Terry was amazing at the shaping, filling, etc. Tom was amazing at painting my nails. My first experience was great and I’ll definitely be returning!

Tom and Terry were the two that attended me. I waited a little longer than I would have liked to but I didn’t have an appointment so that was to be expected. I would’ve given them four stars if it wasn’t for the fact that they were out of the color that I initially wanted for my solid color but overall It was ok. As you can tell in this pics my cuticles are dried out and the nails aren’t as smooth as I would have liked but everybody was very nice and they did an ok job.

I never bleed from getting a full set, very harsh on my nails and skin, finger tips are kind of raw now a couple days later. (stings under warm water) gel polish isn’t covered on the nails completely, real nail is lifting already. just a painful 2 hour experience.

Peter did a great job with my pedicure and acrylic fill in. I was charged way too much theres no way it costs $85 for a fill in and a pedicure.

I have gone to Foxy Nails multiple times. Every time is awesome! They check your temp, use sanitizer, clean the areas and are so good. My only complaint would be some customers having to be asked to wear masks- especially children who just don’t wear them. Terry did my nails today and she did the exact design I wanted. She was so professional, kind and efficient. I will be coming back for a fill in in a few weeks for sure!

I am VERY particular when it comes to my sculpted nails. I’m not very easily pleased. I know what I want and how I want my nails to look. I am very pleased with the service that I receive at Foxy Nail number 2. They strive to make sure their customers are satisfied and are very courteous and respectful. They never become impatient or rush through the job at hand. I would recommend their service to any and every one!

I come to Foxy Nails 2 every 2 weeks, and have for years. It is under new management for some time now, and I’m still so happy with my service! I try to be versatile with my nails, and they always do just as I ask. I wish I could post a picture to show you how adorable my nails are with my glow-in-the-dark polish, spider, and ghost for Halloween!! I love my nails!! I love the new owners and staff, too!!!

I come here pretty often. I got a manicure last week and it was pretty good. LOVE getting my brows done here. My husband and I get pedicures together here and they’re always great.Today I went for a pedicure, no wait. My toenails came out great and maybe it’s just how rough my feet are but I feel like my feet should be smoother? Idk. But overall I enjoy this place

Staff extremely nice and makes sure you get what you want. They were very attentive to detail. Very happy with the outcome of my full set and pedicure.

Despite not being pleased with my eyebrow job some weeks prior, I decided to return again. Same woman did my eyebrows. When she showed me my brows I asked nicely if I could get them thinner. She would not do it. She continued to tell me it would be too thin, despite me telling her I was not pleased with how thick they were she outright refused to do it. When I got to the car to look at my brows closely I realized I could have done it myself. There was no arch or style, only waxing the stray hairs.Never again.Its one thing to do a not-so-great job. Its a whole different game to then argue down what Im spending my money on when Im trying to repair the job.Save yourself the trouble. Go to foxy nails 1.

Absolutely horrible!!! My sisters and I went here for a fill for our sets! When we got there a man approached us, we told him what we’d like. He gave us gel colors to pick from. So we sat down to look. Before fully sitted he ask what color you want come here. None of use knew yet. He rushed my sister in the chair to get started. He cut her nails to short and left acrylic all over her hands. I had the lady doing mine remove it. My other sisters nails are so crooked. Now my nails, I had to continue to point out mistakes to this lady. I didn’t know until I left! My nails were smooth yet bumpy. I also told her that I needed my nails to be rounded a little because I didn’t want to scratch my daughter by accident. Well I had to take a file to inner part because I scratched myself!!!! I got my eyebrows waxed!!! I tried to correct her after she handed me the mirror!!! She gave me the tweezers. I sat there and fixed them my self. For $48 (for mine) it wasn’t work it. Putting photos in the comment of mine that it!

Came in for a pedicure, no wait! They offer 4 packages; $25, $28, $35 and $50. I had a nice, relaxing experience. Very happy with the end result and will be returning.

I dont get my nails done regularly, but I like to treat myself sometimes. I enjoyed the massage chair and the gentleman who was taking care of me did a ok job at painting my nails, but there were too many layers or too thick and it just wouldnt dry, ended up taking it off and redoing them myself. Maybe the Polish I picked was bad idk. But everything else was good, I enjoyed having my feet and hands rubbed and the scrub wad nice as well.

Gave them a shot, despite reviews. Language barrier is difficult. Did not get what I asked for, despite me saying multiple times. Nails already messed up within a few minutes. I could have done better myself..... Price wise, not too bad. But they dont listen. Disappointing.

I have been going to foxy nails for 2 years now. The service is amazing. I have never really had to wait. One time I went and my nail came off the next day. Which can happen sometimes. Nothing is perfect. They fixed it though free of charge. My husband is a marine and sometimes I have to bring my 7 year old. They make him feel welcome and comfortable while he waits for moms beauty day to be over. I will definatly keep going their as long as we are stationed in NC.

The prices were decent, I tried them 3 times & each time my nails ended up uneven & were falling apart within a week or two, the customer service was awful as well. Very rude, I had tried to go in around 5 to get my nails done because I was going to be flying home, the guy saw me walking in & I suppose they were trying to close early so he rolled his eyes at me & I walked right out.

The prices are nice but I guess you get what you pay for. The same guy messed up my pedicure & my nail fill. I paid $5 extra dollars to get a French pedi but I think I could have done a better job myself, I had to have them completely paint my toenails which is so not what I wanted & for my nails I went through the entire wheel of powder fill colors to find just the colors I wanted and then he just left them the same natural color that they were when I came in. In his defense he did ask about keeping my same tips and I told him whatever was easiest as long as i could still have the colors I picked. I guess he didnt understand what I was saying because he said yes & nodded his head but didnt do it. Will not be going back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had getting a pedicure. My husband and I went in yesterday evening to get pedicures together for our first anniversary. The man doing my pedicure was so rough on my feet the “massage” was excruciating. He at one point just hit the bottom of my feet repeatedly really hard. When removing the callouses from my feet he hit a spot twice that made me literally jump in my chair from pain. Despite my better judgement - I let him proceed with the pedicure because I’m obviously an idiot. He took so much skin off of my toes around the toenail and then proceeded to give me the shittiest paint job I’ve ever seen (seriously, my husband could do better). During my husbands pedicure they literally cut his foot. As we were checking out I was basically in tears and just wanted to leave. They charged us the full price for the pedicures but since it was a bad experience they offered me an “extra massage”. Considering I was in tears from the first one, there was no way in hell I was accepting that. I just wanted to leave. My feet still hurt from the experience. When we got home my husband removed the polish and repainted them himself. We called back today and she offered me a partial refund for my service since we mentioned my bad experience in store, but no refund, partial or otherwise, for my husband since he didn’t tell them they cut his foot right when it happened. Obviously mistakes were made on our part. But the biggest mistake was coming here in the first place. Save your money, give yourself a pedicure at home. I guarantee that it will be 100% better and more relaxing. Or in the very least take your business elsewhere.

IF YOU WANT NICE NAILS DONT GO HERE! I sat here for two hours only to receive the wonkiest nails Ive ever had, not only is the coffin shape completely off, the color is streaky and my nails are already chipping. I asked for a simple line design and they couldn’t even do it. My technician kept leaving me to wax eyebrows so i sat and waited. My lines are completely crooked and my nails are uneven, i will NEVER go back and i advise you dont either. They charged $60 for some messed up nails. Wow some prideful people. ( if you do go, request not to get terry )

I love Foxy Nails. The only person I will go to for my eyebrows and nails is Julie. I schedule an appointment with her. She is seriously one of the best in Jacksonville. Im very picky about my eyebrows and nails and she does a fabulous job every single time. No matter what design I throw at her she does it flawlessly on my nails. I will be sad when I move out of Jacksonville because I cant take her with me!

I’ve had my nails since Wednesday, two broke off, another 3 were loose. Like what???? First time trying this place and now I’m annoyed. Spent 72 dollars for a mani pedi and my pedi is chipping and my nails are off. He was sloppy and kept stopping. I also had two crooked nails but didn’t notice until I left. I want my money back. I work hard for it and wanted to treat myself.

They are doing some remodeling right now so it was a lil warm. But this is my favorite place for a pedicure in Jacksonville

This was by far the WORST salon experience Ive ever had - not because of the employees but because of the quality of their work. I got my nails done Sunday & by Wednesday I had three nails completely come off, another one loose. Went to get them fixed Thursday AM and was told I had to pay $7 to fix them. THREE nails coming off due to their crappy methods and product, and I should not be responsible for replacing them. I have never been to a nail salon that even requested i pay, let alone required it!! If I could give this zero stars if I would. Horrible experience & customer service. Would NOT recommend.

I went to foxy nails on Saturday 2 of my nails fell of two days later. The other 8 fell off today. That was my first time there the prices are way to high. I will never go back to that salon its a waste of time and money.

Ok so most of my experience with them is not so great. One time just once was it good, the lady was nice to me and talked to me. But other than that it was horrible. One, barley any of them know English, like I get most of y’all are Asian but at least know a little English befor you get a job in a ENGLISH SPEAKING COUNTRY. Second, they barely know any designs (all you can get is a flower). Third, They don’t take kids seriously, they keep pushing back the kids order and get the adults first.

Decent mani and pedi, but not for the price

Went Thursday with a friend, upon walking in some man tried pushing gel polish and told me your nail polish will be chipped in a few days without it. Asked for coffin shaped nails and was give square and very uneven. I left with acrylic all over my finger and my nail polish messy. The next day noticed air bubbles and spots where there was no polish. Yesterday over the duration of the day SIX nails fell off. Got so mad I took the others off.

Nice people, but I went in for a mani-pedi with my daughters, which is $35 each on the website and got charged $58 each because I upgraded to the shellac nail polis on our finger nails only... huge difference, I even had regular nail polish picked out and they kept saying the other polish lasts longer, without warning me it was more than twice the cost... Dont feel that was right.

Got my nails done Saturday and it’s now Tuesday and there starting to pop off I don’t wanna get them fixed again if they are gonna charge me for their mistake
