First & last time going. I got a gel manicure after getting my acrylics removed. I wash rushed when picking my color & she rushed through my nails resulting in polish all over some of my cuticles. Of course I asked her to fix them, yet they still looked the same. Overall wouldn’t recommend for anyone who likes to be heard by their nail tech or likes to engage. And also if you don’t have an appointment don’t even waste your time going to them, it’s either a long wait or a rushed job.

Polly is the absolute best!!! I have been coming here for about six years. All of the staff are wonderful. Best experience, amazing service & welcoming environment 😊💕

After like a month or so of no nails this place really made me feel whole again. I absolutely love my nails and me feet feel amazing! Thank you for a great experience!

Stopped in for a quick basic manicure and they were able to accommodate me right away. The service was very good and their prices are super competitive. I would recommend them.

I was referred here by a friend, so I made an appointment for a filled in gel polish and pedicure.I drove a half hour to get there from PVB because of the referral. I walked into a very busy salon, so either theyre good, cheap or both I thought. I did not wait to be placed into a pedicure booth, and the lady that performed the pedi was kind and very good. I then was sat under a fan to dry my toenails and waited for approx 20 mins before I asked how long it would be to complete my appointment and was told maybe an hour, while they had taken walk ins. So I oped to leave.I understand not wanting to turn business away, however, they had told 3 other customers (who had walked in) to come back in an hour, so it is not a balanced practice.Nice salon, VERY BUSY, kind staff that our good at their trade but very frustrated to drive all that way just for a $23.00 pedi.

Been here more than a handful of times recently in the past. However, the last couple times I’ve been there have not been a positive experience. I got a manicure and pedicure this last time, and they barely put any effort into it. I could of done a better job myself— barely touched my cuticles, as if I didn’t get a manicure at all. On top of that, I felt like I was inconveniencing them with my presence. Will not be going there again.

Best pedicure ever! I dont know his name, but he was thorough, gentle, knowledgeable and skilled. You couldnt ask for more. It was my first time there. It definitely wont be the last!

I love Polly’s handy work. She’s a perfectionist and always does an amazing job. Love the atmosphere too. They are not judgemental and I think overall everyone is kind. They have lots of regulars which says something about the quality work they do. The prices are fair too. I hope you enjoy!!

I come here all the time but the last two times I’ve come here, the older lady with the glasses has been really nasty. Today I brought my mom to get a pedicure and the one lady said it would be a long wait because they only had 2 people. So I asked her how long did she think because we could come back. She turned to the older lady and asked her and she says “ugh.” Like we were getting on her nerves. If you don’t want our money just say that, no need to be nasty. Smh...bad business.

Happen to get a great guy to do my nails.... spoke great English and did my pedi and manicure perfectly!! Not often that you go to a place where you can explain EXACTLY what you want and it be understood enough to get it RIGHT! NOT knocking anyones ability to speak English however it was refreshing!

Definitely make an appointment or get there early but this place was very clean and professional. Polly did an amazing job with SNS on my nails. Very natural and pretty. The prices are great for such a wonderful job. This will be my new nail shop.

Thoroughly enjoy coming here and if you have an appointment, they get you in right away. Tina does a very top-notched job!!

POOR FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE!!!I received a gift certificate for this salon as an early Christmas present. I called on Christmas Eve to schedule an appointment. I was told to come at 2p. I got there at 2 and was told they were busy and to come back. I told them I was told to come at 2 but ok. I called today, New Years Eve to see when would be a good time to come, I was told 4pm. I got there at 4 and waited. At 4:30p the nail technician approaches me and says can you wait 15 minutes (after already waiting 30 minutes) not everyone knows how to do full sets.This type of service is unacceptable. Whats the point of scheduling an appointment??

I usually dont write reviews but they have Horrible scheduling. I called to see if they had any walk ins for 6p. They told me to come at 6:30p. I came at 6:30p and advised the lady who greeted me I was here for 6:30 appt for fill in and toe polish. I waited for 21mins. No one came to check on me or let me know someone would be with me shortly.

Great price for a pedi in this area. Use a razor, grater, and loofah to smooth out calluses...feet are super soft now!

I really enjoy the Pedicures. The girls message the feet legs and calves.

They do a great job. They can be kind of quiet, but I think it is because they are concentrating so hard.

The staff at Nail World is friendly, they are efficient with time and give particular care to each nail.

The lady that answers the phone is always rude. I use to just deal with it, but I refuse to spend my money with people that cant appreciate me or my business.

I like how they do my nails and you dont have much of a wait.
