I had a really lousy experience at this salon. That being said, all of my services were completed by one person. So this review is more representative of one person and not the entire salon.I receive 3 treatments: powder dip SNS nails, regular pedicure, underarm/bikini wax.All three services were less than adequate.The manicure was applied so thin and not using the normal SNS technique. My manicure chipped on two nails in less than 24 hours.My pedicure while nice, also chipped within one day. Typically a pedicure will last me 2 weeks without chipping.Lastly the wax service was completely unprofessional. Firstly, the technician did not wear gloves during my wax which is entirely unsanitary. Second, she did not hold the skin taught, causing unnecessary pain. Third, she did not remove all the hair and as a results of her poor technique broke many hairs instead of uprooting them.At the end of the day, I would not recommend this salon because anyone (and everyone) working at that salon should be able to perform all of those standard services. And if they are not trained to do so, they should have assigned different technicians to different services.

Alexandra did my pedicure and I loved every moment of it! Everything seemed like a normal pedicure until she brought out the hot stones, which were a wonderful touch. I’ve never had such extensive care throughout a pedicure. And the place is clean and beautifully decorated. Will definitely plan on coming back here!

This is the best gel manicure in the area--Ive had several manicures here and it never chips. Even after three weeks. All of the manicurists here are very nice and take their time. The salon is clean and quiet. The photo with the blue nail polish is how my manicure looked AFTER two weeks. 👏💯

Paid a lot for gel manicure and started chipping in the first week. Disappointed in the gel quality.

This was the fastest Mani and Pedi Ive ever had. I was hoping to relax with a massage but it was over before I knew it. The Mani was so fast the paint job was sloppy and to top it off they charge you 1$ extra for a clear top drying cost... WHAT?! Ive never heard of that before. Wont be coming back.

Super clean. Super friendly. Definitely made me feel welcomed.They have an ATM machine in case you don’t have cash which is super helpful. I was the last customer of the day and felt super bad that my service took about 20 minutes after closing they all had a smile on their face and said their goodbyes.10 out of 10 would recommend coming here you will not be disappointed.

This was my first time back at a nail salon in over a year and it was great. It was very clean, they were efficient, Liz was wonderful and really took wonderful care of me. I would definitely recommend.

This nail salon cannot do any kind of nail designs even though they assured both me and my sister they knew how to do loads of designs before we even decided to get our nails done there. It took three workers to do a terrible design on my nails which didn’t even look remotely similar to what I had asked them to do. I spent two hours there while they tried to correct their mistakes until I got fed up and asked them to just go back to basics and do one colour on my nails. Somehow they managed to ruin that and their gel top coat was sticky and poor quality. My sister also had the same experience and they did two different designs on us. Still charged us full price. Would not recommend.

Worst pedicure ever! It took longer to choose a polish color than the actual pedicure did.

Beware of this nail salon! I emailed them the day before to make an appointment for a gel manicure and gel pedicure. I was told to call in, which I did. I also requested pricing. I was told a gel manicure was $25 and gel pedicure $35. When I arrived the following day, I had to tell them at least 10 times the services I wanted even though I made this appointment in advance.Things seemed to be going well during the pedicure but then they switched the lady doing my toes. I figured this women had specialities so didn’t think anything of it. After finishing up my toes, I choose chrome nails which I was so excited about. I actually did some research in the area to who did it and Cosmos came up. During my manicure they changed up the nail technician yet again. It made me feel so weird & uncomfortable. I waited 10 minutes while they sorted it out. Shortly after the lady finished my nails and they had all of these weird marks in them. It looked terrible! They have all of these chrome colors advertised but cannot deliver. I was so frustrated as I had been there for over 2 hours at this point, i opted out of what the owner called a free of charge manicure — I was already extremely inconvenienced.I went up to pay for my pedicure and she charged me $50 for a gel pedicure! How crazy, even after all of this. She charged me and then asked me how she could help. Such an awful experiences. I truly recommend staying away from this place.There are MUCH nicer places with better prices & services in the area!

Best pedicure ever! The folks here are professional. I really liked the idea of a clean salon, no crazy dust floating everywhere and quiet and relaxing - no harsh smells or loud noises. Incredible chair massage! I would give this 10 stars!

Ive been coming here for months, and Im consistently happy with the results and service. I usually get a gel manicure, and it always lasts much longer than I expect! Many color selections for gel, and they also offer massage and waxing. Sue’s chair massage was fantastic, the best one I’ve ever got in the town.

The only place I will get a gel manicure! The artists are so friendly and professional. They take their time to make sure your nails wont be damaged and to make sure that you love the shape. The manicure lasts a pretty long time, and I always get a ton of compliments!

Hands down my favorite nail salon!The owner, Michelle makes me feel like home every time I walk through the door. The nail techs are incredibly talented - specifically Karen and Lisa. I have been coming to this salon for years, and have seen it through 2 owners. I was always happy with the service but it has really got the boost it needed. Wonderful owner Michelle is so focused on every detail. The ambiance and updated equipment have made it so esthetically pleasing but doesnt stop there. Today my phone died and she went and got me a charger! Like left the salon...just a example of the caring nature of the people who work here. More important my gel manicure always lasts over 2 weeks🤗

Did a google search for a new nail salon, came upon Cosmo Nails and decided to give it a try based upon the reviews. I was NOT disappointed at all! This will now be my new mani/pedi and massage spot. Kathy’s chair massage made my day. Loved the service and the prices are reasonable too.

This was my first time here and I had an appointment with my friend around 3, and they told us they could fit us in, the earlier the better. We got there 15 minutes early and I didn’t start getting my nails done until 3:30. The poor girl next to me also waited over an hour. I got acrylic fill ins, and I have three different cuts on my fingers. I told them I wasn’t paying full price for them and they also looked awful. They then tried to make me pay $45 when their board says fill ins are only $30. I said no, gave them 30, no tip, and walked out.

I dont do my nails often but when I do, I always come here. Each time Ive been here, they dont rush (even if its close to closing or if theres a lot of people) They do a pretty good job. Im glad I found this place in my town Westfield!

I have been getting my nails done at this place for over a month now and I have to say my rating for my nail tech Diane is Deff a negative -1...not once was this lady in a good mood, always a bit nasty And rude but... I never addressed her attitude since she does nails VERY well and I just didn’t have the time or patience to look for another salon. Apparently she is nasty with MANY customers and has lost many customers over Her attitude . What ever you do, DO NOT DEAL WITH DIANE!!! Unless you are ready for the worst exp of your life! KAREN is Great!!! ❤️ very friendly very patient and knows how to treat a customer! Diane on the other hand needs to learn how to deal with clientele.

My new FAVORITE nail salon. I will try to keep this brief. But there is so much to say about this establishment. I happened upon Cosmos nails 3 weeks ago. I asked for a basic manicure. We decided on a gel manicure. Ive always been allergic to everything in nail salons. The manicure was absolutely beautiful and did not have any effect on me. I went back today for a pedicure a new manicure. The most impressive thing about the salon is its cleanliness. Everything here that is glass, not only shines, it sparkles. The staff and owners are lovely. its my second chair massage with Andy while having my manicure. I highly recommend this for 10 or 20 minutes. Its never long enough.this is my second visit in 4 weeks. I cant wait to go back again. Pure Bliss! Thank you to Karen Maria Andy Michelle and Diane.

I had a great experience here about a few days ago. I was in Westfield for a holiday trip and decided to stop in thanks to a friends suggestion. My nails were a wreck. The salon is so bright and clean. I got my SNS powder gel mani done by Crise, and Maria did my pedicure. Both were very friendly, and they did an awesome job. Many thanks!

What a fabulous new nail salon. Everyone is very professional and the salon is freshly renovated.

This was one of the worst experiences I had at a nail salon. I took my mother and daughter to get manicures and pedicures (my daughter only got her nails painted as she is 6 years old). While the staff were all friendly enough, we were there for 2 hours and they never got around to my mothers or daughters pedicures! They kept taking new customers in between, even though we were still in the middle of getting our services! This was supposed to be a fun bonding experience, but turned into the whole afternoon wasted. I even had to leave my daughter and mother there to pick up my son because they werent finished in time. The new management needs to make some big changes! I will never go back there.
