Ive been coming here for years!! Michael and Sheena are the absolute best. I have never been disappointed in anything I have had done by them. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

Youd have to ask the wife .However 3 hrs later im still siting in the lot waiting for her so husbands beware bring a book.( im serious you will need it. )Angel has been here twice so must be its worth it .I would give it one star for the wait but i will wait till angel gets here for the final opinion..............ok she says she would give it a 4 but the wait time was horrible.So 3 because you cant give halves otherwise it would be 2.5On the upside you have time to collect your thoughts and eat close to several food places including Firehouse subs.

The people here are very friendly but the service is mostly bad. The guy who does my pedicure usually does a good job, the massage feels great. However, I went today and was very disappointed with my fill, the lady who does my nails never gets the shape, filing or polishing right. The sides and corners of my nails are always missing polish, always has random dinks and wrinkles and lines in my polish and just doesn’t look good. My husband said the same thing when I came home. I won’t be returning here, I gave it a few chances but not worth the money.

Ive been going to Jax nails for a long time, at least 10 years. They always do an awesome job, I never have to wait long to be seated. And I will never go anywhere else 😊

The service i received were great the nail tech i go to been my main person who does my pedicure and manicure over 10 years . But the owner and her husband have gave me a manicure before very great service there .

I have been going to this nail salon for 15 years. Sheena is a magician on my eyebrows and my lash extensions are always Fantastic. No one here can top her on that and Mike is a Wonderful nail tech. No one else can do my nails, feet, eyebrows or lashes except Jax Nails❤️

I love this place and the staff. Ms Jean is phenomenal and if you need your eyebrows and lashes slayed Sheena will have you slayed

Wow, a nail place that still gives GREAT massages at an affordable price! i recently paid double what i paid here at a nail salon at the Town Center and i was not nearly as happy with the wonderful services at this salon... i will DEFINITELY be back!!

Sheena and Nancy did an incredible job on my lashes and nails. It didnt take long and Ive got a new friend!

This salon made me feel like a queen. I got a pedicure, full set and eyebrows done. Its hard to find a salon that will do my feet no problem. Kim understood about my feet, explained that she had the same issue and told me how to better take care of my feet as well. She made my feet look so good. Then Donna did my nails. She talked to me and asked me how I wanted to done and made me feel good. She did an excellent job. An the young lady who did my eyebrows was wonderful as well. I left there feeling really good and I definitely plan on coming back.

Michael did a outstanding pink and white gel full set! This man is an artist!!! My nails where shot! He is an all Star!

A little pricey,but job on my services.

Great experience. Sadly they use old nail polish.One day after my gel manicure an entir polished nail lifted and peeled off. The next day, I peeled of all ten and they came right off.

Ive been going to Michael and Sheena (Jax nails) for a long time. I want to say over 5 years. Ive never had a complaint and they are always willing to fit me in as soon as they can even if I am just walking in. Just an over all great place to go too.

First time there today. Came in as a walk in for a basic manicure. Nail tech was fast and friendly and the price was very reasonable. I’ll be back!

This place gets no stars, PERIOD! With their cheap gel! Boyyyyy! When I finished getting my nails done, on my way home, they start to coming off! First the polish, then the nails were so fragile! the nails were slightly coming off! I couldnt believe they tried my like that!!!!

Their customer service is great! They are very welcoming. Len and Donna have done my nails and I always get compliments on them! I especially like when Len does them, because she gives my nails a lot of attention. I would definitely recommend them! P.s. I always get gel nails, and they last, love it!!

Pedicure was great. Fill in though....didn’t like the way they care out so the tech used silver on the “tips” and actually charged me for it. I asked why it was higher than quoted and she said for the silver.....but the silver helped just a little to fix how horrible they look. Blank stare in return......wow

Sheena did my lashes and I haven’t had them on for a week and they started falling off. Called her and baby said I’ll have to pay full price. I refuse to pay another 50 dollars for individuals lashes that come off within a week. Please make sure your lashes are secure within two days. Then she want to charge for a touch up if i would have kept them on with all them gaps in my lashes no ma’am.

They dont accept American express. I had to walk across the street with someone from there just to get payment for them. The salon is ok. Its clean and they did a good job. I dont think I will be going again. I didnt like the fact that I wasnt offered a drink like it said on the board outside of the salon or any upgrade specials on my pedicure.i also didnt appreciate being treated like I was gonna not pay them for their services. Also they did my eyebrows right in front of everyone in a barber chair, I thought that was wrong.

Sheena provided excellent service. She made my brows just the way I wanted them. Not the way most people want to make them look themselves. I waited over an hour but it was worth it. Will be back.

I started going to Jax Nails a few months ago, and everytime I go no matter what time of day it is its always clean the staff and the owners are always welcoming and very respectful and nice.

Always great service, and kind people. I cant go anywhere else and get the same type of manicure or pedicure.
