Was visiting town from the coast and needed a fill and pedicure. The inside felt so glamorous and the service and kindness of each person was fantastic. I loved also that they had fun with each other while working but not too much just a happy environment. I had the best nail design and pedicure by Scarlet. My wife had a beautiful pedicure by Lily with the most awesome mermaid polish. She even enjoyed a glass of wine while I got my fill. Definitely recommend!!

Vicki did such a great job OB my nails. I wanted something particular for my wedding. Showed her a picture and she nailed it perfectly. Her and Luke have done my families nails for 20 years now.

Using my husbands account to leave a review because I don’t have my own.Receptionist was great. Very friendly and professional. First time at this salon but have been getting fills for years. The nail tech barely said a word, just seemed to be in a huge hurry and a couple times didn’t bother to respond at all to my question or comment. It wasn’t until the THIRD time that she caught my cuticle/skin with her dremel type tool and I basically jumped out of the chair that she asked if I was ok. Ends weren’t straight and I had her fix one, which she seemed annoyed by, so I just straightened them myself when I got home. Started lifting after 4 days. $48 for this experience, won’t be returning.

We had pedis done for a wedding party and the staff seemed a little rushed and just appeared to want us done and out of there.They are reasonably priced...no more than most nail places and they do have a great wine list and Formosas.

Day 3 of my gel mani and it’s already chipped. I’m on vacation and called to see if there’s anything they can do when I get back, possibly a small discount? Lady on the phone said I would need to come in today to get it fixed. I’m on vacation so obviously not going to happen. I asked if I could get some type of credit, maybe a few bucks off for next time? No. $45 plus tip for this?

My husband and I love this place! We get the signature pedicures and its such a nice experience. I had Jack and he had Chole this last time and they were wonderful! :)

Poor quality of customer service! The technicians do an amazing job but the man at the front desk said to me “you’re actually late” when I was 5 minutes early. I even recommended this place to my friends and family but such ugly customer service! Can’t say I will ever recommend again! Plus they charge a lot for such horrible service.

*EDIT* Giving 1 star because it only lasted 2 days before it peeled off.Went in for a colored French tip and because it was a lighter color the color was smearing with the top coat and so they had to redo it repeatedly and then gave up and did white (which ended up being gel which I didnt want) when they went to refile the top of my nail to then do the white they cut my nail fold (skin below nail) and it was bleeding and they didnt try to wipe it or anything just kept going and got nail polish remover and top coat on it which burned really bad and it still burns when I wash my hands a day later and the nails were bubbly and the top coat is peeling away in some spots (its only been a day) but the manager did apologize and didnt charge me extra for the gel and gave me the sparkle polish used so I will give 3 stars instead of 1 but I dont think I will return because it was a horrible experience

Very dissatisfied with this place. I went on a Friday after work (my 1st mistake apparently, as the gal doing my nails couldn’t WAIT to get off, and legit RAN to the door when she was done with my nails as I sat there under the dryer for 3-4 minutes.)I chose 2 different colors, a hunter green and the other a mustard yellow. I ended up with a Christmas green and a baby puke green, because they brought out the wrong colors and didn’t confirm before they started painting.The gal doing my nails switched with her friend who was working on someone else next to me (without washing hands, hello COVID) and had her friend shape & file my right hand. When my original gal came back to finish, she worked on my left hand. Both hands have entire different lengths and shapes, likely due to two different people working on each hand. When I asked the gal TWICE to shorten a nail, she completely ignored me, didn’t even acknowledge that I said anything, then started painting.Like mentioned above, when she was done painting & my hand was drying, she didn’t even wait the 3 minutes for them to dry & make sure I was satisfied/make sure they looked good. She literally ran to the front desk, where she was chatting on the phone to someone, when I paid.I’m just disappointed that I wasted $75 here, all to have to spend another two hours at home repainting and reshaping the nails that I paid for.

I tried this place out for the first time yesterday with my best friend and was very impressed! My nails were done by Scarlet and I absolutely love them ❤️ Everyone was really friendly and the shop is beautiful. The receptionist was upbeat and checked on us for drinks which I have to say the mimosas are fabulous!!! I’ll see ya in 2 weeks!

I got a really nice man but the only thing that was good was the color on my nails the place was beautiful but the “hot steamed towels” were cold and so was my water and the stones … I feel bad that I didn’t have a good experience at the place because it looks so wonderful.

Do not recommend this place. This is my wedding manicure.I spent 2 hours at home to fix it so it doesnt look that messy and terrible on my wedding day.I felt like I waisted 74 $ for such a poor quality of manicure and pedicure.

Very very good job on services. The pedicure with hot stones feels great. Kevin does an excellent massage.- The nail art is way to. pricey.- Beautiful, clean environment.-They serve wine and beer.I get acrylic with gel by Scarlett and she is so friendly. She does a great job. I highly recommend her too. They do waxing too.

They lost my appointment which made me late because they couldnt do what I wanted since there wasnt enough time. Then the last that did my nails had this nasty attitude when I asked her for help trying to find the right color I wanted

So mixed feelings. I love how my nails looked the girl did great! Well she hurt my fingers a few time😅. I got attended quick. Didn’t get the color I wanted but I guess they didn’t have it 🤔 but first time I showered they started peeling 😒😒 the black part just peeled so easily I heard people have this problem too and it sticks because it’s only been 4 days so I’m annoyed

I have been really happy with them for about 6 months going every two weeks for a full set and pedicure. This time my gel polish on my acrylics started melting off right away. It was Thanksgiving so I had to wait until today to have time to get them fixed. I called to see if they could and because its been over 5 days they want to charge to fix them. I paid extra to have special designs done that didnt even last a week. Really disappointed.

I scheduled an appointment and ended up being a few minuets late. Notified them and had no problem, was helped after a few walks in’s were. Then about a hour and a half later, after a beautiful full set was put on my nails, it was time for my pedi. I waited about 10 minuets in the waiting area then they sat me in the pedicure chair and I waited for another 15 minuets while two walk ins got helped. Finally got mine done and it was absolutely wonderful. Appointments don’t matter is the lesson I learned. They help supposedly but don’t play a factor in their prioritization. Great, and LONG overall experience here!

I have gotten a gel manicure at the South Eugene Amazon location 2 times now. Both times have been excellent. Friendly staff and all the options for fancy gel nails like mermaid, Holo, cat eyes. All the fancy sparkles available. Last time Heidi did my mani, this time it was Joey. Both people did excellent work!

I came in for a full new acrylic set with my best friend who was getting an acrylic fill. First off they separated me and my bestie....we came to get our nails done together chat... thats why we scheduledtogether, then Luke was trying to get done so fast because he wanted to get to lunch he hurt me multiple times... he got done before my friend was even done with her fill.. no cuticle oil.. he just squirted lotion in my hands and said yayy lunch time... 🤬

I’ve had some pretty inconsistent appointments at Nails Uncorked (not just the west 11th location but the 32nd street location as well). Some days I have a great experience, others not so much.I’ve had a couple hiccups with scheduling appointments. I’ll typically schedule a few days before, but there’s been a couple times my appointment isn’t actually on the schedule so I have to wait a little longer (which isn’t too bad).Sometimes I get a full treatment, other times I don’t. Some nail techs will be gentle, be precise, be professional, be kind, give long massages that make me wanna sleep, and even put my shoes/coat on for me after my service. During my most recent experience my nail tech didn’t say a word to me, was aggressive, hurt my hands, rushed me, and the only product he actually used on my hands (besides the gel polish) was lotion. No cuticle oil or cuticle removal gel, barely any tools used (mainly used his own finger nail), and left my hands not looking very cleaned up. :(One location actually charged me for gel polish removal while the other did not, and gel polish removal is not listed on their website. I didn’t even know they charged for that. :/The only consistency I’ve noticed between both locations is this: They’ve given me spectacular pedicures, but not very good manicures. I feel like I’ve gotten what I paid for when I get a pedicure, but most of my manicures I have not enjoyed.If Nails Uncorked is one of the better options for you in Eugene/Springfield, I’d encourage you to visit more than once, try more than one location, and find which nail tech works best for you! Even though they have a few not-so-great nail techs, there are also some of the sweetest and most professional nail techs I’ve received service from. :)

They are busy but still made 3 of us feel welcome. Appreciated the greetings by the techs and front desk. I really appreciated the sterilized instruments. I think a lot of salons slack in this area. We will be back!

I had been going to the gateway location for the last year-and-a-half, but due to the still closure because ofcovid-19 I could only get into the Eugene location.Hesitant to have anyone else work with my nails I definitely wasnt disappointed with Kevin the younger one as there are two at this location and Im sure the other one is just as great, but this is the one that did #Fab on my nails and Im so grateful!See You again by Friday the 19th!!

Had a great experience! Many more colors than most places, hygienic, and professional. The only critique I could think of is my nail guy couldve been a tad more personable, but in his defense, he may have not been fluent enough in English, which is okay if so! Definitely will pay 5 to 10 more than usual to come here.

Great experience! A little pricy but very nice. I got the organic spa pedicure. Jackie was wonderful. I had a little cold that made me cough and he gave me a cough drop. Great massage the first pic are my feet wrapped in warm towels. Delightful! Jackie put on the base coat. The wonderful Jenny came and put the lovely flowers. A perfect Monday morning.

First time here - Very dissatisfied. My polish starting peeling off in less than 2 weeks. The entire nails polish peeled off in one piece! It cost more than my usual place and my usual place will last 2-3 months.

Had a mani and pedi by a fantasticly fun, and sweet nail technician. I would definitely go back but Id have to have her do my nails.

Its ok....if your lucky to find someone who listens to your request...they dont follow direction well and argue with you about what you want even when your willing to pay more. Id say a solid C+ ...best part about the salon is the bathroom. Its nice...a little dirty but the tile is very expensive and it was remodeled very nicely.

My daughter got her nails done and he did a beautiful job, especially on the free hand design. Shes so ecstatic and Im sure shell be going back when its time for a fill.

I made an appointment over a week in advance, they didn’t try and seat me until 30 minutes after my appointment when the person I had come with was almost done. Don’t know what the point of making an appointment was. Were not friendly or apologetic about the experience either. They also sat multiple walk ins before me.

If I could give this salon a zero I would. This was horrible and they charged me $30 extra for two heart designs that she messed up 3 different times and still didn’t manage to put a heart on my 2 ring fingers. She was the absolute worst and I will never go back!

Gel nails have been on 8 days for $50 and already coming apart im having to file the bottom so they dont lift more and fall off. Second time this place has done horrible with nails. Love the peoples friendliness however quality is horrible. Absolute worst. Waste 9f my hard earned money.

My wife loved this place. She has been looking for a new nail salon since she moved up from San jose and this is it.

I showed up for my appointment. Showed the lady what I wanted and she said she could not do it as it was to much for her and that I needed to pick one color. I asked for another nail tech and she repeated the same thing to me. It was a simple design, a flower and some lines with small circles. Any professional nail tech should be able to do the design I wanted and if not she should of found someone else that could instead she let me walk out of the salon. Very poor service.

I love being able to relax with some wine and get a pedicure. The gel polish lasted forever. I only wish I could book online (time and technician).

I was just in there today on Saturday and it was very good professional experience and I’ve been there three times for the best experience I’ve ever had was today with a lady named Tanja it was the best pedicure I have had from anyone there this far and I will be going back but will definitely requesting her to do it she is the best she listens very well she’s very professional and I highly recommend Tanja

Ill be honest, I have favorites. I love going there. I can have a peach mimosa to relax before getting my nails done. I love working with Jay, Vincent and Asian Katie. I also really love Joanna cause she does simply fantasic nail art. Theres a few of their techs I havent tried yet, but its now a tradition with my mom and sister to go do this together and then go get sushi at sushi island as a girls date night, so Im sure that I will.

Wasnt thrilled with the service here. I got gel nails and the person who did them kept filing the top of the gel down and applying more polish so it ended up looking sloppy when finished. They also cut my fingers.My roommate had a similar experience, they cut her finger so deep she bled for a while.It was a bummer to pay so much for something that didnt look great in the end.

A bit more $, atmosphere appealing, not a quiet shop if you are wanting the soothing atmosphere.Jenny was very attentive to what I wanted. Pedicure looks nice.They do offer drinks of alcohol or soda extra a nice touch.

A year ago when I first came to Nails Uncorked Joanna Allen did such a great job on my nail design. I have been coming here ever since for my fills, and if Johanna isn’t there I ask for simple designs to not confuse anyone. I had Lilly for my last appointment (12/14/20) she couldn’t do a simple bow and I ended up asking to do it myself which they let me. It isn’t necessarily a bad thing because some people aren’t artistic. Lilly did great on my fill and shaping my nails. Joanna no longer works there but I’m hoping to find another lady that can do awesome designs there, because I love the vibe and everything else at Nails Uncorked!!

This was nice, having a mimosa while getting nails done was great. The girl who did my nails did an okay job, the older woman who did my friends nails was remarkably rude, clapped her hands at my friend who was taking too long to pick a color, she even yelled your too slow I have other clients hurry up ..well my friend has stage 4 brain cancer and doesnt deserve that type of treatment. What was really annoying was after the nail tech rushed my friends full set of nails (cutting her 2x) she disappeared to the back, she obviously didnt have another client. So shes rude, lies and doesnt perform good work. Hopefully they improve their quality of staff to match the atmosphere theyre going for.

I went in for a pedicure last night, asked for a cute flower on my big toe & a little glitter. Wanted something fun for my Maui trip. I paid $6 extra for the “artwork” that looks nothing like a flower, more like a rhinestone cyclops right in the middle of my big toe!! And the “glitter accent” toe nail polish slid right off my toe when I got home 10 minutes after leaving! I think my grandkids could’ve done a better job at artwork than I received there. SO disappointed! And now I have to go somewhere else to have them re-done, right before I am leaving for vacation! UGH 😫

This place is great! They take little steps to make your experience better than just going into any nail salon.

This place used to be so much better. This is the third time I have had to wait over 30 minutes for my APPOINTMENT. They do not value your time, all they care about is getting the booking, they take too many appointments that they cannot cover. The technicians are fine it is the manager who is excessively greedy because he know once you have your feet in the water you won’t leave. Do Go Unless you have lots of time to waste!!!

Connie is absolutely a goddess of a nail tech. Both times I have come to see her have been an absolute delight. She is just laid back, accommodating and super cool to converse with. She is a perfectionist and makes sure youre happy with the end result. I am absolutely sticking with her for the long run.

The guy did a mediocre job on my nails.. I was not asked if I wanted a drink, or what shape I wanted my nails done. I ended up with squarish style that I spent an hour correcting after I left. There was also imperfections / uneven layer of the gel polish I had chosen. Meanwhile the girl sitting next to me got all of that I was not provided given to her. I paid 52$ plus a 7$ tip. I probably wont be going to that one again. I feel kinda scammed. I would have asked for a correction but I was running out of time. I had to redue almost everything that day for my Christmas party that night. I went there directly after working out and I had a feeling that maybe I was not treated correctly due to my appearance. Which is very upsetting because even though I make more money then all of them nobody should be treated differently.

Jay is AMAZING he has done my nails 3 times now and I absolutely will request him from now on!

I’ve been going there for a year and a half and I always have Jay so my nails, love him just not the professionalism of the other workers. The last time I went there I got up to pay after and they kept trying my card saying it wasn’t working but I was receiving notifications on my phone saying it was working. They wouldn’t let me leave until they figured it out so I stood at the desk for about 30 minutes as they tried my card over and over. They finally let me leave and I got in my car and my account was at 0. I went to the bank and found out they charged me 25 times. Then I had to stay at the bank for about 2 hours because I had to talk to a banker and file a claim. I was without money for about a week and a half and it was so inconvenient and annoying. Won’t be going back.

Worst manicure I have ever gotten! The guy was very nice but it hurt during and after, he tacked on a couple charges I still have no idea what for, and my gel manicure was chipped on FIVE nails before the end of the week and I wasnt doing any hard labor or outside work. Definitely would not recommend :(

But i draw the line when i sit waiting for my 2 oclock appointment and 30 minutes later you still ignore me like im not there. Done with yall. Wont be going back.

My nails look great however I asked if the nail tech could put some Daisy flowers on my nails. He studied the picture I had and stated that they didnt have that kind of sticker. I asked if he could do it with polish as a design and he told me that he didnt have the sticker. Im not sure if he misunderstood me or if he didnt want to so it. He was nice but was also on his phone a bit while doing my nails. The one in the mall is much better at making customers feel welcome and comfortable.

I love the atmosphere. Elegant yet fun. They are always plating awesome throwback music and amazing videos. I have had a lot of the techs, they are all decent, but Vicki, she is the best.

Went here for a pedicure last minute and it was a really enjoyable experience. Drink prices were reasonable, staff was friendly and my nails looked quite good. Very clean and professional.

My mom and I went to nails uncorked on w 11th in Eugene and had Annabel and Jennifer gave us the best pedicures ever! They were both very easy to talk to, Gentle, and very compassionate! The only place I like to go to get my nails done! The ladies always do an amazing job and are so nice, they can always get me in when I need and my nails NEVER break which is such a godsend after going to sooo many other places where I lose multiple nails after just a few days. Clean, friendly, and a lot of colors to choose from. They use liners in their foot spas and that is a huge plus when i am shopping for pedicure salons.

This was an EXPENSIVE place when comparing to other nail salons. It was chaotic. It felt like I walked into high school for a popularity contest.

Went here ONE TIME. Salon is beautiful, lovely setting...nails looked GREAT - for two days until two nails broke - first time EVER this has happened to me...had a fill Sun and was in another chair at another salon on Wednesday to fix becuz the acrylic was SO THIN the nails just snapped...one broke at the damn salon while I was washing my hands AND THEY CHARGED ME TO FIX IT!!!!! $48 for nails that lasted two days...No thanks, never again.
