I was recommended this business by a friend and I am so very happy that I came, not only were they ready for me when I walked in for my appointment they were all very pleasant and kind. My pedicure was AMAZING!!!! The water was hot, she took her time, and made sure that I got exactly what I paid for. My nails look amazing and I got exactly what I was looking for. If you have not given this business a try you definitely should

I was fortunate to sit down right away without an appointment on a slow Saturday. I saw Nga. She was highly recommended by a friend. In fact a friend of mine also goes to see her sister Twee. I have admired both of these ladies works for a long while now and I now have the privilege of having my own set done. My own nails dont hurt from having her lay on the gel so thick. Its a very natural thickness. She did not compromise the integrity of my natural nails. Im absolutely in love. Will definitely go back to get them filled!

The same day i hot my nails done the polish had came off while i was washing dishes, my nails usually last about 1-2 months after getting them done.

Amazing work (nails, feet, and wax for me) but its a pain trying to get someone to answer the phone or knowing when they are open or closed. Hours arent always consistent with posted hours.

I went and got a fill in and a pedicure . The pedicure was good, however there fill in was done horribly i. Fact 3 days later my right index finger broke i paid 85 for gel fill-in and pedicure added 10 tip just to break in 3 day ... I WILL NEVER GO BACK .. i wish i could post a picture and their nail polish SUCKS ... poor QUALITY !!!

Go to AJs nail salon off of piney green, way nicer staff and environment! I only went here cause AJs was closed, not impressed.

The only reason Im even giving two stars is because my first visit here was amazing. However, this time definitely was not. The middle aged woman that did my gel fil obviously did not look at the shape of my nails before she started, so I had to ask her to fix the shape which made them way shorter than I wanted. After fixing the shape I still had to point out to her that some of my nails were totally crooked and longer on one side than the other. By the time it came to put color on, I just wanted to cry and leave, she had already ruined my nails that I had loved, so I didnt even care what she put on. Not sure if I will ever return here!

Best salon Ive been to in years! The people there are so friendly and I love my toes and nails everytime I leave. Got micro-blading done on my eyebrows earlier this year and I still get compliments on them. My mom did too and all her friends cant believe she had them done, they look so real. Absolutely love, love, love this salon. Id recommend to anyone!

I think they do fairly good nails here but that one guy there that did my nails the second time, had a really nasty attitude. I waited about 35 minutes to get my nails done by choice. When everything was done up to the polishing time, the guy asked me to choose my color. I told him I wanted something natural but I couldn’t make my mind up instantly so he threw down his tools at the station and walked to a room. He came back and asked if I made my mind up yet with a rude tone!I ended up choosing a color I didnt even like, when all he needed to have done was give me the colors while I was waiting. I would never recommend anyone to go here, not because they don’t do a good job but because of that man’s attitude! It’s a turn off and really bad when you are spending your money and have to deal with people like that!

I LOVE this place. Ive been getting my nails done here for about a year and theres this one guy that does them really great, the other lady kinda makes my fingers bleed. But the guy that Im talking about is GREAT! He does exactly what I want and sometimes even helps me pick my color when I ask.

If I could give it no stars I would. Customer service is horrible, beyond horrible & I was not impressed with the services that my sister & I received. Maybe they should spend more time perfecting their craft instead of criticizing other salons work. They couldnt even file off old powder so the tech decided to paint over it, mind you you could still see the old powder. The pedicure was okay once I got pass being insulted by the tech who pretty much told me I could break the pedicure bowl. You would think I was 300 lbs, & even if I was, he has no right insulting a customer that way. The other techs excuse for him, he doesnt speak good English...rude is just rude in any language. I could add to this post about how horrible the service was, but I would be typing for days. Simply put, just take your money elsewhere.

I decided to go into this place as I only live 2 minutes from it and wanted to give it a try. Big mistake. I wanted a simple pedicure, got charged a deluxe, okay whatever. I told my guy that I didnt want the scrub on my legs, my legs were irritated and to leave them alone. He did not listen, put the scrub on my already irritated legs, then that alcohol wash, and for the grand finale..a hot towel. I was in tears, the pain was so bad. Then he proceeds to the actual pedicure, (for those watching at home, yes I know this is out of order but this is how its done at lucky nails), and he cuts my right foot in two places. And puts that alcohol gel on my cut then without waiting for it to dry, dunks it back in the water. And every time it bleeds, he puts that alcohol crap on it and dunks it back in the water. I finally told him to go get a bandaid, paint my nails because Im leaving. If you like pedicures, dont go to this place, they will ruin a good thing for you.

I had the worst pedicure experience, let me start by saying that if you have gel polish it will take them 3 hours to remove it & 2 people. & they will charge you EXTRA for removing it, like it’s your fault that they don’t know how to properly remove it. The man did my pedicure with my old gel polish on because he just couldn’t get the gel off. It is honestly a job that any nail technician is REQUIRED to know. But doing my pedi with my old polish still on?? how does that make sense to anyone?? He did not even touch or file my nail & someone else had to keep trying to take it off while I’m seated getting my nails done & still had to pay 50$ for this & the new color was so terribly done. I do believe however that their is good nail technicians here that you need to know about before walking in, I just had a horrible experience & would definitely not recommend for a pedi.

I dont usually get my nails done. And I havent in a while. But this time I felt like getting them done and just chose this place. The great first impression they gave me was the place is super clean, they greet you at the door, customer service is great!!! And I looooove my nails. Its exactly what I asked for. Ask for Paul.

I will never return to this place of business again. The man who did my nails was very rude, and seemed to get aggravated when I asked about pricing and their prices werent posted. When I stated I wanted my nails in a coffin shape he said that would be $10 extra. Long story short I left extremely dissatisfied and I will NEVER return. Lesson Learned.
