I had been searching around Jax for 2+ years trying to find a reasonable and quality nail salon to get a good pedicure.I have had some bad experiences with some of the most uncaring individuals. After doing lots of research, I came to A & A Nail Solon today as a walk-in. I was immediately greeted cordially and welcomed as I entered the salon and made to feel very comfortable while I only waited a short while to be seated for my pedicure.The salon was very clean with soft background music playing creating a perfect atmosphere for relaxation. I was soon approached by the young lady that was assigned to give me my pedicure. I soon discovered that I was so blessed to have been assigned the most attentive, caring, considerate, kind, talented, polite, and totally professional nail tech named Kate! She was so patient and concerned from the very beginning to ensure that every step of the process, I was pleased with the results as she attempted to meet my expectations as we had discussed.Kate was very conversational which I enjoyed so very much along with a beautiful smile and a great work ethic. Her attention to fine detail and her meticulous work was A+ exceptional! She also waxed my eyebrows and did another amazing job!My overall experience and rating for the salon, staff and Kate was a perfect “10” on a scale 1-10. I am so looking forward to another great pedicure in a few weeks with Kate! She is the very Best and I would highly recommend her services.David Ashley09/02/21

First time and really liked the services/staff. Small shop but super clean and the staff is friendly. We will go back.

The place is clean and the ladies are very friendly. The pampering took almost 2 hours. I like the hot stone and massages. The price is reasonable. Jen is awesome and April is cool. The only thing is I wish they are more proactive about fixing a smudge or examine any smudges before the customer leaving, be more willing to help the customer to fix a tiny smudge. They did help, but I had to advocate about it. Overall, good experience. Tipped 20 in total. They work hard and deserve good compensation.

This is my daughters and my second time here. I think I’ve found my go to nail spa finally. My daughter loved getting the nail art and Tony is amazing at it.I’m not too picky just gel and pedi. April did my gel this time and was awesome and super professional and kind. Great conversation as well.Amy took the time on my toes and even was able to handle my ticklish feet. Shayla is also such a pleasure.Look forward to returning soon.

This is the second time I have been to this location to get my eyebrows cleaned up. Every time the atmosphere and service are wonderful. From the owner to April and Kate and the others that work their they all go out of their way to make sure you have a great relaxing experience. Today I added a manicure and pedicure and was just as pleased with the quality and service. I usually do not write reviews but after going to other locations in the past, I have to say this is the most professional, friendliest, and cleanest nail salon I have been too. I absolutely LOVE A&A!! I will not go to another salon! Angelic made sure my nails and toes were perfect for my wedding! Everyone is so nice and the pedicures are awesome.

This was my first time because we are currently in a short-term rental. I made an appointment with Tony and was immediately brought back (you do have to confirm the appt). Tony did a fantastic job! My dip nails look fantastic and my pedicure was SUPER relaxing. I will definitely frequent this place more often even if that means driving a little further.

Kate is awesome. I had hurt my leg and she let me rest my leg on her. Great service and my nails look great. Angelic also did a great job on my nails. They are so nice and bend backwards to provide great service

I dropped in to get a quick pedicure and absolutely fell in love with this place. I had Jimmy as my tech. I think he might be new to the game but he is already such a pro. Im super ticklish and always have an urge to move when someone needs to me to be still 😂 some techs get super annoyed with me but Jimmy just cracked jokes and kept trekking along. He did an excellent job on my massage too!

AA nails is an excellent place to get any type of nail service. They are so nice to everyone as soon as you walk in the door, you are welcomed. I get pink and white nails and pedicures. No matter who does your nails, they are conscientious and work very hard to make your experience excellent. I highly recommend AA nails. They also are following safety protocols through this pandemic. GC

I recently switched to A&A Nails and noticed right away that they make an effort to build relationships with their clients. I’m pretty new but they seemed to know the patrons around me personally and I was surprised. I just had a pedi and Tom was efficient and funny- a great combo when I’m in a time crunch!

Tony is very meticulous and very efficient! He did a French manicure with dip and was very careful that the powders didnt mix and cleaned his work space in between each step. Very clean manicure! And he ends with reflexology!

I visited A & A Nails Spa with my elderly mother for the first time today. The shop was extremely clean and comfortable. The staff was extremely kind and caring toward my mom. Everyone was very friendly and they did a fantastic job on our nails. I am very happy to have found this nail salon and will definitely be going back.

They dont have a bad nail tech in the bunch which makes it easy to walk in without an appointment. The staff is super sweet and friendly. My husband also loves this place.

Made appointments online Wednesday for Sunday pedis with my daughter. When I got there they had no appointment booked for us. She asked when I called and I explained appointments had been made online. Sorry she said, nothing scheduled for you. Could wait 30-45 minutes. No thank you. Went down the street to Nails So Happy and got a wonderful pedi with no waiting. A & A off the list.

The owner of this salon is exceptional....her name is Shayla. I had the pleasure of witnessing her work when she worked for Nail Time in Julington Creek....I could never get an appointment with her because she was booked solid....I did finally get in front of her and three weeks later she was gone....much to my disappointment.....BUT.... Shayla has opened her own salon....A & A Nail Spa on San Jose Blvd right next to Bealls.....a family owned business with a lot of talent.....check it out....you wont be disappointed!

I just got my brows done here and I am honestly amazed! My brows were so messed up from the previous place and she fixed them. She took her time to make sure they were perfect. I live over an hour away, but its worth a drive to come back here. I highly recommend for eyebrow waxing! 😊

I have been going to City Nails for 18 years and I have been very satisfied. Whether it is a manicure, pedicure or eye brow waxing. Amy is always so helpful fitting me in at last minute and Try does my nails and pedicures.

Friendly people, excellent customer service, if you make an appointment theres no wait time and prices are reasonable. Im very happy with them.
