Great Owner! Extremely professional. Clean atmosphere and quality service! Queen Katrina, the nail technician, did an AMAZING job on my nails. She was very professional and maintained a balance of keeping me entertained while making sure I was being serviced with everything I requested for my nails. My nails had very rough edges on several nails on both hands. I brought it to their attention and was waved off. I pointed out an ugly spot on left ring finger and was shushed away....

I absolutely loved going here! It was so beautiful inside and the people were friendly. They took their time with my nails, not making me feel rushed to get to other customers. The price was pretty good as well. It was only $45 for my gel nails. They feel good and look amazing. I will definitely be coming back!!!!

My feet don’t look or feel like I’ve had a pedicure. The man who worked in my feet rushed through it, it took him all of 15 minutes to do the whole pedicure. The best thing about this experience was the massage chair. Very nice salon appearance wise, but the quality of work was super poor.

Ive only been here a few times . and never had a good experience. They never understand what i am saying and it takes a rotation of people working and switching out on all clients just to attempt to understand what you want. I had to point out several times that they did not paint all of my toenail on some toes. They did not want to cut my toe nails as i do not like my nails long. I just wanted my real nails squared and painted w shilac which was to much to process and do for the nail artist i do not recomend this place unless the owners are doing your services them selves.

Was there before they opened.. Messed up my pedicure twice. Got yelled at.. Owner wasn’t in so the son was trying to translate to the employees but nobody could translate my English to them. Card was charged but they was trying to charge me twice. Had to literally hop out the chair for the guy to stop drilling on my nails. Left with my feet unpolished with the buffer dust on them. Won’t be coming back. Very unprofessional.

Went and got me and my daughter nails done. The lady in front closer to the door did them but nothing like I asked I even tipped her and her son whom I thought was going to do my feet but turn out to be just an Receptionist, 20 before the work was finish to just let my feet soak a lil longer. But that didn’t even happen. The nails literally started falling off 2 days after. I went back 2days if not 3 later to let her see and know what happened to only be Abruptly told we’re busy “you come back” (but what I really was hearing was) hurry go we don’t want you tell the customers in here what happened. Would I go back “NEVER” but the best place to go 5 stars “Nails Perfect” check them out and I promise You won’t leave disappointed. And this is my second time trying them out. The nails last a long time.

I went to the salon for the first time because it was open on Sunday and I needed my nails and toes done before leaving out of town. This was the worst experience ever the lady rushed on my nails and not only did she Rush on my nails and toes it wasnt even the color I picked out I dont know if its because she had two people ahead of me that she was trying to get to and she had to be closed at 6:00 I dont know what the case was but either way it was very unprofessional and Im an extremely good tipper and dont mind tipping when service is good but this was not okay and Im praying that theyre able to fix the problem.

It says they close at 8, when I arrived with my daughter at 6:45, they said they could do my pedicure but not her nails. Hours state they are open on Sunday, when I asked, he said no we are closed. Not a good way to get new customers.

What the heck. They need to change the posted hours if they are not going to be open. This is the third time they have simply not been open recently when the sign clearly states they are open. Time to change your sign or be open as the sign shows. If you are not open at least put a note on the door. Very sad 😞 and NOT Happy!!!!!

My daughter’s nails turned out good but I got a pedicure & now cannot walk without pain. The skin was scraped off my heel & when it bled the owner’s wife said nothing (maybe she didn’t notice🤷‍♀️) I did not complain because I hate doing that & I honestly did not realize how bad it was until I got home. It’s progressively gotten worse because it irritates the raw skin when I walk. It’s quite painful. Please beware of injury to your feet if you plan to visit here. Toenail polish job was also sub-par. It was chipping off the next bday. I’m only writing a review in hopes that this does not happen to anyone else. Paying $40 for an injured foot is no fun😔

Very unprofessional show favoritism with customers out of order. establishment unorganized unprofessional don’t know how to treat customers. poor quality of work.. I do not recommend this place. I am business owner here in a community I run the salon I have been dealing with a Elite nails for a long time.. I try to look over small things that’s not big enough to complain about. Today was a horrible day it was overwhelmed with customers they were taking people out of order.. I waited almost 2 hours. still didn’t get any service and she refused to take me before a customer that came in after I did.. And she insisted that this customer was there before I was.. I report it to the manager he kept trying to get me to get a pedicure.. This business is a waste!! New building they need a new business plan this one is not working.. you should try to retain customers not run them away.. will never go there again..

I got dip powder nails, & she only dipped them once so the dip was very very thin. They are chipping and coming off after 3 days. $45 dollars for 3 days.

I love this place is my regular nail salon! Most of the employees are very professional and helpful. One had her cell phone playing rap music while I was getting my nails done, which was odd...there was music already playing in the salon.I love the selection of gel and powder nails, would like to see more variety in color for the regular nail polish.The salon is new and clean. Nails began popping off after one day. I have had my nail done many times, and I have never had such poor quality. The tech had on dirty gloves from the person before me, possibly many people before her and then worked on someone after me with the same gross gloves. I waited an hour and then was rushed thru. Will not be returning

I had a hot stone massage from, and it was spectacular. I like going to massages and not saying anything about where my particular pain is and seeing if they find my annoying adhesions. For those of us who live with them, you know what I mean. She found them all, including the ones in my calves and my arms that most people kinda gloss over.It was a fully deep tissue massage, so I did not go in to feel good as much as did to feel BETTER, and this filled the bill. She found all those places that needed tending. She knows her stuff, the pressure was perfect, and I could move much easier after the session. Best yet, her prices are more than reasonable, and for someone who probably needs more than one a month (ugh probably more like once a week), this is everything I could ask for.I will definitely be going back.

The people were very friendly! Unfortunately, I literally got my nails done 24 hours ago, and theyre already lifting. I dont do strenuous work or anything. Im a stay at home mother to a five month old. I change diapers all day lol. I washed bottles and dishes one time. I noticed them starting to lift at the edges this morning when I woke up. Im not sure if Ill ever go back.

They do a great job on your nails mine are always perfect and exactly how I want them. Jimmy the owner and his wife are my favorite people. Prices are extremely reasonable and as far as I know the cheapest around and I have looked around before I started going there in January of 2012. I go once a month and always enjoy going as do my 2 kids and husband while they wait for me.

It wasnt the best but it wasnt the worst either I asked for a deluxe pedicure and got a regular instead. They dont have a variety of colors but some of the colors they do have are cute .

I popped in over my lunch break for a basic manicure and was seated right away! They did a great job on my nail, the technician was extremely friendly, the price was in line with most nail salons in Jacksonville, and the salon itself was clean and well decorated. Ill be back and get pampered!

The absolute best at eyebrow waxing! Im not sure of the ladies name who has been doing mine for 4 years now lol! However, she is the lady that has the really long hair thats always pulled back in a ponytail and her cute little boy is usually up there! Great prices too!

Ive been getting pedicures at Elite Nail & Spa for the last few months and Ive only had good experiences. Today, Nancy transformed my truly ugly feet and toes into a thing of beauty. I highly recommend her and Elite Nail & Spa.

This place is and was DISGUSTING! 1. The nail tech was EXTREMLY RUDE! He was “yanking” my hand instead of telling me to give him my hand or reposition my hand posture he literally yanked my hand around.... aggressively.2. The place was disgusting, it had a dead roach on the floor . The bathroom was disgusting..3. Their nail polish is horrible and old looking.. instead of them buying new and high quality polishes they keep the same polish that they had for 100years and poor some liquid stuff into it to create more polish.If you don’t want to drive a long way or you live in this area this place is convenient.. but . I would sacrifice the 30mins or 10mins to drive to a good high quality nail salon! I do not recommend this salon!

I literally had to walk out of there because of how unprofessional the nail “tech” was. She was ripping my previous nails off with a nail clipper and made me bleed. She didn’t even apologize when I mentioned to her that she was hurting me. Their color options looked old and expired. Would never recommend this disgusting place.

Terrible service. Messed up me and sister nails. Came at 10 and we are still here and its 1:25 to be exact. Rude workers. Rushing. Messed up shape of regular full set nails. Looked more like duck nails. Also chip sister nail and cut shorter than what she wanted. Paid 84 dollars and it was not worth it. If I could rate negative stars I would. Will never come back.

Would not recommend this place . Terrible customer service. The female owner took a break to eat before she Polish my nails. apparently she got upset because I told her that she cut my finger while filing my nails and to be careful how she polish.

If I could give them a zero, I would. The owner and wife were very negative and the shop was not clean. They had dust every where. The owner mentioned if you needed to get your nails just polished, find somewhere else to go. Very horrible customer service and calling in about how filthy the place was.

Poor service its been 5 days since i got a full set from them and all my nails are lifting ready to fall off my middle finger nail already fell off hasnt even been a week they werent willing to fix for me i paid for the full set and they look like i got them filled they dont even look like a new set. At most other nail shops my nails will last for almost a month they wont even last 5 days at elite nails

The Wife/Owner is Rude, and Very unprofessional!She rushes on your nails doesnt listen and isnt detailed! Its not a very relaxing environment.Its lets get them finished and on their way!!#Will Not Be Returning!

Worst experience i ever had at a nail shop!! my daughter and i came to town for the 4th weekend and wanted to have a girls day. i guess the owners wife was the lady with long hair was very aggressive and rude to myself and my daughter. 10 mins after my daughter got her nails done, she had to use the restroom and the lady told my 6yr old she had to wait until her nails dry!! my kid was about to pee herself!!! i told her to go anyway and the lady said she was not fixing her nails if she messed them up!! then 3hrs after getting my shellac nails, 4 nails chipped and peeled right off!!! i spent $60 on NOTHING but bad service and HORRIBLE products. NEVER going there again!

If you dont get the old guy or the young chubby girl then you will not be satisfied. They are lazy and they rush, especially when there is more people waiting. Wont go back...

Worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail shop. The lady had an attitude the entire time and rushed doing my pedicure. I actually beat the lady that was already getting one. That’s how bad she was rushing and very rough. Then she didn’t use toe separators but cotton balls and didn’t take them out and I feel I was over charged for a fill
