Snow is the sweetest and she has a dream team.behind her. The pedicure was really good however the nails are really bad the nail paint job is bad and the nail is crooked and it looks like I did them myselfThey was really pressed about a kid getting acrylics

Ive been going to J & T nails for around 6 months now and will continue to go there. Snow is very talkative but shes good at what she does. She does a great job on my nails. Shes also good at getting you in and out. Sara is just Awesome as well, Shes has done my nails a few times too. The Salon is always well kept, they suggest sales 24-7. I had been going to Former New York nails that was on Arlington Expressway but they moved to Ft. Caroline rd and became VANN NAILS. I was with them for over 20 something years and they changed ownership. I left them because the new owners were arrogant and rude. At J&T nails you get good customer service. If theres something I dont like about my Nails Snow always try to correct and fix the problem. They are a full Service Salon and I support them.

One day I decided to look up nail salons closer to my home other than where I was going, this place popped up. 8 minutes from me, walked in and was tended to immediately! Mimi took care of me and suggested the dragon eye nails which I loved(get them). Next time I saw Snow who is one of the owners, she did the most beautiful chrome color on my nails, I got so many compliments. They are always updated on the newest trends and it is a very diverse group of nail techs. There is someone for everyone to be exact, all of them talented. I love coming here to be pampered, forever client!!!

I have been going to Snow for years.....Ive seen her grow to be so money hungry and thats okay if your doing professional work.....Snow work is very amateur...Her daughter Q does nails better than her.....She tried to fix her mom mistake SMH my nails were beyond repair.....Im done...... learn from my mistake take your money else where....

I came here only because my husband got me a gift certificate from here for me and my daughter. First of all, I did not know what the name of this place was because they have 2 names posted outside and has one name on the brochure but wrote a diff. name on the gift certificate. 2nd thing, I wanted to have my daughters nails alternating between solid pink and glitter pink but the lady talked me out of it (but thats my fault I let her), I think she was just being lazy- not to mention, she was sleep in a pedicure chair when I walked in and there was only 1 customer in there being serviced. The service itself was actually good until it came time to pay which brings me to the 3rd thing, she told me the total for my pedicure which was $22 and Im holding the pamphlet in my hand explaining to her I didnt get the paraffin wax that goes with it and she proceeded to tell me they dont do that anymore and that that was a long time ago and I didnt kno bcuz I dont come there. I told her they need to take that off the pamphlet and I proceeded to tell her that since $22 is the price with wax but I didnt get the wax, the price should b cheaper but she basically said no. 4th thing, I go ahead and hand her the 2 gift certificates I had for me and my daughter and my credit card for the remaining balance and when she brought my card and receipt bk to me I saw that she overcharged me. I told her I gave her 2 certificates and she went bk to check and proceeded to tell me that I gave them to her stuck together so I was understanding of that and willing to accept part responsibility BUT wat I wasnt understanding of was how she and a male that was also working there told me they could not give me a refund even though I told them I needed that money. She gave me the other certificate bk and told me to come bk and use it. Lord knows after my first and ONLY experience there today, I NEVER wanna go bk but now Im forced to so that the money spent for this gift certificate (that has an expiration date) wont go to waste. Uggh...!! Way to piss off a woman on her birthday! And she knew it was my birthday too! SMH!

The only place I will go for my nails. They have never turned me away.

Lord! Do not go to this nail place! They have a nail tech in there that does not know what shes doing, does not care what shes doing and they dont, adjust the payment accordingly. They always say well fix the price when you come in next time, AS IF!!! I will come back the next time, to a place like this. Shes so bad, when I went there about 8 years ago, the name of the place was different it has changed recently( about 4 or so years) and I thought it was someone else. HA!! It was still the same people, with the same girl, shes the younger daughter of the owner. And I could tell that they were used to complaints about her because of her older sisters reaction. On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give this shop a straight zero dont go there.

This place had a nail tech that ruined a basic french pedi. Literally argued with me about whether or not she applied the pink to my other foot. Couldnt accommodate me when I said I wanted the white line thinner. When I finally told her I didnt want her touching my nails anymore she moved to a new customer WITHOUT WASHING HANDS OR CHANGING GLOVES! Someone had to take over and even they could see that pink hadnt been applied to the other foot and the foot it was on was messy and all over the white line. The only reason they are getting 2 stars is because it was only one tech that ruined the experience and Ive had good experiences with the place in the past.

Didnt have a good first experience. Maybe everyone else does cuz of the reviews. My daughter and I came in to get our nails done together and at first we were happy because of all the employees working. She got her nails done right away while I sat in the service chair the lady told me to, waiting for my nail tech but nobody came. I sàw 2 people walk right in and get helped before me. I asked if someone was gonna help me they said she is coming and then the 3rd person came in and they got right on it and she said she was in a hurry. I asked again. Shes coming shes coming the man said. By the fifth person I flipped out. What is going on. Another lady helped me and I dont know if it was a language barrier thing or what but she said I didnt tell her correctly how I wanted my nails. I didnt want to argue. I go along then she did my nails incorrectly again I said nevermind I will leave its taking a while. She said no its no problem dont leave so I sit there and get them ​done. I have a finished product and it looks rushed. Most nail salons are closed on Sunday so thats why I came here. I have never been so angry in any place of business in my life. Then it was time to pay. $45. My daughter paid more for her fill in than her full set.More than I have ever paid in my life to get acrylic over my own nails. Thanks for ruining a Sunday girls day out. I wouldnt be writing this review if they gave me resolution, I work with customers too and part of my job is to make them happy and want them to come back. They didnt do that for me.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I asked for a gel manicure and I got my old gel polish took off and new gel polish put on only no manicure cuticles still bad for $20 And they wanna try to argue with me I do Nails my self so before I argue with a person and flip all they stuff I just paid them and left but guarantee I wont let them touch me again I just didn’t want to do my own manicure smh STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !! Oh and my polish look like a kid did it I was livid!!

Do NOT go here. I went there a few weeks ago to get gel powder done. When I took my nails off a few days ago, I got a nail fungus on 4 of my nails.
