Its the best and Anni is the one to ask for. Dont underestimate her small size. She can put you to sleep with a pedicure! I refuse to go anywhere else but here. Yes they are busy and I always suggest making an appt but 🚶‍♂️ walk ins get sat pretty quickly too. Service is spectacular and they will give you a complimentary drink ( alcoholic or not) with purchase of any service. They r awesome 👌

Great service. I did the luxe pedicure #3 and it was a fantastic treat. My tech did an awesome job, was very thorough, and the salon is very clean.

Woman ignored my input on every stage of my manicure. Filed down my nails to a very short length, tried to trim my cuticles which you just don’t do, and filed my nail beds as though prepping me for fake nails. Nail beds are now too thin and nails have started to break. I will never return!

Nice nail salon with sweet people. Unfortunately my first time experience here is disappointing. I went in for an SNS mani and a gel pedi. I asked for matching nails and toes in the color big apple RED, and instead left with a CORRAL/orange shade.Im not one to throw a fit after I specified 2-3x the color I wanted AND double checked with the tech that its red.Whatever. I did not get what I went in for. I feel as if I spent $100+ for disappointment. (Also, Im not a pro but Id suggest that techs line fingers up for nail lengths. My ring finger nail-lengths are most deffinetly 2 different lengths.)

NEW FEET!!! Great little spot tucked away in this plaza. Very friendly staff, especially to a guy getting a pedicure. 10 chairs for feet, 10 for nails and every color under the sun to use on either, if thats what you want. No pressure.

I always have an excellent experience. I usually get SNS (pictured) with matte finish. Make sure you ask for someone who is good at it!They’re pretty quick but sometimes it’s a long wait. Very reasonably priced and they always have a good movie going.

I go here occasionally for pedicures, have had a full set in the past once. I LOVE their pedicures and never had a problem.Today’s experience with my manicure, however, was really disappointing.I made an appointment and waited 15 extra minutes. That was okay, I got sat down with Linda. I loved her, by the way, she was really friendly and professional. However, I guess a regular customer of her’s came in....so once that customer started to huff and puff about having to wait, Linda had to work on her and give me to another tech? I thought that was super weird basically being left in the chair, mid set, for someone else to take over. Is that salon protocol? Not sure if this was an appointment/staff error or customer being rude but anyways-This tech I got was... not awesome. She made me feel rushed and gave me a really bad job. I gave her 3 ideas I wanted and said she either couldn’t do them or had no idea what I meant. She gave me really uneven gold, sparkly tips- I asked for metallic gold and this was apparently the best she could do.... the polish wouldnt dryAnd smudged. Edit- I looked at them again and they don’t go all the way down to the tip. I’m really cool with supporting local businesses but, for almost $40 and smudged gel, it was not worth the poor quality I was given. Again, in the past, I’ve had wonderful work and pedicures from this spot.I’m really unhappy. I would love to get my nails done by Linda again or someone else instead but...these are so bad I wish I could list pictures.

I love this place!! It is very efficient and you never have to wait very long at all. The chairs are super comfy and the prices are reasonable. The quality of the work is great too. But my favorite thing is that they always have good chick flick movies on the TVs so you have something fun to watch while you’re getting your nails done. Highly recommended!!!

I get full sets when I can and always come in for fills when I keep up with my nails, they always do a great job and make sure you’re happy with the end product. I was going to a place across the street before I came here and they do not measure up to happy nails at all. Happy nails is my go to for the riverside area. Thanks for being great!

Love Kim! Have been going to her for years. They always will fit me in last minute and do a good job. I have a nail place next door to my business that I can walk a few steps to but the customer service is awful. I will drive further to come to this place because of the customer service.

I had dip powder done on my nails. They lady who did them really took her time and shaped them all really well. I love them.

I loved how kind my nail tech was, but they charge way too much for a set of gel nails when they dont even clean their equipment between customers. She used a drill that had somebody elses nail dust on me, and then as soon as she finished my set, she used the exact same tools on my friend, no sanitation at all.Whats the point of even requiring masks and using plastic dividers at the stations if youre still going to preform services with used tools?

Was supposed to get my feet done but they had a new guy working that cut my toe nails down to much so I was unhappy and no longer wanted the service. Instead of leaving I decided to stay and do my nails and eyebrows was told Ill have to wait only 20 min but that turned in to 40 and now an hour. Communication needs to be better I should have to ask how much longer I have to wait if you have an appointment say that!

My favorite nail shop in Jacksonville. Kim always does a great job. So when you go always schedule with Kim she’s awesome and she listens to what you need. Clean shop with friendly staff. They have a wide selection of colors and gels.Since COVID has hit and shops have re-opened this nail shop is trying to keep us protected with plastic screens in between the nail tech and the customer and plastic screens between customers when your getting your feet done. Since it has the convenience of having a Starbucks right near it, it makes my trips there even more enjoyable.And if I need to go grocery shopping there is a Publix in the same shopping area.

Today I had a great pedicure by Daisy. Unfortunately, I was careless and smudged a nail. I went back for a correction and even thought they were busy, accommodated me with good cheer. I have been going here for several years and am always satisfied.

I came here for a manicure and gel polish after having a terrible experience elsewhere. The woman I spoke with assured me that they would do their best to make sure that I didnt have the same problem. Im happy to report that the gel polish was shaped perfectly, no bubbles, and is still on with no chips! They assured me that they would fix any problems if they arose (like fixing the polish) and were very kind. I will probably come here again!

Good service

Arrived 45 minutes before closing they couldnt even do a simple polish change. They dont treat the first customer like the last and the last like the first! I was a frequent visitor not anymore.

I came in here for the first time today for a pedicure. When i walked in it was packed but Kenny was able to take me immediately so i didnt have to wait. The music playing is nice, the pedicure seat are super comfortable. Kenny was amazing! He rubbed my legs and feet so good i damn near fell asleep. 😁 he also painted my toes very well! I told him he has made a permanent client out of me! I would suggest coming here for sure. 👍

Not clean and tech was using old wore tools. I ended up getting a different tech but still did a very poor job. French pedicure uneven and my nails were cut too short. I ended leaving unfinished. NEVER HAD TO DO THAT BEFORE. Not everyone gets the same treatment. It seems Staff has racist or stereotypical feelings towards black woman as most poor reviews are woman of color.

The mani/pedi was fantastic but they were not enforcing the customers wear masks. Only 2 of us out of 11 had them on. The staff all wore them.

They are practicing social distancing and sanitizing after each client. I was very comfortable getting my pedicure and my manicure after they opened.

Products used for regular polish are poor quality. Only nail salon I visit that the polish starts chipping in less than 24 hours. Quality of work is good, but not worth paying for due to bad products.

CLEAN and friendly staff. I only had a pedicure so cant speak on nail work. The Deluxe was well worth the money and decently prized!

Been coming to this place for years. I have had a few incidents over the years that were never to serious to review like cutting cuticles to close etc. However, today I was told it would be a 15 minute wait. Then over 40 minutes later after sitting in a massage chair, no service. When I get up and make it three quarters the way to the door, oh im ready for you Judy tells me. I do not know if it was because I was a male, I was placed in a reserve queue because three other female clients came in and were served without appointments. The manager just said sorry as I exited the building. I not one of those people who would have returned for a free service. I am one of those review writing people.

I would not recommend this place to anyone! These group of women were not pleasant. It seems to me lthey were talking about people who were coming in for services....very gossipy. Most of them did not smile, it was not a pleasant experience for me today. Maybe one or two of the ladies kept to themselves and focused on their work..but some of the others, just talk, talk, talk (to each other) as theyre working on their clients. Not professional! Quality of work was not that good, should be way better. PLUS, they work very..very slow, I was there for over two and a half hours for a fill-in and a pedicure! This was one of the most unpleasant environments ever. This is from my perspective. Warning!!! Warning!! Do not go there!

HORRIBLE SERVICE. 0 stars. Very impolite and the nail techs did not hold their tongues when speaking to and about customers in condescending tones. My nail technician did a poor job with my gel manicure. She didnt seem very experienced and was rude and impatient! It also took her about an hour and a half to do when I know it can be done in 40 mins or less. I could overhear her speaking about me to other employees when I asked her to apply a second top coat.I typically go to Unique Nail Salon in San Marco where the ladies always do a phenomenal job for the same exact price. I always highly recommend them! I shouldve waited an extra day but had to find a salon that was open after 7 pm. I will never compromise again!!

What everyone is saying in the reviews about unprofessionalism and poor quality work is true! I went to the salon years ago and stopped going because of their poor work and rudeness to everyone. I tried them again twice recently and realize they have not changed at all. They still talk and laugh about their customers to each other. The woman working on my nails did not want to shape them the way I wanted so she huffed and puffed and got up and another woman had to step in to complete it. They rushed doing my nails and I was in and out while another woman beside me was still getting hers done. They made my fingers bleed from cuts by using the nail file too hard against my skin and not on my nails, even though I told them not to do that several times. Their product must be old or just poor quality because the acrylic ended up having tiny bubbles in it. They said they dont add a top coat and my nail polish started coming off two days later! They used the same nail file and tools on another customer even though a woman pointed out she had fungus on her toes! The price was higher when they were done than what they initially had told me it would be when I called for an appointment. Youll also normally wait longer than initially told. So do yourself a huge favor and save money, and regret, by going to another nail salon. There are others near this one in Riverside and in San Marco.

Racism Exist!Waited from 930 to 10 for them to “open”. Yet they took 3 women who just walked in after me before 10. After 10am l still waiting till about 10:15 they said nothing to me and l just walked out. It’s sad my dollars are green not black and worthless.

Gave it 1 star bc you cant do 0 star!! Years ago this place I thought was good, but its gone down the drain and they raised the prices for poor service. Dont give the same treatment and they pretend they dont understand you when you ask how much a service is until they get ready to charge you suddenly they know just what to say. Girls are rude and dismissive!!! I hate poorly rating or complaining about people but this had to be done! DO NOT GO HERE! Way over priced for out of balance service!

Ive been going there for several years. Very happy with pedicures, gel manicures and waxing. All employees are courteous and friendly and do a fantastic job.

I had a pedicure at Happy Nails Feet & Tan and had an enjoyable time. The problem arose, however, when I recommended their services to a relative of mine. As we were preparing to take a trip up north for the summer, she wanted to get her eyebrows done. She had an allergic reaction and we wanted to raise our concern about the issue. The staff gave us the runaround and management proved to be evasive. I will never return nor will I recommend this establishment due to such rudeness and unprofessionalism.
