands down (ha!) the best nail salon ever. A must is the SNS manicure. Its a bit more expensive than others but SO worth it when your manicure lasts almost 4 weeks! The pedicures are the best I ever had. Try the one with the paraffin wax. Amazing! And you get a free drink. Great place!

One of the absolute best pedicures Ive ever had. Extremely clean. I also had my eyebrows waxed-very clean and professional. I had SNS nails with tips done. I did not care for the manicurist. He was kind of sloppy and preoccupied. He seemed annoyed at having to work. I decided maybe just a bad day as the rest of my experience was great. I recommend an appointment.

My full set of acrylic nails were mis-shaped. I went back the next day to have them fixed and was given a bunch of excuses why they were shaped as horribly as they were. He tried to shape them better but failed. My pedicure was awesome! I wish I could remember the young ladys name to give her the recognition she deserves. I will not be returning.

This business biggest strength is its management. The few up front really know how to manage a busy salon. Theyve hired overall skilled and friendly technicians. If you walk in during a very busy time, they dont lie and tell you the wait is 10 to 15 mins when its really an hour, unlike almost every other nail salon Ive been to. Service is consistent and I love that they serve drinks (like coffee, tea, water).

I want to begin with how fantastic the customer service is. I was not satisfied with my last SNS manicure and management took very good care of me to make sure I was satisfied on my next visit. All employees are super friendly. Tina has done the best SNS I have ever seen! The salon is very clean and all nail techs take their time. I usually like to go in the morning before they get busy!

I am going to give them 2 stars in the HOPES that they listen up and pay attention to free advice from a long time customer: Guys, youre all extremely nice and are very accommodating and I normally feel pampered when I go there, but lets face it, it is time to revisit some things that are falling through the cracks. Your returning customers have noticed that the place isnt being cleaned as well as it used to be. The floors used to shine, but now they dont. The white chairs? I sat on one of them the other day that looked like it had blood stains on it. And I know you get busy and try to accommodate everyone, but these things are important. Also, there are a few nail techs who are there who are terrible. They have experience, but cant execute a good manicure. It is time to let these folks go or give them a chance to do other things that they are better at. Especially those who dont bother washing their hands or wearing gloves. Finally, you have new spa chairs that I never see being used. Instead of making customers sit in uncomfortable manicure chairs, why not allow them to sit on those? I applaud all your efforts in keeping us happy and I hope you will revamp or rethink some things to make it better. Thanks!

I’ve been going there for 2 years and at the beginning it was great. The last 5 to 6 months whenever I go their service level goes down. Today the lady who did my nails filed almost all of my skin around the nail and it burns like hell. She wasn’t pleasant at all and not friendly what so ever. I told her I want French and I left with nothing close to French. I didn’t complain to the manager I wasn’t in the mood to talk to anyone I just wanted to leave. I still don’t like my nails and I am very disappointed.Did I mention that the last 2 times I got padi my toe was bleeding. Ugh 😡😡 wasn’t happy at all. I need to find me another place.

I use to use this nail spa bit it looks like they cant take their guests complaining even once when ome isnt happy about tje services they give and before you know it; you are told no one wants to work you and you are no longer welcome to their business.If you go there and you dont like what you get; just leabe and go elsewhere because they will black list you from coming to their spa. So I them - - 0 and NO STARS. A COMPANY LILE THIS IS ONLY AFTER YOUR MONEY.

Seems like everytime we go I am placed in the back even when there are open seats in the front. I have some friends who also go and also happen to look like I do, and they noticed the same thing. I wont be spending money here again. In addition, they overcharged me for something I did not ask for. I came in and asked for the deluxe pedi with the mango scrub. They apparently were out of the mango scrub but did not tell me this when I asked. Instead they substituted an organic scrub and lotion and charged an extra $10 for it. When I asked the tech if the scrub she was applying was mango she said no and said it was lemon lime. Well thats not what I asked for and I didnt even get a choice. Then when I got to pay they say its 48 which the normal deluxe price is 38. I didnt care to argue about it but as a customer havent should have seen this wasnt what I asked for and corrected it. Thats fine, enjoy the extra $10 because it is the last from me and my friends and colleagues. The place visually and service wise is deteriorating anyways since it first opened.

Very posh and sophisticated. Beverages or ice cream served with each service. Really cute area for posh princesses to call their own. My girls are in heaven when they get their posh services in cute butterfly chairs with ice cream to top it off. Best to message an appt, but walk-in waits arent too long.

The staff is friendly and I believe that there are a few people there that are good at what they do. However the last 2 times I have been there (including last night) were a disaster. The woman doing my pedicure had clearly no idea what she was doing.It was so bad that someone else had to come in a re-do the pedicure. By that time of course it was late and the entire thing was rushed which led to a terrible job altogether. Sadly this exact thing happened to me once before. These people may be new, but rather than throwing them out there, they need training and supervision. I will never return to this location. And those that go there should make sure their person is experienced.

Selena did my SNS nails quickly, and she was friendly and engaged in our conversation. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions about the SNS process. I always am pleased when I leave this spa. I love my nails 😍.

Did not know how to do nailArt. The nailpolish on my nails was not smooth, more of a bumpy texture.

I went on Sunday to get a full set of acrylic nails done, a pedicure, and a wax. I am very picky on how I like my nails. I have had a very hard time finding a new nail tech, that does them the way I like them. John was very patient!! He did a beautiful job on my nails despite me being so picky. Thank you John!!

I have tried countless nails salons in the area. This one stands out in the crowd. They go as above and beyond to give you the best mani/pedi. They also do a bomb sns. I will not go anywhere else.

The very best place to get your nails done. Ive tried all the others in the area and POSH is consistent with their service and cleanliness. I moved about 10 mins away a year ago and tried all of the salons around my new area...and I still travel back to POSH. My nails and skin look and feel better for a longer time after their mani (SNS) and pedi...and the salon is CLEAN.

The place is very nice but the nail tech I had was horrible. Tried them out before my cruise and the nail tech constantly drilled my real nail, then the finish product was horrible..nails were different shapes and lengths ( I like the coffin shape) and the gel was was choppy. Needless to say that tech made this my first and last time going to this expensive yet not worth it salon again.

Always clean, sanitary, and lots of pedicure options from paraffin treatments to organic products. Its not cheap, but the cleanliness and customer service are top notch.

The manager Michael is awful. Im a regular and wanted to get my nails done prior to my bachelorette party weekend. Although it was last minute this place accepts walk ins but would not do my nails within an hour of closing today or within an hour of opening tomorrow. He showed no empathy, gave no effort and did not care about my needs. This was a horrible experience and I will not be returning.
